Great concept and atmosphere. Love how they cater for dogs. Plenty of great indoor and outdoor seating. Slightly disappointed by the quality of the coffee that is served there.

Always a treat, inside if it's bad weather but always outside if it's good - surrounded by furry four legged friends of all types.

Lovely experience in the sunshine as usual. Good food, service and coffee. We will be back!

Food looked good but never got the chance to order any.. Was seated swiftly, then sat there like an idiot for 20 minutes being ignored..

They used to have table service but now you have to queue to order and I don't know why I spent 15min waiting with only 3 people front of me.

Had a pod outside. These are lovely, private, and sheltered from the elements. Coffe good and a very nice lunch. One was vegan. Great place to take the dog, and super walk afterwards.

Clearly a hang out for the-get-out-with-the-dogs types and middle class families struggling with the reality of "open space" when living in Surrey "countryside" 😉 It was a nice ambience inside and out, with the exception of the thunderous roar of light aircraft and helicopters. "Full" English was tasty if a little light on portions, priced well given it's Surrey. Flat white was really good, almost like home. But English breakfast tea was weak from a tea bag in a pot, very disappointing.

Good place for brunch after a muddy walk with the family and dog.

Nice table inside, even though it was a sunny ish Saturday lunchtime. Everything very relaxed and with a good number of young, happy, confident staff. Four of us had food, 2 coffees, paninis, bacon bap, nice cauliflower and cheese soup and some cheesy chips. All really nice. Came in good time. Discovered a lively farm during our Saturday drive, filled with people, kids, and dogs. Ample seating and delicious food, plus an adorable dog menu with the cutest puppuchino. The vegan sausage roll was really delicious!

Possibly a victim of its own success, there always seems to be a long wait and a fair bit of chaos on Sundays - this week it was 45m wait for food despite the fact it didn’t seem overly busy. Other than those issues though it is a lovely, welcoming spot and a great base for a stroll over Horsell Common. Also a dog wash machine!

It is our favourite dog walking spot. Always clean and well maintained paths. Cafe is very nice and cosy. Food is delicious, especially chunky sausage rolls and coffee.

Very lovely staff, food and drink came quickly. We both really enjoyed our meals, lovely presented too. They are allergen aware and happy to make adjustments to suit. Dog friendly, allergen aware, vegan friendly, welcoming.

Last week I took my mum here for a suprise birthday afternoon tea. The best decision I have made in a long time! Service was incredible and everything was perfect. They made the Christmas afternoon tea fully vegan for me ans my mum and I struggled to find anywhere else that would do this. Cakes were so fresh and light. Such good value for money also. Highly recommend. Thank you so much!

Food was nothing special, service was good. I accept it's a cafe which dog walkers use but was unimpressed by the amount of dogs actually inside the cafe. Not great when your son is dog phobic.

Lovely spent a good 2 hours catching up with friends from abroad there. Had nice slow brunch.

What lets this place down is the food unfortunately. Great location, plenty of tables. However if you are thinking of taking your puppy there don't bother. Can't keep one in your lap, not even in the pod outside! However, on one occasion when I visited someone had one on their lap in the café! They pick and choose! Won't be returning there.

Great place to go for breakfast, then followed by a nice walk along the amazing wetlands! Parking is great and free. There is loads of room outside including awesome outdoor pods which we used last time. The food is really nice and priced fairly. My personal tip is to arrive just after it opens, or around 9:30 - it’s not very busy then, and has a brilliant atmosphere. The staff are extremely friendly too.

I like this place. The food is good, service excellent and the location amazing. Loads of outside space on dry days. However the coffee we had today was like dishwater - we had a latte and decaf latte. Both were awful. In reality we should have complained but as I was picking up my granddaughter from gym next door I didn’t have time. Please do better on the coffee front because i am genuinely disappointed to leave a poor review like this. If you have to fork out for a better coffee machine then please do it!!!

