Hi! Pizza in Hillingdon

It's still a good hotel restaurant near the airport. The pizza comes out quickly and is quite delicious.

I had a decent pizza here, twice over the months when staying at the hotel. It is not to die for, but better than the average in this country. A little too expensive in my opinion, with a few of the tasty pizzas inching close to twenty quid. Service was pleasant and unpretentious, really can’t ask for more.

Pizza was delicious, and came out fast it was a little lacking. It was delicious as well, just not what I expected. All in all recommend if you’re staying at that location.

Service was a bit lacklustre and we had to wait around a bit to get dessert menus. Overall it was an enjoyable experience as the food was decent

Ordered food because we had a great experience from the day before, but oh my I would never again... The food never arrived for almost 2 hours and when I called was told I hadn't placed an order, when I asked if I could give the order number he said no thank you, the resteraunt then called me back saying it would be a further 20 minutes as they didn't receive the order, barely an apology and seriously bad attitude. Food arrived 20 minutes after the call, chicken was semi cooked clearly raw around the edges, curry portion was disgusting to say the least, it would be enough to feed a toddler. The nan bread was beyond tiny smaller than the palm of my hand. No I would not recommend nor will I ever be eating here again, looking back on hindsight I should have checked the reviews.

Stayed in a nearby hotel where the restaurant was really busy so went for an evening meal. The waitress seemed puzzled by the fact that I was not staying in the hotel, not a good sign. I had a pizza, it was a little strange but ok. Service was odd, the waitress seemed to hate her job in general and me particularly. At the table next to mine, guests were arguing with the staff over the price of some wine. If I had had the energy I would have asked to be moved, it was so unpleasant to have to sit there and overhear the argument and I was surprised staff did not pick up on this and point out to the arguing guests that there were other guests in the restaurant. An apology to me for the disturbance would also have been welcome. But I left less hungry than I was when I arrived and that was the main thing. I will never go there again.

We stayed at Staybridge Suites next door to Hi Pizza and just walked in where we ordered takeaway pizza for our dinner. They were very fast and the pizza was very good.

Live in the local area, and by chance, had stumbled into the hotel. Amazing pizza and worth the price, given the quality of what you get compared to local takeaways. Wil come again.

Pizza was weird… got a Quattro Stagioni without black olives and received the pizza with the toppings not evenly spread onto the pizza. Lumps of artichoke were put onto only one slice, stacks of ham onto three, and mushroom on two slices. Not a single slice had all the toppings on it. We complained to the waiter and were told it was a “cultural thing” when you ask for a topping off. I don’t know why that would make sense to do, but if it truly is a “cultural thing” I feel it should be explained as it just seemed lazy. As I said pizza was just weird, tasted fine though after I had to redistribute and cut up the toppings myself.

Shrimp tagliolini was very nice, chocolate fondant for dessert, good service, descent price.

Was not impressed! I very seldom give a bad review. Service was very slow. Pasta Arabiata was tasteless. As if a tin of tomatoes was just thrown over it. The menu states Brusceta and Tiramisu but they are not what they should be. Rather toast and tomato and pudding. An insult to the Italian menu!

Our server Ashley was very friendly and welcoming.Food was good , maybe tweak the root veg salad recipe.Service was great.

Fantastic friendly service from Murita, had the Arribiata pasta which was delicious. Quick, efficient and reasonably priced. Great job all.

Already chic, spacious and modernly furnished. The staff are also friendly. Fish chips were OK. You can watch football here. Unfortunately, Bayern lost 3-0.

I checked in the hotel at 10pm and was surprised to find the restaurant closed an hour early. There are no vending machines or any sort of food at the bar. What time do you close? ~ Weary Traveler

Great service from Colin our waiter. Place is clean and food very nice. This is our second stay at the hotel and both times had lovely meal. Plenty of choice. Good presentation of food.

After a long day of travel, it was wonderful to walk down to this restaurant. I can't speak about the pizzas but for a gluten- and dairy-intolerant person, the wild mushroom risotta (yes, dairy free!) was heavenly. And having sorbet for dessert was the perfect end to the meal. I felt very welcomed and the servers were efficient and the food came quickly. I will definitely eat here next time I am staying near Heathrow.

