One of my favourite Italian restaurant, the food is always delicious, on my special occasions I love to have dinner with my friends and family in II Bebo's. Staff are friendly and welcoming ❤️♥️☺️☺️

Lack of staff, the staff only care about you if you are a large group and are having Shisha or ordering alcohol. Very poor service . Over 1 hours wait time for basic food.

We came in with a large group and had great service! They accommodated us quickly and the food was fantastic! Also, they helped us celebrate someone’s birthday in our party with a candle and cakes highly recommend!

Went there for dinner twice as a family and absolutely loved it.

I callled for 4 times but there wAs no rey even though the shop called open so dissapointed never gonna orderfrom this restaurant. Third class quality. Worst restaurant. Cant be disguisting thn this. Plz never order from here. Third quality restaurant ive ever seen before

Decent place to eat and a decent price. They also do shisha, which we opted for. On our first visit the shisha was fine, however afterwards, it was very harsh and had no flavour in the shisha. We told this to the guy working there, his response was "oh well you are not smoking it right". Which I found a bit rude because we are regularly shisha goers and have been to many places. Either take it up with the manager, he was friendly but said that it was good we gave feedback because he would check with the suppliers. We smoked shisha here around 3 times and until we saw no change in the shisha then gave up on coming here. I guess for £12 shisha it is hard to complain but if the shisha lasted at least 20 mins then it would be money's worth. Also the music is from a weird Youtube playlist and very loud, I am unsure why it is too loud?, maybe they are trying to recreate a nightclub.

Love Il Bebo's. We are always greeted warmly by their fab staff esp by the lovely hostess and delicious food. Service is impeccable.

Amazing brunch! Went for my boyfriends birthday it was lovely. I ordered the medi brunch and a caramel latte I loved it there’s so much food I had to give almost have to my boyfriend and still couldn’t finish it! Online the coffee and teas say £2.450 they’ve put it up to £4.50 when the cappuccino was rather small costs more than a Starbucks! Shashouka that he had was a bit too tomatoey and could have more bread so everything was 9/10z. Orange juice was a bit bitter too. Next time maybe make sure the door isn’t wide open the wind was crazy in the lounge but we were sat in the warehouse bit rather than actual resteraunt which isn’t very nice on a bday. I would come here on a casual date instead.

Had brunch here. Got the shakshuka and it tasted awful. Was sweet and no spice at all. Also way too little toast so was not enough to finish it with. Wasn’t an issue as it tasted so bad I just finished the poached eggs and left the rest. Also the cappuccino tasted bad. The manager was also extremely rude. Waiter was friendly though. Slow service took over 45mins to get our food and there was only one other table with customers.

First time having brunch here with friends. Staff were kind and very accommodating of children. The food was awesome. I had the Shakshuka, and it was on point for both flavour and portion size. The same can be said about the sides that were well proportioned and represented good value. For dessert the French toast was amazing 👏 Will be going here alot more from now on, thank you to the teak there that day 🙏

Been few times and all the time the service was late food not that great but the atmosphere was nice maybe that way I been there still, the drinks was ok.

This is the first time my Mom and I ate here and we had an amazing experience! The service was excellent, everyone was very friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond - we felt right at home. All of our food and drinks were delicious. Thank you Chandana for your great recommendations and your on point mixology skills! :)

While looking for a local place to have brunch we stumbled across Il Bebo. I am so glad we did. When we walked in the restaurant was quiet and we sat in the back enclosed area. The service was amazing and the food was delicious. I had the avocado feta crush which came with a very fresh Mediterranean salad. I can honestly say this was the best brunch I have had. You must give this place a visit, you won't regret it.

Lovely atmosphere + very friendly staff

I went to eat on 11/23/2023 around 2:30 p.m. The service was impeccable, the waiter made sure everything was in order. I also had the opportunity to speak with the chef and shared with him my culinary experience in the UK and Europe. The food was very good but I would encourage the chef to try other desserts besides tiramisu. There are other desserts on the menu, but they come from the supplier are not made by them like cheesecake, and because of that I would only give it 4 stars out of 5 just for the food.

I had this place in mind for months because of the good reviews and Instagram pictures but I was disappointed. The service was fine, but the food was way overpriced for what it was. I had a chicken steak with a Gorgonzola sauce and mushrooms, the sauce tasted so bland and I had stomach pain when I got home so not sure how fresh this was... The smoothies were okayish, but you can make better ones at home to be honest. The decor and atmosphere looked much better on Instagram than in real.

Brunch was amazing and the service was fantastic! Would highly recommend visiting!

