Best pizza we have ever had, be back again 😋

This the worst kerbab I’ve ever had and I’ve had a few it was dry tuff and absolutely disgusting no taste had to throw away and not the cheapest kerbab please people go elsewhere

i go frequently the food is always fast and tasty and the staff are really nice

This place used to be brilliant but has really gone downhill. Waited an hour for a pizza to then get an email saying that the restaurant had cancelled the order and I would get a refund in 5-7 days. I rang to get a very abrupt man who claimed to have never received the order. He told me he would call me back after he looked into it which he did after 20 mins. Again very abrupt but had magically found my order and was i advise that he would "send it out and I could pay for it next time I ordered"!!! No apologies or acknowledgement that they had messed up the order. I asked him to just forget it as I would not be reordering in the future and would find somewhere else to get my food from. This is after other problems with the last 3/4 orders that we have let slide. We have ordered from them very regularly for ages including multiple party orders of £50-100. Really sad to see what was a brilliant takeaway fall so far.

Ordered pizzas for the first time in years last night and they were amazing, will be using you more regularly.

Beställde en Doner 30min före stängning och får den efter 10min. Kallt kött och lite sallad. Fick äta den över en soptunna utanför för att de skulle stänga 20min före utsatt tid... Aldrig igen.

This place Should Not Offer Chicken Parmesan as with Tomato is Just Wrong, They’d never even heard of a London Donner Pizza and the portions weren’t very good, Big Enough Pizzas but Chips & Donner Portion Was Shocking, The Dough Was Pre-made I’m Positive as it didn’t take them long to have it in the pizza oven and the supposed Garlic Sauce was Abysmal baring it mind it could Take 1 Minute Maximum to make a half decent Garlic Sauce

Went on just eat to order and they waited 10 minuets then to cancel on me and when I rang the shop they said they don't want to deliver to me because I'm too far out and they have to many orders nearby.. what a joke... why advertise delivery when you can't...

Lamb chops with bread is awesome .

Over the period of 2021 to 2023 I've had a variety of dishes, from kebabs, pizzas to chicken parmos.... All absolutely delicious.

Chicken is dry , but other than that it's a winner let me tell you !

Popped in for a take out Donna kebab . £7.50 , it was huge . Asked for it to be wrapped/ packaged separately ( I had an half hour walk home ) no problem .. Great value , definitely will go again and try other items on the menu.

I don't get why there so many bad reviews for this place. The food was really nice, spot on, even down the chips were really nice. Good customer service, they even brought the food to my car.

Order here far more than i should, good food at great prices.

Best kebab ever! Full of fresh cooked chicken and salad. Great onion rings, coleslaw, chips and garlic mushrooms. Not greasy and prepared whilst we waited! Such a shame we live 2.5 hours away! Thank you!

Hot delicious food ready for collection in time shown when ordered. Meat and chicken were really well cooked and juicy.

Food was fine, but over charged us by £3, and our burgers and one wrap had none of the sauces we asked for.

Excellent takeaway on the Fulford Road south of the city. Great value and the food is always good. The chicken parmesan with jalapeños is a banger

One of the best kabab and pizza restaurant in York Reasonably priced and always happy to help. My best suggestion is the Donnor meat pizza tastes amazing. And very good value for money

Order donner which is good and large portion. Sauce was nice and staff was friendly too

Good food . fast service, very friendly people and they make the best hot and spicy pizza in York.

Took my order and confirmed it over the phone however it never turned up.

Bought a large Kofte Kebab from here. It was very good and was big enough to feed two people. Friendly. Not cheap for a kebab but decent value given the size and how good it was... edit: kids ordered from there tonight a range of other things whilst I was out. They are teenagers. They didn't actually finish all the food. They didn't like it and they live on kebabs and pizzas and chicken burgers etc... so perhaps I just got lucky the first time I went. Apparently the chicken burger and pizza were almost inedible and the chicken shish was OK.

The food was drier than the skin of an eczema patient. You can bite into the paper covering the bland chicken wrap and you won't be able to tell the difference between that and the tortilla bread. Add sauce to your food ffs.

Donner meat smelt funny and not cooked properly, staff seemed to have an issue staring, bad experience and definitely not going there again

Ordered food that never arrived.

First few times food was lovely, now 3 bad takeout on the bounce Dry chips. Chicken didn’t feel cooked through and I was on the loo about an hour later with the trots

Ordered lamb shish and donner meat lamb not cooked, donner meat awful taste will not order from this particular grill again

Sadly the food was tasteless, spicy pizza with no spice, the salad with the chicken kebab consisted of only Lettuce & Onion. Garlic sauce didn't taste of Garlic the chilli sauce was, well didn't taste of chilli sauce. The food just tasted cheap, pushed out and no effort at all, we ate it because it was hot and we were so hungry.

Had a burger and chips. Service was efficient and polite. I sat in and the place was warm and clean.

Seriously disappointed with this place, ordered a large donner kebab and chips and got meat and chips. When I queseied I got a piece of bread placed under the meat and charged an extra £1.80.

I've been using this place now for a while and will never order from anywhere else!..top food friendly Staff and a quick service

Decent pizza not bad but not the best either. They sometimes give free drinks with orders which boosts it for me. Friendly staff. Certanly not bad.

Hygienic, friendly and helpful. Good food at competitive prices. Calzone is rather special, fries too. Now, the fries are hot, cooked in clean fat, not soggy and luke warm stringy, chewy or tasteless. Marvellous finale for your evening!

Food was ok but had to pay £4 delivery in cash to the driver, restaurant rang up saying so. Won't be ordering again due to the delivery charge

Doner meat bland and greasy. Kofte was pretty disgusting and had no taste apart from gas from the cooker. Chilli sauce as stated in other comments was watery and lacking in any kick. No real complaints about service or delivery but i ordered for the food and that was not nice .

Delivery was late, food however was still hot and very good 👌🏼 Would order from here again.

First time ordering and loved it will definitively be ordering again! Ordered a parmo, it was very crispy just how I like it however it was tomato pure instead of beachmel sauce which is something different to what we were expecting but we loved it! Also ordered a chicken wrap which was piping hot, the chicken was lovely and so tasty as it had been done on the grill and I got so much chicken in my wrap I was so surprised!

Both the grilled chiken and donner meat were amazing. If you want real chiken, get it from here. However, the chilli sauce was very watery and barely spicy. The doner wrap was als excessivey greasy. I was not able to figure that out before I got to the last few bites and saw the grease just start to pour down. Not the best look - or feel.

The only thing I can pick on was that the site says free garlic bread with cheese if you spend over so much, but we didn’t get this. But the kebabs we ordered were awesome. Really good 😁

Lovely food. Great service and succulent doner, 'bab' was just how I like it, Meaty and moist. Prompt delivery service and free garlic bread was beaut. l defo recommend. My mate even lives off these. 🤙

The best in York, less greasy than any other and the ingredients were fresh.

the meat in the wrap was well nice kebab meat not overly greasy and food came hot, even though a little distance away and gave the free garlic bread what a lot of takeaways “forget” cheers for the yummy scran

The quality of the wrap meat wasn't the greatest if I'm honest. The pizza was better. The delivery charge was £4 which is high so think we'll order from somewhere closer next time
