HK noodles in Enfield

I would not recommend this place to ANYONE. Not even to my worst enemy. I came in with my partner looking to eat Chinese food, only for it to taste expired and dry. Usually I am not picky and eat anything, but for the first time I left barely touching the food. It was horrible. The lady taking the orders was very rude, and I can tell the other workers are depressed. On top of that, my partner who ate the food got food poisoning shortly after. Please for your own health and safety avoid this place.

Amazing food always!! Comes quick too. I recommend my usual, Chicken Katsu Curry 😙

The food was okay in itself except after me and my friend had food poisening and it was the only thing we had eaten.

One of the worst Chinese I’ve had. The won ton soup was packed with vegetables: carrots, peas, cabbage, mushrooms but only 2 small wontons. Pretty tasteless. The sweet and sour chicken HK style was insipid. I’m not sure how sweet and sour can be tasteless but this was. And they don’t take cards, cash only.

Average asian cuisine. Service was great.

Woman was rude who takes your order. Put off which is a shame because the food is quite good.

Read a few mixed reviews so was a bit cautious, but so glad we ate here. There was 8 of us, it was empty when we called in. Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Portions were massive, food was nice all at a very reasonable cost. They gave us boxes and pots to put the leftovers in and then showered us with fortune cookies. Would recommend 😄

Dont normally order Chinese food as really mixed quality usually but having been 'salt poisoned' by our usual takeaway we tried HK and the 4 of us really enojyed it ! Good quality ingredients, cooked nicely and great flavours + generous portions - what more can you ask for. Having read the reviews i guess its like any takeaway - chef takes a day off, really busy periods etc where quality varies - but our experience was all positive

I have never had a worst Chinese meal delivered and they got the order wrong and they said it was our fault as the numbers on the menu were wrong as the menu was two months out of date and then sent the same menu out again after we had asked for a new menu,they then said we didn't order right and it wasn't until I said I was a chef for fifteen years and never know customer service like it.

On 7/7/22 take away for HK fried rice and Singapore fried rice.However, taste not good and no chicken and prawn which mention in the menu.Disappointed.

Ordered online and food didnt come. called up and they don't have my order and said that its their old website and dont know what to say. not very helpful, no offer to retake the order or any apology. I hope the payment to their old website that I authorised doesn't go through!

Placed an order over the weekend it was cancelled through the app with no explanation.. I called up and asked why the order had even cancelled the lady that I usually really like had such attitude told me when answering me I told her that I won't be using them to get bubble tea again. My husband then tried to order and she cancelled it again.. When he called up she said that she had banned the address etc and he told her not to be petty over a bubble tea.. She was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL VERY RUDE AND EXTREMELY PETTY

Good place to have a nice dinner. It was clean and the staff was nice. Good prices, the quality of the food was excellent and the portion more than enough. The special fried rice was amazing.

Staff was rude on the phone, messed up my order and did not apologise and charged me more.

We ordered starters, noodles & a main dish they all arrived together the Satay Chicken & Noodles were good but main dishes tasted watery.

Woman messed up my order and insisted that I said smth else when I didn’t then rolled her eyes... it’s a shame bc I actually liked the woman and coming here but ig not anymore. She didn’t even apologise.

My 1st Time Ordering Here. I Thought I Wld Do This Post A Little Different And Report The Journey From The Star. So I Have Just Ordered Via Just Eat & Order Was Acknowledged In Less Than A Second. So Far So Good. I Ordered My Food At 18:15. It's Now 18:33 And It's On Its Way!! 18:51 Food Has Arrive Now Time To Tuck Innnn!!! In The End The Food Was Presented Very Well But Just Tasted Too Bland For Me. The Best Part Was The Sweet & Sour Chicken.

Ordering was easy, delivery didn't take to long the person on the phone was nice and helpful the delivery person was nice and friendly. We ordered a big takeaway everything turned up nice and hot and tasted delicious none of us complain about our food we had sweet Chilli Thai prawns, roast duck, fruit tea, milk tea, noddles boiled rice lots of stuff very very happy with everything. I will be ordering from here again definitely and would recommend this place to anyone. I've been ordering a lot from here and so far everything has been delicious and fresh. Omg ordered more food today from these people absolutely delicious, fresh scrumpy food. This shop always delivers good quality food and drinks. Keep it up your shop the best.

I ordered over £80 of food this evening and I was disappointed. The food was cold. The rice was burnt and overall the food lacked in taste. Very disappointing.

I had odered a takeaway for my family and i myself had odered noodles they were absaloutely disgusting and i dont know what oil they used but it certainly should not be used again my family hated there food the only good thing was the boba :(

Been going here for almost 3 years just for takeaway. Premium prices comparatively but absolutely top of the range for quality. You get what you pay for. Never had a bad experience or 'slightly off day' with HK. Always on time with their deliveries. Great added bonus when they throw in a free drink with a large order and crackers. Goes a long way!

ordered food from this company for the first and last time a tragedy !!!the food was disgusting, tasteless, the chicken in the sauce and the beef in the sauce had no taste, it was even hard for them to put the pasta in a separate container, and the meat with the sauce to another, they mixed everything together for pigs, it looked unattractive and not tasty at all you had to look for the meat ..

We ordered from them for the first time on Wednesday, was disappointed that we didn’t get our free crackers for spending more than £20 (we spent £31). I would suggest you don’t make offers on your website if you aren’t going to deliver as we would have actually bought some had it not been advertised that we would get some for spending what we did. Other than that we were surprisingly happy with the food and portions.

Placed an order online and was very happy with the delivery of my order. Although it arrived abit late due to the restaurant being busy as it’s the Chinese New Year I was very happy as they gave me extras for free. The bubble teas are 10/10.

