Best Oat Hot Chocolate and Cappuccino we've had anywhere (and we've had a few!) All the cakes (there were 5 of us) we had were delicious and everything was very reasonably priced. Highly recommend 😍

A very attractive café in a beautiful town. Had the worst cappuccino coffee ever. Served in a mug? Very weak. No frothy topping, and had to ask for a sprinkling of chocolate? Definitely won't be calling for a coffee again. Stick to the ice creams.

The boys and I never miss an opportunity grab an ice cream from Heavenly when we are in Llandeilo. Flavours ranging from classics to innovative creations which are changed daily by the wizards in the kitchen. Single scoops are like doubles and doubles are like triples!

Visited here on a recommendation from a family member and there were pros and cons to the selection we tried. The blondies and brownies were yummy - particularly the blondies. The ice cream is superb. The caramel brownie bomb was underwhelming. The most disappointing purchase was the chocolate - it tastes like a yorkie for triple the price. Service was excellent though.

The name of this shop describes exactly what you have to expect. First of all we didn't know what to choose. But after a while we made a decision. We ordered a piece of choc mokka cake and some brownies. Very delicious! The staff is very friendly. I just can highly recommend to go in and place an order.

It's easy to walk by, not even recognizing the shop. Somehow the shop window reminds me of a theatre rather than a cake & ice-cream place. I saw a bunch of children going in and that caught my attention. What a hidden gem shop! They have a wonderful selection of brownies, different chocolates & chocolate bites in many flavours. Not to mention the ice -cream, tried the peanut butter one (one scoop is a giant portion) shop with the tastiest cone ever! We bought many brownies for our family to have. All very nice. I can only recommend this shop.

No idea what people here are raving about. Subpar cakes (didn’t finish them) in paper plates, coffee and tea in takeaway cups. Table wasn’t clean. Service polite enough but wouldn’t go there again.

We’ve been several times now and tried several cakes, chocolates and ice creams!! All of which are absolutely fantastic! Whenever we’re near Llandeilo it’s hard to resist “popping in” for a little treat or two. If you want something naughty to satisfy that sweet craving then you must pickup something from the emporium. Staff are generally friendly, though there’s always that one time! (Teenagers)

Amazing Ice cream and hot chocolate

Glorious ice cream, generously served. Interesting flavours changing often. Heavenly is famous for cakes and chocolates, oh, and chocolate cakes! When they are open again after lockdown, try an afternoon tea but not at the weekend - that's when we like to go and I don't want it to get too busy!

I haven't actually been to the shop. I ordered chocolates yesterday afternoon, and they were delivered first thing this morning. First class service well done. I would highly reccomend them.

we came in this shop when it was pouring down with raining, last year after a walk around Dinefwr Castle, we had our dog with us and they wear very welcoming and treated our dog with doggy biscuits, we had a great hot chocolate to warm up and we had to have a chocolate cake, I am a delicious warmed brownie, and wanted to take a takeaway for later 😁 highly recommend visiting this area and take a look inside its very nice.

As I am self-isolating, I did mail order for boxes of chocolates to send to our family as Christmas presents and I wanted to Shop Local - the delivery arrived promptly and well packages so the boxes of chocolates, so beautiful with a lovely ribbon bow, were all ok. I posted then and have been told that NONE of them are beneath the Christmas Tree, but have already been eaten up with much appreciation. Not cheap, but superb quality. Thoroughly recommend.

Highly recommend to anyone with a sweet tooth. If your in llandeilo it's a must to visit. I also bought hampers as gifts for my parents and they were amazing.

A must stop location on the A483 in Llandeilo for biscuits, cakes, chocolate and ice cream. 2020 means we haven't been able to take so many trips, but the online shop is excellent. Great service. Quick delivery. Amazing products. Faultless.

I popped in for some ice creams while staying locally on holiday, leaving my wife outside with the dogs. The lovely lady behind the counter heard my dogs crying and told me they were more than welcome inside. All 3 dogs came in with us and after buying some ice creams and brownies the lady popped a couple of free bags of homemade dog treats in the bag for them. These guys were very aware that dogs are part of the family as well. What an amazing little shop and they made us feel so welcome as dog owners. We’ll go back again now before we head home. 5* ice cream too! (Still to have my brownie)

Never been here before even though I have a shop not far away, in Ammanford. Popped in on my day off and had the best rum and raisin ice cream! Absolutely packed with raisins and a generous scoop on the cone. The service was attentive and friendly too!

Where do I start... think Real life Willy Wonka! The shop is stunning very quirky When you go take you stretchy trousers and you wallet and just say YES to it all!!!! Ice creams INCREDIBLE, pies INCREDIBLE, chocolates INCREDIBLE, and I cannot even explain the brownies my wife and sister in law drove back the following day (40mins) to “stock up”!!!

