I ordered fairly late and but was pleasantly surprised with a fast delivery, food arriving well packaged and hot and everything was exactly what I hoped for. The Pad Thai was decent and the spicy papaya salad was tasty.

Had the stuffed chicken wings, beef salad and massaman curry last night. We order a lot and the quality is always very good, but last night was outstanding. The beef steak in the salad was incredibly tender and full of flavour, everything was cooked beautifully. Thanks Hi Bankok!

Food was very nice, but very little of it. Few ingredients in the curry. The taste was very good. I'd order again, but would make sure I had some ingredients (prawns and veg) of my own to supplement it. The rice was very good. Thanks

This is good quality and authentic Thai food and decent value. However we have noticed on recent orders very few prawns in the Prawn Pad Thai - this time only 4 prawns! Those there were nice but the dish needs a few more.

How lucky we are to have Hi Bangkok nearby for delivery; just had another order arriving well before the quoted time as usual. Everything fresh and warm, every dish delicious. Very reasonable prices. Our favourite Asian local restaurant!

The food was late and so was lukewarm. The quantities were small for how much we paid and although the flavours were nice it wasn't to a great standard. I wouldn't order a takeaway from here again sadly as not good value for money, but maybe eating in would be nicer.

The food arrived cold and was bland and tasteless, it is the second time I have ordered and been disappointed, this time trying a different dish in the hopes that the experience last time was a one-off because of the high star rating! Absolutely will not order from here again.

Standard of food high and consistent. However last couple of times the prawn pad Thai has been lacking - in prawns. This time counted 3, last time was 4. Previously 6 which is just about acceptable and needs to be this as a minimum

There is no way that the food was proper thai food it tasted like cheap imitation, bland, the prawn wasnt cleaned properly, the beef dish was also bland, no veg the sauce was so weak and tasted really weird. Will never order from here again

Delicious food and quick delivery

First time trying this place tonight and I was not disappointed! Not only was the food delivered on time and prices reasonable but the flavours of the food was absolutely delicious and well balanced. Thank you to the chef! I will definitely be ordering again and/or visiting the restaurant for a sit in meal.

I wish I could give negative stars. We ordered takeaway from this restaurant tonight. It arrived more than an hour late (about 2 hours of waiting in total), the driver was extremely rude when he arrived, the lady who answered the phone at the restaurant was not helpful, and the food was cold and congealed. Not to mention there was zero flavour to it, wasn't even salted. This was the first and definitely last time we tried this place. We'll make sure our friends and neighbours don't repeat our mistake and stay away.

Always been just alright here - never enough to warrant a review positive or negative. but tonight. Wow. Everything lukewarm, small portions, the starters look like they'd been sat on. The rice came in a box still in the bag it was obviously microwaved in... basically they don't care. Won't be coming back, would recommend you avoid.

I don’t know if the chef has changed but the food was very bland. It seems like the green curry was thrown together, even the sauce was still white and not flavoured the ingredients. I had ordered in advance but they sent a text that they were running late hence the flash cooking? The fried starters were limp and cold. The pad Thai was average but quite sweet with lots of spring onions. We ate for the sake of eating but there is no wow factor to order from here again. It’s disappointing as we used to order regularly but it always seemed hit and miss with the quality of flavour. It was a delivery so cannot comment on the service other than the cooking.

Fresh tasty well presented Thai food

Me and my partner are regulars here, and it’s honestly my favourite Thai restaurant by far. Service is excellent every time and the food is amazing! Would recommend you try their Tom yum soup and tofu curry. Prices are very reasonable too.

Actually the best green curry I’ve had in years.

Ordered the massuman curry chicken and it was absolutely disgusting! I thought I'd try something different to the red Thai curry.... Waste of money!

Pre booked a Saturday evening dinner with family. Warm welcome and friendly service. The food came out as it should and tasted delicious. Good selection of dishes and reasonably priced. We brought our wine and were happy to pay the corking fee. A great idea!

This is the second time running that my delivery has been late and I have had to call up to chase it. The restaurant said both times the driver takes 3/4 orders out at a time. So once the food arrived it wasn’t hot. This is unacceptable.

The food is good. But they missed Thai dumpling (Khanom Jeeb) in my order this time.

Good food, good service, great flavours. The Green Thai Curry and Pad Thai were very much enjoyed, and the salmon fillet dish exceeded expectations. Simple decor in this BYO restaurant, and fairly brightly lit. Free parking in Rutlish Road after 6:30pm. Corkage is £4 per bottle of wine and £1 per bottle of beer as at March 2022.

The food is always the best ever. Have not been for a couple of years but was not disappointed last week. Really. Go!
