III Fatisa Cafe Pizzeria in Haringey

I will never set foot in this restaurant for anything. I ordered Linguine pasta for me, my husband and my 8-year-old daughter, a chicken burger for my son! The chicken burger order was forgotten by the girl who served us and he brought us linguine pasta that tasted like potato stew, had red and green bell peppers and some prawns the size of my 5-year-old son's little finger nail! The bill was £102, I paid for something disgusting! I do not recommend nor will I ever want to step foot in this restaurant again.

Great atmosphere and delicious desserts! I had a quince with cream and it was so good. Will deffo come back here :)

Great restaurant with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and very attentive staff. I like the wood and plants indoors and comfortable chairs. The pizza I chose was tasty too, not much to complain about! I would definitely come again

It’s as if they threw the whole bottle of olive oil in my salad I ordered on Uber eats for a £16/17 salad I don’t even think I need to say more. Won’t give me a refund either so here we are

I won't step foot in this restaurant ever again and this is my reason, i booked a table for two i arrived on time 6pm i was shown my seat and then menu's was presented. i was not told about service charge so after we finished the bill came to £66, it was for 2 mains 2 starters and 1 big bottle of water, so i asked for the £6 service charged to be removed the lovely lady said not possible it is on every page i should have seen it so she called the manager who i think didn't handle the situation very well i said im not happy paying that £6 service charge as we are only Two and it is quiet any way, he said no so i said if im to pay the £6 service charge i will do 2 things i will never step foot there and leave them a nice review all this in a calm tone then he said are you threatening me lol i said those are your words. The food and Laura's service was ok

I made a reservation at Fatisa for Friday night (tonight) for dinner and live music and while making the reservation I asked the staff if they allow dogs and she said they did allow dogs. Tonight we went over there with our friends, but the so-called manager or owner told us that dogs were not allowed! I told him that I asked his staff and she has told me that dogs were allowed.he asked me what the name of the staff was! I told him she did not tell me her name. He was very rude and unprofessional and told me that I was lying! He and another staff was very rude and disrespectful and told us to leave! Terrible management!

Went to this restaurant for my work team Christmas lunch. It’s really lovely inside and in a good location in Wood Green. There was about 20 of us so the drinks were ordered first then the food. I had the filo pastry parcels which were delightful, very tasty. For my mains I had had slow cooked beef rib which I highly recommend. The meat just fell off the bone and was so tender and moist. It came with potato and green beans. 10/10 for the food. The service was ok but maybe a bit slow to bring out all the food but I suppose there were a lot of us. Restaurant was not busy, just one other table of diners. Would definitely come back here to try another one of their dishes. The staff were friendly enough too.

Such a lovely place with friendly courteous staff. Excellent food. They go out of their way to get your food just the way you want it. Excellent and attentive maitre d’ who is very professional. The owners are also very polite and lovely people who truly care about giving you an excellent dining experience. There is also live music on some night (check the restaurant for details) and they cater for parties.

Nice restaurant but wrong kitchen and waiter. After waiting for a portion of hummus for about ten minutes, we had to wait another ten minutes for a pizza. We were told that they start to cook the meals once the customers have finished the previous dish.. We ordered a Chef's pizza which comes with Milano salami: No salami on the pizza, instead they have added Parma ham..When we asked the waiter about this, he tried to convince us that Parma ham was Milano salami. At the end someone else in charge at the restaurant agreed with us and they brought us a side plate with uncooked salami to compensate for the mistake. The Restaurant wasn't busy (three tables) and a bit pricey for the area. I won't come back

Ridiculously overpriced for Wood Green and poor service. Everything is at least 20% more than it should be. I’ve eaten at better pizzerias in central London for the same price - which were more authentically made and had better service.

Really excellent food which is apparently Turkish. Until today when the waitress explained I always thought it was Italian! Very pleasant downstairs bar/ lounge and not too crowded on a Saturday night. Staff very pleasant and helpful. That review was 7 months ago. Went again tonight. Again really excellent food and very helpful staff. Definitely worth 5 stars. Snap. Just as good tonight after another 3 months.