I ordered the wonton soup with noodles, sui mai and custard buns and they were SO DELICIOUS! The portion sized was great and the food arrived hot and steaming Will definitely be ordering again- thank you so much!

I've had a number of takeaways delivered and the food is hot, tasty and full of natural flavour.

This is the first and last time that we ordered a take away from here. It was incredibly expensive to start with but our usual Chinese restaurant was closed. We collected our order and 5 minutes later we were eating it at home. It was like eating mush! No flavour and had clearly been sitting around for a long time. Anyway, we were hungry and ate what we could. 3 hours later and all 3 of us were being violently ill 😷 we called 111 and were told we most likely had food poisoning. I called the restaurant today to tell them what happened and was met with a rude woman who told me there was no way it came from them. No apology! I asked her if she would refund our meal (my husband missed work, my son missed school and I’m pregnant so we really were very ill). The manager refused to entertain any kind of apology or refund and accused me of blackmailing her!!!! This restaurant is disgusting, the tab I waited at was dirty, no COVID measures in place and shocking food that gave all 3 of us really bad food poisoning. Please avoid at all costs. We have paid a hefty price for what was supposed to be a nice take away.

We came to this restaurant for dinner. my friend recommended this place. Well, it was very nice. we were warmly welcomed by the staff and we felt excellent. The meal was fresh and delicious. We enjoyed every moment and we will definitely return to this restaurant. Keep it up.

At the first moment you enter that restaurant the personel give you a comfortable feeling. Very warm waiters, it is a kind place to hang out with friends and colleagues or with your date. delicious cuisine, qualified chef, decent pay and nice service. Warmly recommended.

Always ordered from here but never again. For the 2nd time they left out a dish that I’ve been charged for , when I complained I was basically called a liar!! Terrible customer service. Cost me £60 to be insulted. Your loss HK Noodles

I used to always order our Chinese from here but never again!!! For the 2nd time in as many weeks they forgot to include a dish even after I reminded them, and asked,please don’t forget it like last time, so they go ahead and not include it after charging me £60. Then when I have the audacity to call up and ask why, the lady practically called me a liar as she counted each item, so there’s no way it wasn’t included!! Your loss HK Noodles insult you’re customers and you won’t get very far.

This restaurant is nice and broad, the menu was delicious and the prices were very reasonable. fast, productive service and very affable staff. I recommend this place.

This place is decent however I think there needs to be more dim sum on the menu! There are only 5 and would love to try more. The pork buns and shrimp dumplings are amazing. Taro bubble tea was good but could do with more tapioca. Quite cheap. Bbq ribs had no flavour :( but will be coming back for sure for those pork buns !

Ordered a takeaway from here and very disappointed. One saving grace was the sweet and sour prawns which I guess is hard to get wrong. The bubble tea was watery and the tapioca balls tasted funny with an unfamiliar texture. We also ordered roast duck and rice in bbq sauce, normally this is a staple dish. However, the sauce was tasteless and the duck was dry. For the price the whole experience was underwhelming. I had read a couple of reviews claiming the same as above but majority did seem positive, unfortunately I can't say I will be ordering from here again.

Absolutely a spot worth visiting, the food is fantastic and fresh, the pricing is affordable and it is consistently clean in here. Keep up the good work.

I went in to buy bubble tea and honestly the woman made something that tasted like nothing. When I told her this she immediately got defensive, wouldn’t give me back my money and said she’s an expert who has been making it for years. Believe me their bubble tea is nothing more than water in a plastic cup. Maybe if the staff was better, it would actually get customers.

Order food over the phone and when arrive for collection still had to wait long as the staff was too busy chatting and make jokes moreover they got my order wrong and after Manager would not replace it or refund it and telling me it’s my fault. No Manager skills and customers service whatsoever. Really bad attitude. Lost £12 pound and left with no food or even sorry , disgraceful!

I bought vegetables noodles and sweet and sour chicken. It costs £7, with a bottle of water. Tasteless noodles and very soft chicken. It was awful and not worth the money. It was my first time at this restaurant and I will never return. I was very disappointed. It does not deserve a star really.

We met with friends at this spot for a meeting. we heard about this spot from many people. Well, it was a winning. The crew welcomed us with a smile and we felt good. The food was just great. We enjoyed every moment and we will visit this place again. We recommend this place to all.

I found the noodles here to be a bit bland and the chicken wings were not great. The duck pancakes were really nice though as were the spring rolls. The beef in black bean sauce also lacked some flavour. However, the service was good. They give you free prawn crackers with all orders over £15, free prawn crackers and drink on orders over £30 etc and fortune cookies!

Worst Chinese food in England. Trust me when we say it's the worst Chinese in England, out of all the bad Chinese me and my family have experienced this is by far the worst. The prawn toast is a hybrid of rubber and an old oily sponge. The crispy shredded beef is a tasteless gloopy chewy mess. The vegetable noodles came straight from a microwave, no flavour just starch and old oil. The kung pao was gloopy and chewy, spat it out straight away. We gave them an opportunity to give us a partial refund and they replied bluntly there is nothing they can do. Don't waste your hard earned money at HK Noodles. Go else were

The Food here is amazing, staff is so friendly and always recommend the best food to try out. It feels like your walking into family home and staff make you feel so welcomed, always clean and cosy place. And price is amazing to! 100% recommend

My wife and I had lunch here at the weekend, we found the food to be very good. My wife's oriental and found the soup to be very tasty, I had pork soup with noodles and it was amazing, there was lots of meat. Very filling indeed. We will return.