Food was very good, we had calamari, mussels, wings for starters and 4 different pizzas. All were delicious. Server recommendations were also very tasty. Had a good time.

Fantastic food and super friendly service

We came across this romantic restaurant as we were looking for a dinner venue. The staff was very enthusiastic and inviting. They were eager to explain the menu and chat whether we were local or visiting. Our choices were Calamari (appetizer), Seafood / Chicken Rissoto (for main course). They all expressed their appreciation for our choice to come to BEBOS. The Security was also very professional.

We randomly found Il Bebo’s for brunch. My wife had a salad, which was one of her favorites ever. The America. Breakfast was seriously phenomenal. Artan was our server and took great care of us. We’ll be back!

Had vegetarian Breakfast instead of vegan breakfast because they didn't have tofu. Any how was nice and tasty. Drink was Organic Latte Turmeric.

Came here for lunch and so disappointing! Decor is okay but the food is overpriced and average! £18.50 for a tiny piece of salmon and some asparagus is a joke! The food was cold and not Italian at all! Never again!

I am new in Hounslow. My friends from South East London asked me to look for a place for an outing. While taking a walk, I sawi Il Bebo's and simply walked in to make an enquiry. The GM welcomed me so well. I booked for a place for 5. Yesterday, 26 September, we had our outing at the restaurant. My friends and I were blushing. The food was fantastic, the environment was very cosy too. Thanks to Keli, the manager who looked after us. My friends want another outing at Il Bebo's!

Food was bland and greasy, service was good, staff where attentive. Restaurant was empty on weekday evening.

The food, I personally got was lovely. I got a sharing platter and a Mega pizza which are pictured. However some people on the table I was sitting at got sub par food and it seemed all the food that was not up to standard was their pastas, which unfortunately is really important when you are an Italian restaurant. Also one of the guests that were with me did not get his starter at all and his main came towards the end of our meal. The service apart from that was excellent. The decor of the place is brilliant and gives you the feeling of dinning at a really good expensive establishment. In conclusion my food (pictured) was fantastic and looked and tasted amazing but the missed/late food was a bit of a downer.

Not good! On entering the restaurant the waitress was on the phone and just pointed at a seat. I ordered a Carbonara but it was quite bland and the pancetta had barely seen the frying pan. I had really hoped for a traditional Italian egg based Carbonara. We only ordered two pasta dishes and two soft drinks but the bill was over £50 so not value for money. Lastly the waiter came to sort the bill and he just took my card and scanned it onto the contactless machine without even asking me or letting me check the amount! Overall a bad experience and I won't be back.

Two of my party were pleased. I was brought the wrong food, unfortunately I had ordered risotto which came as my friends were almost finished their food. The rice was still quite hard, the rest was very gloopy. Not a pleasant experience for me.

Lovely Italian restaurant located in the heart of Hounslow. The decor is very beautiful and luxurious, loved everything.I ordered pasta it was very tasty and authentic, could taste the garlic, chillies and parsley felt like I was eating in Rome. The waitress was very friendly and attentive, I enjoyed dining here.Highly recommend this restaurant for top quality authentic Italian food and friendly customer service.

Found this little Italian gem while out Alexandria Castle and it was wonderful. We had amazing service from Alejandro, attentive and very helpful. Food was spectacular, I had the Spaghetti Bolognese and it was wonderful! Ambiance is cool chic, and the windows are decorated with beautiful flowers. A must stop while your in the area!

Decent Italian restaurant, my only concern was the speed of service pasta & risotto dishes presented within 5 minutes of ordering!

Some staff were nice the new guy who’s first day it was he was amazing the owner he wasnt not soo nice and his rude he needs to learn some manners tbh instead of flirting with young girls also to add he Charged us £91 and didnt even let us look at the bill receipt and then told my friend hurry up to pay he’s got things to do even though we never asked for the bill and it was at least half an hour to 40 minutes before closing we also asked for cocktails which he made for two of the girls that he was flirting with five minutes before but said he couldn’t make it for us and that the bar is closed but never told us the bar was going to close Will never be going back

£25 worth of pizza delivered via just-eat. Can't believe my eyes. Some salad came with the pizzas, never have i ever seen pizza with a side salad. Taste is probably fine, can't judge well now - still shocked about the size of it. Would not order again, especially if hungry. UPDATE AFTER OWNERS RESPONSE: Upon receiving response from the restaurant I came to understand that 'LIGHT' doesn't mean pizza pad thickness (crust), it means size of the whole thing, which in the menu is not clear. I'm surprised to pay more for less (classic pizza costs a pound less than 'light'). Pizza tasted good, salad was also fine. Overall - still wouldn't order this combo again, not worth the price. No one to blame but myself now, i guess. Suggestion - make your menu clearer, put some pictures of your 'light' menu.

