Bang on, everything for everyone was spot on

Went as a last minute in Valentines Night. Disappointed there was only a set menu and the choice was limited. Service was poor and food was far below what we expected. Dirty dishes piled up on the side where we were sat and wasn’t even offered the full menu. How this place won awards is beyond me Also - just a hint. Fix the gents toilet, it’s an embarrassment. Truly awful

Great food, good portion size and lovely flavors my main point around this review is the timings. Tonight was the third time ordering from Ijazz on Wrexham eats and it's the third time the food has arrived over 30 minutes late and not very warm. Thankfully I preheated my oven ready this time so I could warm it once it arrived. The biggest annoyance thought, whenever I call the restaurant, no matter if its 5 minutes late or 40 minutes late, the stock answer is "the driver left 10 minutes ago, he will be with you any minute". I hold ijazz as the best quality Indian food in North East Wales , the delivery issues and communication issues are very disappointing.

Perfect experience. Travelled to Wrexham to see the football for my son’s birthday. Went here after for dinner and can’t speak highly enough of the experience. Food was fantastic, but we were made to feel so special also. Service was perfect, great table, friendly, and they made my son a birthday dessert. I’ve eaten in many I dian restaurants, this is my top 3. If you’re in the area then pay them a visit, you won’t regret it.

to be fare it all looks very nice when you walk in service was ok but just thought the food was a bit bland although plentiful. I wouldn't put anyone off visiting there but have tasted better food in other restaurants around wrexham.

Have previously rated highly, but last order curry wasnt even half way up the container and missing the free item offered on wrexham eats. Very disappointing i was a regular but won't be anymore

New years eve shambles 7:30 table booking sat at 8:10 another 20 mins just for a drink no apologies food was ok when it arrived and table of ten next to us waited longer than we did and the were sat down when we came in at 7:25 paid but again no apologies think twice about going there again

Absolute Terrible curry, fed 4 of us with a takeaway and was easily the worst curry I’ve ever had, will stick to anise in future for sure

Starter soup hot and tastie then had to wait about a hour for Christmas dinner witch came cold then had to wait for sweet for hour Christmas pudding should of been brandy sauce but was lumpy custard i think they should just stick too doing curry's and not traditional British food

My husband and I ate here after the Wrexham game on recommendations from the locals. It did not disappoint. The food was fantastic and just what we needed. The staff was very nice and on top of things. The manager was especially warm and welcoming. Highly recommend!

I was very busy. So proves they serve good food. We really enjoyed the food. £15 for a 3 course meal. Good atmosphere. Friendly staff. Will go again.

We had a meal on a quiet night (the day before an offer was on so I imagine most patrons were picking that night instead). We had a lovely meal. The dishes were delicately spiced. On the milder side. They obviously feel confident in the spice blend not to blast your taste buds which some other places tend to do. It was delicious.

It's been a while since we've had an Indian takeaway. Ijazz is our go to everytime...and they did not disappoint. Delivered before estimated time, super hot temp and super tasty. Highly recommended A*

I've been here on a number of occasions with a group and had excellent service. Not so, this time, when I was a solo diner. At no point was I asked if I had enjoyed my meal/was enjoying my meal. When paying my bill, there was a total lack of please and thank yous. The contrast couldn't have been starker. I won't be going again.

Surprised and impressed by this Indian Restaurant. Seems most of the people I know have been and rated it but I'd never really fancied it and always thought (perhaps unfairly) that it didn't look very inviting from the outside. I was wrong.. tasteful decor, great service, lots of staff on hand, reasonably priced, and the food itself I couldn't fault. Would have given 5 stars but we did have quite a wait for our food - not long enough to put me off going again though, and in fairness they were very busy so I didn't mind too much. Wish I'd have gone sooner now.

Enjoyed valentine's meal here one of the best Indian meals I've ever tasted. Give it a try. Plus they deliver through the zoom 1hr app.

Awful takeaway, threw it all in the bin, £39 down the drain. Rice, tasteless, curry just full of onions, hot but no flavour, garlic naan just tasteless and no garlic

Was at Ijazz last night 16- 1-2022 with friends excellent food excellent service thanks to all the staff.

