Amo este lugar. Entramos, nos preguntaron qué nos gustó y nos obsequiaron con la más increíble variedad de comida. No comimos carne, así que era todo veggie y pescado, pero la carne parecía y olía increíble. El servicio no podría ser mejor y realmente se sintió como si hubiéramos vuelto al Líbano.También increíble valor.

I often take friends visiting London there and ask the owner to feed us. It has always been a festive time. A must visit place!

No es el mejor ambiente para sentarse a comer, sin duda llevar. La comida es estupenda, y las parrillas son cocinados sobre carbón fresco así tienes un maravilloso sabor tiernos. Todo lo que he intentado es buena y las raciones son grandes.

Headed in here to grab a bite to eat enroute to the concert, seven of us so just asked the owner to 'feed us'. Awesome, loved everything, and unbelievably good value.

The yoghurt used in the Fattet was too sour and the tagine was a little too watery.

The food was nice. However, they did not include ine of the item if my order, which was not mentioned upon delivery, and it is only when I called them that they aknowledge it. They said that they would refund me. But as the food was good, I will probably order from them again.

Forget the chains and sterile menus. Beautiful authentic cuisine served with personality. Fresh ingredients, cooked to order in formnt of you. Ask about the spices and understand the passion and knowledge behind the Chef.

Delivery was late by an hour and the food got cold. The restaurant said they didn't have enough drivers and the driver got lost and phone died so he was just wondering around for an hour. Appreciate it may have been special circumstances but end of the day we ended up having a very very late dinner and food was not up to standards expected.

The meal was very good. Unfortunately, delivery was 20 minutes late and one of the items was incorrect.

Always like the food at the Jad grill, wish they did a tasting box for 2 people so you could get a bit of everything.

Was my first visit here and I was very impressed the food was really nice I had half boneless grilled chicken was delicious and had very fresh salad and some plain rice with it there was loads of food and was really cheap and the staff are very friendly and helpful I will most definitely be going back and will definitely recommend this place to all my work colleagues it is well worth a visit :-)

So I just really needed to grab something quick. The Lamb shawarma hit the spot. Nothing fancy. Nothing flashy. Proper lamb not that processed stuff. It was good to sit down with my work, read my documents and eat the lovely wrap.

Went out of my way to try here today. The best falafel I've had in London. Would highly recommend. As a Vegan it is often difficult to find quality food. But Jad Grill were happy to accommodate. Friendly polite service, in a clean authentic surrounding

Food is excellent and large portions. I had a salad that fed all 4 of us. I took the the shish taouk chicken, and I can't say enough about how tender and tasty the chicken was. Everybody had way more food than we probably needed, but we didn't want to waste it, it was so good. Great value. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 was the seating. Wedged on very short seats, I never felt comfortable. However, the food more than made up for it. I think next time I will get take out.

We went for lunch with colleagues today. This is a really good down to earth restaurant. Food is honest, made from fresh ingredients with a nice touch. It is delicious, good for the price. Every dish was made well, and the plates are huge. I will order half amount next time or share. The place and decor feels like I was going over for dinner to some friends who can cook really well. If you don't mind that it's not a posh place and you also like Lebanese food, it's a must.

Food tastes very fresh... I had a spicy Lebanese salad, with hummus and lamb meat. They gave me lots of fresh flatbread with my take out.. Nice, friendly service..

This is a nice and cozy place. I was there with my friends last Saturday night.I'm not going to pretend that some of my friends can be quite demanding, but the staff were friendly and helpful, especially out waiter, who was lovely and cheerful. The food was delicious, and I truly recommend falafel as they are some of the best i've ever had.

Nice welcoming place. We ordered the mix grill and three mezzes for two. Generous mezze so 2 plates instead of 3 would gave been enough. The halloum No24 on the menu is a very good surprise.

This is a friendly place with interesting decor. Houmus was really good but chicken kebab was good to look at and generous size - until daughter spat out a chunk of raw meat. Such a pity as owner is nice but raw chicken is so dangerous. We were a bit sad as daughter had previously said it was a nice place and she spent rest of day worried about getting salmonella .

