Absolutely delicious! My top suishi place in London, lovely atmosphere and service and prices are very good value. The lunch bento boxes have good helpings and a great variety!

This restaurant is under new management and is now called Hoshi, but I couldn’t find it under that name on Tripadvisor. The food is Japanese and excellent. Fresh beautiful sushi, salads and sauces, charming service, easily the best Japanese food I have eaten in Wimbledon or Raynes Park, possibly anywhere. This is a gem, but not full. Do try it soon. .

Food was overall very nice (though a little too pricey). Service unfortunately was poor due to staff having to manage a huge amount of takeaway drivers coming in and out the restaurant to collect food. I'd definitely recommend, though maybe not on a Friday?

We are so lucky to have this marvellously authentic Japanese restaurant in South West London. The food is fabulous and the best we have eaten outside Japan. Staf are helpful and pleasant.

It was just a simple lunch … the yellow fin & Tuna sashimi were excellent as always and my crunch roll delicious. Granddaughters Child’s bento offered a nice selection of eats. Would recommend.

Fantastic food, always fresh and high quality ingredients. We have eaten there a few time and the food never disappoints. Shame the outside seating area wasn’t available as was a bit noisy inside.

Always good food and service. If you are sitting near the front of the restaurant you are constantly interrupted by bike riders collecting orders which disrupts ones evening.

Went here for my wife’s birthday, had great food, drinks and service also brought her a complimentary dessert which was very nice of them. Will definitely return and recommend

Family get together . The food is amazing as always . From Sashimi to crunch roll to beef teriyaki, delicious ! Was a busy night with few servers but worth the wait . Once the food starts coming it’s flowing . I am so lucky to have west end style high end Japanese near me !

As always we had a lovely family meal at this small but very good Japanese restaurant. The food was delicious, service was attentive and atmosphere was welcoming. Will keep coming back.

I cannot believe I have not reviewed this local restaurant before. The menu is extensive but everything is prepared to the highest standard. The staff are helpful and informative. It is the most authentic Japanese restaurant I have been to in London.

Love Hashi so much! The food is always excellent and so fresh, and the service is always terrific. We always make a point to come here whenever we can! Such an amazing hidden gem, if you’re in the area definitely check it out! And if you’re not in the area, it’s worth the trip!

We ate at Hashi before the lockdown began last year, and then since then have been enjoying takeaway as well as in restaurant dining (when allowed). We love the variety of food, all prepared and presented well, and delicious. I always am reticent to try local sushi places as you never know the quality of the fish. Hashi was suggested on Tripadvisor w very good feedback so we went for it. They have a huge menu in restaurant, a bit smaller menu online. Food for takeaway was packed very well - impressed that nothing went awry in our boxes. They only missed one item which they replaced in our next order. The team (Jin most especially) are friendly and super helpful. The food is not cheap so don’t expect Wasabi level prices or quality - Hashi is much better with good ingredients, nice size sushi and sashimi, perfectly cooked and flavoured sushi rice, plenty of sauces accompanying certain dishes, and overall just the right value for money we expect. We always get the yakiudon (kids fav) and prawn tempura. The parents sway between sushi / katsu curry. Our average family meal runs about £100 for food only. We order almost weekly at this point and probably will continue to do so even as lockdown lifts as they make it so convenient and easy to do so. Straight from the box to the table!

Hashi is an all time favourite of mine. Heads and shoulders above the more trendier city sushi options and much lighter on the pocket. Service is always incredibly friendly and nothing is ever too much bother. My personal favourites are the octopus balls the crunch roll and of course the black cod Definitely worth a visit and every penny

In these difficult times we ordered a take out selection for four people. EVERY dish was excellent. It might seem a bit expensive, but the amazing quality and freshness, and above average size portions makes it real value for money. And nice people too!

Great food, wonderful service and really nice to be able to go out for lunch as a family. Hashi is one of my favourite restaurants and number one for Japanese food.

A hidden gem in Raynes Park for Japanese fine dining. Service was brilliant, staff was helpful and friendly. Really enjoyed the maki, fried udon noodles and rice. But the veg udon soup was rather basic with limited ingredients which was a thumbs down. Overall comparable to the Japanese cuisine you would get from central London for value and quality. Good for special occasion.

Food was delicious. Some great dishes, some not so great dishes. Good attentive service. It was a little cold in the dining area when the front door opened.

Hashi is normally very reliable - but was absolutely overrun on Valentines. It may have been a coincidence but I had a bad stomach later that night, which was not ideal... I'd go back again, but definitely try for a quieter night when the kitchen and the wait staff are less stretched.

The food was very good, we visited on a very busy evening but were served quite quickly. Our table was placed just in the middle of the room so not very comfortable, the person serving kicked my chair or dropped my bag off the chair when passing just because there wasn't enough space for her to pass. Yes, it's rather squishy. Don't go there for the ambiance, there isn't much, but the food is really good.

Hashi remains a wonderful place. It has however lost a few of its very special points. No warm towels before the meal anymore . The waiters are rushed busy and less attentive. The food is great .some of the maki had the rice a bit loose . Quality of the rest of the food amazing as usual .

A lovely meal. Booked last-minute and sat down to mixed tempura, mixed nigiri sushi and teriyaki chicken with rice. Food was great - with special mention to the sushi, which is really excellent. Service was very helpful and courteous. A very civilised place for dinner with my sister :-)

Went there last night with my 2 children 6 and 15, spent £120 on some childish portions of barbecue meat and cold noodles which could be consumed in 3 bites, literally only visible at the bottom of the big bowls, and still I went home hungry. Definitely not going again and anyone who are hungry and want value for money please avoid. No wonder it was half empty when other good restaurants around which we intended to go were full. Haven’t had such bad experience for a long time really.

Yes, very good Japanese food, if a little on the expensive side. Service from Ellie, our Waitrose, was excellent.

Always lovely food especially the Soft Shell Crab cooked to perfection, and don’t start me on the Tempura Prawn, very very tasty!! All in all a great evening, a bit pricy, but you have to pay for quality.

With decent choices the food quality is superb. However, I feel that the portion sizes shoul dbe slightly bigger and it is rather expensive.

Fantastic food, well made, good portions really tasty. Had to wait a bit to be served at times but not a huge problem. But pricey but you don't leave hungry.

The chap in Maki & Co (Earlsfield) recommended Hashi. So we went. The found was delicious. Tempura shrimp was out of this world. So fresh. Then I had teriyaki scallops. I love scallops and these were perfect. The whole meal was a huge treat. The restaurant was full and we sat. Outside which was perfect on this warm summer evening. Lovely waitresses. Go on. Treat yourself

We stumbled across this restaurant on OpenTable and are so glad that we did. The food is amazing and the service is to match! I had the black cod followed by the pork belly and it as good (if not better) than I have eaten in Japan. Be sure to book a table as the restaurant can get very busy which is not really surprising! We will definitely be back.

For a small restaurant, somewhat off the beaten track of Raynes Park, Hashi is a superb restaurant for anyone that wants a genuine taste of Japanese food and sushi. Its a great venue for an intimate meal, the food was delicious albeit a little pricey but on reflection well-worth it. Definitely worth going back to for special occasions.
