Indian Ocean in Central Bedfordshire

Wish we knew about this restaurant years ago. We had amazing food on a date night recommended by friends. We both said to one another how enjoyable our whole evening was. From being taken to our table. Service and food outstanding. Thank you Indian Ocean.

Food spicy, bordering on the inedible. The man serving us was rude and had little interest in enhancing our dining experience. Waste of money.

First time to this lovely restaurant. The food was delicious with lots of lovely dishes to choose from and a fantastic service. We will definitely be back. Thankyou for a great evening.

Take-away ordered from Über eats. The food was ready and delivered very quickly, so still piping hot. The food was excellent, full of flavour and the dishes contained plenty of meat, I could not fault it. I would totally recommend this establishment and will be revisiting soon. Many thanks.

Raj and his family are the most genuine people and welcomg hosts that you could possibly wish for. Super food, my favourite is chicken moricha , a lovely spicy flavoursome dish, not oily like many curries. I would recommend you go znd support a great family business serving up sizzling plates of delicious food. And the Bangla beer ain't too bad either !

My husband and I decided to try a different Indian restaurant for a change, what a huge mistake!! The popadoms tasted stale and were served on a filthy plastic bowl and the onion bahjees were frozen in the middle and swimming in grease. I definitely will not be returning to this awful place and I don’t recommend it to anyone

This is my worst experience on Indian food in Leighton buzzard town. Very greasy food, not fresh, is like eating in hospital canteen. Please stay away

This is a small restaurant and takeaway business. The restaurant is cosy and compact but well laid out. On this occasion as with many others we decided on a takeaway. The owner, Raj does deliver promptly but this time it was a pick up. Ordering is easy by phone, although there is an app via the website. The food was ready, hot and waiting in 40 mins (Saturday night at 7pm). All the dishes were packed and presented well in their containers, even with some requested modifications to traditional dishes for dietary requirements. I highly recommend the Indian Ocean.

Ate in here purely by chance - and so glad I did. The nicest Tastiest curry I’ve had in a long time. Shami kebab was deliciously moist and chicken dupiaza so good. Salivating writing this😀 highly recommended

Ordered a takeaway. Didn't show up and when I rang to ask where it was, they put the phone down on me. AVOID!

We were let down at the last minute by our usual takeaway restaurant and decided to give Indian Ocean a try after friend's recommendations. So glad we did, delivery was fast and the food was excellent. Definitely our new go to curry house.

My husband and I enjoyed our first visit to Indian Ocean this weekend and are already planning our next visit! Don't be fooled by its informal exterior, this restaurant is serving high quality, authentic and varied Indian cuisine. Family run and friendly, it has a variety of dishes and staff were on hand to make recommendations. We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and really brought back treasured memories of a trip to India a few years ago. Thank you to Raj and the team for keeping traditional, delicious Indian cuisine on the menu in Leighton Buzzard!

Wow .....another great curry with family and friends. It’s no secret that raj has made me addicted to hot curry’s. My fav at the moment is chicken pathia. And I asked for it spiced up and it didn’t fail to deliver absolutely stunning. Ask for the cheese and garlic naan bread the absolute best. My wife had chicken rezala creamy but spicy and she said it was stunning. My daughter had the standard chicken pathia. Fabulous again. If you are into your curry’s have a chat with raj he will recommend something which will blow you away. If you don’t believe me see for yourselves.

As usual food was excellent. Was good to see Raj fully booked. The atmosphere is so warm and friendly. Even if you go for a meal for one other users talk to you so you are never alone. Have frequented the Indian Ocean for over 35 years and never been disappointed

I have been eating in this restaurant for 32 years now, I have always found the food to be excellent, if you want a dish tailored to your taste it’s never a problem, the tandoori lamb chops are the best I’ve ever tasted. I don’t often use the menu as I got into a habit of eating the same 3 or 4 dishes, now I just ask for something chicken, medium and Raj always comes up with a winner. On one occasion around 18 of us booked in for a post golf meal, we ate traditional Bangladesh food that isn’t on the menu it was amazing. Ruki deserves a special mention too, she’s a great host and very knowledgeable when it comes to the menu, I can not recommend highly enough!

Went with my parents last night for a curry. Wonderful homely place with very friendly staff. A lovely family business, where customers are treated with a smile. There was even a pair of glasses to borrow, so that my dad could read the menu!They happily accommodate any requests, including making any curry on the menu vegetarian. The food was DELICIOUS and there was plenty. Not greasy or fatty at all. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone.

