Nice food service not the best had to ask for a 2nd drink from a waitress walking past didn't come before the bill so cancelled the drink would of ordered deserts but went elsewhere

Visited Saturday 30th March. We hadn't booked, but we were told there would only be approx 15 minute wait for a table, so we just ordered a drink at the bar whilst we waited. When it came to our food I ordered the Hot Buffalo Wings for Starter, and my husband had the Boston Shrimp. I will admit I am fussy when it comes to Wings, but they were beautiful. They came in a grand serving of hot sauce, which is exactly how I like them. Hubby had the American Burger and I had the Boston Prawns for Mains. Both were excellent. Our server, Savannah, was brilliant. Checked back numerous times to ensure all was ok and was extremely friendly too. Enjoyed our visit and would definitely return if we are in Llandudno again another time.

We have bee before not too long ago not too bad mt steak was really great, my husbands burger was not that good. Boards may be good but you are nearly eating paper. If haveing a glass of wine check the price which i did not ordered a medium glass of Rioja when the bill arrive i did not realise it cost £9.70 a glass im not a tight person but i wont be having another.

Really good find in llandudno. Excellent service from Dave who went above and beyond . We were celebrating our anniversary, and he made it an occasion. He was professional and very pleasantly efficient. The food was very good. I had the Boston shrimp...very well cooked and presented. My husband had the pulled pork. We would highly recommend this place for the staff,service excellent food and relaxed vibe.

Booked this for our first night of a weekend stay in Llandudno, Really nice restaurant with old school steak house vibes - staff nice and friendly on arrival. Ordered Ribs with Pulled pork and a Surf & Turf dish. Very happy with the quality of the food and service. Steak was cooked spot on and prawns not rubbery at all. My wife's ribs and pulled pork were delicious. All in all a good spot for a nice dinner, not too pricey either and really good selection on the menu.

The food was really nice but a bit basic. I had chicken fajitas and it was just dusted with a bit of spice but was still nice. The waiter didn't come over very often so was unable to get a refill on my drink but it was still very good.

Service was friendly from the moment we arrived until we left, food was made very fast for a lunch time and enjoyed every bite of the food

Nice meal, good choices on menu. Staff were friendly and efficient. Good portions and food nice and hot. Lovely and warm in there on a very cold, wet evening.

Shocking food and service minimal. Came here after looking at restaurants in area had a good 4.1* overall but food was awful, cold prawns, luke warm steak chicken dry and overcooked and salad dry and tasted dirty. Service was minimal when we finally got a check back my partner expressed his concern with his meal. Then we was just got ignored went to pay at front where servers where pretty much stood entire time had to ask for a copy of the bill to check order as just tried to take payment! No apology for food issues could have got better at a Wetherspoons at least it would have been hot. No goodbye or thank you! Atmosphere for a restaurant poor especially in these hard times think team would have passion! Wouldn’t recommend the place!

Popped here for lunch yesterday, lovely experience, man who greeted us was very genuine and friendly, food was very reasonably priced and tasted really good! Would definitely return with the family

Went there with our granddaughter whilst on holiday

Food was okay for me. Sadly service was very slow for our table only. And that’s quite annoying that is what I remember from eating there.

When the 3 of us arrived chap who welcomed us was friendly but got told of by female server for seating us. Meals we ordered were Foot Long Hot Dog and fries (ok), Fish Fry (a small piece of fish which looked like the tail trimming of a larger piece), Harvey's Veggie Deluxe Pizza (dried up little pizza which looked like a £1.50 supermarket pizza). Cheesey fries as a side dish which were dry with an overcooked cheese topping. When the server collected our plates at the end of the meal, we told her that we were not happy with the food and she just said "Oh" and brought us the bill. Have eaten there several times. Won't be doing so again.

We were very dissapointed with our meals but the children's pizza was good!

We had a starter and a main really enjoyed the starter but the main wasn't very nice it was cold, the bread was falling apart before you had a chance to take a bite and the chips were very over cooked and horrible won't be going back there in a hurry!

Staff were really friendly, smiley, and polite. We had got in just before it started to get busier, food was lovely and the service was quick. Would definitely go here again.