You wouldn't know it was dairy free, it's actually quite nice. We've now tried many of the flavours and the only one I wasn't so keen on was banana as I found the flavour very strong. The only negative I could see was that it gives me heartburn from hell if I'm greedy and eat half a bar!

We cut into our pulled pork pie from Heavenly to find it full of maggots. We went back to complain and although they instantly gave us our money back the apology we received was lukewarm and they didn't say that they would look into what had happened with their supplier. We felt that they should have taken more details from us as they must have sold these pies to others.

Omg I had the sorbet, out of this world.

Thank you to Heavenly for making me a wonderful birthday cake. Delicious as always and so many compliments given by our party guests. Would highly recommend for all cakes as they are the best. Thank you!

Great coffee and massive selection of cake🤤

We have been here on main times, One day it was pouring with rain and little cold, we walked in and luckily it was quite, we were wet and wanted t warm up, Hot Chocolate and a warm chocolate brownie. WOW! I have never had warm brownie before and this one of nice. it kept us warm a while. We had our dog with us and they welcomed dogs even had some dog biscuits which was a nice thing todo. I would highly recommend this place, If your looking forward a warm, Hot Chocolate and some cakes, this is a place to come, Oh they make beautiful Ice cream in the summer, so you need to try this place out when your passing, we will not be disappointed.

Visiting Llandeilo, we stopped off at Heavenly the Chocolate parlour (like stepping back 50 years) by accident, as it was one of the few cafes open on a Sunday morning in town.Great range of nice if expensive chocolates and ice creams.The Hot Chocolate was FAB, if on the expensive side, but you are paying for quality.Even the wife liked it!One to remember.

It was incredibly good! We had a sandwich brownie and a blueberry, pistachio chocolate tart. Both of them were insane! Such a mixture of textures, the crunchie from the outside of the brownie, the creamy and softness of the inside....we also ordered tea and I've got a be honest, I'm not a tea drinker but that was the best tea I've ever had in my life. Highly recommended and in definitely coming back!!!

Well this was a nice little find! Away on our holidays, and we absolutely and totally indulged. We had some pies to start with (random but amazing!!) followed by brownies and hot chocolates. We had a great time and wanted to grab some treats on the way home but we missed the opening times on the monday and alas couldnt go. we will be sure to visit again if in the area. thanks

This place is well named. Everytime I'm in town I struggle to resist the urge to pop in and see what magical treats they have conjured up. They have new flavours of ice cream quite often and I think i've tried them all. There was a chocolate peanut buttercup icecream which was amazing. Also their brownies are delicious....Everything is tasty there really.If you're coming to Llandeilo then this place is a must.

We visited every day during our stay near by, trying the hot chocolate, ice cream, chocolate brownies and pies. the staff are very friendly and welcoming, Dog friendly with dog biscuits for pooches.

The range of delicious cakes and chocolate is fantastic, but difficult to choose as it all looks amazing. I had hit chocolate which means you have a large chunk of chocolate to melt in your drink and a white chocolate heart cake. My wife had a great tasting coffee and their own version of Eaton Mess.Oh and they do ice creams!

I have followed Heavenly on Facebook for many years and was very much looking forward to an afternoon there as a guest for a baby shower. We were in a function room upstairs which was great in that it allowed us the privacy to celebrate without disturbing others, however it really wasn’t big enough for the number of guests nor the associated crockery that comes with an afternoon tea party. The organisers had been allocated the larger room above the Angel initially but were then told it wasn’t available as our party wasn’t in excess of 20 covers and the room in heavenly would be more suitable. A table had been provided to display the cake but the gifts were crammed onto the windowsill’s and if you wanted to get up to go to the loo, everyone had to breath in and shuffle around to let you pass. This proved difficult for the mum-to-be who obviously was unable to breath in and meant that we were unable to take any photos or play any of the planned games. A high chair was available but It seemed well used and the straps were very grubby. Staff were pleasant but young and lacked the experience to take charge of us as a group when it came to taking orders etc. We felt we had to ask continually for milk with the hot drinks, replenished water jugs, a window open etc...there didn’t appear to be anyone who was in a senior position running the show. We asked for some ketchup for one of the children and were provided with a large red American style ketchup bottle which once poured onto the child’s plate we discovered it contained a blue liquid. Initially we assumed it was cake decorating icing but on closer inspection, alarmingly it was washing up liquid! An innocent mistake by the lovely waitress (who was horrified) but one that should NEVER have happened and ignores HSE guidelines for safe labelling and storage of cleaning products. The food was nice, but when we asked for a menu to remind ourselves of the options in front of us we were told they didn’t have one available and to have scones served without jam I found odd for afternoon tea. I’m sure if I had asked for some it would have been provided but by this point I didn’t have any room on the table for another dish, nor the effort to find someone to ask something of yet AGAIN. Maybe an off day but we were made to feel that we were more of a nuisance than a group of paying customers. On leaving, having already struggled down the stairs with the pushchair we made to exit via the back door. Just about to tackle the last set of steps and a member of staff pushed passed us through the narrow doorway and into the venue who could clearly see we were struggling. A total lack of regard for the customer experience on many levels and a serious near miss with the washing up liquid has thankfully and only metaphorically, left a bitter taste in our mouths.

