Harun's Kebab House in Denbighshire

I ordered food at approximately 17.30 , an order on Just eat was placed after my order and I ended up with the food for this order. The 2 calzones that I ordered were completely from what I ordered in the in the shop and due to the spiciness of this order I had to bin the food due to them getting the order mixed up, the kebab I ordered the pitta bread was stale and cold and the Donner meat wasn't fit enough for human consumption. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place

Ordered from these whilst we were staying at a campsite nearby and wow. The pizzas are amazing and well worth the price. The chips were nice and fresh. Everything was hot and I love the variety of cans available not just the standard. The delivery driver was polite.

We have just ordered 2 special burger with cheese and a small chips with garlic mayo and tomatoe sauce pd 13.30. Charged an extra pound for delivery wen it say free and not much sauce on chips gutted

eda hot and spicy 12” pizza and a cheesy garlic pizza 12” pizza and a 7up and I received a 9” cheesy garlic pizza and a 9” garlic bread. After trying to fix the order AFTER PAYING FULL PRICE the guys on the phone were rude and didn’t care I was a key worker and not what I need after a long shift. Food we had to eat was awful and dry. I highly recommend never ordering from here and they have lost a valued customer.

Have always ordered from Haruns Rhyl for many years. Ordered a pizza l as the Saturday night . Paid £14 online 14 inch with 3 toppings. Pizza arrived at 11pm. After tip given and delivery driver left , pizza delivered was a 12 inch Donar pizza worth £8. Pizza was dry and looked like a return order given to us as they were closing..... No answer when called the shop and closed Sunday.... Never again... Rip off Rob dogs. Will never use Haruns ever again. Bye bye monthly £25 Haruns... Sort yourselfs out.....

Absolute joke of a kebab shop. Whether you order through the app or ring they always get it wrong!! Terrible customer service when you call to say they've missed half the order, come back again and still missing a meal. Delivery driver doesn't have a clue either no receipts to keep track of what food they're meant to be delivering. All staff are rude and abrupt on the phone. All nice when they are taking the order but not so helpful when you have a query. Tried overcharging us too. Don't think they can handle being in this business 😅😅😅

I should qualify that this 4 star review is based entirely on their kebabs, which are truly outstanding. Fries are ok, if you're having them, everything else is acceptable, but not great.

3 of us ordered few different items. Not very happy with the quality of food, gyus, have a go at a different kebab place and compare. Service was nice tho.

This Kebab house is unlike most others as the kebabs and other food here is nothing but greasy comfort food that is irresistible. Only problem is after eating their food is that you are unhappy because you want more! Would recommend to most people who enjoy nice greasy food to end a stressful day.

well, that was awful, the "pizza" was dry as bone and literally had no tomato on it, garlic dips were really weird, but chicken was okay get a king kebab instead

The donner meat was pink in the middle, I also ordered a can of Dr Pepper and they sent Sprite, how do they even know that I even like Sprite. Very disappointed as its normally nice from there. Also my kebab was swimming in garlic mayo. Let down, feel like I've wasted my money

I’m not usually one to complain bought a large donner kebab and chips from here last night I order from all over thought I’d try this place and omg I had one bit of meat and spat it out it smelt and tasted like cat food chips all burnt absolutely awful waste of £15 never again

I have just ordered a takeaway from here and only for the fact it's snowing I'd have taken it back.I ordered a chicken and donner combo kebab and I got a sweaty tortilla wrap (which I didn't order) with lettuce, chilli sauce and about 4 pieces of cold chicken. There was no donner meat or other sauces I ordered, the chips were cold too. I've just paid over £10 for this rubbish. They cannot get a basic food order right, the last time we ordered from here they charged me twice and delivered a double order and both orders were wrong as well. Definitely the last straw, I'm never going back here again.

Ordered 2 kebabs and 1 burger with all salad and chips, picked it up ..... it tasted like they had reheated everything... chips were dripping in grese and soggy, burger tasted of cold fat couldnt eat them, they were so mean with the salad it wasnt worth having ....After our last rubbish take away from them, thought we would give them a second chance, never again, dont know if they have changed the staff, but it was always the best takeaway, never again. And you cant get through to them to complain ....

Expansive menu, and great tasting food. All variety of burgers, kebabs, pizza's on offer. The food is well cooked and the staff are pleasant and chatty. Portions are a decent size and prices on a par with other kebab shops.They also offer a delivery service which I have since used and the food was piping hot when it arrived.Would definitely recommend.

I got a Donna kebab and there was no salad on it. It was all meat.