Looked at some of the reviews on here as I always do when eating alone and decided to give it a go. The place was empty at 6:30 when I arrived but the owner was very friendly and a few others soon showed up.I had the chicken tikka paneer starter which was one of the best I’ve ever had and a garlic chicken masala which again was very nice, spending just over £20 the place was very reasonable and I would recommend

We decided to eat here after coming back from a Narrow Boat trip. The food was delicious and the owner went out of his way to make me a special vegetarian dish with vegetables unique to Bangladesh that I had never tried before. Highly recommended.

This is a little family run gem in Leighton buzzard. Great food lovely friendly atmosphere. It is a small restaurant lovely linen table cloths. If you’re not sure what you want you can ask staff to recommend dishes.

We really enjoyed having the opportunity to try Bangladeshi vegetables such as amaranth and sweet pumpkin which were absolutely delicious. A wide a variety of options for vegetarians. Very nice naan breads and Tarka Dal. Great service. We will definitely be back as soon as we can!

I popped into Indian Ocean on my visit from London. This is a family owned restaurant. The owner and his family are kind and accommodating. The food is clean, very rich in spices and tastes amazing. The decor is simple and perfect for a quite night out with a partner or with family and friends. Top points for speed of service. Do visit and you won’t be dissapointed.

Last weekend I ordered a takeaway from the Indian Ocean. I ordered by phone a 'banquet' - starter, main course, side & naan for £10. I was told it would be ready in 25 minutes.

Ordered and paid on line. Website is very helpful with good descriptions etc. Had to wait only 3 minutes before food was ready

I've lived in Leighton Buzzard for a decade now and I can't believe that this is the first time that I've been here.

My family have been coming here for 30 years and when I am up from Cornwall I love coming here for a meal. It has almost become a standard event that first night home we come here. Once again Raj and his team produced an excellent selection of Indian food, beautiful onion bhajis followed by a great selection of curries. Friendly, quality and really good Indian food that Raj is always happy to adapt and change. Great to see him getting busier and busier as people here about this hidden gem

Just had a gorgeous curry made to order. Even specially made gluten free Chapati’s which my wife tells me we’re amazing. We highly recommended this restaurant for Takeaway or Eat in.

I have visited so many Indian restaurants in my time but none come even close to Raj's Indian Ocean. You don't even need a menu as Raj will always surprise you with an amazing dish.

Since moving to LB 6 years ago, we got recommended Indian Ocean and we haven’t looked back since!!! It’s by far the best Indian in LB and in fact I don’t think I’ve had an Indian meal better else where!! Raj the owner has really set the standard with how Indian/Bangladeshi food should taste!! Every dish I’ve ever ordered has been been delicious!! Even on the times I’ve wanted to try something different, Raj is there to recommend or make a tailor made dish for me. Raj and his family are so welcoming every time we visit, makes us feel like family!! :)

I have been eating at the Indian Ocean for 31 years now, I have never had a bad meal, Raj and his family always look after us superbly, daughter Ruki (?) is very knowledgeable when it comes to choosing your dish. I very rarely use the menu now, Raj often just surprises me, always good and the tandoori lamb chops are the best I have ever had. On a couple of special occasions we have had traditional Bangladeshi food which was absolutely gorgeous , looking forward to my next visit already!

Excellent food and excellent service. Great recomendations if you cant decide what to order. You can order some unusual Indian vegetables which are nice to try. They also offer Bangala beer which you cannot get in many Indian restaurants. This restaurant was the first one in Leighton Buzzard / Linslade and has stood the test of time.

Found the website a little cumbersome on the iPad but quickly got my order underway and soon my order confirmation email hit my inbox with an expected delivery time.

Been dining with raj and his family for many years now and the food is simply stunning,plentiful and extremely tasty!My favourites are the tandoori lamb chops starter I've tried these at many curry houses and no one comes close! Main course is the shiblu or chris dish....lamb chicken and prawn curry served with rice and naan bread (ask for a cheesy naan) stunning! Then to wash it all down try the Irish coffee. BEST in the land...!! But don't take my word for it.... try it yourself. Dave carpenter

Visited Indian Ocean based on other reviews, it certainly didn't disappoint!! The young lady running the restaurant with her Father was friendly, relaxing and very helpful when it came to deciding on our dishes. We went for the chicken bhuna Masala and a family recipe called a lamb Mula which I have never heard of before but will be certainly looking out for this dish in the future.We will absolutely be back! Thank you for a lovely meal. Highly recommend.