Came with my mom and wife and had the sharing platters, came here a while ago and the food was great, this time around it was still great however the platter had less to it, not a big issue as I was still full. Drinks were a little over priced for wheat you get. At £7.50 for a single jack Daniels this is more expensive than more upmarket scotch in Manchester. Good for a group of people if you're happy with cocktails and sharing food.

Omg, this place is 5 stars. Definitely, the food is excellent. The service is excellent . We will be visiting again when we visit Llandudno again.

I decided to go for the 4x4 burger tower challenge dish. This is essentially 4 burger patties in one. Unfortunately the burgers were very overdone - so they were tasteless and dry. I asked for sauces to attempt to improve them but the only sauces on offer were ketchup, BBQ sauce and mayonnaise Their BBQ sauce tasted like vinegar and I'm not a fan of Ketchup / plain Mayo. Would not return or recommend.

I had a delightful experience at Harvey's New York Bar and Grill. The food was impeccably hot, fresh, and incredibly tasty. The special celebration meal for my husband's birthday was a hit—he thoroughly enjoyed his dish. The milkshake was a standout, and the friendly staff made the afternoon even more enjoyable. The prices were fair, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Highly recommended for a special occasion or any time you crave delicious food in a pleasant setting.

Excellent place to eat with regards to food and service. Food is fresh and good value surrounded by a good vibe. Only criticism is the Head Chef who you can visibly see working on the pass only wears one glove and in between handling food repeatedly wipes his top lip with the back of his hand and uses his phone all without sign of washing his hands. Pointed this out to the lady at the bar but they did not seem over bothered…Shame because this lets the place down

BBQ pulled pork had trace amounts of BBQ sauce at best. The beef Chilli was extremely bland, basically consisted of mince beef, onions and jalapeños…. No seasoning or flavour of any sort. Very disappointed. Will not return.

Been a few times now. Atmosphere and staff are great. Food is ok, overpriced but decent enough. Toilets are falling apart and not the cleanest but just don't use and you'll be fine.

The atmosphere was brilliant and the customer service is top here, we came last week with our daughter. When the food came out it looks absolutely amazing it feels like your in America but, I’m only giving four stars as the burger was quite fatty and it’s a bit expensive 😁 but we would come again Thank you

Lovely restaurant, I would say it’s Abit pricy for what you get, but if money is no problem I would definitely recommend. Lovely service from the lady’s but getting their attention is Abit hard. Nice meal overall.

The only reason I have marked the food down is because I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza, which was nice but I was expecting a BBQ sauce base. It came with a tomato base with a drizzle of BBQ sauce over the top. The wife enjoyed her Philli cheese stake. Very friendly waiter and fast service. We had lunch on a friday in September so it was quiet. We also had a dog but were welcome to sit outside.

Great place. Wonderful food - steak, chicken and ribs were all amazing. 2 waitresses extremely friendly and helpful, lovely girls. Only criticism is toilet could be better, other than that really loved this place and would highly recommend.

Brilliant place to visit on a wet and wild day. We popped in and they were full but said pop back in 30 minutes and they'd have a table for the 4 of us. True to their word, we went back and the table was ready. We ordered drinks which arrived quickly and then ordered our food, which again arrived promptly. I had tacos which were incredible. My wife has the ciabatta as did one of our friends. Ian had the nachos XL and by golly, they were as well. The food was hot, fresh and so tasty. Unfortunately I didn't take any pics this time as we were with friends, but take my word for it, you won't regret going here. Overall, a brilliant experience with great music, brilliant staff and tasty food 👍

This place is a very lovely hidden gem 🥰 but… THEY SEATED ME NEXT TO THE TOILET AND THEN THIS MAN WAS TALKING TO PEOPLE ABOUT HIM POTTY TRAINING HIS SON TO RANDOM PEOPLE AND I WAS EATING!!!!ALSO HE SAID THE SMELL COMING FROM THE TOILETS WASNT HIS SON EVEN THOUGH THE SON WAS IN THE TOILET FOR AGES AND IT SMELT😭😭😭💀Other than that the food was lovely🥰🥰🥰xxxxxxxxx

Really bad customer service, food was burnt to a crisp, still made to pay £7.50 for nothing, no door handle on women's toilets, not a good experience .

