0 star for this restaurant. Their service is too poor and they don't know how to treat to customer even their stuff don't know how to welcome a customer .Customer is paying money for food but they don't know how to serve food to customer.

We had a bit of a mix up with our delivery (via Uber) but after a quick call the guys sent us a fresh portion of food, no fuss and it was delicious and worth the wait. Happy to recommend and looking forward to ordering again.

There kebabs are truly out of this world. Me and the family placed a huge order tonight and the food arrived bang on time piping hot and it was absolutely delicious. this kebab shop is by far the best in Bromley, trust me I’ve tried them all. Gentlemen on the phone was nice and the young lady who delivered it was super friendly. All round 10/10, we’ll see you soon.

Ordered on deliveroo. Haven't used this place for ages so I was surprised by how good it was. Quick delivery, too! Ordered 1 halloumi kebab and 1 halloumi wrap, both with lots of filling and delicious. Onion rings were nice too.

These lot are mad unprofessional. I ordered chicken doner WITH chips and burger sauce and chilli sauce on the chips and paid a WHOPPING £16 and some change. I even gave them an extra £1. I open the bag, the chips are missing, they say they chilli sauce but my taste buds do not detect any DARN HEAT. I call up and they admit fault but then they're telling me they never charged me for the chips so I gotta a pay an extra 3.50 for the chips. The CHEEK after the hassle they've given me, can't even eat my meal properly. No compensation, NUFFINK. I don't even eat at this wretched takeaway, they're lucky El Kervan in West Wickham are closed for their annual holidays and Addington Charcoal Grill are having problems with their phone. HAYES KEBAB.. anyone even mentions that place around, its getting slandered immediately. Fair do's to the lad on the phone, same lad that delivered my chips but its clear to me he's following the orders and rules of his demented superior. Curse him.

Popped in for some food on Sunday evening & it didn't disappoint, I haven't been here since just before 2020 but the food is still perfectly cooked, fresh & tasty as always. Just had the nicest kebab again, from Hayes kebab. Everything is so fresh, very good portion sizes, very enjoyable and full of flavour. The boys that work there are so friendly and welcoming, we’ve never had a bad meal there, it will always be our first choice of kebabs. 10 out of 10

Food cooked to order as expected. Chips and onion rings still crispy when arrived home, only a few mins away and kebab tasty.

This Turkish run kebab take away is without question the tastiest kebabs available full stop. The staff make you feel like family, the food is incredible. Try the combo’s Chicken and lamb shish or the cofte. A1 every time. Don’t forget a pot of chilli sauce!!

Sin embargo, el kebab de Hayes estaba abierto, y ocupado siempre es una buena señal. Habiendo ya ordenado llegar allí y todo estaba listo, de hecho, las papas fritas estaban siendo empaquetadas. Can’t complain about the food but they only take cash!!!! Come on guys you need to start taking card, alot of people don’t carry cash now. You would get more custom if you took cards.

Literally the best kebab shop in the Bromley / Kent area, chips are always crispy and never soggy!! The guys who work there are lovely too!! I crave this kebab all the time :) 100% recommend

Recently this place has been giving less and less salad in the kebabs. When I phoned to complain the customer service was awful! When I left a review the response was very unhelpful. Customers can judge for themselves, and compare if they try elsewhere locally.

Love this place - super friendly cheerful men running the place , kebabs top quality and place absolutely spotless. Go for the kebabs - excellent. They also do kebab shop chips and kebab shop burgers which are what they are and don't pretend to be anything else - I avoid but if that type of food floats your boat, go for it. The kebabs though are top notch - super quality and served with lots of fresh salad and veg. What's not to like. Recommended.

Well another great takeaway from here lovely mixed kebab, and chicken my wife and I shared and my friend tried the donner and chicken combination. All cooked to perfection, and the staff always willing help with my request to have the salad and chilli sauce sparate. Always crowded which is a good sign but never so that the food isn't good. Ten out ten looking forward to seeing you again best kebabs in the area without doubt

This is a kebab shop that is busy all times a day. Everything freshly prepared the food is simply lovely... they have many local customers who return time and time again. This is not somewhere to go when the pub shuts.

Had numerous take away kebabs. Always good and very friendly bunch. Salads very fresh. Lamb donner is particularly good. Also available are usual shish options, plus burgers and nuggets if you prefer.

Los chicos son siempre amables y educados, muy rápido con sus manos y profesionales en lo que hacen. La comida es simplemente delicioso, y el tamaño de las porciones son geniales. He estado comiendo de Hayes kebab durante años ahora y cada vez es no defrauda. El orden es siempre perfecto, nunca mal. La comida siempre es perfectamente preparado. El doner es jugosa y tierna y tiene un montón de sabor, nunca es seco y como otros pinchos que he tenido. El kofte es increíble y sabroso. El personal es muy rápido y eficiente incluso en la época más veces. Mi parte favorita es la salsa kebab hayes es chili, de lejos, el mejor que he tenido. Llena de sabor y tiene un agradable calor.

We get kebabs here regularly and this is always our first choice. The food is freshly cooked to order and the salad is very fresh tasting too. We normally ring through our order first so we can pick it is ready for collection straight away.

Its a very average Kebab, Not sure where the previous rave reviews comes from!!, The quality of the meat products !! The little high street has too many indian restaurants and me for one would welcome another decent kebab shop with high end quality food/ingrediants.