Food is decent. It’s an airport hotel so it’s on that level of quality. But for an airport hotel it is good. A bit expensive for the quality but again a decent option. My server was super nice so that’s a plus!

These are the mist revolting pizzas we have ever had, upset stomach and sick within 2 hours of eating . Completely tasteless and cold within 10 minutes of being served. Never again.

Loved it; highly recommended staff and Manager Denzil Luis was very friendly and provided an explanation of how the menu works, the food was absolutely delicious freshly made and very quickly served. Fair priced and good portion sizes. A must to go back to try other options in the menu ! I must say one of the best food I have tasted so far and the drinks were also Osum. Further more what makes this place even more special is the Open Kitchen Really a wow place to visit #GoodTimes#TastyFood#HiPizza😋

Stayed here for a night this month. Food was good and service was acceptable but didn't appreciate the restaurant manger storming to my room minutes after I return saying I couldn't take a selfie with one of his staff even though it was fine with her. To bad for the manager because after he made me delete the photos, I still have one on my phone anyhow we overlooked so I'm not deleting it since I'm back from my trip.

We had a very good meal. Much more delicious than we expected. A bowl of the chickpea rosemary soup started our dinner. Very tasty. The sea bass and the pasta entrees were flavorful and cooked excellently. Chocolate delise and the cheese board were wonderful. Yes, it might’ve been a tad bit pricey but well worth it.

I stay at Holiday Inns frequently and the food often leaves a lot to be desired. This place was brilliant, great service, nice ambiance, delicious food ( we had prawn tortolini and lasagne). Reasonable prices for a hotel restaurant as well. Definitely worth a visit if staying here.

Prices are extortionate given you're a captive audience with few other options of places to eat. £16 for an average pizza by the time service charges are added. £25 if you add a glass of wine to that.

Seems like just me but the food is average. Yes it’s a modern classy set up and looks better than standard airport hotels. But the food is just okay and not value for money, even at an airport. Pizza bread is soggy

Very good experience of having a quick bite ,while waiting to get to the airport on a day when there was a transport strike in London .The staff was very cooperative and also the pizza they sought was warm and deli!they had quite a few vegetarians and vegan options too

We stayed overnight here to be close to Heathrow and were very pleasantly surprised by the restaurant. Friendly, efficient staff, an open kitchen so you can watch the chefs, and reasonable prices. Their woodfired pizzas are a must. We also ordered fried baby squid and chips, and took it all up to our room. Everything was tasty, hot and fresh. I couldn’t fault it. Definitely worth trying if you are staying at the Holiday Inn.

Bottle of wine, calamari starter was delicious, main of steak was average but main of tuna was fantastic - £90. Great service. Would we again - YES.

Limited menu but had, bruschetta to start followed by margarita pizza and roast pumpkin salad . All very fresh and delicious. Tiramisu was also very good

I had steak and my friend had lasagne. We’ll cooked and presented. It’s not a gourmet restaurant but there’s nothing wrong with it either.

we went on a Saturday night as we were staying at the Premier Inn prior to a flight from Heathrow on Sunday morning. Pictures showed a nice restaurant with lots of room/headspace which we wanted as we were desperate to avoid catching covid before the hols! We had bread basket, focaccia and olives for starters and they were all delicious, absolutely scrumptious. Main course Pizza was fab as was the grilled chicken breast which 'cut like butter'. Our waitress was a complete star and seemed like she kept the whole restaurant ticking over, chatting to everyone at the tables, making sure kids were getting just what they wanted (kids always want things their way) and checking orders to make sure we enjoyed the meal. Thank you Murita, you're a star.

Had quite a wait as they were very busy but when the food arrived it was hot and tasty. Had lasagne which was around £13. Nice surroundings.

Just been for a lovely relaxing meal with my mum - she is gluten free and was catered to perfectly. One of the best meals I’ve had in an airport hotel ever, our waitress Murita Provided lovely friendly service and the pizza was absolutely delicious.Our first trip away since before Covid and it has set us on the right path to relaxation.Thank you we will return

Ate in HI Pizza last week and had what can only be described as some of the best Italian food i have ever had. Would especially recommended the tiramisu the best one I have ever had . Staff were amazing especially the manager of the restaurant who could not do enough to help me and my friend and made our experience brilliant . Cannot wait to be back again in January

Pizza was awful. They are making the pizzas in advance and reheating them at the moment. The first pizza I had was cold so I sent it back. The next one was burned. I ate some and left the rest and will not go back. They should be ashamed serving a product like this.

