Jasmine Garden in Hammersmith and Fulham

Would give this zero stars if possible, the food was expensive was given an incredibly long delivery time and after waiting 2.5 hours it failed to even show. The restaurant refuses to answer the phone and deliveroo are useless at getting your money back. So we have been left without our money, without any food and thoroughly frustrated. This business is a disgrace

Placed order at 7.25pm Received message to say order on it's way at 7.45 9.05pm still waiting Dont bother ringing to find out where your order is as they will either not answer the phone or continue to dov you off. No option showing on the website to cancel. It can now go in the bin when it arrives. Its is now nearly 2 hours since the order was made

Food was overcooked and hard, sauces came like a tub of jelly. Was due for delivery at 1830 came around 1915.

Sadly I believe this is not the first time I have ordered from here as I keep forgetting which takeaway place is the bad one. This is the bad one. Phad thai was frankly not a phad thai, it was some noodles with chilli sauce, weird chicken, and a pinch of beansprouts. No egg, no herbs, no flavour. Sweet and sour pork and rice were just bad. Very disapointing. Also food was significantly late with no explanation given.

Worst Chinese I’ve ever had, wouldn’t feed it to my neighbours dod. Delivery man said he couldn’t find it first of all. When it did arrive it was cold. Ribs looked looked like they had been stolen from a dead dog! Very rarely give bad reviews but this is the worst place I’ve ever had a takeaway from and wouldn’t wish it on anyone! Stay well clear!

We ordered delivery and found it very disappointing but it was edible. I have eaten worse and much better, so if you're used low quality Chinese food you'll probably find it fine. If you're used to eating much better you'll be disappointed. We had seafood rice noodle which was oily, flavoured thoroughly with soya sauce only and it looked like it had been sitting around for a long time, although it hadn't been, it was just that gross that it looked the same as something bad! The seafood was mussels, prawns & calamari of which there were 2 or 3 pieces of each. Cantonese Beef was like boiled beef bits in a watery semi-sweet sauce - yuck! I've had this dish at several Chinese restaurants all over the world and it is always fantastic, so there is no excuse for the rubbish I got. Duck spring rolls and crab claws were fine, though very bland.

The duck was the most disgusting thing that I ever ate, it was horrible I throw it away it was rubish

My son and I have been odering food from Jasmine Gardens for a very long time and the food has been lovely; very fresh, light, tasty and nongreasy. It was also delivered in the time given. This last two times I've ordered food, it has taken almost 2 hrs to arrive despite being told 40 mins. Absolutely not worth the wait. Extremley greasy, artifical and tasteless. Disgusting. Went in the bin. £12 down the drain. On looking at the recepit it appears that my food has come from Planet Pizza, so what has happened to the real Jasmine Gardens? I've deleted their number in my contacts and I vow never to use again :(

Don’t normally leave posts but this place needs shaming , salt and pepper ribs were burnt and tasteless ! Managed three ! Beef in black bean sauce managed one spoon ! and I’d had a few drinks , beware

Just had a delivery... The worst Chinese take away ever. The sweet and sour pork was soggy and the sauce was liquid and almost purple, the crispy chilli shredded beef was chewy and black, and the noodles were instant noodles without flavouring or sauce. Avoid.

Way to oily and wet, nothing close to Chinese fried rice. Wouldn't recommend this if you want to eat healthier.

Salted Prawn & Squid - overcooked and absolutely INEDIBLE! King Prawn Chow Mein - was edible at best - but only had about four prawns Stir Fried Mixed Vegetable - with very obviously tinned vegetables, a total lack of selection and total lack of flavour ....very bland. ...arrived with a tiny portion of prawn crackers - probably the only decent part of the "meal" all-in-all .... this was food "cooked" with what seemed like an utter lack of care, consideration or integrity.

Gery good food though Special Fried Rice a little drier than we are used to elsewhere - but this is just personal preference. Excellet service

coke was flat, food was cold, ordered at 7:30, was told an hour, took 90 minutes. not even a sorry from the restaurant or the deliverer

food was very late. they didn’t even call to say they would be late and we’re not very apologetic when I called asking where my order was. the quality of the food isn’t great and I’d be unlikely to order again. plus they said there would be free fortune cookie - but there were any included!

Deliver was late and when they arrived they miss one of the orders we made so we ended up in an hour delay. Food not bad but the platter fried stuff was too fried

They delayed my order for 10 minutes and then I had to wait for another 20 extra minutes until my order arrived. I phoned them and the manager was not in, so they asked me to call tomorrow so they can try and compensate for the long wait. When the food finally arrived, the promised fortune cookies were not there. Disappointing service

VERY well presented restaurant. The food came in a lovely packaging and with fortune cookies. Plus they gave good discount. Very pleased. Highly recommended.

Delicious chicken meat balls!! Probably the best I’ve ever had! But unfortunatelly the sauce was terrible - maybe for people who like vingegar, but I hate it so the sauce was a disappointment.. nothing like typical sweet&sour sauce. And the rice was very poor aswell. But for the amazing chicken I would recommend this place!

Things were okay apart from receiving potatoe wadges instead of curly fries. so a little disappointed main reason I order from here is because of the option of curly fries. And food was a little cold.

There was piece of metal wire in the Singapore noodles I ordered. Thankfully I removed it from my mouth before I swallowed or that would have been a real choking hazard.