We visited Indian Ocean on the last night of a canal boat trip having been recommended by someone at the local canal boat hire company. It was a Friday evening and we booked a table as assumed it might be busy. Good job we did as it was full! We were greeted by a friendly lady who welcomed us warmly, asked how we were and showed us to our table. The menu comprised of traditional options and some unusual ones that are authentic dishes we'd not come across before. The lady that served us is the daughter of the owner who has run Indian Ocean since the 1970s. The restaurant had about 28 covers so not large and worth booking on a Friday or Saturday. Fellow diners were regulars - one chap told us he'd been going there for 40 years! I can see why. The food was exceptional! Many Indian restaurants use far too much ghee. Not at Indian Ocean. There was absolutely no excess oil at all. The flavours were incredible. I had a dhansak. Whilst it was spicier than others I've had, however, it was the best dhansak I've ever had and I've been eating Indian food for many years! My other half had a Balti which was also delicious. It's worth highlighting this is not going to be a restaurant that will appeal to everyone. If you like fine dining and fancy restaurants, this isn't it. However, if you want to experience traditional, authentic Indian / Bangladesh cuisine, with no frills or fuss, but good quality food, this is perfect. We'd definitely return and would certainly recommend.

We were recommended Indian Ocean. And it didn't disappoint. We only had a main meal with rice and vegetables ( our choice as we'd had a large lunch). We ordered a Balti and dansak. All dishes were very tasty, especially the dansak. None of the dishes were swimming in ghee, a common problem in Indian restaurants. This is a family run restaurant that has been in Leighton buzzard since the 70s. There's nothing fancy about it. So if you want posh nosh Indian style, Indian Ocean won't appeal. If you want a traditional meal run by a family keen to serve good quality and authentic dishes, this instance is perfect. It's not large inside (about 28 covers) so worth booking on Friday and Saturday. Would return and would recommend.

I have eaten in most Asian restaurants in Leighton Buzzard so feel I have an idea of what is to be expected. Most serve overly sweet and goopy sauces with minimal spice and flavour and substance. Indian Ocean was a treat. The food was great but even more so is the care and attention in service. Unpretentious and caring. We had 3 starters all were lovely. Then followed 3 mains including tandoori and seafood with some traditional Bangladeshi vege accompaniments. Don't overlook those! Then as one of the dishes was a little hot for my 10yr old girl I asked if they had a mango lassi - I didn't look at the menu but the young lady came back with a home made mango pistachio and honey lassi that was totally devine. I just can't say enough about this place - That was the best Asian food I have had in long time in Leighton Buzzard. Try them out. It's a shame they have to market themselves as Indian/Bangladeshi as the Bangladeshi cuisine should stand alone and would make them unique but in a small place like Leighton Buzzard I understand why that needs to happen. Just give this one a try as I was so impressed with the quality of everything from food to service - step outside the high street and the packet sauces. You will be looked after and have a lovely meal in kid friendly surroundings but also great for adults too. It's just we went 6ish on a Sat evening. Loved it and we will now go back again and again. The tandoori prawns were awesome but the star surprisingly for a bunch of meat eaters was the traditional vege dishes on offer. Well worth a try. In fact in writing this I may have to order a take-away while I work at home tonight. Enjoy.

Everything from the food which was served to the warm and friendly welcome of father and daughter was excellent. If we're ever visiting this part of the UK again this will be the first place we'll stop at for a meal.

Meh. Service was slow, food average to low. Not a good experience had. Won't return. Would liked it to have been more but - it wasn't. A shame as its near.

You'll find Raj & His Family extremely personable and will always do their best to make sure that your meal is perfect each and every time you goIf your new to Indian Cuisine,then ask Raj and he will help you choose something to suit your palette and you won't be dissapointed !We've known Ràj and his Family for years now and we don't go anywhere else because we absolutely adore their freshly cooked food,always hot and large portions.I usually have Chicken Tikka Masala & Keema Rice which is not hot at all and not very spicy but tastes delicious! My other half has Chicken Shashlik & Keema Rice and my Son has Chicken Tikka Main & Pilau Rice .We share a Garlic Naan Bread and have 2 popodums and all the trimmings each. ITS LUSH!!!! We also get takeaways from Raaj and he doesn't take long to deliver it and its always hot and delivered with a smile. If your eating in-house then Raaj will come chat with you sometime during your stay but never encroaches upon your meal. We always look forward to our next Indian and would like to thank Raaj and his Family for being the best

I have dined here on a very frequent basis recently such is the quality of the food. Raj, the owner, is very personable and is happy to chat with his customers without being overbearing.For a good tasty meal (no small portions) I would highly recommend it.A testament to the quality of the food is the perhaps the level of takeaway business that is evident. The phone is always ringing!I will be visiting again shortly.