I had celebrated my 24th birthday at Il Bebo's Shisha Lounge and it was the best birthday I have EVER had! The place was amazing. So nicely decorated. The staff is 10/10. They service was quick and excellent. They have the best Dj and Bellydancers. Aj is honestly the best ! He made sure we all enjoyed our time there. I recommend it to everybody! Saturday night was LIIIT! 🔥🔥🔥

Awful. Ordered food for collection at 18.50 was told it will be 10 minutes. Asked for tomato and onion as side salad, no greens. Charged me £2 more than just eats. Went to collect not ready. 40 minutes later it was still not ready. Steak hidden under salad and sauce already on steak, so could not dip my chips. Disgraceful and no apology. Steer clear at all cost unless you want to smoke a pipe

Fabulous customer service and nothing too much trouble. Whilst visiting London me and my son went for tea at llBebos. Unfortunately I misread the menu and my pizza arrived without a tomato base. After a couple of options to rectify they quickly offered to make a new pizza with tomato base. It arrived within minutes and was very tasty, and so was my sons Spaghetti Bolognaise. The staff couldn't do enough to look after us and I would definitely be visiting again. Thank you and I look forward to seeing you again soon.

Visited Il Bebos two nights ago with my cousin and I was really disappointed. First let me get the pros out the way. Beautiful decor, great service by lad in black shirt. Kind, welcoming and friendly. Nice shisha, I intended to try out the food and drinks also but couldn’t due to following situation… I had picked up a warm drink from a nearby store, apparently unaware of the fact that il Bebos doesn’t allow drinks from outside. As we entered at stood at the bar, we were immediately told that the drinks from outside are not allowed. Therefore we won’t be allowed in the lounge. I apologised and told them this wont happen again but the manager showed discontent throughout the service. I was constantly reminded that drinks are not allowed, the reason they had given was perfectly understanding. Also apparently if that wasn’t enough, a manager within the chef had also come from the kitchen who I also had to apologise to. A manager is responsible to keep the place functioning successfully while making sure they manage peoples relations at the highest standard. The service from the servers was exceptional. The managers need to understand that if I someone, especially the customer does something wrong. They have duties towards the customer to make sure that the customer returns and is satisfied so they promote their services and business. I didn’t bring that hot drink out of ignorance, it was a mistake and constantly reminded me throughout my time. Thankfully both of the managers had apologised in the end, but with some people it could be too late. I for myself will return as I did enjoy the product at offer. This is a constructive review, please make up your mind.

Absolute shocking food, and service. My self I am a chef with 30+ years experience around the world from Tokyo, Dubai and to London, today I just popped in to this place as I couldn’t get a reservation for the restaurants where we always go in Richmond..over cooked pasta, lasagna was perhaps in the fridge for days..terrible terrible experience…seems the guys in the kitchen doesn’t have clue of what is Italian food. I never regret spending money for food. But for 4 pasta and 4 drinks £120/- in a place like this.. Is a disgrace for anyone who are in this field to see people make money out of this kind of places. All those good reviews here…I really can’t understand what is it about…

Yasir- was such an amazing host. Man took care of every lil need (even my dying phone battery) and was so customer focused and soft spoken. He goes lengths to make your visit worth. Keep up!!!

The food wasn't great at all but the new shisha area is good. My girlfriend and I used to come to this place before the extension for the shisa and the food was MUCH better. I'm.guessing they changed their cheff? Its unfortunate - it was bad and it for us not to want to return. I gave 3 starts because they did their best to improve the food and also we enjoyed the shish element.

very tasty food, friendly staff. And very comfortable.

The food and shisha was decent. But, the music was completely out of order. Way too loud, no one could hear each other at my table. I wish I was exaggerating. We asked the staff me if they could please lowkey the music twice, but they said " my manager said no". Definitely won't be coming back ever again I want to keep my hearing intact.

I was at Il Bebos ti ight with my family for dinner and we really enjoyed it. The food was delicious, the staff was very good and the customer service was excellent. I would definitely recommend everyone to try it out and i am more than happy to come back again. From Mr, Halil kabashi

Didn't realise el bebos also had a lounge and it appears the lounge is bigger than their main restaurant. We opted to sit in the lounge as we also wanted to do shisha. We only ordered some starters and about 5 cocktails. I found the service to be decent but it has central London prices and food options are limited. I was expecting more in the Mozarella in Carroza. The calamari had a good portion size. Would be great if they offered a happy hour option.

Great pizza's for the kids and spaghetti for Mum and Dad. Highly recommend this wonderful Italian!