Young waitress served us- not very interactive! Meal nothing spectacular- shared spare ribs. Not a particularly enjoyable experience-

Had a great night here tonight. Went with some lads from work and we all have a great night. Food was great (mains and dessert). Portion sizes were just right. Customer service was spot on. Women who served us (Gemma I think here name was) was quite witty and entertaining which is nice in that kind of environment rather just some young staff with all the charisma of a loaf of bread. Thanks guys!

Sat outside watching the world walk by. Great backdrop of impressive mahoosive rock outcrop looming up over the town. Ate their delicious Fish Fry with an iced J2O. Staff were polite and attentive.

Fantastic meal for my first time here tonight. Everything was perfect! Fab waiter Chris who was brilliant on the start of my first night back in beautiful Llandudno, and hopefully the start of an awesome weekend 😊. Really good restaurant and all staff were fab. Food was incredibly tasty, premises were clean and tidy and staff service was so lovely and a huge thankyou to everybody at Llandudnos' Harvey's New York & Grill, for making it such a memorable occasion👏🏾🎊🎈. What we wanted as a starter wasn't available on the menu however, George, our waiter, made it happen. We had a perfect starter and main course leaving no room for dessert but with Baked Cheesecake on offer in was boxed up to enjoyed back at our hotel.

Low rating as they are cheap 🍔 burgers full of onions. And 🍟 chips were awful. Shame as the service was excellent 👌. Deco is good. Such a shame about the cheap food for loads of money 💰.

Great Anglo American style diner. Everyone in our group chose something different from the menu. But we all tried each other's food and loved all of it. We were served by George, who was very friendly and dealt with all of our requests promptly. We had a good relaxing evening. The prices may seem a little high but the portions are big and you certainly get the quality you pay for. We will definitely be back again!

Excellent. It wouldn't have been my choice but my daughter asked to go...and was I glad she did. The food was fabulous. Mozzarella sticks for a starter, some if the best my daughter has had. Tacos were very tasty, there were 3 plus chips. I had the bbq chicken ciabatta, bread was so fresh. Highly recommended!

Visited on a week night. We had been just before COVID last time and it was great. This time we didn't enjoy it. Table clean but I had to move three chips off the seating with my hands before I could sit down, lovely. Menu very red meat heavy, my girlfriend doesn't eat red meat but no chicken burgers!!!!! No fish options either. We mentioned this to the waiteress who said they had never sold chicken burgers and we were wrong! We found the photots when we last visited dated 2019 of her chicken burger and my seafood dish with a Harvey's napkin in shot as further proof. I ate a sharing platter as my main, wings ok but included the thrid joint and smoothered in way too much BBQ sauce. On the whole way too expensive and limited choice unless you want red meat (burger, hot dog or ribs). A pity.

Actually surprised how good the pulled pork was. Wanted to go to hickorys but came here as we were close to the pier. Went off reviews and glad we did 😁 Seating could be better, look like booths but they have tables separated by wooden slabs. Servers attentive and friendly

Had a nice meal at this restaurant. The Service was very good. Also, the food was tasty and nicely presented. Quite pricey. What could be done better? - the salad (picture) was fresh, but a light vinaigrette would have made it even better - why on earth are the sauces and ice creams in plastic containers. It makes it feel cheap...

Before I go further- I’m not from this area and don’t know any staff so totally impartial. The staff ( Sarah and Maciek) went the extra mile. They tailor made the garlic bread at our request and allowed me to have a sample of the chilli - which both my husband and I went on to order. They were really attentive and made us very welcome. We are so glad that we ignored the very few negatives and put our trust in the vast majority of very good reviews they were right. Oh…….and great milkshake!

Went with 5 mates, the food exceeded expectations, drinks were great and the people working were just amazing. We had Sarah and Maciej working the night we went, and they provided incredible service, were super friendly, and made it a great night for all of us. Even gave us recommendations for what else to do! Because of them I would happily come back.