I don't usually leave bad reviews unless something has gone really wrong, and this time it did. I opted to pay in cash on delivery, I gave a 20 for a bill of 18.45 and told the delivery man to give me 1£ back. His reply was he had no change on him, which essentially forced me to leave 1.55£ as tip. And I didn't get a receipt! This is unacceptable, as delivery people are obligated to carry change with them for change. If this is the practice of the employees at this restaurant, Imagine how much money they're making in tips. I certainly won't order from them again, as this is unethical.

food and service has dropped since I last ordered. Shame really, because it used to be very good. must be new owners. no more complementary prawn crackers or fortune cookies either.its the little things that count.

Food was delivered really early. It came with napkins and plastic forks so I thought it could be a good start but the whole pack of large fries were not cooked properly as in they were put to fry for 5 minutes and dumped into a paper bag so had to go to waste. The chicken balls were quite oily. My first and last order unfortunately, not worth the price.

We always used to love the food from this restau rant but as of the last few orders, the quality has gone down hill quite considerably, on ome side, the sauces they put on the foods are very thick, sugary and salty tasting and then for the ribs, the sauce/juice is like water in liquidity and taste. Finally the size of the duck seems to be shrinking in size but the prices stay the same...even if there was 20% discount offer, you wouldn't expect that to mean that they reduced the meal size by 20%. Please do address these quality issues that are now becoming regular

I ordered duck with satay and did not received this. Received duck with black bean or something instead and the crispy noodles were not crispy but in fact covered in sauce and soggy. Could not wait any longer to have this amended once received as delivery time had been delayed by restaurant already.

The amount of plum sauce provided is a joke, considering that I spent £17. I’ve used Jasmine Gardens a few times. This is the last.

I really enjoyed the singapore curry noodles and sea spicy prawns. a good egg fried rice and sweet and sour chicken. soup portion too small. all very good though.

Top 3 worst Chinese food I've ever had. Chicken balls were deep fat fried to the point they were un-edible. Duck and noodle dish, meat tasted stale and chewy. Avoid!!

Really quite disgusting. Rice was a glue paste, horribly chewy. Curry was a gooey broth with flimsy cabbage. Despite saying the seaweed is vegetarian, it had a big clunk of fish powder on top. And i never saw the fortune cookies that were promised with the order. Ghastly.

Appalling, placed order nearly 90mins prior and said 45mins! Called customer service and they were rude, agent stated we are just a third party, not our issue to solve

Really disappointed by some of the items ordered - sticky rice was inedible clearly had been reheated several times, was actually liquid gloop! The spring rolls were really sour, tasted like they had gone off - again inedible. Some smaller items were ok but overall a very disappointing experience :(

Dont know where all these negative comments are coming from as we have just had a delivery of food which was fantastic and the quality was of a very high standard. We shall definitely order from this place again.

Promised free fortune cookies over £15 order which was the reason we chose this restaurant and yet we didn't get any with our order. Very disappointing.

The dishes were great. Some were nice and spicy which is what we like. Of the 5 mains ordered all were excellent

Food was early which was good and we asked to swap one meal on the set menu for another and they let us. However we were disappointed because the delivery driver initially gave us someone else's order. He left our flat and then realised a few minutes later just as we were calling the restaurant and came back to give us our actual order. We then opened our own order and were really disappointed to find that the crispy duck and pancakes (literally the best part of a Chinese takeaway!) was completely forgotten. Overall we wouldn't order again due to the mess ups. A real shame because we had ordered once before with no issues.

Food was a bit cold and prawn balls were rock hard, like they had been refried. King prawn rice was nice and so was satay sauce.

Chicken pad Thai did not taste like pad Thai at all - not an unpleasant dish but not right. Chicken did not look fresh either...

the delivery was half an hour late, the driver couldn't fine the house yet we are on a main road and have a big number on the front of the house. tempura prawns were basic battered and bought in Aldi special, crispy beef was like cardboard. won't be going back. claimed it had been delivered early on justeat to obviously look good. telephone assistant at the restaurant didn't seem to care and just kept saying there on there way. big change to the last time I ordered from here.

Do not spend your money here! I placed an order late in the evening and what I got felt like left overs. I ordered salt & chilli squid and sticky rice. The few bits of squid I got was hard and chewy, like it had been cooked and recooked several times, and the prawn no better. The sticky rice could have been cut with a knife and fork, so dense and overcooked. Honestly the most disappointing waste of money and the worst takeaway I've ever had. Yes the order was early, but the 30mins wait was completely not worth it.

The order was delivered incomplete. The driver said he would return in 10-15 mins to bring the missing drink. I delayed eating my food so I could enjoy having a drink at the same time to wash it down. After 30 mins he had not returned. I called the restaurant and they said they would send a driver. Over 30 mins has passed and still no delivery. They have broken their promises and ruined my enjoyment of my food.

Delivered early by a polite gentlemen, dishes arrived hot and nicely presented.... highly recommend!

Rather disappointed. Curry was very bland with no discernible spice to it, beef an odd texture and lacking in flavour.

The pudding that was ordered was all smashed up and the sweet and sour prawns were so soggy

Ruined a Friday night takeaway for me and my girlfriend after a hard days work. we ended up pulling up another app and ordering from a different restaurant, I threw my jasmine garden meal away.

Being a chef myself, The Satay was like a caramel sauce, way too sweet and not even close to a satay sauce, the squid was harder than wood and inedible !!!

Egg fried rice was looking like baby food... but overall great food!