What a wonderful place. Everyone is welcome including wet soggy dogs. Towels provided to dry them off on entry Food was great, service good and staff very friendly. Staff work very hard and efficiently We didn't have to wait long for our food and eat it all including a small child. Would recommend and return

Brilliant place to have a gluten-free cake. Yesterday it was courgette and avocado cake. It's very similar to a carrot cake. Delicious. The guy behind the counter was efficient, knowledgeable, and very friendly. He's an asset to the establishment

We were a party of 6 who chose to eat at this restaurant. Unfortunately they don’t take bookings - it is a first come first served basis but we still decided to give it a go. We struggled to find a parking space so dropped some of the party off and they were able To secure a table Immediately. We were not disappointed. What a fabulous place. Menu fantastic - so much choice and they were able to accommodate a gluten free diet and intolerances. Staff were amazing. So efficient and friendly. Food superb. We don’t live in Woking but our youngest daughter does. We will definitely dine here again. Shame pre-booking is not available but like I said, apart from the parking, we didn’t have to wait long. Highly recommend. Fabulous place

Very popular area for walking dogs. When the weather is fine you can sit outside and enjoy breakfast or a snack. Wet lands around. Depending on weather wear suitable shoes.

Went for an early Saturday lunch, and it was already too busy inside so we had to be outside in what was essentially a large tent. Even with 12 degrees outside, it was pretty cold in there without literally no heating whatsoever. Not ideal with a one year old. We ordered hot chocolates before ordering food, and whilst tasty, they were tepid, and pretty small for £4.50 each. My wife ordered a chilli con carne jacket potato and quite clearly asked for lots of cheddar cheese (even if she had to pay more). Unfortunately she received the standard chilli con carne dish (rice instead of potato) which was fine as my wife said she would eat it if she only paid the price of the original dish. But she received a tiny amount of sweaty cheese. She did say it was a tasty meal though. I ordered the chicken, bacon and cheese burger, and whilst the chicken was tasty, the bacon was completely shrivelled and hard. You couldn't even call it "crispy" bacon. Had an odd flavour and ruined the burger so I just had to remove it. The girl that served us was sweet (albeit she got the order wrong). I wouldn't hurry back, especially as we had a so-so experience here last year as well.

I don't think there's many cafes in such an amazing location as this. It's the ultimate dog friendly location and the perfect place to either start or end your walk.

Thank you so much for your wonderful service. The training waiter, who started with you in June, was very funny and welcoming. He was patient and willing to help. Overall he made the experience much more pleasant than our British weather. Sincerely, the group in a pod :)

Lovely cafe in great green space

Had lunch on Thursday. Parking was easy. Quite busy but a good few young staff helping. The food was lovely but part of an order for one person didn't appear. We reminded a staff member and it appeared eventually after about 15 minutes with no apology. Everyone else had finished by then.

Love coming to Heather Farm Cafe. The Cafe has a huge seating area outside, much undercover so can be used even on cold and wet days. The menu is varied with healthy and light options as well as traditional items such as ham, egg and chips. Always have a good breakfast here as well. Nice range of smoothies and juices and I love the mango mission. Reasonably priced and table service if you are inside or seated on the tables near the cafe. Great place for dog walkers as they really think about the pooches.

I am still sitting at our table at Heather Farm, so keen to write this review. This cafe is great. Super food, great staff who are attentive and polite, good atmosphere and although I havent paid yet, I dont think the prices were bad either. TBH this is our first time here and regardless of the price, we will be back very soon. A well run business that is a credit to the owners/manager.

Delicious coffee (and a dog sausage) today at Heather Farm as always. Come here at least once a week rain or shine. Love the new outdoor pods and looking forward to enjoying coffee-in-a-pod on chilly winter mornings.

I, my poodle Amber and a friend came this morning for breakfast after having a lovely walk in the sun. I was so pleased that we managed to sit in one of your lovely pods for the first time. Amber loved it because the grass matting was so comfortable for her to sit/lie on after a long walk. We came for my birthday breakfast. We had a lovely meal. Sitting there in the sun looking out over the fields couldn't have been more perfect. I am so glad that you have the pods now and it will be so good for the winter as i can't sit inside. I hope they don't get full up in winter time.