We were on a overnight stay on Dec 25 from San Francisco before early onward flight to Spain. enjoyed an excellent meal with wonderful staff.

We went here as we were staying in the apartments next door.Hi Pizza is located within the holiday inn off junction 4, M4 at Heathrow. The place is worth a visit just for the service and food. The restaurant was in a courtyard style setting with low lighting. We were greeted by Praian who served us for the evening. He was friendly and attentive to all of our family. He made us all laugh and ensured that we had everything we needed. He is a real asset to the restaurant. I lived in Italy for 4 years can verify that the food was on par with the best restaurants that I visited there. Many thanks, a full and happy family.

Service = diabolical! Terrible waiter, waiting 1 hour for food, messed up the bill, was rude! Never again!!

My friend and I attended the restaurant in November, I must say the service was fantastic very attentive. Our Waiter Praian was so helpful and attentive. The menu is somewhat limited however what you do get is delicious.

As a cabin crew, I often stay at the Holiday Inn and had often breakfast there or diner.The food is good and the staff always friendly.Ted and Praian are both very caring towards their customers, always smiling and provide a good service. As a regular customer, I recommend to go there for their food but more for their excellent service.

I was at this restaurant a while back and this Server Austin gave me and my wife an excellent service. My wife and I had the amazing quattro stagioni pizza and we shared a taglionini as well which was utterly fabulous.

We are vegan and this lovely place in the middle of a Holiday Inn, no less, had the kindness and wherewithal to make us a vegan pizza to order and THEN bring us an extra bowl of grilled veggies just because I said I wanted more veggies... all because of Praian, who must be the nicest server we have met in a long time... he was so helpful, professional and fun to work with. Really, he is a gem. We would definitely eat here again - no request was too much and he really went out of his way to make our meal exceptional. The chips were the best my husband had ever had and we had been in the UK for eight weeks! The pizza is delicious too!

Just went here an hour ago for dinner with my family, as we’re staying in Holiday Inn. We ordered a pepperoni pizza and pea & mint soup, both were very nice, well seasoned and cooked perfectly!Not only the good food and cosy atmosphere, but the staffs are very friendly and kind:) especially we were served by Spyri from Greece, she’s very helpful and cheerful! Thank you very much Spyri, we really enjoyed the time there :D

Having read the reviews of Hi Pizza, I had Hi expectations. The restaurant is very modern looking (if a little dark at night) and comfortable. I ordered Calamari and pizza Calzone.The calamari were very good. Light batter and non-chewy squid.However, the pizza calzone was undercooked, poorly filled and the strangest thing of all, had COLD cream cheese in a lump in the middle, the effect of which was to chill the centre of the calzone and fill your mouth with cream cheese??Very disappointing.That aside, the service was polite and fast and that is, along with the calamari, the reason for 3 * rather than 2.

We can highly recommend the Hi Pizza restaurant in the holiday inn, Bath Road, Heathrow. We had a great meal on the 4th November and we were very well looked after by our waitress Patricia. Kevin

The service was excellent, and all of our touch points were great, as the staff was very thoughtful and friendly, especially with our 2 kids! The food was good. It felt like something was lacking with each of our plates (fried calamari, gnocchi, padrón peppers) but the diavola Liza was very good. Their reserve beer was also great!

Dining at the 'Hi Pizza' served by Praian made our evening. After having a negative experience at the neighbouring Staybridge Suits we were wonderfully welcomed at the Holiday Inn next door, where we had dinner. Praian is an amazing host and maitre de. He had an exceptional manner and went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied. My recommendation is for him to take the role of training others on customer service excellence as he is a prime example of the standard customer service should be, in all establishments. A fantastic host and waiter that is clearly in need of a promotion. Thank you so much Praia you made our evening wonderful. I wish there were more people like you in the world that do the simplest things that change your day.

