Hauze Restaurant in Blackpool

We walked in just as the doors opened on a Saturday evening and were welcomed (despite us not booking a table). The waiter was friendly and efficient. The food was fresh, tasty and well presented. Really enjoyable. We were lucky to get a table as the restaurant filled up quickly after we arrived. Many thanks and well done.

The food is great and the staff are friendly and helpful as well as good hospitality. The photos are from the different times I visited Hauze.

I just recently returned from London. I've eaten and ordered food and steak at different places in that city. It's astonishing that this business in Blackpool has completely excelled better than EVERY overpriced restaurant in London. It's even better than most places I've eaten in Europe. Zero problems. This is one of those places you have to visit when in Blackpool. I will come back and to try more on their menu.

Great food second time being here . Service was pleasant and timely. Burgers are exceptional and so are the other dishes.

We’re lucky enough to get a table after walking in of the street, sat down and from the first minute were made to feel welcome. I was with three friends and all of our meal were great and the chilli chocolate cake desert was out of the world. Highly recommend

We arrived without a booking and managed to get a table, Very nice food that was well presented. The meat dumplings in broth were very good as was the beef stroganoff. The steak was cooked perfectly and very tender. Next time we are in Blackpool we will return.

Absolutely amazing. My partner had the mussels to start and I had the King prawn skewers. Main we both had the Beef Stroganoff. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting food out of this world. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely brilliant food and service, we had a meal here last weekend there were six of us and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. We were in Blackpool for the weekend but fortunately live about an hours drive away and we will be going back soon to sample the other delights on their menu. I would say it is one of the best meals, if not the best meal I have ever had anywhere. Wow, try it for yourself. 👍

From the moment you walked in you were made to feel welcome. Anthony was exceptional and couldn’t do enough. The food was excellent the chicken wings in their own sauce were incredible. We all had the fillet steak which was cooked to perfection. Absolutely excellent meal at a very reasonable price. Shall definitely be back!!

Absolutely lovely experience the staff were very welcoming and friendly, the food was amazing. I had meat dumping to start they were beautiful my husband had potatoes pancake with salmon they were lovely too, we both had fillet steak we have ours rare they were cooked to perfection. The lady who was serving me she seems very nice and professional the food...it wasn't bad especially the main course i had a pork steak with cheese on top but unfortunately the sushi was a bit strange for me and not in a good way the worm cheese on top of the sushi doesn't go well in my opinion but maybe i just choose the wrong dish 🤷🏻

Hidden between Connect Blackpool and an E-bike rental, this restaurant is easy to overlook, which leaves you missing out on an excellent dining experience. A really helpful, pleasant waitress showed us to our table (not booked in advance) in this beautifully clean and well appointed restaurant. Plenty of choice on the menu, mostly mid European dishes, from which I chose Latkes for my starter, Light, crisp, grated potato pancakes with bacon and mushroom sauce, followed by beef stroganoff. I'm no stranger to stroganoff and didn't think it could beat the one I had in Prague but it really did. no diced beef chunks, instead thin strips of really excellent steak and plenty of it, with a creamy onion and mushroom sauce. With soft drinks came to around £30, which I thought very reasonable. Really worth the visit.

Ordered drinks, arrived within 5 minutes great nice cocktails. Ordered food. Waited Waited waited Waited, waiter 45 minutes still no food. Informed the waitress we would be leaving if food didn't arrive in ten minutes and that's what we did. Which is a shame because it's a really nice place

Me and my husband have come to this place about 4 times now and it’s so good everytime we come, we always get the fillet steak with wedges and it’s one of the best steaks we’ve had! (We love our steaks haha)…I would definitely recommend when coming to Blackpool, it’s such a hidden gem 💛

Me and my wife come to this restaurant every year for our anniversary as the food is amazing, the customer service is always excellent, the interior is fancy and not outdated. If I can recommend one dish it would be the fillet steak and wedges as it’s like heaven. The lady who served us with the short hair definitely made us feel comfortable and like at home, her personality was amazing, always smiling and happy so she would make this 6 stars if I could do it :)

Wonderfully welcoming and accommodating, and fantastic food, cooked to perfection. Chose this restaurant due to fantastic reviews. I'm currently on a restricted diet and couldn't see anything obvious on the menu for me, but since the restrictions make food a bit boring for me anyway, I thought my family may as well enjoy something delicious, even if I couldn't. I emailed in advance to double check they could accommodate me and there would be something I could eat and they were very positive and willing, informing me they cook everything to order so anything could be left off according to my needs. The person I had emailed came over specifically to take our food order and help me find something from the menu, made different suggestions to make it more interesting, and had even googled the name of the diet I'm on and been out to buy vegan mayonnaise especially for me. They gave me extras of things I could have to make up for bits I couldn't. When my food came, it was exquisitely cooked and managed to be really delicious, despite me not being allowed lots of the things you'd normally use to add flavour! My husband and parents were absolutely delighted with their starters and mains and saying things like 'it was worth coming to Blackpool just so we could eat here' (it's about a 6hr drive for us). We were too full for dessert so I can't comment on that but with friendly, helpful and accommodating staff, and freshly cooked delicious food, I'd thoroughly recommend!!!

Coming from London we were looking for a local sushi fix, where quality sushi is plentiful. Having been recommended Hauze, we gave it a try and were pleasantly surprised. The sushi was plentiful, fresh and tasty. I didn't overly like the cream cheese options as they tasted like they were for children, but other than that - top marks.

Absolutely fabulous, the best restaurant I'd eaten in for many a year! Maître dée from Spain was delightful and knowledgeable of the menu. I had the steak (cuissante bleue) with sauce aux poivres and it was melt in the mouth. Great restaurant, great ambience, spotlessly clean. Meal for 2 including drinks £62. Absolutely loved it!
