Loved the design of the restaurant, brilliant service, Natalie helped us so much with the cake for my sister’s birthday, i’ll be going there for my 18th. Loved everything xx

Great Ambiance staff are very hospitable and lovely - they cater for all - great for anyone with allergy’s also food and drinks are amazing! Defo be back very soon - this has become a regular go to for all occasions as well as general catch up with friends or birthdays and anniversary’s

Quality Food and Great Evening Experience

I have dined at this restaurant on several occasions over the past two years. The environment is spacious and capable of accommodating large groups of fifteen people and over. There is seating within an extended area, which can open to provide an outside space. This area appears to be used as a shisha spot. The place is colourful and vibrant with contemporary art work on the walls, set with plastic greenery, which gives a nice Mediterranean touch. I ordered my usual meal, which was a combination for two; the price was £54. The meal for one person is £34. The meal consisted of three lamb chops, two chicken kofte, two lamb kofte, 4 chicken cubed shish, 3 lamb shish, and a mixed salad. One bowl of fries. The food is grilled well and seasoned with mild spices and taste good(not saturated in salt), which was enjoayable. The meal also comes with seasoned vegetables. I gave three stars for the food because I do not think the price is value for money, and a small bowl of fries for two is not sufficient. I really feel that eating out is a luxury these days, and inflation has definitely crept into the portions you receive. The waitress was initially nice until she was asked to clean the table, which felt grubby. Apparently, this is due to the wax used on the table surface. After this request, it did not appear to be service with a smile. However, I feel that the request could have been made in a classier manner ( please note I did not make the request). The strawberry dacaries are really nice and priced at £8.

We always come here for birthday celebrations as the staff, food and atmosphere is amazing. Mel looked after our table of 11 and was absolutely fantastic!! She has charisma and made our celebration that much more special. Highly recommend this place!! Thanks to the team for looking after us for Iftar too.

We went there because of all the hype and the good reviews this place has so decided to give it a go. Went there got seated and then when the lady came to take order she seemed like she was in rush checking time not the most pleasant attitude to be honest but anyway we ordered and got a couple starters we was eating and most of food was really spicy which we had no idea of and was left and then out of all sudden the mains come in she doesn't take the starters or nothing just starts putting plates on top of plates just squeezing everything in until we actually told her to wait a bit and then anyway she just tool 2 plate and left everything else and all table looked a mess not more appetite for nothing to be honest we paid about £200 overall a waste of time bad service unpleasant time we was sitting in middle of the restaurant and could hear the cheffs laughing and shouting at each other so couldn't actually have a proper conversation without seeing distracted by the noise. I know is not 5 star restaurant everyone knows this but if u pay £30 for a main and about £20 for starter and let's say 10 for drink is a lot actually if u getting same service as at Morley. "Hi what u want, this is your order thanks, please come back see u good night" not a family place absolutely not if u know what u eat and what food tastes like this place is not for u flavour is not there but if u just enjoy how food looks and don't care how it tastes yeah then this place is for u they do make it look good but absolutely no taste or too spicy without even knowing. U can see on picture the plates left from starters for no reason and we had to squeeze because all the sharing starter plates was still with us in main dishes for no reason. Don't visit IMO.....

Avoid if you’re looking for quality food and nice customer service. Highly not recommend place to visit for dine in actually shouldn’t be named as restaurants - personally I will go with quiet stand up . Waitress laughing so laud that you couldn’t have conversation with your partner. Food isn’t better - no taste but spices, spices, spices as I don’t enjoyed spicy food I left over £150 just for looking at „ nice designs plates „ . Didn’t eat starters, didn’t eat mains - nobody even bother to check what’s wrong with my food as was seen clearly no touch .. very bad experience I would say .

Went sat 23/3 with friends. Warm welcome. Nice decor. Been few times before. Attentive friendly staff. Food was tasty with decent portions. The amount of choice on menu seemed less than last time we went but waitress said the menu was same just printed on smaller card. Reasonable prices. Nice surprise of a beautiful belly dancer which I enjoyed. Popular restaurant. Outside area for shishia smoking. Very nice evening. Definitely recommend.

BEST KUNEFE IN LONDON! i have looked for years to find Kunefe/knefeh of this quality and this is the best I've tried in the UK (London) shisha was smooth and the food was excellent (had lamb and chicken shish and both were juicy and delicious) 10/10 will be back here often!

Karim and Lea always provide the best service. Super polite and friendly. Food is amazing with spices imported from Turkey, as they told us all about the food and history. The entertainment is great - belly dancer on Fridays and Saturdays. Shisha is great too! Highly recommend.