The owner is crazy and egocentric. Ruined my experience. Food was good but the owner insisted I listen to his preaching on how to eat a kebab! Banned use of all electronic devices so you cannot sit here for a cup of coffee whilst checking emails. I decided to leave as the owner was quite aggressive and persistent when I refused to accept his preaching.

This is a joke. We didn't get the wrap we ordered and the sambousek are just doughty with some cheese on top. This is a serious joke. The owner even called me to check the order and I asked to get some extra bread and he said don't worry I'll give you 5 for free! Didn't get any bread ... Money totally wasted.

Average quality food though the mixed grill platter, chicken liver and the shawarma are worth a try. The setup of the restaurant is nice.

This is definitely the best lebanese restaurant in the area...with new ones popping up everywhere now! Its small but cosy, well decorated and authentic. The shawarma is amazing and service is also fast and friendly.

I must have been to this restaurant 20 times in the past year. The food is brilliant and authentic.The decor of the restaurant is nice without being fancy - all very humble, but in keeping with the authentic feel of the restaurant.The owner is a true gentleman. Welcoming, passionate and clearly a very skilled cook.For lunch: outstanding value wraps from the grill, Jad Mixed or Lamb Shawarma being notable standouts.For dinner: mixed grill is brilliant, with side orders of the Hummus Beiruty and the Moutabal Baba Ghanouj.Couldn't recommend this place any higher for a quick weekend lunch, or a casual dinner.Very small inside though with only enough space for one party larger than four, so book ahead.

If you looked at this place, you would probably think that it was just a drunken kebab house however it is so much more. We went in for supper had the most amazing humus and baba ghanoush and the thing that makes it is the chef. He is so lovely, makes you feel at home. There are no frills, its just really delicious- nothing fancy. We had a mixed grill, massive salad and loads of dips, £16 each.

Went there on weekday lunchtime, small restaurant with only a few tables, but it has a lovely eastern Mediterranean looking corner with cushions, carpets etc. with enough space for about 8 people. Service was friendly and fast, the food was freshly cooked and very tasty. We ordered lamb shawarma, which was tender and perfectly seasoned, and also a selection of hot and cold mezes all of which were nicely presented and full of flavour. It's not very cheap but it's reasonable. The two of us paid £28 that included a large bottle of water, shawarma and 3 or 4 mezes. I can highly recommend this restaurant.

Been walking past this place for a week on my way to work, as my wife was here we called in on the off chance on our way back to hotel.Guy who served us was a genuinely nice bloke who stopped us ordering too much, hummus was really good and the mixed grill fantastic we made complete pigs of ourselves, in reality it was a huge amount of food, it's a cosy small place with a nice atmosphere and you can see your food beenPrepared, i am here for a few months and will defiantly be visiting again

I dropped in for a quick solo dinner while waiting for the cinema, and had never been there before. I really liked the place: it is very small and very cosy, decorated in Libanese style and with good taste. The whole atmosphere was very authentic, homey and friendly - just like the service. The grill area is separated from the dining room by a glass window, so that you can see your great food being prepared :) The menu offered a lot of choice of Lebanese dishes, and what I got was tasty and felt authentic (not like some ethnic restaurants that spice and butter up dishes too much for "foreigners"). I definitely recommend the place and will go back there with friends!!

We really like the customer service there, so cheerful and friendly. The owner is very welcoming. Well, anyway food was great. We ordered a vegetarian option (there was enough to choose from for veggies): large falafel wrap (which was massive and tasty) and Lebanese salad (again, a huge portion), so these were plenty for two of us to have a great takeaway dinner. Definitely ordering again. The restaurant looks warm and cosy as well, very atmospheric.

This place is a gem, the best place for food. We went there as a friend had recommended it after coming across it whilst visiting london. The food was amazing and the service excellent! The chef Jimmy was a work horse always on the go, but making sure that all the customers were looked after and happy. I will definitely go back here again and again. The houmous was one of the best I've had, and I have travelled quite abit so I know how it should taste!!!