I had heard how good the ijazz was, so based on recommendations I ordered a takeaway meal from there. And I must admit I was left disappointed, I ordered the meal at around 7.30 and it didn't arrive until 9.30, which was disappointing, the meal was warm and needed to be heated again, one meal was dry, maybe because it needed to be re-heated, another meal had two large chunks of chicken that were fat or grissle, plus it said it was onion based, but it was all onions which I didn't expect, and that was off putting, also the naans were burnt. One positive was the rice was cooked well, and was probably the best part of the meal. On the whole it was a disappointing experience really, I don't think I will be ordering from them in the future.

If this is the best Indian restaurant in Wales then it's doesn't say much for the other restaurants! The decor and service are good but the food let the side down miserably. This is basically a standard curry house with fancy surroundings.

Went here week ago whilst in area. Had been here several years previous & meal was excellent. This visit certainly lived up to expectations. We eat curry weekly & this was one of the best we've had. My other half had chicken vinderloo, I had chicken madras, lovely sauce & loads of chicken. Very attentive , friendly waiters, lovely interior and very chilled out background music, so much so we asked for name of disc. Will definitely go back if we're in Wrexham again.

Vegetable Korma was like mashed potatoes - no taste either.

The food here is genuinely five star, with great service. Book ahead though, as it can get pretty busy!

Great menu and great service with a few unusual dishes on the menu and good amount of meat. Bangla beer. Highly recommended.

Came here last weekend. Had a starter, main course and a couple of kingfishers. The menu is quite substantial but for a restaurant that claims to be the best in wales, although nice, I’ve had better. I had the Achari for main with keema naan and boiled rice. For starter I had chicken malai kebab.

Very bland Curry that was £15 so wasn’t happy with the main course. Pickles with poppadoms were very small and naan bread was very dry and disappointing. Way too expensive for a very mediocre meal. Elsewhere next time.

Great food and good customer service

Waited 2 hours only to have the order cancelled, firstly after an hour they phoned to say they'd lost contact with the driver and it was going to be late, then after 2 hours they phoned to say due to bad weather they cancelled the order. No offer of good will, it was a special occasion ruined by thoughtless Idiots!

We arrived and were shown to our table, order taken fairly promptly. An hour later, the starters hadn’t come so I spoke to a member of staff who apologised and secretly explained that they prioritise take-away orders. They were rushed out to us and were ok. Again, the mains good way too long to arrive: About 40 mins after the starters were cleared. The trouble with first impressions is that you only get one. We won’t be returning.

Turned up at 7.50pm for a meal that was booked for 8pm and it was chaos with the queue out of the door.There were people waiting for tables and people waiting to collect takeaways and none of the staff seemed to know what was going on.A couple were taken to a table and 25 minutes later walked out as no one had been to attend to them and then as people got frustrated at waiting there were one or two jumping the queue culminating in a brawl involving about 6 people which the staff just watched while one combatant climbed onto the sofas to aim kicks at one of his assailants as people joined in.It was at this point that we decided to leave as we didn’t look like getting a table anytime soon and we didn’t fancy eating there after witnessing “Carnage 5”...Love the food at IJazz but this is the 2nd bad experience I’ve had in the last couple of months(1st was a takeaway I waited an hour and a half for and part of my order was missing and food bland and cold)& in future it will be Anaise or Black Pepper as IJazz is rapidly going down hill

Poor service poor meal. Quality was extremely poor.. service was even worse. There’s better restaurants in Wrexham than this

Staff couldn't get the drinks order right asked them three times and still couldn't get it right. Food order wasn't much better the mains arrived before the starter and when we received the mains it was the same as before the starter so it wasn't hot. And when we asked for the bill they gave it to the table next to us and they hadn't ordered yet.

Great pandemic care is taken of you, temperature checked, distanced tables, masks/visors worn by staff. The owner is super friendly and accommodating. Food was delicious! We dined with our 2 toddlers and they loved it too :-) Highly recommend this restaurant.

Our first evening out since lockdown was here. Covid precautions excellent as outlined by previous reviewers. Food and service as great as ever. Well done Emran and team keep it up, still as good as ever
