great service, came earlier than said on the app which was great. Food was delish, hot and tasty. Only second time ordering from them, but will definitely be my go to from now on.

App states that our order has been delivered when it’s not. Had to call the takeaway to see where our order is. They said it was on it’s way but we had to wait a further 15 minutes for our order. when I asked why the app said it was delivered, I didn’t get an answer.

Disappointing portion of Donner tonight, dunno why this happens here, regularly get inconsistent portions of kebab meat. Last night it was packed full tonight was half empty. The tub is always the same size, it should always have the same amount of Donner in it. Can't fault the food quality, one of the only places that does a good kebab here, but had too many small shady portions not to mention it.

I asked for a donner kebab with cheese, I never got the cheese, chips cheese and donner meat part of the order was fine

Ordered a large kebab it came in a tiny burger box asked for salad only thing I put in comments was no tomatoes, I was expecting lettuce cucumbers onions, no none of it got big out with the box being half full with cabbage and no other salad, I was so disappointed

great pizza, shame it didnt look as good as it tasted due to the delivery driver carrying the box by the edge and squashing the lid into the toppings. i forgive you though, still enjoyed it loads

Absolutely shocking the way our dinner got delivered tonight cheese hadn't even melted on the chips hardly any Donner meat chicken pakora freezing also but when you phone up the shop the boss think it's a high standard to send food out like that

Donner meat was like rubber dry and chewy tortilla chips were soggy as anything and hard to eat not good at all. Burger was good though.

A full quarter of my box was missing, the box itself was small nothing mega about it! Had really cold donner meat and was primarily chips !! Absolute disgrace will not be ordering again!!

Pizza and munchie box was cooked perfectly, always on time, delivery drivers always have great customer service

100% the best pizza in town!! arrived early and it was cooked to perfection, even the base was decent crispy right to the middle which was great. ( hot bite pizza 12" with green peppers)

Ordered a baked potato X2 same topping tuna n another 1 with 2x prawn tuna one didn't Evan have any tuna same with prawn paid for 2 only got 9prawns really unhappy with this couldn't eat it was full of mayo an hard lettuce

Placed order at 10:30, got confirmation that it would be delivered between 11:30-11:40 11:45 came and still no food. Phoned the shop to be told that they never received this order !! This has never happened before and we use just eat alot ! Honestly think they were talking rubbish especially since we got a notification that the driver was on route !! Hit or a miss with this place. Place used to be amazing every time now 1 in 10 if your lucky !

Used to get great food from here but last night I ordered veg pakora which was definitely onion bajhis, everything was overcooked, although edible, it really has went downhill!

Delivered to wrong address , phone was “busy” for hours

The pakora cooked in old oil and tastes not nice. Portion size was poor for the price. Doubt I will order again

Delivery said arrived but hadn't. Chips did not stand up to the delay. No peppers or onions with chicken tikka kebab. Couldn't eat as it just tasted like salt very bland except salt flavour

Orderd a special wrap minus the chips and cheese... they sent me cold pakora in with the salad...no donner meat and a nan bread....called up saying they forgot the donner meat by that time my nan was completely cold ...they didn't even offer a replacement nan ...total waste of time and money..a replacement meal should have been done. Won't be ordering again

King size mixed kebab was fantastic. Chicken pakora was a bit dry even with the sauce and the spices onions portion was tiny.

Pizza was alright however the donner kebab wasn’t appealing whatsoever and the quality of it was very poor. I’ve taken a picture in case it needs sent. Good pizza but recommend staying clear of the donner kebab.

Worst meal I have ever had, grease was dripping off kebab and through polystyrene tray. Chips were rotten half of them were black. Always had a nice meal but noticed the past two times I’ve ordered it’s went right downhill.

That has got to be the worst order I have had from here normally fine but today's food was absolutely rotten, the chips I received in my order 3lots of them and they all went in the bin not fit to eat [got pics to prove]. I will never order from here again.

There was no donner meat in the special wrap and only 3 pieces of chicken pakora. Definitely not worth the £10.50!.

Brilliant food and even better delivery time

Although the collection time was super fast I'd rather wait longer for the food to be fresh. The chicken was dried out and the naan was brick hard. Disappointed tonight. Would normally give this place 5 stars for food quality.

Been using for years , tonight my daughter called for delivery guy on phone was very ignorant and nasty cut her off , she called back to finish order same guy very nasty disgusting behaviour all my daughter did was ask 6 year old son if he wanted a burger so guy cut her off after calling back same disgusting behaviour said he had no time and asked what she wanted and said make sure u know what you want very bad disgusting attatute made me sick i will never uze them again if thats the disgusting attatude u get on phone quite happy to tske your cash though disgrace

Just had the best kebab I’ve had in a long time , shashlik was outstanding and delivered within half an hour , absolutely dynamite kebab so I’ve got a new go to

Ordered from here and my bottle of coke is almost 3 months out of date absolutely disgusting called up the guy found it funny I personally will order from this place again would hate to imagine what the kitchen looks like never again highly recommend you either go somewhere else or make something yourself always check the dates as I can bet you it will be out of date as well as most likely from a militi pack that they aren’t even meant to be selling as individuals truly hope it’s shut down

Delivery came, missing items & place still owes me a fiver. Guy told me he was coming back with it and never appeared.

The last twice I've ordered from here the did had been all over the box. Last time was a pizza that only had topping on 1 third as it all slid over. This time the kebab was mashed round the box. Not good

My food was delivered cold and when I asked for a fresh order or a refund I was given nothing but cheek from him then to hang up the phone on me won't be back

My food turned up freezing because the delivery driver couldn't find my address, he phoned me a few times to tell me he was at my address but no show for 20 minutes! I phoned the restaurant and asked for a fresh order or a refund and got refused and the guy I was on the phone to said my delivery arrived on time even though the delivery driver confirmed it wasn't with him! Got nothing but pure cheek from him and he hung up on me, he's a horrible disrespectful man!

Got my pizza and it was cold because the driver couldn’t find my house and when I phoned to complain I got told they won’t be sending a new order and got nothing but cheek from the mouth piece

Terrible food . Next to no meat on kebab. Called restaurant was greeter with rude staff to basically said that's the size . Refused to collect and refund. Then hung up the phone . Avoid.. won't be back

My neighbour had a take away delivered which was freezing and the delivery driver took a parcel that was within my block of flats at my front door, phoned Indian palace to try get this sorted, jaf was extremely rude to the pair of us and didn’t care in the slightest about the take away quality being below par and the fact there delivery driver actually stole from someone else property - said it’s not problem and point blank refused to ask someone that was delivering on there behalf - there was a previous review made that’s no longer here so making another one as this entire experience has been shocking
