ALL Food Cold, Salt & Pepper Squid was under cooked not edible and batter falling off, Rice dry, Chilli Beef Sauce watery and carrots over cooked, Chicken balls ok and given only half a pot of sweet n sour sauce. Very disappointing and as it was my birthday, dinner ruined 😞😢

Spent £50 and probably the worst Chinese ever. Portions are tiny and not even left overs. Food mediocre, dry and no sauce or flavour

Good delivery, food was ok, disappointed no complimentary prawn crackers always seem to get them with other Chinese takeaways that’s why i didn’t order them, could of done with more sweet and sour sauce too.

Shocking! 50 minutes late! Got told the driver was outside, walked down to the main road, NOTHING! received a phone call. Order been sent to wrong address. We will send drinks as an apology! Nothing handed over. Never had this service before

This was one of the best Chinese takeaways I’ve ever order the duck was amazing and massive and the chow mein had so much flavour I honestly couldn’t have been happier

Start with the positive: Ribs and spring roll were nice Now the negative: the sweet and sour pork balls were inedible, tough, and one was pure gristle. The special fried rice wasn't fried but plain rice. The sweet and sour sauce was like a sugar syrup. The chips looked and tasted like they'd been kept warm for hours. Won't be buying from here again which is a pity as we have had good food in the past.

Really horrible, I tried to give it another chance but was a bad choice and a waste of money. The food is very blunt and tasteless ,greasy, lacks so much flavour. Got beef noodles , but beef tasted and looked awful , it may not even have been beef at all... don't waste money like I did!

The delivery time was quick. Came in 25-30 minutes instead of 50 minutes. However the egg fried rice the chicken chow mein and the beef chow mein was blank, no taste. However the chicken balls were nice tho.

My whole family ate here on Friday and since then we've all had food poisoning The beef in black bean sauce was honestly like dog food just awful will not be returning

I've been eating here for years. Always 5☆. For the first time ever, something was missed on my order, and after one phone call they was deeply apologetic and rectified it in 15 minutes. They will always be my first choice.

Appreciate it is chinese New Year. So we were expecting delays. But when our order arrived over 20 minutes late and with an item missing, we did request some money back as offered. However, the restaurant refused due to bad weather, delaying their deliveries. It's drizzling (light rain) at most. It's a ridiculous excuse. If they had said high demand. I might have understood. Just be honest instead of silly excuses. Food was cold and flavourless. Overall a really poor experience.

I was a regular but haven’t ordered for a while as prices jumped up but portions became much smaller, I thought I’d give it another go tonight, big mistake food was extremely cold even though it arrived half an hour before stated and I found 4 black hairs in my food 🤢

Ordered a number of dishes one of which was s&s prawn balls. You get the tiniest pot of sauce I’ve ever seen from a Chinese. Ridiculous. Especially as so expensive. Not impressed

Definitely the last order I place with these. Missing items this time, call to try and sort out but all you hear is then arguing between themselves. Still not resolved so have to go through just eat.

Where do I even begin? Was showing on the app as out for delivery with the courier at 7:35 but didn't arrive til 8:20 - so i had to heat it all through in the oven as it onviously arrived cold. This obviously effected the food quality. The pancake roll though... it had a pool of oil in the bottom of the bag, I'm talking about 5 tablespoons worth, retrieving the roll from said bag I had to hold it for about 30 seconds whilst the oil poured out of it onto my plate. Has this place recently changed ownership? as I've had orders many times before and it's always been my go to place in terms of quality and arriving hot. Not any more I'm afraid. Such a let down and Chinese food ain't cheap at the best of times either.

Ordered food and it took 1hr 45 minutes to get here, they said it was delivered at 19:10 when it was actually 19:50

Made no sense they said food was on its way at 25 past 6. After half an hour food still hadn't arrived so I called the restaurant and they confirmed it had indeed been on its way for half hour and he would phone the driver to see where he was. They called back and said he was 10 mins away and they were so busy tonight they were doing multiple drops. So I said by the time the food gets here it would have been on its way for 40 mins or more won't it be cold? He said if it is just send it back. Food arrived at 20 past 7 almost an hour later and as I thought freezing cold. Won't ever use this restaurant again

Chicken curry was very nice although the amount of chicken was very tight (4 tiny pieces), but had to give 5* as the pineapple frittas were amazing!!

Before the star rating changes on this I have it a 1 in fact not even worth that, I always order from here but no more…..dumplings were burnt! Actually never seen burnt dumplings…..I know they call it crispy aromatic duck but this was so burnt and singed that it was un eatable not to mention how late it was! Disgusting food waste of money went in the bin!

2 wrong dishes served, 1 dish undercooked (pink chicken), 1 dish smelt as though the food was out of date.

Very dissapointed that there were no complimentary prawn crackers with an order of over £50. Food was cold, due to being out for delivery for over half an hour, we only live 10 minutes from your restaurant. We used to order from you all the time, we order Chinese take out regularly, we then had a recommendation of the golden dragon from the old town so had been using them, but thought we would try you again, but due to no prawn crackers, cold food and over an hour and a half wait for our food we are very reluctant to use you again. Dissapointed

Not sure what happened here, we re-ordered because it was really nice last time. The delivery was on time, plated up and nearly threw up in our mouths with the first bite. The veg spring rolls were overpowered with lemon, so like obident humans we put those to 1 side. No 1 likes to complain or cause a fuss you know.. Bit into the duck rolls they were rancid, honestly tasted like an abscess had burst in my mouth, my partner tried hers and gagged. So again like idiots, we just decided maybe the veg rolls and duck rolls were a no go and as it was late and we needed to eat we would continue, i took a mouthfull of the chicken chow mein (which was a sub for beef chow mein as last time the beef was undercooked) and in all honestly it tasted like vinegar with the consistancy of cottage cheese. The whole 30 quid order went in the bin, with photos to prove if needed. Hit and miss with this place, its either amazing or inedible.

Prawn crackers and plum sauce missing from order. Called them and told they would give me credit off next order. Not happy with that as probably won’t order again. Said to complain to just eat to get refund for items. Again why should I have to? Just wanted the items to be delivered. Was told it would be an 1.30 hours before they could bring them. In the end agreed to just have the crackers which they delivered after about an hour. Very disappointed. Just kept saying we are very busy. Not good.

Poor quality, seaweed not crispy. Beef with cashew tasted different & not as dark , chips were different & unfit to eat , maybe a one-off, will order again as always tasty .

Staff were rude. duck was cold because they forgot the sauce with it and then took another 45 minutes to deliver it. When I phoned the lady just kept repeating “what do you want me to do” I said I would expect a refund to be offered when my food is cold and items are missing and she replied sarcastically with “oh really you think so”

Worst chinese I've attempted to eat! The fried beef was so hard it was inedible and most of it was just batter and the portion was so ridiculously small. They also sent a special chow mein instead of pork fried rice. I spoke to a lady who was initially rude but they sent out the correct item but i had to wait 45mins more on top of the first hour! Never again will I order from here !
