This place gives a warm welcome to walkers. The cakes are excellent, and the portions generous. A great way to end a day's hiking.

Sunday - really nice fresh sandwich and coffee. staff very friendly especially the young man who served us he was so pleasant polite and well mannered... credit to the cafe.

Quaint little cafe lovely staff who have cakes, scones & naughty but nice food to tempt you with. Visit the infotainment room which has an interesting insight into "the valley" thousands of years ago. The Church ajacent to the cafe is also worth a visit. Still excellent & a place you must try. Lots of new home made panini to try & new cakes etc. Lovely cafe & lovely staff. Try it & I am sure you will enjoy it & you won't be disappointed.

love the stuff here, hot chocolate is the best, I am however confused by the prices . . . . ie today I went alone and got a cheese toastie and a hot chocolate . . . I was charged £10, yet a couple of days ago I was charged £13.90 for an americano coffee a soup a toastie and a hot chocolate . . .?? In fact all 5 times we as a couple have been in the last month, its always been around £13, so I am bemused at £10 . . unless coffee is a lot cheaper than hot choc 😂😂😂 or is it a single person tax. any ideas welcome . . .is there an online price menu ?

Lovely food, I would recommend the Border Tart. Decent prices, a mocha a sandwich and soup and a tart for £15. It has good WiFi. Place let down by reception, it was so cold you could see your breath, and closed toilets, there was a disabled toilet but it was manky.

Very good, didn't expect it to be open as it's in the middle of nowhere, but I believe they are open all year round

This is a small cafe located in a small hamlet up a valley. Clientele will mostly be walkers or, sometimes. locals. It is a lovely cafe. The menu is broad-enough and food items tasty and delivered at decent speed. Service was fine A small museum displaying some interesting local archaeological finds is attached

Great coffee, ginger shortbread and ginger cake. Wonderful staff who make you feel welcome. A must visit when up this way.

Cheese scones and warming soup on a blowy winter day. Perfect.

I go occasionally with a cycling group. It's a lovely spot, with really pleasant staff and good food... But it needs to be prepared for busy periods... A lukewarm coffee in a small paper cup served 20 minutes before your food is not something I enjoyed or would recommend. The food is good, but the experience wasn't. 👍

Just had coffee and a cake, lovely surroundings peaceful, clean and friendly.

Stopped by for soup & a pannini. Very nice soup & bacon & Brie pannini. Friendly relaxed service. Dog friendly. Slightly lacks the cosy feel , but will revisit as food very good. Ginger cake gorgeous too!

Lovely little rural cafe at Ingram Valley. Not the cheapest but lovely home made scones. The Cheese are absolutely yummy!! There is a little area to learn about archaeological info for the area. Lovely friendly staff.

. . . happy time, as met by two friendly ladies with nothing being too much trouble. Delicious homemade cakes and scones, served with an earl grey leaf tea which was very refreshing. Peaceful location with walkers enjoying the outside tables in the sunshine. My daughter and I wandered around the beautiful churchyard and enjoyed some time out.

This is a lovely little village cafe. Perfect for a stop off point if walking, cycling or doing the wonderful Ingram Valley Safari (amazing experience!). The cafe is very dog friendly and have jam with the scones, it's yummy. Small shop where you can buy hand made greetings cards, blankets, honey, soaps and more. This is all surrounded by the most raw, beautiful countryside. Amazing!

Lovely spot for a light lunch or coffee and cake when out walking in the beautiful countryside. Seating in and out of doors, dogs welcome. We had soup and sourdough followed by lovely home made lemon cake and scones.

Great little cafe in Ingram, best chocolate flapjack ever had. Great spot for a bite to eat in a lovely location. Whether by car or walking, worth a visit.

Nice village with river and walks around. Café was a let down though with wierd tasting coffee and cheese and ham toasties the worst I've had at £5.10 each thin bread and not much filling. Small quiche was OK. Overall quite poor!

Been here three times and it’s been lovely every time. Great catering for a variety of dietary requirements too. Love their ham and vegan cheese toasties! Great service and good amount of seating. Definitely a go-to spot for lunch whenever I visit Ingram Valley.

Nice bacon rolls, good flat white coffee, pleasant environment. Friendly and welcoming. Still feels a five star experience even though the cardboard cups and plates took the edge off, considering the high-ish prices. I would recommend though and will be back.

Food and drink were nice, too expensive

Ordered 2 bacon rolls to sit in with hot chocolate and a tea. Bacon tasted like it was reheated in micro and not overly tasty. The rolls where served, and finished 15 mins before we finally received our drinks, others who ordered well after us were served their drinks almost immediately, felt like the locals came first regardless of when they arrived. Wouldnt recommend or return.