I have used this restaurant for many years and whether you sit in or order a takeaway the quality of the food is the same. The owner is a very personable person and will take good care of you whilst in his restaurant. It would be difficult to recommend any dish but normally have a Ceylon but I love his tools and the veg curry is yummy. Give it a try this small parade have two of the best food establishments in Leighton.

I was hoping to be able to give a glowing review for this cosy little restaurant because I found the environment pleasant and the owner very friendly and welcoming.However, I have to be honest if I am to differentiate between restaurants in my reviews and the fact is that, after one takeaway and, more recently, one sit down meal, I would have to say that I can't see me using Indian Ocean again - not when there are around a dozen Indian restaurants in town to choose from.There is nothing actually wrong with the food - you could truthfully say it was pleasant enough and the portions are large - but, compared to most Indian restaurants I've tried, I found it decidedly lacking in flavour and freshness. I had hoped that maybe a sit-down meal here would be a whole different story to the takeaway option but unfortunately not. So-so is the phrase that springs to mind. As the prices are pretty much in line with other local Indian restaurants, I regret to say that I can't honestly see why I would choose Indian Ocean again.

The Indian Ocean may be a small restaurant and take-away but the cuisine is of a very high standard. Raj and his team are always willing to create or prepare dishes to a customers request where possible. The menu is comprehensive with traditional dishes enhanced by Bangladeshi and Chefs options, you will not be disappointed with the choice.The restaurant is cosy and contemporary, the tables are relatively close together in a bistro style.The service is friendly, prompt and accurate, which includes the local delivery service. The food is always served fresh, aromatic and well presented. This is a family run business that has been successfully serving the locality for over 20 years. This achievement does not happen by accident, but through consistent excellent service and quality.It has taken a while for me to get around to publish this review, but as a regular customer of both the restaurant and the take-away service the review is long over due. The food here is very good and pretty much authentic as it gets. The hie delivery is also good with the food always hot and tasty with pretty fast delivery times. The staff are very friendly and so are the delivery guys.

Probably the best and most authentic Indian restaurant in the area. The quality of food belies the modest appearances and if you have any allergies or intolerances, they are very adept at dealing with them in a pleasant, unfussy manner.

I have been using Indian Ocean for years, Raj and his family are lovely and always accommodate any requirements you have and encourage you to try new things! Always brilliant service and a laugh!

We met friends for dinner and enjoyed a terrific meal. The service was attentive but not intrusive, the staff were prepared to chat and advise on the dishes if required. We were the only occupied table (early on a Friday evening) but the atmosphere was warm and hospitable. There were a pretty constant stream of folks picking up takeaway meals and almost all nodded and smiled in passing. Thoroughly recommended.

We live quite close to the restaurant. Appreciate its busy on a saturdaynight but we had to wait quite a while for our food & then when it came it was neither hot nor spicy. Bhuna was good, jalfrezi was poor / watery and bland. Poppadums were nice, however mango chutney had never seen a mango! Chutney from aldi is better. We won't going back unfortunately.

We were taken by some friends to this good family run restaurant. It offered very friendly service and some good banter from owner's daughter! Nice to see some more unusual dishes to try and this menu contained several different items that I had not seen elsewhere. All four of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals which were well cooked. Think portion sizes were slightly smaller than we have come to expect (two of us often share a rice but we should have ordered one each even though we had side dishes too. I could have eaten more of my main dish too). Nevertheless, the food was very good, well flavoured and fresh. Would be happy to return.

This restaurant is by far the most authentic curry I have eaten in the UK.Agreed with other reviews that the decor isn't the prettiest but I'm there for the food and service.All staff we have come in to contact with during our visits have been friendly and accommodating.Having been lucky enough to travel through India on several occasions, this restaurant truly delivers real Indian cooking, not a "British Curry".The chicken within each and every course we have had at Indian Ocean is so tender, my wife and I can't quite work out how.Brilliant restaurant that I would recommend to anyone and very fairly priced too.