Zafer the manager is very unpleasant and arrogant. Poor customer service. Only 1 waiter for 50 people sitting. Horrible food. Will never go back.

The perfect venue for any event! I had my wedding celebration here and it was the best decision as it looked over onto the registry office which added that extra special touch, the venues were in walking distance of each other meaning the flow from the registry to the celebrations was effortless. The atmosphere and decor were also amazing and adding a great ambience. The owner was incredibly accommodating and friendly, and helped us navigate the last minute alterations. The food was absolutely delicious and guests are still talking about it to this day despite the wedding taking place back in November. The team went above and beyond to make our day truly special and I cannot thank them enough for everything they did. Overall, I would highly recommend this venue for any event, it was truly the perfect choice!

This was my first time coming here, and the staff were very friendly and helped with deciding what to order. Overall The food was amazing the service was great. I am definitely going to be coming here again and for sure recommend people to come here

The service is extremely poor, how is it possible that on a Saturday at 10:00pm they refuse to serve a simple coffee. After dinner someone likes to have dessert and coffee well they basically told me in other words that they want to go home and everything is closed when they close at 11:00 and it was 10. Wouldn’t go back. Food was average. Go to ezra’s kitchen in Wood Green. So much better.

I have been there, it was amazing . Excellent service the foods were so tasty and delicious. Thank you very much Sofi for the nice and friendly service. She care about us. I highly recommended.

We booked for a birthday party and was told the is fixed menu, so we paid per head. The food that came out was barely enough for 3 people. We were seated in an awful place the drinks were overly priced, the service was appalling. Customer service was very basic seemed they were happy to just make money on the night but no thought to encourage customers to want to return. Defo won't be going back.

I didn’t like their food that much and the drinks are not that great either but I liked the location so my husband made a reservation for 2 on Valentine’s day. We went there and we got seated at a table for 4. There was a set menu of £40 per person where you could choose from grilled chicken, beef and salmon with a side of mushrooms and rice. I asked if there’s something for vegetarians as well and the waitress kindly said mushrooms with rice. That didn’t sounded very appealing to me. It felt like I was being served with some Christmas leftovers. So I decided just to have some drinks while my husband could enjoy his meal but then we were asked to move in the lounge because I decided not to pay £40 for some mushrooms and rice. Probably the drinks I was going to have would have exceeded this amount, but we just left. Very bad customer service! Will not return ever!

I haven't eaten here. However this review is for the customer service. After booking a table online, they texted me with the valentine's day set menu. They rather truthfully informed me that this was all they were servicing on the day. Because I didn't like the limited selection, I requested to cancel my booking. However I appreciated the very fast response to book me table, contact me, then cancel my reservation. I do wish to go to this restaurant in the future.

Service was great and this restaurant has beautiful decor. Onto the food: Bruscetta was good, but had a bit of a bitter aftertaste. Arrabbiata was quite good but a little soft and didn't have that deep spice/heat I was looking for. Margherita was average/good, but flavour could be better. The veggie burger was pretty nice along with the chunky chips, but I'm not too sure about the crispy shallots being on 3 of the 4 savory dishes ordered. Deserts: Apple pie - simply delicious, homemade with a good amount of Cinnamon. The tiramasu was good too, but the lemon sorbet didn't taste overly fresh, was a bit too creamy rather than tangy/grainy. Condiments were used, but the food was good overall.

We arrived at Fatisa for our NHS office Christmas dinner (we’ve all worked very hard the past few months), having booked for 12 staff members but unfortunately only 8 could attend. The manager proceeded to come to our table, shortly after we’d ordered food, to complain that not everyone had been able to attend and tell us that this would be an inconvenience to other customers within the restaurant (the restaurant was half empty the entire time we were there). To make matters worse, when he came to the table with the waiting staff to serve our food, one of our party asked him not to breath heavily on her, and then he made a snarky comment about “not wanting to breath on anyone” while he walked around the other side of the table. She felt very embarrassed after he made a scene. In addition to the manager’s treatment, the chicken was flavourless and the mojitos were weak; one was even taken before it was finished! Our trip was only saved by the lovely waitresses who were accommodating and kind at all times.

