Friendly staff and a great range of items. Definitely one of the hidden gems in Leith.

Service is excellent everyone so helpful can also get a meal or snack.

Had a lovely breakfast, very reasonable. For a choice of 6 items out of 8 plus 2 coffees £14. 80 for two people. Staff were very obliging and friendly.

Pop in purchase new 2024 calendars and browse around very large selection off clothing and Scottish clothing and souvenirs all reasonable prices

Take time, money and relax inside.

Found what I wanted, but this is seriously depressing place. Hopelessly disorganised. Too much tartan tat, and not enough quality Scottish produce. Staff however were lovely.

This place has a bit of everything. Clothing, shoes, home, gifts and a cafe. And friendly helpful staff.

My wife and I are locals and we try to visit a couple of times a month. All the staff in both the shop and the restaurant are so helpful, especially the young lad who serves in the restaurant who just cannot do enough for us, carrying our tray to the table and always has a big smile on his face. Prices in the restaurant are very reasonable and the coffee is great.

Large store full of leisurewear clothing, bedding and Scottish tourist items. Some of it is pretty dated (accessories for first generation iPods and DVDs). Also has a large café.

I had forgotten about this shop. On passing this morning i popped in. Great wee place good quality clothing. gifts something different special. (Cafe) proper coffee and bacon egg perfect.

Great place. Good prices. Food from breakfast to afternoon tea. Now Edinburgh Antiques are on the top floor, it's amazing. You can spend a long time here, not just clothes but bedding, and fancy goods cards etc.

So glad they are open again nice friendly people who serve you and plenty to see and buy you can have lunch and coffee as well

Fantastic shop, it has a sale on, purchase a gorgeous mirror which was half price, they also have a cafe, I would recommend Leith Mills, it's in Bonnington Road near Junction Street

Been here loads of times great clothes and gifts to buy i always buy their 2.50 pens plus also the shortbread great wee cafe does mac n cheese plus also haggis not been for a while due to covid great wee day out

Bit of a hidden gem, friendly staff, interesting stock both touristy and non-touristy, good quality clothes at low prices. Nice cafe too, had a teacake and a tea.

Very interesting shop with good café

Wanted a quaich for a christening gift and they had several to choose from. However I was very disappointed in the normally fantastic cafe.

This shop is now reopened however they no longer sell a wide selection of shoes as was shopping for sensible work shoes they only have a small selection of sandals, also the aquarium section is closed, slightly shorter cafe opening times also, on asking member of staff they were helpful and polite

Good to have this place back opened. Got some things you can't get anywhere else. Welcome back to all the staff .keep safe.

Just been to Leith Mills. It is closed. Even the gates are locked. Even though the website says it is open . When are you opening please?

Freezing cold, not great selection

Went looking for specific item and the lady who spoke to us was a fountain of knowledge. The item I was after was not available but she went looking around other branches to see if they had it, sadly not, but I was interested in a new waistcoat to go with my kilt, but which had to be specific in colour and size. She went to great lengths to find what I was after and even checked other branches within the group to if they could supply my needs. After a short while she came up with the goods and I now can go and get my order. Good old fashioned service from someone who was very polite and helpful. Unlike the restaurant where one lady was rude to a patron and should not be serving customers on the till, because I complained had finished my main course before soup arrived poor poor service after the good service earlier.

Great place for great bargains. Very crowded. Count a minimum of two hours for your first visit.

They do a great breakfast at a reasonable price and the shop is not bad for bargains either.

Lovely place friendly staff used to come in nearly everyday for breakfast but they have stopped having dogs in now so I hardly come over

Absolute amazing place. Staff super friendly could not fault them one bit.one staff in particular young gentleman in the restaurant was very very helpful. Explained the menu clearly helped me and my family carry our tray.will definitely be back because of this amazing gentleman.food very tasty and prices are very cheap. Highly recommend!!

A good place to find Scottish fashion relatively cheaply.

Surprisingly large range of items and brands. From Harris tweed to modern designer brands and more generic items at a range of prices. Souvenirs and aquarium too.

Only one person behind the counter, so waited ages to be served. Scone was absolutely solid, I sent it back and got a refund. Coffee was OK. The interior of this "restaurant" is depressing and drab. God knows what tourists must think if they have the misfortune to come into this sorry place.

My husband says excellent. We got great bargains and the customer service was awesome. Will definitely be going back shortly.

We have also been to the one near Inverness and would rate this the same. Slightly smaller but plenty of bargains to be had. Some things were not as cheap as we'd expected like golf polo shirts £35 and cashmere with 20% discount. We can get these in our local EWM. If you had a rummage you could find a bargain so we rated it very good

I attended this ‘breakfast with so called santa’ this morning with my sister and nephew who is 4. We were told on the phone that someone would Greet us at the door at 09:45am. The car park was filling up at this time so we stood at the door waiting to enter. No one came to the door until 10am and it was a man to pull the shutters up. Everyone made their own way through the store not knowing where to go. We arrived at the back where the cafeteria was then had to find what seat was ours. It was crammed! Chairs were litterally back to back! Kids were climbing near enough on your back to get passed you. Then had to stand in a que to have our breakfast. We ordered 2 latte’s which took that long for the staff to make the breakfast was cold by the time we sat down. I personally thought the whole breakfast with Santa thing was for Santa to be seated while the kids were having breakfast? He didn’t arrive until half an hour after. When he arrived I was shocked! He definatley looked like he had a night on the tiles. Worst santa I’ve seen. Some of the kids were laughing and pointing at his beard! My nephew asked why has Santa got a pretend beard on? He is 4! The toy was a crap plastic train you would give to a 1 year old not for his age requirement. They do ask you how old the child is prior to booking so this should be though of! They had face painting and pop corn for the kids to keep them occupied. There was a balloon game which was full of chocolates that was burst and the kids had to run like scavengers on the floor to get a piece! One woman had 1 child with plate full on her table. Some of the kids didn’t get any! We left after an hour in the place as it was totall abysmal! Staff should really be working behind the scenes somewhere as they were so rude! The whole thing was dysfunctional. It’s really disgusting that they charge £8.50 per child!! What about the parents who have more than one? It’s just not right! Save your money because your child will probably have nightmares with this experience!

La santa parecía aún borracha de la noche anterior. ¡El traje se estaba cayendo a pedazos, su estómago falso se estaba cayendo! ¡Era incómodo ver a mi hijo y preguntarle por qué Papá Noel tenía una barba falsa porque podía ver cómo se le caía la cuerda de la cara! El juguete que mi hijo de 4 años recibió fue para un bebé de 12 meses. A pesar de que piden la edad del niño de antemano. Todas las mesas están abarrotadas de personas que te golpean y básicamente respiran en el cuello. ¡Fue el evento más impactante y una estafa de Santa que he asistido en toda mi vida! ¡Solo espero que mi hijo no recuerde esto cuando crezca! Absolutamente impactante! Muy muy mala experiencia aquí! ¡NUNCA recomendaría a un padre o cuidador que lleve a sus hijos a ver el circo de los eventos! ! ! ! La gente necesita despedirse en este lugar.

If you venture upstairs be very careful as the handrail is not very safe it caught on my partners jacket and ripped it, we brought it to the Managers attention who replied it has been like that for years and no one else has ever complaint, so it doesn't matter that we did and there was no concern about my partner's jacket
