Holmer Green Kebabs in Chiltern

Update - My first experience was completely different to my most recent. Halil was friendly, kind and very welcoming. A lot of food too for a good price!

Food was good, bit pricey for what I got. Think there was slight confusion over what I ordered and what I paid for/received but was quick and very tasty.

Always friendly and aways great food

Been going here for years, foods always hot/tasty and staff always working hard. Can't fault them.

We had the chicken kebab, quick service but then we tasted it and it was rank, the chicken was as dry and hard, the chili sauce was not chili. It looked like the chicken was cooked before had, that is why they turned them around so quick. I suppose the salad was nice, but then you can't go wrong with that!

I placed my order approx 5.20pm and recieved it at 5.45pm, fresh and hot. My notification said 6.10pm so it was nice to have finished eating and cleared up by that estimate time. The food was really tasty, much nicer than I remember it in the past. It wasn't greasey but still juicy and had that naughty takeaway feel.

Ordered cheesy chips…. Just got chips

Order arrived early - luckily we were in but we are sometimes on our way home and not in earlier than est delivery time.

Food was of good quality. Huge portions! Arrived early and hot, delivered by a friendly polite driver.

Delicious kebab. It wasn't as big as my previous XL kebabs which was disappointing.

Got A large mixed kebab chicken and lamb was very dry. Chili sauce wasn’t good either. Will stick with Wycombe best kebab

Normally I have very good experiences with holmer green, however the delivery time changed twice taking the wait to 45 minutes. When the order arrived it was cold in places and overcooked in others. For the money paid it was not worth the time waiting. I won’t be using them again.

Tasty food and good delivery. If collect there is parking. I have ordered from here on a few occasions. On a Friday night it is busy.

2 hours for a delivery ☹️ Not good

Unfortunately the order came an hour late and was cold :( I ordered because of the good reviews but def won’t be coming back again.

Took a long time to come from when they said it was on its way. Arrived cold

Food very warm and box was soaked. The kebabs were redelivered and the customer service was good, but the quality of the food was not.

My food arrived bang on time for the earliest of its given time frame, good and hot and food quality was good although a few pieces of chicken were dry but others juicy and tasty. I have ordered from here a few times and not been let down

My order was 2 hours late they shouldn’t of accepted my order if they were that busy my food was stone cold by the time it arrived

Food was cold when it arrived. Very little salad and far too much cheese in my chicken wrap.

Best kebab place in local area... Why go and queue at a kebab van when these will deliver free for any order over a tenner... Well done chaps! Edit August 2023, Now £15 for free delivery....not such a bargain!

Spontaneous order, haven’t tried before. Very speedy delivery, fresh and hot. Meat was tasty, lots of salad options. Will def order again!

Kebab is fab. Unfortunately the cheese cake is inedible, from being frozen it’s really jelly like/ gone off!

The pizza was ok. I ordered a kids chicken nuggets and chips with garlic mayo I assumed it was a little pot of sauce but it was all over the kids meal and I mean loads and loads of it. The food was soggy. I couldn’t give it to my children even I couldn’t eat it.

Ordered from here lots of times, but tonight was disappointing. I don't know were you get/how you make your garlic mayo, but it was like battery acid tonight. Couldn't taste anything apart from that, so most of it went in the bin. Awful.

the cheesy chips from this place are the best!! Always nice and crispy and really cheesy!! And I would like to add always cooked in clean oil!! You can tell and it makes a massive difference

Not had a kebab for a while so this was a real treat.

We got the £20 deal it was amazing!

Tastes the same as Cozy Corner Kebabs, even same prices and same mistakes. Someone said they belong together... The food was ready on time, but they seem to ignore the customised salad options (so why do they bother asking?). Same thing happened at Cozy, and when you pay £8-10 for a kebab you surely deserve it being made to order?! Tasted ok, seemed very salad heavy / lack of meat.

Excellent food and delivered way before the estimated time. However, £27 for two wraps and some garlic bread is overpriced.

The chicken was cooked on a floor tile and then the salad was brought down from space and then they fed me it and i loved it! 1/10 from me, it was so good!

Unfortunately the place has gone downhill. £9 for a chicken wrap as well! Very expensive.

Don't get me wrong, the food was "ok", although the kofte was a bit like charcoal, but, at those prices it's really not value for money. 2 kebabs, one chips, £30. Wouldn't mind if it was filling, but the kebab portions are a joke. "Large chicken Shish & kofte". 5 small pieces of chicken and 2 mouthful's of kofte. In kebab language that is NOT a large. Normally go elsewhere and I get twice the food for almost half the price, and taste wise little and nothing in it.