Great little place. The settings are really warm and welcoming. Staff are very friendly and the food delicious. Bit pricy, but very wwll cooked, quality food, so not a complaint, just giving an honest review. Would definitely go there again. 5 stars ⭐

Sorry to say you that the Calamari plate that we requested were an insult to any foodie person. Very bad quality, over cooked, very small amount. Only beautiful place and nice personal. We'll not come back again. Money lost.

As I no longer work in this establishment I thought it was about time I left an honest review, not of the dining experience or food, but of the treatment of their staff. To work here again would be putting myself through one of the most dehumanising and traumatic workplace experiences I have ever gone through. I started here with no fine dining experience and was welcomed with open arms. The staff seemed to be happy and so I accepted the offer. After a few days of working there I realised something was not right. The standards set for staff were demanding and unrealistic. We are expected to be absolutely perfect for the hefty wage of £9 an hour. Presentable, without error and with big smiles everyone! All staff members are expected to wait and cater to management and their family members as though they are paying customers. They are yelled at or embarrassed if they fail to serve management or their family members “correctly”. Might I add, staff are told off out loud in front of customers when a mistake has been made. I worked 12 hour shifts with a maximum of a 20 minute break and told I was not allowed to leave the property during this break although I lived in front of the restaurant. I was also told I was not allowed to sit down ever during these 12 hours even though I have a painful condition called PCOS (of which they were made aware) that can be worsened in prolonged periods of standing. I still obliged as I could face yelling and being called lazy and incompetent if I did sit. No training was provided but I was constantly met with the encouraging scream from my manager if I brought a drink to the wrong table... It’s not hard to miss the manager I’m referring to as they are usually scowling by the bar in their peaky blinders outfit with a glass of red wine and a peeling eye to catch any fatal errors of their grossly incompetent staff!!! I finally would like to note that aside from being belittled, mistreated and embarrassed, we were reminded constantly to feel lucky as they could find a replacement in a second. The management creates a work environment based on fear and intimidation. The ingratitude was shocking, I would spend hours deep cleaning the top floor as they don’t have professional cleaners and I wouldn’t receive a thank you, simply a “what’s taking her so long”. Some “family”.

Booked our wedding reception here. Had a wonderful time. Very easy to get along with the staff. We had 3 different pizzas for lunch beforehand and they were all excellent. The buffet was very impressive, good selection of things and good quality too. The venue feels comfortable and is well appointed. We had no trouble sectioning off a kids area and a chill out zone, buffet area, general guests and dancing zone. Sound system worked well... All in all it would be hard to beat for weddings.

The worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant and it just kept getting worse throughout the night.I wish I could give zero stars. From the start some of the staff were completely dismissive and blatantly rude. We were a big group celebrating our friend’s birthday and there was zero care and attention to our table. Glasses were not only dirty but basically thrown at us and not put in each place (basic restaurant procedures). A bug was inside my friend’s drink, some of our orders got completely messed up and staff were implying that we were the ones that made the mistake. We were told to be quiet, scratch that, we were SHUSHED as there was another celebration going on on the table next to us( never seen that before). This is just to put in a nutshell as there were plenty of other moments I could list but at the end after the disrespect and unacceptable behaviour, staff tried to force us to pay service charge even though we were completely disappointed and unsatisfied with how we were treated. It’s a shame because the place itself is nice, food is average nothing impressive but staff needs to learn some manners and learn how treat people equally and with respect. NEVER stepping foot in that place again and I wouldn’t either if I were you.

We went as a group to drink and eat. There was a live music which was amazing.