Very friendly cafe near some beautiful walks and Linhope Spout Waterfall. Lots of parking and outside seating space. It's a cafe, local shop selling crafts and artwork and has a mini museum area as well. Cakes were delicious and there were milk alternatives for coffee and Gluten Free cakes on offer. I'd definitely recommend.

Stopped in to refuel while riding the Sandstone Way mountain bike route and had a great experience. Food was tasty, staff were friendly and filled up our water supplies before we set off again.

Best coffee i have ever had lovely staff

We came upon this lovely little cafe by surprise. It's in the Northumberland National Park. Very friendly staff and the food was delicious. We sat outside, and blackbirds and finches were around us. It was lovely seeing how friendly they were.

Came in for coffee and cake while staying nearby and really enjoyed the display of local history etc. Lots of art and crafts to buy - some good but some terrible daubs. Then again it's all in the eye of the beholder I suppose.

Was nice quick service nice gifts to buy will be going back to do a bit of walking and cycling as well as going to cafe

Only gad a pot of tea as we had sandwiches with us, was not aware of cafe, toilets on site and tge area is stunning.

Ingram Valley is such a beautiful place to visit any time of the year, although it does get busier during the summer months. There are plenty of great walks to suit a variety of abilities, and it is wonderful to have somewhere welcoming to go after a walk. The service is always friendly and efficient, and the food is delicious. The menu has been well thought out to suit a wide range of dietary needs, and the staff are very helpful it you have any questions. The gift shop attached to the cafe is well stocked with locally made goodies, and the small museum area provides fascinating insight it the history of the area. If you go to Ingram, I highly recommend a visit here.

Lovely little cafe, sun trap in garden, dog friendly

We’d heard great things about the cafe here & it fully lived up to its reputation. I came here with an HF walking group doing an extended version of the Hillforts (circular) trail, and we managed to fit in a mid-morning coffee stop and a late afternoon tea & cakes one without hesitation or deviation but with enthusiastic repetition! Super-friendly welcome, ideally located with ample car parking, good selection of guides and maps as well as food, and highly recommended👍👏😀

Lovely staff. Place at the back of beyond but a real oasis for walkers, cyclists alike. Basic fodder but beautiful and tasty. Reasonably priced.

Beautiful location for a cafe. Good assortment of cakes- great to have 2 gluten free choices for me to chose from. Friendly staff. There is also a little museum attached with history of the local area. Local crafts are sold too. Well worth a visit.

Cracking little place, only stopped for a quick cuppa while out cycling in the Cheviots .

Unfortunately the delivery driver had not been that day and so there were no choices for savoury food. A few sweet treats were available but not a lot.

Really nice cafe with parking outside. Good ramp from car park with long hand rail. Small shop with lots of interesting art. Exhibition area. Children’s play kitchen and wooden toys. Tables outside with marquee. Food nice and good value. Friendly staff with a distinct community feel.

An lovely and welcoming cafe who are muddy boot and dog friendly. Warming and delicious soups and local beers made this the perfect place for lunch after a walk on hills or dip at Linhope spout. Looking forward to returning next winter x

Went back to Ingram for another round of Cheviot Goat and visited the café a few times over the weekend. Good food and coffee and local beers. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Definitely coming back again.

Been in area so many times and never actually visited due to finding the place but from Bridge Car Park if you continue then follow track right round to church and village hall there you find a car park and great wee cafe and craft centre now we found it will be back oh and they cakes what can I say mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Excellent meal. Amazing attention to detail. Delicious cheese and puckle toasties served with crisps, salad, thick cut cucumber, tomatoes and a slice of orange. Yum. Also sells cards, pictures, etc. Tourist information is available.

I was impressed, staff were helpful and the food tasty and good portions , when you consider there is not a lot of competition in that area I am well impressed.

What a hidden treasure, this place is! Such a good selection of cakes and scones, along with hot and cold drinks. Indoor and outdoor seating, available. Gift shop offers local produce, such as Northumbrian beer. Some lovely items, for sale. Outdoors offers a small selection of plants. My only hiccup is; as a campervan owner, the car park isn't very big and motorhomes would struggle to get parked. Maybe there's space close by...? Well worth a visit, otherwise

We walked from River Breamish Club Site to Ingram. The circular walk is lovely. Coffee and Border Tart a delight! Nice little shop for gifts, too.

Fantastic little cafe in the most stunning place in England -the Breamish Valley Staff great , scones fab and Red Squirrels ( what more could an owld fella want!) Highly recommend if you love scenery , North Northumberland and tranquility.

Found this little gem of a place, worth taking the time to find. (About 3 miles from main road) Great tasty food, well presented,good service and a lovely little shop to browse in with more hidden gems!

Stopped here when traveling South on the A1. Excellent food in pretty surroundings.
