Food was late and cold so I had to microwave it. However the curry was good portion and nice keema naan. Small portion of rice though for the price.

Lovely food, good size portion with plenty of meat. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Would definitely recommend. Have also eaten in the restaurant which was also lovely.

Not alot of flavour and not much meat

Absolutely disgusting. Worst ever place I’ve eat from. Couldn’t even eat it. Saw the bad reviews but thought I’d give them a chance. Regretted instantly. Naans was burnt and tangy and tasted off. Biryani was literally nasty. Daal was I have no idea what it was and how you can even get daal wrong.

Been here a few times (pictures on the next visit) and the food is always amazing with a great service too. The menu is vast and has something for everyone.

Food arrived cold and was tasteless delivery driver was very rude this is the second time I have ordered food from here I will not be doing so again I do not recommend this place plenty of others that are far better x2 poor experiences now with the food arriving late and come both times

If I could minus rate this order I would it was late after delivery time being changed already all food was hardly even warm and the prawn cocktails were warm , un cooked chicken was the final insult !! Wasted nearly £60 to be sat hungry !! Disgusting

2 hours from ordering to then go collect the delivery!! Some of the order missing & what was there was lukewarm (not sure how long it had been sitting waiting to go) so complete disaster & now looking for a new local Indian takeaway

Order put through at 6pm with family over didn’t realise time of suggested delivery time. When I checked it said there was a delay and my new delivery time was I think 7.25pm to 7.45pm. Still nothing arrived called at 7.45 to be told the food was sitting waiting for pick up. I said it’s over 1hr 45mins to be told it will be on the way and they threw in a coke for free. Driver arrived after 8.25pm no apology or any communication. Very poor. Food not hot so to be honest not great service at all!

Food was 45 minutes late. Turned up barely like warm. Attitude of the staff at the restaurant is terrible. I called them ten mins into the 45 mins delay and was told the delivery was on its way. I called again after 30 mins and was told it was 3 mins away and that it wouldn’t be cold because the box keeps it hot! Would not recommend and won’t be using again!

Brilliant evening from start to finish! Wonderful service by our friendly and attentive waitresses. Head of house showed genuine appreciation towards us/his customers too. Our starters, sides and mains were perfectly cooked and presented, and tasted absolutely delicious! A large choice of food on the menu, excellent value with very good portion sizes. The five of us had the most pleasant and enjoyable experience, especially to celebrate a joint birthday and retirement. Thanks for the complementry drinks also :) Looking forward to our next evening!

Very slow with deliveries. Ordered two dishes at 6pm and it’s now 8pm. Was no apology or explanation given when I called to ask where it is. Just ridiculous. Food’s nice, so it’s a shame their deliveries are so poor.

Rang up when it was 15 mins late and told it was out for delivery. Was 45 mins late in the end so an hour and 45 mins delivery time in total. Not the end of the world but I would’ve been liked to be kept informed rather than having to chase.

We always order from Indian Ocean but unfortunately the quality seems to be going downhill, the starter was lukewarm and the rest of the meal was also lukewarm as well, such a shame.

The food was good but not the way I was expected . The sheek Kabab was bit high proportion of salt . Also Nan bread should be cut in the middle piece, the Tandoori mix-grill Chicken tikka and lamb tikka was not enough tender and soft .

Food was delicious and delivery service was excellent.

It's quite simply the best India Restaurant in the area, with fantastic service in a casual relaxed atmosphere. Thought I'd update my review, I'm still going there regularly and the restaurant is still as good as my first comments.

Worst catering service I have experienced in my life. All the meat dishes tasted off. Service was poor with staff not catering to customers needs. Food ran out early on, even though the tables were not full. This restaurant should not have ventured into catering services if they are not up to standard. Waste of time and money.

Attended a wedding and received poor service from waiters and staff, disrespectful attitude from management to guest, food ran out half way through and the portions received were small and when asked for refills it had to be asked 3-4 times before any staff listened presentation of deserts was very bad with not everyone getting each of the deserts specified on the menu we would not recommend their food or catering services to anyone

We came from Birmingham for a wedding, and we barely recieved food from this catering service, pathetic customer service, we left hungry.

As a catering service, it's very poor. Service/staff very unprofessional. Do not use this catering company, they do not honour the quantity or quality of food. Half way through they ran out of food.

The delivery driver dis not read the address went to the wrong place and had to redirect him The food was not nice and tasty as it normally is will not be ordering from there again

First time trying their food, it was 10/10 we tried their Chicken Tikka Biryani’s with Daal and their prawn puri was delicious . Anyone reading this comment right now I highly recommend you to try this place.

Firstly the order was over 2 hours which was 40 mins over the original eta. The food was mostly cold and several of the dishes had been squashed so leaked everywhere. Stale papadums and onion bhaji

we ordered online using just eat, food came 2 hours later and of course was stone cold, we used to order from here all the time and the food would come within a decent amount of time. 2 hours is outrageous and the restaurant would not give us our money back. wont be giving them our money again.

Food was cold! And portion sizes were laughable! Prices have all gone up and the quality has gone down. I have spoken to the restaurant, I want a full refund . But was only offered my food to be delivered again. It was 9pm and we had already waited an hour. Just eat should also refund me , work hard to make a pound note and this is as good as daylight robbery!

Very slow owing to staff shortages

We ordered almost £50 worth of takeaway tonight and it did not come with any poppadoms - other indian takeaways we order from always do as complimentary. The portions were also very small and food was tasteless. There was barely any meat in the lamb jalfrezi. Will not order from them again!

Food took 1 hour 40 mins to arrive and of course srone cold. Everything had to be re heated. The meat was tough and it tasted awful - never again - Unfortunately I paid up front on their web site. If you have to get a take away there then order it on the phone, then at least if it takes too long, then you can refuse it!

After reading the reviews I was concerned but didn’t need to be the food was hot full of flavour and great value. Maybe they’ve turned the corner I will definitely be back as was the best delivery I’ve had in the last 15 meals. Thankyou for a truly wonderful meal

So got an order delivered driver calls and says my food been stolen call the store and ask to do a collection and pay again try charging me more than uber and will only take cash not card regular customer no customer loyalty

Was told to collect at 20:20 and was told to wait outside for over 40 minutes. Did not feel welcome and no one seemed bothered. Overpriced the food portions are small and bland. Plenty of other places to try Will not be using again

Came early than expected but the Salmon Biryani was very burnt and had little flavour. Paratha seems to use veg ghee, which doesn't taste as good as the dairy version. Not worth it.

First time in restaurant....and will go back again .... Firstly I'd like to take this opportunity to state that the owner has a great idea in having female waitresses....it was nice to see and should be the same across all restaurants....it added a nicer more relaxed feeling for customers... Food was perfect amount and cooked perfect... ambiance and cleanliness was second to none.. Staff constantly cleaning tables and floors...which in my eyes shows that they take pride in the restaurant and everything is clean. Staff was attentive constantly ensuring everything was ok.... Owner was around and was ensuring that everyone was dealt with promptly and orders were delivered on time... Will 100% return

The food was over an hour late and was cold. We were not given any updates to say it was running late or how long it would be.

Unfortunately our food was cold when it arrived! But when reheated it tasted sooo nice.