The pizza was ok - a little under cooked. The lady on the phone seemed disinterested but got the order right. The buffalo mozzarella is made of cow’s milk, not 100% buffalo so I couldn’t eat it due to an intolerance. The toppings were a little scant and the pizza is really expensive but I want to try to dine in and see if it’s any better.

I use to visit Fatisa frequently before Covid. Been many times over the years and always loved the food. I was pleasantly surprised by the re-vamp as we walked in, it seemed so much more spacious and cosy. You have a choice to sit in the lounge part in deep comfy chairs or dine in the restaurant. Needless to say I loved the layout and decor. We were welcomed and asked where to sit, we chose the dinning side. We browsed the menu, a mix of starters (hot/cold), a long long list for pizza and a rather short list for Pasta & Grill. I’ve had their pizza before and it is great! However on this occasion it’s not what I was looking for. I’m a bit of a fussy pescatarian and I’ll own that, I would like to see their pasta and grill menu expanded a little more. I decided to get the Sea bass fillet, which was really amazing! Great portion and presentation, the fillet crunched at the bottom and was beautifully grilled on top so you could taste that Smokey flavour! It sat on a beetroot purée which complimented the sea bass beautifully. This was a well thought out dish! It was light, which is what you want in this heat. I did sample some of the Penne Arabiatta! Great portion size, tomato sauce filled with great flavour with just a hint of chilly. Mixed vegetables that weren’t over done, nothing worse then soggy vegetables that turn to mush. Everything tastes fresh and had flavour! We ordered some garlic bread for the table. Remember what I said about light food in this weather?!… don’t be me and eat three slices. One or two will do. If you can eat pizza in this heat I salute you! Nothing worse then walking around after a carb fest and feeling like there’s rocks in your stomach. But I digress. Fatisa also offer a great cocktail selection, but be prepared to pay central London prices. Depending on the cocktail, you’re looking at £12-14 a drink. I’m not saying they weren’t good, I’m just wondering who’s idea was it to price a drink for the same value as one of our mains. I love a cheeky cosmo at lunch but for those prices I will only have one. Other then that we had a good experience and I would recommend. I gave four stars just because I feel that the menu on pasta & grills could be expanded, to offer more choice. As well as the price of the cocktails.

I can’t give less ! Not a really good experience as fist time we visited this restaurant .Staff is not paying to much attention when you ordering specially in the kitchen. I have asked to remore some ingredients in my pizza they said was okay in the end they served the pizza with that ingredient that I don’t really like it by asking only if I was allergic I couldn’t eat as I get bored by removing every single mushroom. When we asked the bill we let them know. They didn’t offered a discount. We will never go back as their food is a fake Italian and all the plate includes mushrooms and spinach ! If you can avoid.

The food was great, the staff were attentive, the decor is lovely. Looking forward to returning to this little gem. I had the goats cheese starter, the Fatisa salad AND the chocolate fudge cake! All delicious and perfect portion sizes - I was full but not uncomfortably stuffed.

Came here for mates last dinner as a single man. Was very nice, food was beautiful sirloin steak was juicy, Passion fruit drink was amazing ( had 2) and the service was top notch.

Have been going to this place since it opened, have experienced it getting worse over the last few years. Whatever you do don't get the veggie burger, it's just a pile of greasy, overcooked sliced peppers and aubergine in a bun, topped with the meanest slice of halloumi I have ever seen. Repulsive. It's a pity they tried to 'go classy' when they have no idea what classy is. Shame.

I mean the location/building is nice. But food is nothing to shout about and wouldn't go back in a hurry tbh. Felt it was overpriced, and the waitress barely cracked a smile.

We went here for an Eid dinner; we ordered mostly pasta and one pizza. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was chilled and homely! I had to complement the waiters on the food because it was that good! Will defo be coming back to Fatisa!!!

Absolutely beautiful restaurant which twinkles at night, the staff all go above and beyond in their warmth and helpfulness and I’m so impressed by their truly delicious vegan food! So grateful to live nearby this great place.

