Great selection to suit all purses…friendly, helpful and accommodating staff.

Nice small shop which is well equipped for its size. Also you have coffee shop. Where you can get stuff to draw for children. Nice cakes and coffee. And nice service at the coffee shop.

Shop is sized 'just right' for everything you could possibly need in a daily shop. Quality of food is generally excellent and of course because of this a small premium must be paid. Has normal and self service tills. Just remember to park in the free parking area!

Great choice for food and good value

Appalling service. Although assistant helped with self service checkout she did not ask how I wanted to pay, turns out it was card only and she refused to scan my triple points voucher so I have missed out, never again

Went into cafe for coffee and toasties. Toastie was ok but at £5.50 is very expensive. Many tables were not getting cleared there was one guy serving and he was very slow we had a long wait.

A popular store with very pleasant staff. Without fail they have asked ‘how are you’. Popular items are sometimes not on the shelf. But, in a few days, those items are usually back again. Collecting parcels has been very easy. Occasionally I have met friends in the cafe and found it very convenient and central.

First tome visit since covid very expensive for pretty poor cheese scones coffee was alright service only average staff was leaving tables uncleared for ages

I've never been to worse organised M&S shop. Almost every time I've gone for something specific the shelf is empty. Another example has been the meal for two offers. The fridge will be full of sides, starters and deserts, but there will be zero main courses available. How is it possible to get stock levels this badly wrong?

Hey I used to love your lasagne but I've noticed now it has these small onions all through it and it's horrible now. The onions should be cooked out. I will no longer be purchasing your lasagne after this

Would have been a five star but for the time we had to wait at the new self service tills......a que formed because the poor assistant was helping put through a trolley full of food for an old couple.....there are three checkouts and not one member of staff on them......plus every time someone had something to be weighed there was separate scales.......come on M&S what is going on........

Sunday morning visit. Easy and free parking at 10.15 for quick shop. Not too many people around so I was quickly through the checkout with enough shopping for most of the coming week. I will be quite busy so it was mostly easy to prepare dishes and veg that I picked up with a beautiful bouquet of scented flowers. A pleasant morning spent.

I did not enjoy shop in M&S as they are very exspencive ,too much pre packed goods not much fresh chicken.plenty pre cooked goods which i do not buy.i like make my own ,if i can get the goods to do so no not a fan of. M&S AT ALL.!!!!!!

Not terribly impressed, it could be better!

Apart from Christmas Dinner I am not a fan. All pre packed sandwiches have ridiculous amounts of salt in them, some as high as 40%. They pfaff too much and try and be too clever with their food.

I don't think it's too much to expect M&S to heat their cafe but apparently this has been broken in the Inverurie branch for 2 months now! There should be a warning you will need to sit in the cold before making a purchase as really not acceptable for elderly customers

Had a nice sandwich and cake . Fine cup of tea but it's a bit expensive I feel . But enjoyed it .

Very busy this afternoon, till didn't accept my card for contactless payment, similar in Tesco.

The staff at Inverurie are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Everyone has a cheery smile which goes a long way.

Stopped in the cafe for a drink and a bite to eat . fresh and clean.

Wish there were more of these stores about. Fantastic selection of food and drink, with the sit in cafe which, although is feeding you the same food as available on the shelves, goes to the effort of serving the food in a very restaurant like feel and the ladies at the counter are always very cheerful and on top of things.

Great store with all the quality M&S products I'd expect. The fruit selection is superb and varied - best on the high street (2nd best for us is Sainsbury's). Staff are friendly and helpful and the isles have good access for a wheelchair. Nice little cafe as well and plenty of parking. Thanks M&S :)

been many times before Marks have not half put there prices up but the quality has vent down Toasties now very expensive and nothing much in them not sure if they have changed there coffee source but seems to be a more bitter taste

Been here many times before but never written a review. Lattes nice and hot sort of average toasties bland and not worth £4.50 felt a total rip off staff going through the motions and don't think they care about customer service

Best M&S cafe ever! Tried various branches over Scotland but this one is by far the best. Staff are excellent- even if only one person working and they are rushed off their feet you get a smile and friendly greeting then a perfect freshly made cuppa. Majority of staff on shop floor excellent too and very helpful- would be lost without this branch - other stores could learn from the staff here !