Garlic bread was a bit burnt and it took nearly 3 times longer than advertised when I placed the order. Very disappointed.

All my food arrived cold and it seemed like the little bit of warmth in my chips were from reheating. Not good at all.

Order incomplete! Paid extra for certain ingredients and they were not added! My portion of chips were “half full” , Food was way past cold when it arrived (chips were rock solid and burger was soggy and stone cold ) ! Emailed directly from details on website and got a bounce back that the address has a permanent error and not deliverable ! Used to use holmer green kebab on a regular basis for many many years, no where near what it used to be !

Went into the store today to order a XL kebab and got greeted by the rudest/moodiest woman (wearing glasses) I have ever met. Was told I wasn’t able to have salad separate in an XL kebab but have had separate salads previously. Then she gave the small size salad box but we’ve previously been given the larger size when ordering XL kebabs. She was constantly huffing and puffing when I said I wanted sauces on the kebab. Definitely not returning here again!

The kebab was okay however the customer service is diabolical. They did not send our combination wraps or chicken strips . When we attempted to contact they hung up on us . Cannot manage large orders and sad alcohol infused grown ups as a result

First time ordering and really enjoyed it. We got the doner and chicken shish and both were delicious! We will be ordering again.

Ordered and have waited 2 hours, obviously not coming, bank is still saying pending for £36. Cannot get through on the phone.

Dry. It was so dry and they were really light on the Sauce, i also asked for extra chillis and didn't get any even after paying a bit extra for it, never ordering from here again, ended up adding my own Jalapeños. Edit: Gave them another try, ended up with Food poisoning, don't eat here.

Had a small Lamb Shish in a pitta with salad. Fresh, crisp salad. Just the right amount of mayo. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

Food delivered an hour and a half late despite 2 phone calls. Apparently food was originally delivered to the wrong address 2 miles away

Sorry guys you was highly recommended But what a let down, donner kebab was so dry I thought it was 2 days old, the only good thing I can say is the chilli 🌶 sauce was good, won't be back.

Ordered 1 large donner meat and chips with salad and 1 large Donner kebab. Was nice and salad was fresh which is always good as no one like soggy salad. overall both satisfied

I have ordered many times before and the food has been good but this time the chips were stale like they were old and been reheated or something- very hard and not tasty. Please make the chips like you used to. Worried about ordering again. Please cook the chips properly. You have put your prices up - we should expect the chips to be edible.

Always a great kebab and a good portion.

The meal turned up late and the size of the kebab was small not large like I had paid for. Cabbage and lettuce made up the salads with a couple bits of cucumber and tomato. Not very good at all. As it was delivered late it was not hot.

Outstanding , delivered 15 minutes after ordering and restaurant must be 4 miles away, would totally recommend, food was great to

The 2 piece Chicken is terrible… straight in the bin! £8.00 for a small kebab… wouldn’t be so bad but I had 4 pieces of chicken in the Kebab. Won’t be ordering again sorry.

Couldnt call them and food was late

Food lovely as always however all 3 drinks missing and 2 ice creams. Rang and restaurant said they would deliver missing items. Did so but still 1 drink missing. Now bringing it but very frustrating

Good arrived cold and over an hour late. No recognition of this was made.

Paid extra for cheese on chips which I didn’t receive, kebab was cold and chips were soggy and flavourless, very disappointed.

All good, never fails to be good food and on time.

Not going to be too harsh as the food is normally good, but tonight's turned up cold. Chips were soggy and barley edible. Not your best effort tonight guys. Hope it's better next time.

Great customer service!! I picked up an order that was missing an item and did not realise until I was home. I phoned back and someone delivered a freshly cooked version of the missing item to me - absolute legends :)

Food delicious but late and cold. Was not informed that restaurant was busy and that order would be late… only when I used the just eat app to enquire.. Just eat offered the option of contacting the restaurant for money off for inconvenience… restaurant declined request .

I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH DELICIOUS AND IMPORTANTLY HOT FOOD DELIVERED! GENERALLY AVOID ORDERING CHIPS AS THEY'RE NEVER HOT BY THE TIME YOU GET THEM BUT THESE CHEESY CHIPS WERE HOT HOT 🔥 AND FRIED CHICKEN TOO. THOROUGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS. GREAT SERVICE TOO. THANK YOU!

I often use Holmer Green Kebabs and can honestly say they are brilliant!! Always on time in fact they're usually early. Food arrives hot and delivery always with a smile ☺