Can I just say if you are going to have a civil ceremony in George Meeham house you MUST book your wedding luncheon in this restaurant! Fantastic location and set up (retractable roof on a sunny day...) fantastic menu (try the beef rib amazing!)and great staff (specially Laura) and great management, Zaf the manager will attend any need request you may have with great professionalism, the bar downstairs its fun and they have bands coming on certain days, we enjoyed dancing like crazy Soul Fools band until midnight! I cannot recommend highly enough, this restaurant its superb! Well done Zaf!

Any good reviews left for this place must have been paid for. Food is disgusting, terrible, we got food poisoning from the lasagne. Absolutely disgusted they did this and refused a refund for £38. Their hygiene is sub par, price is extortionate for what little you get, portion sizes are ridiculous, no side for £12 lasagne. Please do not visit or get take away with deliveroo. It is not worth risking your health over. I am still vomiting almost 2 hours later. Not even worthy of 1 star.

Fatisa in the park has recently under gone complete make over fabulous looking bar, restaurant and lounge area over two floors. The staff are so friendly and attentive, food freshly cooked is superb. Good prices, variety of items on menu. Don’t miss it, it’s hidden gem in fabulous spot in the park on high road., we had margarita pizza, chicken salad, strawberry cheesecake, couple glasses of fiz and coffees. £50 and the tip is included in the price!

Pizza, undercooked dough, they offered to put that pizza in the oven again but……. Seriously for and £16 pizza do you really need to cook it twice, I doubt. Staff was really friendly and attentive which feels like the owners or manager are very strict, I could feel the tension on, anyway good job reception/waitress girl, owners or managers, relax that tension in order to have happy guest and staff.

When I visited London, I went to this restaurant often. Their food was amazing. Though I don’t live in London, their service and manners were amazing! I absolutely loved it!

They recently renovated and it looks great. But they also gutted the menu and changed the chef too it would seem. Its pricey and the location hampers its appeal, that coupled with the seasonless food is a no go for me

Local to me but I hadn't been in since the first lockdown. Now fully renovated and a beautiful space to sit, eat, drink and chat. Popped in for coffee and pudding late in the afternoon with friends. Staff and service are top notch. For reference I have a mobility disability and I didn't have to ask for anything, they simply offered adjustments automatically. Can't wait to go back and have a full meal. Edited 21/12 Went back this last Sunday for lunch with friends. Between the 3 of us we had a mixed mezze, a pizza and the fettuccine alfredo, plus drinks. Service was outstanding and the food was delicious. Sad to see that it was nearly empty, but I can understand that people are not going out at the moment. Hopefully they have a decent trade in takeaway and delivery because we need a place like this in our neighbourhood.

Food was really nice however, The reason for this review is the excellent customer service unfortunately I didn’t get the name of the two young ladies that assisted us but they were exceptional!

I am a local and went to Fatisa all the time, it was amazing, good food and cheap prices. And then the renovation happened! As it went for a huge structure it was closed for a very long time and when it reopened I could not wait to go back. But to my surprise it was horrible! Very cheap ingredients at a very expensive price! What a shame, Fatisa you had a really good thing going and you have ruined it, will not be going back, you lost another frequent customer. Shame.

Very beautiful location, nice design and atmosphere. Staff was super polite and attending of all your needs but pizza is below average. Drinks, steak, pasta were nice but pizza doesn't have any flavor. And don't hey me wrong, we tried 2 different ones. No taste. Money down the drain. Such a shame to give 2 starts but until the food quality is not fixed i stand by my point.

£1 frozen pizza for £10. Called the restaurant and been told that this is not true, although I’ve ordered from them before and it looked totally different. The manager or whoever was on the phone laughed in my face saying this is handmade pizza. If I could give -1 star I would. Bad service, bad food, and late delivery.