I cannot knock this place one bit. I have been visiting Helvadere for a couple of years now and every experience has been impeccable. The food is AMAZING, the staff are so welcoming - who go above and beyond, the service is fantastic and the atmosphere is great! This is the only restaurant that I know where I could go to both on a weekdays and weekend and have the same brilliant experience. The only negative is of my own fault and that’s because I didn’t go here sooner.

Been going to this place for few years normally its a amazing experience. Unfortunately my last experience was the worst experience i ever had in a restaurant. There was 3 waitress they was talking and laughing so loud while there was customers in the restaurant not professional at all.

My Helvadere visit was ruined by the male shisha worker's appalling behavior. He not only imposed unfair rules on me but also showed favoritism to other customers. Despite being a regular visitor, I've never experienced such treatment before. This experience has left me deeply disappointed, and I won't be returning.

Cannot fault anything, their food is nice, freshly cooked and hot. The service is excellent. Thank you for making our Mothers Day extra special.

I recently visited Helvadere, hoping to enjoy a pleasant shisha experience. However, my visit was marred by extremely poor customer service by the male shisha worker. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming, and it only went downhill from there. The male shisha worker was not only rude but also displayed a disrespectful attitude throughout my interaction with him. It was evident that he had little regard for providing quality customer service. Not only did he fail to address my inquiries politely, but his dismissive demeanor made me feel unwelcome and undervalued as a customer. It was clear that he had no interest in ensuring a positive experience for patrons. As a result of this disappointing encounter, I have no intention of returning to Helvadere. It's a shame that such a promising establishment is let down by the abysmal behavior of its staff. I would advise others to think twice before choosing to patronize this establishment, as the customer service leaves much to be desired.

This is a beautiful and very friendly place to have dinner. The food was stupendous, the staff were welcoming, and the food was just delightful. It was my son's birthday. Although we didn't book ahead of time, they nonetheless managed to accommodate us - with a little time constraints. I will highly recommend this place! I'll equally advise you to book ahead of time.

Food was great, tried alot of the starters. Mains were also good, but had to take it away as we ordered way too much to begin with! Server was also good, as when we had a few questions about the menu, he confirmed with the kitchen quickly. It was relatively quite as it was a late Sunday Afternoon with just another (large) group of diners, so not sure how service would be if it was busy.

Helvadere is the best place to come for Shisha! It is so chilled and the customer service is amazing. To top it off, their food and cocktails are unbelievable good would definitely recommend anyone to come and visit them! I often come here with various friends who have introduced this gem to other friends! Well done Helvadere and top marks to the chef who makes the amazing food!

It's a really cool, chilled space for lunch or dinner. Share a platter or go solo. The food tastes great! The Wray & Nephew Daiquiri's are to die for 💕 and you can sit out front in specially created garden space with heaters for shisha. What's not to love about Helverdere!

Such a wonderful experience thanks to my waitress Natalie, made me feel so comfortable and helped me navigate the menu. Can’t get better than Natalie! And karim, what a babe. Best host with the biggest smile, so welcoming. Also shout out to my guy Abz for sorting me out and being the best. Beautiful man and kind staff. I had an amazing experience and will be back soon. Such a shame that some people don’t know how to treat the staff when being kicked out for their behaviour.

Natalie provided the best customer service that I have received in a very long time. She was attentive, helpful and just a joy to have on the team. She checked in periodically, recommended some tasty drinks and because of her I will be returning more than I do. She was amazing!!!! ♥️

They were Absolutely amazing with a big party of 25 (which they don't usually take). The customer service was amazing and they were so helpful towards my grandmother. Our main server was a lovely lady called 'Mel' and she was so helpful and explained things on the menu. The food was amazing and so well seasoned. They brought out a birthday cake with my dad and sang. It was everything he wanted. I would definitely go back and would recommend.

I had high expectations for the venue as it had been recommended a few times. However upon visiting the Shisha lounge we had to borderline beg to sit at a bigger table to accommodate our food and shisha. There was an empty booth but we were told they were prioritising imaginary people. In the end we were allowed to move seats and subsequently no one came to occupy the seats they were saving and plenty more booths became available whilst we dined. Such a shame.👎🏾

Passed by this place lots of times but never popped on until today. Food was absolutely fantastic - I actually struggled to finish my meal and I'm not little! The trio of dips to start and the little breads were absolutely amazing, and then a complimentary tea to end the meal. Value for money, fantastic food and really nice plush surroundings - will Def be returning. Only negative was parking was a little tricky, but there is a side road a few mins walk away.

A great restaurant offers awesome food and Awesome service. Helvedere offers these two in spades. Their Kanefa is probably the best I have eaten. We had Matt, Tooba and Lea serving us and they were 5* attentive. Their food recommendations of Lamb cutlets and kenefa was spot on. This is going to be my go to dine in Turkish restaurant this side of London.