I always judge a Lebanese restaurant by their homous - if the homous isn't good then don't bother. I shouldn't have bothered with Jad Grill. The homous was worse than supermarket homous - bland, gloopy and tasteless. Terrible. Wrap - generously filled but no sauce it was dry. Lamb sambousik - this was bizarre. The pastry was flaky pastry like a samosa. Inside the pastry, there was a mixture of lamb and potato like a samosa. Absolutely terrible. This was not a sambousik but something dug out of the freezer. Unacceptable. The biggest insult was the price of this food. When I called to ask about the missing items on my order, the guy on the phone said that the drivers car had just broken down. How convenient. Avoid.

The food this place cooks is fresh and tastes great, this little gem is the best kept secret in this area! The fresh juice drinks are fantastic too, I have eaten several times from here, inside and as a takeaway and you can see your meal always being cooked fresh for you! The taste is always great and melts in your mouth! Would always recommend this wonderful place and I'll keep going back!!!!!

Very good meals (x 3) from here in last 2 weeks. Succulent grilled meat and good salad, cooked on a real charcoal grill. Easily the best kebabs I've had in Bermondsey in 4 years living in the area. Friendly, genuine service. Highly recommended.

It was my first time in a lebanese restaurant. The chef gave us a warm welcome in a good Italian and then gave us a very good lunch, with generous portions. Moujaddarah was a very nice surprise, hummus was one of the best i've had, falafel were fried very well

Food took too long. After ringing up to check it was coming, they assured us in a very blunt way it was on the way, and they wanted to make sure it was hot and of there usual high standard. However when it arrived, it was far from hot, they missed one of our dishes, and EVERY dish was on a bed of chillies. We had so many chillies we could've had a main meal just of chillies. There was too much oil, and some of the food tasted like it had been reheated. We won't be ordering from there every again

I went here yesterday with friends as a very casual meetup and it was nice. The decor seemed fun and it was a very relaxed enviornment. Anyways some dishes were on the pricier side but we each chose wraps. We were promptly served our food and there was so much! I was stuffed, excellent value for money depending on which dish I suppose. I'd recommend this place for a casual meeting up with friends.

The food itself is nice but not something to rave about. Huge portions which is very nice but the average price is £13-15 for a main I've ordered from them twice and the delivery has been more than 30 mins later than predicted; this on top of a predicted wait of 45 mins to an hour is longer than ideal. On the first occasion they substituted a chosen dish with another without checking with me and when I declined it was told they couldn't refund me the money I'd paid for it and I'd have to do that from Just Eat which involved hassle and I'm still waiting for Just Eat to refund the money. On the second occasion they forgot the dessert I'd ordered which I discovered after they'd delivered and left. When I phoned them the manager was apologetic and offered to send it to me the following day. I would expected him to correct matters straight away. Pleasant people, decent food - but they need to get their act together.

Ordered £40 worth of food to be delivered and arrived cold and the meat dry, the order was mixed up (they said they would refund me and later started arguing that I had given the wrong postcode to just eat - hilarious) - DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM HERE - manager and staff are a bunch of incompetent people that have no humility to recognise mistakes.

We popped in here, lured by the Lebanese food. The place is pretty basic (but you can see this from the outside), however the welcome and their concern that we enjoyed our meal was real.My choice of main course was not available; my friend's dish was not to her liking but was willingly replaced by one that was. So full marks for service and attention to the customer's needs.The food was good average but nothing spectacular. The strange aspect was that, when paying the bill (we didn't actually receive one - only a spoken total figure!), they said they could only take cash as the machine had broken, and we were not given a receipt. Very curious.

Priced at £13.50, I would have expected my couscous to be much, much, much better than it was. It came 1h15' after ordering, 15' late. It was cold, and there was a ridiculous amount of it, enough to feed 4 people. It was oily, the couscous bits were wet and sticky. Overall dreadful.