The restaurant itself is a non - descript address on Wing Road, however the food, price and service make the location a quality default location for take - aways.

We have tried many Indian Restaurants all over the country and Leighton Buzzard but none of them come close to the food served here. The atmosphere is friendly and staff are very attentive.Highly recommended. Try it, you will not be disappointed!

We tried the set menu for £9.99 and overall the courses represented good value.Agree with previous comments, it does lack a little atmosphere, but the staff are attentive and it is a resturant worth supporting.

By far the best Indian restaurant in Leighton Buzzard. I agree with other reviewers that the decor could do with a bit of love and attention, BUT we didn't go there to eat the wallpaper! The service was very good and they didn't fuss around every 5 five minutes checking that all was ok ( which is a pet hate of mine). The food was excellent, probably the best Indian I have had. As they also trade as a takeaway we were offered the option of having it boxed up to take home if we couldn't eat it all. The restaurant is located at the far end of the high street, away from the majority of the pubs so it doesn't get crowed with drunken groups piling in at the end of the night! Another plus!Try it, you will really like it :)

Once again Raj and Shiblu excelled themselves. It was our daughters 16th Birthday and they really pushed the boat out. Balloons and banners put up and a musical candle at the ready for the cake. They prepared a dish, off the menu for my aunt, who is extremely fussy and she loved it! A big thank you from her for "not making her look different". Nothing was too much trouble. A big THANK YOU,

I like other many others was sceptical about eating here, but after 3.5 years of saying another day we went on Saturday night all I can say is I shouldn't have waited so long.The decor outside is dated, however inside is pleasant.We were greeted by incredibly welcoming staff, who continued to give excellent service throughout.The food was very nice and what I liked was that as it was cooked from scratch I could tailor make my meal. I would say the quality was better than in other Indian restaurants.The cost was comparable to other such eateries.A number if people came in to eat and collect takeaways and were clearly regulars.I would definitely recommend it.

After visiting every Indian in town, Indian Ocean is by far the best in my eyes. Fresh authentic food with a great family vibe. Would definitely recommend, although the place lacks abit of ambiance the food definitely makes up.!!

Perhaps I was expecting too much, the quality of the reviews on here would suggest something extra special. You certainly wouldn't come here for an occasion as it certainly lacks quality decor. But no matter what really counts is the food and the service. Service was efficient and friendly, and the food came out reasonably quickly especially considering we were a party of nine. That incidentally was enough to fill half of the restaurant space. The food was good but not exceptional and the portion size average. I had lamb madras, mushroom pilau rice and aloo gobi. All perfectly adequate and what I would expect to get when ordering a takeway, which is probably what this restaurant is best at. That said, during our two our visit only one person came in to order one. I don't think that this restaurant is poor, just a good average (I would like to have scored it a 3.5) at a reasonable price. I would come here again, but not before trying out some more of the other Indian/Pakistani/Bangladeshi restaurants in Leighton/Linslade. I love a good curry, but am still looking for an exceptional one.

Went here for the first time last night. Right from the start my husband and I knew it was going to be a lovely experience. The owner and his son were the the perfect hosts, very friendly and informative., introducing us to food we hadn't tried before. We weren't disappointed. We will certainly be back soon and would highly recommend the Indian Ocean to anyone who wants a great meal.

Another great meal last night with my husband, dad and brother. This place is such a find, I admit to being dubious from first impressions, when we first visited it was quiet and the outside isn't flash. But - everything is freshly cooked and the team will explain the menu and adapt things if requested. They will also tell you what's authentic and what's there because it's traditional "British Indian" - but won't judge if you like the latter! They let you take your time and enjoy the meal. They do a great range of Bangladeshi vegetable specials made with fresh authentic veg - and always encourage us to try them often by serving a complementary dish. If you are a vegetarian you will be well-fed here. So would I prefer - some of the flashy places we used to go to with bright colours etc, but standard food, and sometimes the feel of a production line in and out, or fabulous food and lovely friendly service (they always help my dad with his coat in a non-fussy but helpful way)? Indian Ocean all the way for me. Many thanks for another lovely meal.

Just had a takeaway from the Indian Ocean and it was delicious!! Food was nicely spiced and flavoursome, not just spicy for sake of being spicy but amazing flavours. Meat was good quality. Brilliant value for money. Definitely one of the best indian takeaways I have had, look forward to eating in to sample the atmosphere other reviewers have spoken about.