Me and a couple friends went for dinner. Ordered a variety of drinks and starters then mains. The drinks were really lovely. Starters fresh especially the calamari and bruschetta. I had a steak for main and it was super juicy, please ask for Medium if you want medium to well. My friends who had the salmon and seabass also enjoyed it. I have been here before the renovations and now after, there is a difference but it's a positive one not sure why people are mad because prices have increased a little! Recommend.

The burgers greasy, dripping with fat, the buns were thin and crumbly. The linguine pasta dish looked and tasted like it had come out of the freezer topped up with cheese that shouldn't have been added, but we supposed they had to cover up the awful taste. Certainly extremely expensive for low quality food. Chips were OK .

We love this place and have been going for years. A local gem! We haven't been since its been refurbished and went last night with our baby. Its really lovely, the food was really good and the staff were delightful (the chefs all came to the window of the kitchen to give our baby a wave - which he was thrilled about). Our only suggestion (not complaint) would be to offer a childs menu as the food was quite salty (which we enjoyed) but not great for little ones! Other than that we look forward to next time!

The food is good but the wine list is not very appealing and unfortunately they do not allowed BYO wines which might be resolution to low quality wines offered in restaurant environment, which is disappointing.

Beautiful place. Good for a nice romantic date or a family gathering . With that being said, the food was not all that but fit the price I guess. Service was a bit long even if the place was not busy.

Amazing customer service. I ordered the octopus as a starter and the slow cooked rib as a main course and it was excellent, very tasty! The place is gorgeous, clean and very beautiful.

Renovated, rejuvenated, it's a whole new venue but with the same fabulous hospitality the family has always delivered. Really clever use of space with an amazing indoor, outdoor lounge with a retractable roof and drop down windows you would normally associate with a holiday in the Mediterranean. Very stylish design details as well. Quality food, cocktails, live music on some nights, this is now THE venue for those wanting to be spoiled in North London.

Ehhh, an amazing place located near a beautiful park! Food looks good but the quality is very poor… Too salty and food is swimming in the oil puddle 😖😖😖

Dress code required !!!!!! I was Fatisa regular a long time before the pandemic. Evenings with my wife, wedding parties. Recommended it to my friends. I was supporting Fatisa during the Covid pandemic by ordering from their 'external' small shop a few blocks before the main restaurant which was under general refurbishment. Couldn't wait till it's done. Finally came that night when I was able to come to grab some Fatisa's food. I was rejected. Wasn't able to come in. The waitress actually took as to the table. But some waiter run like mad shouting that I don't have the proper 'dress code'. !!!! In Wood Green !!!! Today the weather was quite hot. 26 degrees. I was wearing plain black shorts going below my knees, white t-shirt and black shoes. Dress code in Wood Green ? For God's sake !!! I was regualr there since I can remember ! Staff of course is new like almose each time when I go there. They maybe pay little money so It is normal that each time I can see new waiting staff. I was chef in Mayfair for 17 years. Good area. Buckingham Palace was 1 min walk from my place. We did't have dress code there. Not for normal type of clothing at least. Every customer was very welcome. Seems like Fatisa's owners got to many grants form gov and soda came to their brains. Wood Green is a quite dodgy place even for London. Stabbing is a regular thing here. Loads of bums. Working-class, benefit people, etc. Dress code ??? No idea if Fatima's managers know, but London and the entire UK is losing people due to Brexit, a pandemic. Soon furloughs will finis. People are going to lose jobs. There will be no much money around. I am very disappointed with them. Very. If they don't understand how hard is to get new customers. Keeping regulars is a must not only with government grants and furloughs but always. They are not placed on the high road. There is nothing there to drive people in. You must know the place to go there, find it by accident or must be recommended by a friend (other people). I will not recommend it to anybody. I Will not buy there again. They treated me like rubbish to be honest. Do they want to be better than a top-class restaurant in Mayfair, Kensington, Fulham by forcing some dress code? "If you wrap crap in the gold paper it still going to stink"

This is my favorite place in North London for the last 4 years ,amazing food and great atmosphere 😊the staff and the owners very friendly and helpful .