Pretty disappointed. Service was fine but food for the same table arrived 5-10 mins apart. Pancake order was terrible, pancakes are just scotch pancakes that could be bought for £1 in a supermarket. Whipped cream tasted like water and there was so much syrup you couldn’t taste anything else. The Nutella in the packets was the worst bit and they were covered in syrup so difficult to open

My family took me to the cafe and decided to try their Egg Royale along with a cup of coffee. The Egg Royale was okay, nothing major but the coffee was a real letdown. The coffee was prepared using a ready-made machine and it didn't live up to my expectations for a cafe. The taste didn't have the richness or quality that I typically associate with a good cup of coffee with my family. It was disappointing to say the least, especially considering that a cafe should excel in this department.

What a great place. We arranged to meet family from North London as it was midway from Bristol. A surprise visit for Great Grand Parents to meet our Grandson. The lady that looked after us was amazing , sorting out a table for 6 & 2 dogs and then helping us move. Food was good and came quickly. Reasonable prices. Very attentive service from all concerned which continued all through our visit. Thank you so much for making a special meeting go so well.

Situated at the start of a walk around the Horsell Common preservation area. This cafe is worth a visit. Staff friendly and service is quick. There is seating inside and out, with quite a bit of outside seating covered. A popular place to stop for dog walkers. The only reason not 5 stars for food and atmosphere is it did seem a bit on the pricey side but where isn't and at the end of the day it's a cafe so atmosphere was ok.

Went here with friend and two dogs. Made very welcome and thoroughly enjoyed the food. We were served in excellently by a very polite, competent and friendly young chap called Elias. We were so impressed that I spoke to the manager and to my amazement found out he was a relatively new trainee. Having come from a hotel and catering background in central London, I felt that Elias was a 'natural' for hospitality work and a credit to the premises. The staff behind the service counter were also really nice and efficient people as was the manager. The toilets were clean and bright and the general standard of the premises was brilliant when one considers how busy it was and how unpredictable the weather, which had staff running about clearing the outside tables because of heavy showers. This a lovely place. It’s website doesn’t do it justice. For those with dogs, you can park here and there is an ideal walking route, which is flat and circular (which is also helpful if you have children!). Food was good and arrived relatively quickly. They made a mistake with our order but it was rectified immediately and without any issues. There was a young lad (about 17??) who was ‘in training’, who served us; polite, engaging, and a credit to the cafe. Note: we went on a Sunday; got there for 9.00 to eat. By the time we got back from our stroll at around 10.45, it was very, very busy.

Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the breakfast and came away feeling quite nauseous. I had the vegan sausage bap, the bap was greasy on the outside which tasted like butter. The sausages had no flavour whatsoever, I would think twice about eating here again.

The staff are always happy and friendly, the manager is a lovely young man who works his socks off and goes above and beyond his call of duty. The best smoothie I have ever had and is a firm favourite. All food freshly cooked, hot and a good portion size. As a local this is my go to place after a dog walk as dogs are also welcome and very well provided for. Cannot recommend it enough!

I and my poodle Amber came for drink and cake today with a friend of mine with her West Highland dog, called Pippin. We had a lovely time and were served by very friendly and happy staff as usual. Amber and I come nearly every week. Pippin obviously enjoyed herself because when we went to go, she sat down and wouldn't move! When I was here in January, in the cold weather sitting in the marquee I was told that you were thinking you might be building pods in the grounds which would have heating in by this winter. I just wondered if this was going to happen as I can't cope indoors when there is a lot of people and noise inside so pods would be brilliant!!

Excellent choice, food and service, will definitely go back. Great for taking the kids and letting them let of steam in the play area, although could do with a few more apparatus, and the walk around the lake and beyond is a delight!

She's a true professional, and I couldn't be happier with the service that she provided for me and my friends.