We ate here while staying next door at the Staybridge Hotel. Pizza was better than what we had in Italy. We ate at the bar and the service from Joe Fernandes was outstanding. He took care of all our needs and was a very friendly employee that was such a joy to talk with. Well done Holiday Inn.

We stayed at the hotel for one night at the conclusion of our London trip. After a long, tiring day of travelling, we decided to have dinner at Hi! Pizza and were beyond pleased with the exceptional service. Our server, Praian, truly understands the meaning of hospitality and went out of his way to make sure that we had a delightful experience. He was very personable, humorous & genuine and made us feel very welcome. Five-star service!!

Rubbish. Pizza was supposed to come with sausage and tenderstem broccoli. The greens were more like bitter spinach and there was less than a gram of tasteless crumbs of mince. Yuck

A fantastic restaurant inside the Holiday Inn.

We were at the hotel for one night before flying out of Heathrow and had dinner for two adults and two kids. The food was great but the service was even better. The wait staff were so friendly and attentive and seemed genuinely interested in helping us have a good meal. Plus they were great with our young kids. The pizza was just okay but the salads and calamari were great.

An excellent choice for for a wonderful dining expericne near Heathrow. Stayed at the Holiday Inn as we needed to catch an early flight the next day. We ordered the the Chicken and the Crabmeat pasta which were well presented and definitely yummilicious. Service was attentive and staff were very pleasant. Pricing is very reasonable as well. A great way to end our 2 weeks holiday ......

Horrible service, barely any good food. No options for vegetarians. They are not prepared for a huge crowd.

Went here in July 2019 while staying at the Staybridge Suites adjoining next door. Really nice modern venue, in the centre of the Holiday Inn. The service was excellent with our waiter really looking after us. The food was also good and we really enjoyed. Price wise its not the cheapest, the only downside for us.

My husband and I organised a meal for a large group in this restaurant on Saturday night.

This is my 3rd time dining at Hi! Pizza. Possibly one of the best airport hotel restaurants at Heathrow. Wonderful traditional Italian food, the calamari starter is divine and the homemade Lasagna is worth coming back for. A special thanks to Alina who delivers exceptional genuine service with a smile along with her unique bubbly personality. The wine list is also great and you can tell this hotel is managed by people who do care about the customer experience. It's well worth a visit.

Excellent service and food by any standards but to find it in a restaurant in. Bath Road hotel is truly extraordinary. I hope they manage to maintain their standards in the face of constant passing trade, harassed passengers and stressed families. In the meantime though, if I was local, I would happily eat at Hi! Pizza even if not staying in the hotel or flying.

Hi! Pizza within the Holiday Inn is a great Italian restaurant. It’s centred around a traditional Italian kitchen whereby everything is cooked fresh by Italian chefs.

We stayed at the Staybridge Suites next door here for a night and were recommended this by reception. What a great experience. A quiet Easter Sunday evening was lit up by amazing food and even more amazing service. We opted for the Rosemary & Garlic Foccacia and the Burrata. Freshly made and authentic in taste. Then for mains I went for the Lasagne Bolognese and the wife the Spatchcock Chicken. All wonderfully presented and rich in taste. It helps that the chef team who cook here are Italian (always a bonus for a real deal). Our special thanks to beautiful Alina and her team who were hugely attentive to my son Taylan and polite and so genuine during our meal here.

I was very pleasantly surprised to find a really good, reasonably priced Italian restaurant in the new Holiday Inn Hotel on Bath Road. I have stayed and eaten at many LHR hotels and the restaurants are generally nothing exceptional. This one has good, authentic Italian food and it is reasonably priced. Irina provided excellent table service at dinner this evening.

Great restaurant conveniently located right off the hotel lobby. Freshly made pizza and various other Italian dishes are availablr. I tried the Braised Ox Cheek which was absolutely cooked to perfection. I couldn't resost I had to try the pizza too which was.phenomemal. The staff was super friendly and very attentive.

I've been in this restaurant a couple of days ago'. As a Italian person I can say that the food is just awesome, even better than some place in Italy. I ate a homemade Bufalo ricotta Ravioli, and a amazing Tiramisu' as a dessert. Service was excellent and friendly, and the restaurant concept was particular because was like to be in a "piazza", Italian style.