Have been eating here for over 20 years and have never had a bad experience at this establishment. The service, food and friendly atmosphere are of the highest standard. Everything is cooked from fresh. We look upon the owner and his family as really good friends and have attended his daughters wedding which was a grest honour for us. Any bad reviews please ignore those people as they are trying for a freebie. As for the man claiming he had a bolt in his food he is nuts!!!

Best indian around tell you the truth didnt want to come here as it was not very inviting as there was not many people inside -but that did not matter as soon as i walked in i was approached and sat down given menus and full explationation of the menu was offered the food came suggested by the young waiter was spot on told him what i liked in a curry not a problem same with my wife soon the restaraunt was full though but still we had no reson to rush the waiter was atentive and great with us couldve asked for a better night so thank you guys and definatly coming back

I have never experienced such a welcome atmosphere. The food is freshly prepared. The naan breads are something to die for - can't be beaten.It is a small family run restaurant, who will go the extra mile to explain the menu and adapt the food to your requirements. Nothing is too much trouble.Well worth a visit.

We ordered a takeaway from Indian Ocean this evening - after an hour and a half of waiting, my Chicken Madras arrived. Half way through eating it, I bit down on something which felt solid - I spat it straight out and found that I had just nearly eaten a metal nut.After calling the restaurant, the driver was sent back to the house but he point blank refused to give us our money back unless we handed over the offending article - clearly he wanted to destroy the evidence! Needless to say, this restaurant needs to be avoided at all costs, unless you enjoy eating metal.

This is a family business and they treat you as part of your familty, they will help yu with ordering and also make something different to what is on the menu. Never had a bad meal and have been going here since the 80's!

I’m going to give Indian Ocean five stars as an overall rating - Some areas like its Bangladesh style sweet pumpkin and it's endearing waiter deserve five stars but others, like it's general crude exterior complete with it's permaclosed crematorium style curtains provoke thoughts of the 'unknown' and could be a deterrent and deserve less - That said, the Indian Ocean is a very small neighbourhood restaurant in Leighton Buzzard, so obviously you should not expect the architectural glamour of a top Manhattan eatery. It's authentic, it's reasonable, a three course meal for four, inc drinks was £56 and in short, it's the sort of neighbourhood restaurant that we all dream about finding at the bottom of the street.

I've saved my review of Indian Ocean until I had visited a few times to make sure the experience was consistent and this review was accurate.Although lacking any real atmosphere, this little Indian is worth visiting. The food is consistently flavoursome and freshly prepared.They always offer to make something different to what is on the menu to suit your tastes. With my partner having travelled extensively on the Indian sub continent this is a must. However all the staple menu items are well worth trying.The only criticism is that they seem to make a number of dishes less spicy than their counterparts - something to be aware of when ordering.The service is excellent and friendly. Go on, give it a try!

I am allergic to garlic and since I moved to Leighton Buzzard I have called all local Indian takeaways to see if they can cater for my needs but most only confirmed that the sauces are prepared in advanced and all contain garlic!Boys in Indian Ocean are fantastic, they prepared everything from the scratch avoiding garlic but still providing a wonderful, full flavoured, authentic dishes.Lovely, family restaurant with helpful and pleasant staff.My number one!

Small family-run restaurant. Good range of dishes, and they are always prepared to create something for you. Happy to provide good description of ingredients and to vary the level of spice if necessary. Best indian in town, we are very lucky to have it as a local. Bangla beer which suits curry. Pity that 'MJ' seems to know more about road kill than good curry. Normally a very quiet place to eat. Cracking service. We would recommend this to anyone, but don't want to make it too popular!

Food is absolutely fantastic always to your standard very friendly service, in there atleast once a week always worth the money, would definitely recommend to friends very worth a visit you won't be let down.

Don't eat here, we ordered a take away and the food is terrible. It contained a very high level of colourings, so much so that you could even taste the colouring in the dishes. Onion bajhi resembled road kill and I certainly would never order fom here again!! Save your stomach from a bad experience and go somewhere else!!!

We are lucky to have this as our local Indian takeaway. Food is always gorgeous - and the staff are friendly and happy to advise on new dishes for you to try etc.Prices very reasonable and they deliver, but you get 10% off for collection (cash only).The only slight downside is the atmosphere for eating in - there is rarely more than a couple of tables in - altho this does mean you get excellent service!Would definitely recommend

Have been having both take-away and eat in here for many years and have never had a bad experience...the Butter Chicken is just amazing...as is everything else I've tried...highly recommend!
