Great ice cream and more........Good selection of different flavours but my all time favourite is still vanilla. Quality products full of flavour. Additionally serve drinks and snacks including burgers and dogs. Friendlyand efficient service. Take away and small outside seating area.

We stopped for a ice cream while strolling along the promenade with our granddaughter Jade, how could we not! They were superb, we both had the butter toffee and I'd definitely recommend it. Not cheap but a reasonable price.

Visited yesterday for ice creams and drinks. Very busy day so queue was long but acceptable. Whippy ice creams perfect and well presented. Prices average for sea front but clearly advertised so can’t complain

Dropped by today, sat outside and had a very nice mug of tea and an ice cream cone. Delicious whippy ice cream with a view of the sea.

We were lucky enough to get seated outside, we ordered 4 doughnuts which are made to order, and 4 regular ice creams. There is a small number of various flavours, the usual vanilla, strawberry and chocolate but some other more unusual flavours. I had the raspberry cheesecake flavour and it was delicious, and although we ordered regular sizes, they weren’t skimpy with the portions, they were loaded up very well. The staff were all friendly and polite. Highly recommended.

Have a number of lovely flavours and the ice cream is great quality and very fair prices £4 for three generous scoops. Range from peaches and cream which was amazing to white chocolate. Worth a visit. Only small comment was looking to the server for some advice on flavours and she was a bit rubbish showed no enthusiasm to sell. In the end lost a sale as I was going to go for three scoops. Imagine how many scoops per week month and year you could increase sales if she put a bit more effort into knowing and recommending her products.

Myself and my friend stopped at this ice cream parlour on our walk down the seafront. We both picked a 99 whippy ice cream. It was lovely and thick ice cream and the staff were also polite and friendly.

We stopped at Jade's to get some ice creams for the children - even though it was freezing cold - that's children!! And coffee for us. Inside we found that the place had just been renovated and opened up to the rear of the property which also included new toilets for both customers and the disabled - a great idea as we have elderly parents.The children were very happy with the cones and we were very happy to get out of the cold even for a few minutes with very good friendly service from Wayne and Adam. We will definitely be back for more and we all love Cleethorpes beach!

Una cosa que la mayoría de las personas cuando visitando la costa es tomar un helado. Normalmente tengo que aceptar que tendré una bañera y no un cono para celiacos. Sin embargo aquí tienen gluten conos gratis en envoltorios individuales para evitar toda contaminación. Tuve que pagar un poco más, pero no nos importó en absoluto para sentirse normal! Así que me alegro de encontrar un sitio como aquí. La próxima vez que esté en cleethorpes definitivamente volveré

Friendly service and a great range of ice cream for all tastes, good things can come in small packages. Seating outside and easy parking.

We called here for a drink. The young lady who served us was very pleasant. The coffee was very good quality and value for money.

Jades is great on customer service. So helpful and friendly.great choice of ice creams too. Also serve drinks and snacks. Small seating area on terrace at front. Great choice of ice cream.

Thank goodness for you, went to a closed scoops today, so, jade's came good. Friendly service, sat in the sun and with lovely yorvale Yorkshire ice cream!

We always stop at cafe for drink on our walks on last few times they've had young girls serving, I asked for tea and a coffee, girl used same spoon to make both, wheat I went back to says my tea was to weak she got another tea bag putin in my drink then pushed it down with her finger, what about hygiene I can didn't drink it left it on table

We ordered three ice cream pots of different locally made ice cream flavours and a cone. The lady was very polite and patient with our young children. Good value at under 8 pound, would highly recommend.

Excellent way to finish a day in Cleethorpes - Jades Ice Cream.....Has to be the best ice cream on the East Coast. Pleasant service, always with a smile....

Cheese sandwich extrodinaire! After being let down in a chip shop, we opted for a hotdog and sandwich. Both were excellent.

Bought 2 99 Ice Cream Cornets, (Whippy style), far beeter than most in that they did not melt fast! Very creamy and extremely good value. Certianly worth visiting again, and again.......Very clean, well maintained and friendly helpful staff

Out of the 2 ice cream parlours around here, this is hands down the best! Far better selection, staff much more friendly and ice cream far more tastier!!!!

Visited on Saturday which was the first day of warm sunshine and no wind for a week - making it ice cream weather !! It did rain mid afternoon tho!! A great pity this business is so seasonal but do give it a try- great selection of ice creams available which do deliver full on flavours and not just artificial colourings and flavourings. A quality product and service with a smile.

I visited jades and I found there prices way over the top.Their ice cream is a lot dearer and so are their drinks then anyone else on Cleethorpes south pier. To anyone visiting Cleethorpes intending to buy drinks, tea etc or ice cream then don't buy these things at Jades.Just a moments walk along the prom is Jonny Donuts who's teas, coffee etc is a lot cheaper,better value and served in a larger proper mug rather than a more expensive smaller mug or beaker.Their ice cream is also cheaper.

Great ice cream served by friendly staff makes Jades the pick of the bunch along the seafront. The gaffers a real nice bloke too , he once changed my icecream for a new one, just because the wind gusted and blew flecks of my original icecream on to my shirt. Hardly his fault but he still insisted on replacing it. Damn good icecream too.

Always like to pop here with the kids! It keeps them quiet for all of 5 minutes!!! Great selection to choose from & very friendly staff!!!!

Try the Yorkshire Lemon Curd ice cream....delicious ! Also the Rocky Road one, my granddaughter liked that one !.

A nice stop along the seafront for a tea or coffee. Cute mugs and a good view. Lots of variety and the ice cream looked lovely.

Some of the best vanilla ice cream I've had, with excellent value for money. It was the longest its ever taken me to finish an ice cream with very generous scoops.

Scoops Is the only place that makes their own gelato ice cream in this area, they have about 30 flavours and are all delicious, the staff are friendly and helpful. They also do chocolate sorbet which is the best sorbet I have ever tasted, crepes and Belgian waffles, I love it here and will be going back again.

The seats are now cleaned during the day leaving ice cream etc on the seats and tables. We order a can of vimto and was served a can with mould growing around the rim straight from the fridge. The can was replaced and the mould coated one then wiped ready to sell on to the next person. Not hygienic is it?

Lovely ice cream, typical prices. I would say this is one of the best ice cream parlours in Cleethorpes. Helpful young staff who do a great job as the place gets very busy in the summer period. Always the place I visit if I fancy an ice cream treat.

We bought two waffles and a bag of candy floss this evening. The staff were really friendly but I thought the food was pricey for what we got. The waffles were a bit soggy. But after we got home my partner was finishing off the candy floss and found a piece of copper wire approx 1.5 inches long in the candy floss, disgusting! Trouble is we're not sure who to complain to as there is a website listed on the bag but that is just for the bag makers

We visited Jades on a brief trip to the promenade at Cleethorpes. We enjoyed sitting in the shaded garden area. Ice Creams were enjoyed by the children. My hot chocolate was fine. The staff found dealing with a big order a bit taxing, but we got there. Nice view of the sea across the promenade.No toilets....