I visited yesterday with family and we will definitely return! Firstly, I love the new layout with booths and the lighting. The staff were so helpful and friendly and appeared very happy in their jobs! The service was very good considering there was only 2 servers in a busy restaurant. Food was delicious and plentiful with a good choice of pizzas, burgers and steaks. Very reasonable too. £100 for 5 of us, which included starters, mains, puddings and drinks including 2 glasses of wine. Highly recommended and we'll definitely be returning.

We called in on the afternoon of the5th Feb and booked for that evening, as it was Saturday it was very busy, but the service was excellent and fast, the food was delicious. Hubby had hanging steak kebab, I had baby rib, chicken and garlic shrimp ❤️ We enjoyed it so much we booked in for the following night, a lot quieter so had time to chat with the staff, who were interesting and interested. Once again excellent food, hubby had blue cheese burger, and as I enjoyed the ribs so much the night before, ordered full rack of ribs, thought I’d died and gone to heaven. We would like particularly to thank Sarah, Ruth and Maciek for their attention to detail and great conversation. You all made an old couple very happy. Love and hugs to you xxx

My friend and I went to Harveys in Llandudno for dinner the other evening and I have to say the service by our waiter Marciek was outstanding. He was such a nice guy, so helpful and all with a lovely smile.

The bar lady appeared to be filming or taking a photo of me? I could be wrong, but the camera phone was pointing right at me for several seconds. I'm a big woman, I felt pretty bloody uncomfortable.

Great food, happy gluten free tummy, showstopper chicken skewer have everyone wowing, and steak cooked to perfection. Sarah our waitress, was friendly, knowledgeable and couldn't do enough for us. Great evening out.

The dimmed lights wined me over. However, the food was average, with an undercooked steak (I asked for medium, I got lose to rare, too much pink!), and over fried French onions. And none of the staff was wearing face masks, which at this time of increasing covid numbers again unforgivable really.

Food was nice and the staff were really pleasant. Husband had a burger and he said it was the best burger he had for a long time, so really enjoyable.

They provided a relaxing atmosphere for us to have our meal and happy to answer any questions we had.The meal was awesome especially the steak which was cooked to perfection. Very good experience, lovely food and a decent pint. We had the hanging skewers they were lovely and a good portion. Will definitely be coming back

Service and food amazing as always. My pudding was cheap and stale and expensive to leave on the plate. They offered an alternative which I refused but still charged me for it, guess I could have asked to have it removed. Starters were amazing. The cheesy garlic pizza is just amazing. Hubby’s hot wings were actually spicy. So often places state this and they aren’t hot at all. Good size portion too. Mains delicious as always. Never too much trouble to change things, add this or remove that. Not the best for vegetarians I would say but there are a couple of options.

Fast, efficient, friendly service. Steak was cooked exactly as requested and the ribs literally fell apart, delicious. A thoroughly enjoyable meal.

Food was edible and reasonably priced but the beer and drinks where priced at an extortionate rate £5.95 for a pint of lager and £4.95 for a shot plus mixer £1.45 absolute scandal no pricing on the menu, won’t be visiting again.

Gosh, what a great place!! Wandered in on spec after another place we thought would be good, was not even there (thanks Google!) The staff were welcoming, efficient and effective without the usual ‘hi guys!’ twaddle. Professional and knowledgeable is what they were; they knew how to take an order, be there when needed and ‘invisible’ when not. Just how it should be! As for the food? Well, we chose sharing nachos and sharing fajitas for mains. Hard to mess up nachos of course but some places do, so these were great!! As for the fajitas…simply excellent. It’s rare nowadays I send compliments to the chef but this time was an exception; rare steak was what we chose and he did it perfectly! Add to this good, if perhaps a tad pricey beer, and the best background music I’ve heard anywhere, we came away feeling happy and sated. A tip is not normally something that crosses my mind, as in the UK, service is more of a ‘delivery’ than a serving but this time I did. Thank you!!

We popped in to Harvey’s for a quick bit at 7pm on Saturday night. We managed to get a table rather quickly which was great luck as it was really busy. The menu had loads of choice and good range of price for all budgets. Unfortunately we had a 10 top next to us that ordered just before we did and so we had a long wait for food to come to the table. The food was good value, great quality and serves with a smile. Well done over all