Very rude waitress got our order wrong and snapped at us when we said it was not our order. Cakes and ice cream looked lovely but what we ordered was a bit tasteless

Visited here twice furing our week's holiday thereabouts. First visit floored us with the delicious ice cream. Second visit we had to try the cakes.... this establishment makes ice-cream and chocolate cakes to die for - they are exceptionally good! Yum!

Visited on recommendation from a local shop keeper and comments in our holiday cottage visitors book.we arrived as the shop was just opening, and whilst we said good morning and commented on being 'first in' the girl who opened and then went behind the counter was most off hand, dismissive and unwelcoming. Whilst we decided what to order, she seemed totally uninterested in serving and was busy behind the counter. This 'welcome' to what seemed an interesting shop with clearly a wide choice of chocolate option was very disappointing. Given the frosty atmosphere we drank up and left. Some coachiing on the niceties of customer service needed.

Absolutely love this little piece of Heaven. First time we've managed to get there today since we got married (as our amazing military themed wedding cake was from there) and ordered the white choc & rasberry cake to reminisce. Yummy! Ended up with a huge bag of goodies to take away also as the variety is just outstanding. Cannot wait to feast on Heavenly treats all week. Highly recommended x

We have visited Heavenly for a number of years even before when it was just selling ice cream and no cafe, it has always been on our to do list whilst on holiday.

We came across this fantastic shop whilst visiting the town and omg it was absolutely amazing. I am gluten intolerant and there was a choice of more than one cakes. The brownies omg if only I could have eaten them u think I would still be there now. I had a decaf soya flat white and I can honestly say it was one of the best that I have ever had and I drink a lot of coffee. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The chocolates were to die for to. A definite visit.

This place is so cute. Loved the cute decor. We didn't buy any of the chocolates but there was so much that looked amazing! We had the ice cream instead - I had two flavours - parma violet and blueberry, both were delicious! Would definitely come here again if I'm in the area.

We came especially to have the Turkish Delight cake that we'd seen on Facebook the night before! It was a massive slab of cake, that we renamed Unicorn Cake - it was pale blue/lilac/pink - unicorn colours! It could have had a bit more rose flavour for me, but it was still yum, nevertheless! Husband had the carrot cake, which he loved. I had a fruit tea - delicious, and the Husband had a cappuccino - not the best but ok. Love the quirkiness of the place, and the great selection of all things delicious for teatime! The service was great too.

This is a lovely homely place and a real find. We called for coffee but ended up with cakes too! Coffee was excellent, served in real old style cups with saucers, none of your paper cup nonsense! Very good selection of cakes too. Interesting selection of chocolates. Excellent service, very good value. There is a public car park close by. Well worth a visit if only to see something different from the large chain coffee places. Highly recommended.

Dog friendly and open on Sunday's. Could do with a baby change facility, changing a nappy on the toilet floor wasn't the greatest experience.

Ideal shop if you are a chocolate fiend. Also offer an in-house tea plus opportunity in case chocolate hunt proves challenging and you feel you need a rest to consider what other chocolates you need.

Called here while on holiday in the area as we wanted some quality chocolate and we were not disappointed. I went in while hubby waited outside with the dogs thinking they would never be allowed in only to be told by the lovely young man working there that they were welcome inside and he even came and gave them a treat each. We stayed for a latte and loose leaf tea which made hubby’s day. We really enjoyed looking around at all the chocolate and the decor.

Heavenly: it works as both a noun and an adjective! This superb coffee shop is called 'Heavenly' but on sale are heavenly chocolates, heavenly cakes, heavenly ice cream... you get the idea! Of course there is nothing heavenly about the calories... they're wicked! Often there are free tasters too.

This is obviously not the place to stop off for a coffee, our capuchino,s were lacking any coffee taste, just hot milk......however if I had wanted to buy chocolates the selection was amazing as were the ice creams on display.

If ever you find yourself driving through Llandeilo during shop hours, for whatever reason, break your journey. Park up somewhere and grab a drinking chocolate and cake in this gorgeous cafe / chocolate shop.
