Kelly made our visit amazing always outgoing and bringing great service. Food was good.

Becky was very friendly and attentive. Would come back.

I went to get the breakfast and do some work. The service by my server Becky was excellent and it was nice to find some decently priced food and a place to relax

Great service and food. Glad I decided to visit this Harvester. I hadn't been to a harvester for a few years as my last experience wasn't good. This experience has made me want to re-visit with my sons.

The salad bar was great. We liked the selections of salad. The meals we had was delicious. We can't think of what else you can improve.

menus were dirty,salad bowls weren't cleaned properly,drinks glasses were misty,food ok apart from an apple pie that had been pre heated in a microwave that was still cold,not a wholey great experience for mothers day.

Went for lunch with 3 others. Most enjoyable. My Gammon was cooked just right and not dried out. Will definitely be returning soon.

Great meal out with the family. Our waitress Lottie was very friendly and attentive. Good value for money and delicious food. Recommend the 3 small plates as a main meal as you still get the salad cart with it! Great for variety - the garlic bread was delicious!

Was hardly greeted at the door and then very nonchalantly and waited at my table for at least 10m Little due care after I pointed out I only have one e usefull hand and all most had to beg to get the wares to cut and butter my bread roll but then she did cut it un bitesize pieces The worst service ever and the friendly regular staff were visibly absent so maybe a sign of poor management with a high staff turnaround Fortunately, there is a ledge around the salab bar, allowing me to put my bowl down while dishing up I did announce that I will be doing a review, but this seemed yo go like water off a ducks back I have been here mNy times The service sliwly improved after a while Please see my review of the Crepe Affaire outlet in the city centre I was the only person here just Fter 3 pm on a Thurday and before it was always full My qellcome put me I a critiquing mood Waited for a long time after the dishes were removed from my table as off I forgoten The staffe must realise they nott doing the customers a favour but they have a job because if their cutomers so wake up and serve with a smile

We have just left after a disappointing dinner. We have been to this harvester before and last time the food was disappointing but we thought we would give it another chance as it had been good previously. The staff were fine but tonight’s trip was beyond disgusting. The salad bar was bare and empty with what was there looking off and old. The food that came out was mediocre at best and there were bits of odd food in the wrong plates etc. On top of all of this, there was a horrific smell of poo and vile sewage all through the restaurant and this smell clung to our clothes and hairs as we left. This was hugely disappointing and disgusting. No wonder the staff looked abit miffed considering the disgusting smell. I heard multiple people complaining and we very nearly left. Will not be returning. Disgusting.

Disgusting stench as you walk in. I have noticed the smell of damp cellar or possibly toilets coming from behind the bar in this restaurant before but today it was awful. They MUST do something to resolve this as tonight it was the worst I’ve ever smelt it. Luckily we were seated well away from this area but I could smell it badly when I went up to the salad cart. This has to be addressed and resolved.

Salad was great but sauces at the salad bar weren’t replenished.

Really enjoyed the warm and friendly atmosphere and good food today. Josh was very attentive throughout the meal.

Popped in without booking, party of 5, and a child's birthday to boot! Greeted, shown table, explained that it was child's birthday, (we did have a cake), waitress Becky took it all in her stride, made us welcome, took orders, checked on us, sorted cake, and sang her heart out with the Happy Birthday, made an impromptu visit very special, our Birthday Boy was very happy, the food was great, we will definitely visit again (this was our first visit to Ancient Briton).