Absolutely shocking food, I was given microwaved popcorn chicken, chilli sauce that was a mixture of tomato sauce and chilli powder and boiled onion for salad in my kebab meal.which I also had to assemble myself as the pitta bread came separate Overpriced poor quality food very disappointed 😞

We ordered 2 kebabs last wek Friday one chicken with only lettuce a da chicken and a Lamb with salad Garlic sauce and Chilli. The chicken had it chilli sauce on and the lamb nothing. Not what I wousl expect

Cant even really be bothered to write this Review apart from saying rude staff rubbish food, incomplete and wrong order to which they couldn't care less and may aswell have thrown £25 down the drain.

As always, It's a delight to have a takeaway from. Prestatyn's premier fast food outlet. Staff are BRILLIANT, as is their service and Delicious freshly made Kebabs. Unlike some takeaways, Haruns is absolutely SPOTLESS, hence why the shop has been given a 5 Star hygiene & cleanliness rating. It's fantastic to use Haruns once again after lockdown, because I really missed the staffs very friendly faces, and their Top notch delicious food. All in all, you've tried the rest- Now try THE VERY BEST.. Haruns of Prestatyn! See you all again very soon guys 😉

Awful service received by Haruns last night. Phoned to place an order on the phone and received the message ‘please can you hurry up’ we are busy. Very rude staff. The order came and the kebabs came without pita bread. The orders were all wrong due to being rushed on the phone and not taking the order properly. We are extremely loyal customers and have been spending a lot of money with Haruns but we will not be ordering again. We phoned to tell them the order was wrong and they said they’d deliver us the food that was missing. We didn’t receive the food that was missing and hadn’t even bothered to send any one out to deliver the rest! wouldn’t recommend this place at all if you want to be ripped off! Disgusting.

Just putting this plain & simple, food was late, opened the box of my chicken kebab, there was only 3 small pieces, it was just like a kids meal I recieved, they covered it in salad to hide the fact that they are tight with the portions! Anyways getting into eating, Honestly.... it went to my dog, as it was way overcooked & dried ou & the mrs was totally the same, overall what a totally waste of money & time, but my dog was well happy with her extra dinner! Chips same as normal, wet & sloppy!! Just all round poor!

Not “the best” must say, don’t normally order from here but my normal place was closed. Chicken was lovely but doner tasted abit like sausage meat, under cooked and not the nicest, 3 of us left it. Think I’ll wait until my usual place opens again!! Oh and it’s more expensive

I was not happy with my experience to this kebab as it seemed the men had a problem with me not knowing what I wanted as I was looking at the menu, the man approached me with “ have chicken burger and chips” because he was being very impatient, I thought this was very rude as I’m capable of choosing what I want myself, the men started to give me and my cousin dirty looks as we were eating our food and made us feel very uncomfortable. My cousin decided it was easier to eat out as we weren’t feeling comfortable there so she asked for a bag and they said it was 5p as I got her the 5p she handed it him and he said it’s 10 so I told him not to say 5p in the first place, they started to be rude towards us and for the sake of 5p they should of just gave us one, I’ve had bad experience in the past so I shouldn’t of returned , I would not recommend this kebab any day, and I definitely will not be returning

ordered 2 donner kebabs 1 small 1 large with nann. couldnt call it a nann not the nann i know. the kebabs were greasy and luke warm. cannot understand why takeaways are so different and nowhere near as good as scotland.

Ordered my usual food with a fudge cake as a desert, the cake was completely covered in mould, took it back for a refund to have my money slammed in my hand no apology nothing will not be returning.

Awful kebab worst ever strange taste to meat go elsewhere.

We ordered 2 burgers and a kebab. The special burger just came as a burger in a bun. I rang and explained the burger was incomplete, I was told they were very busy and they would try and sort out the problem. 20 minutes later,nothing had arrived and we now have a cold incomplete burger. I rang and was told a portion of kebab meat would be delivered in another 10 minutes, I said the burger was cold and was told to eat that first and the kebab meat later! I advised them I didn't order them separately, I ordered a special burger . I said just refund the burger, when I was told they would come and collect the burger back! The staff were rude,unhelpful and didn't even apologise. We w9nt be using them again

Pizzas are spot on but the problem they are constantly messing up orders especially burger orders how hard is it to put lettuce and tomato on a burger

When having a kebab this isn’t the kebab I would usually go to but we decided to go and try it as we usually go to the best kebab. I came on the 16/04/19 and ordered my food to have one of the member of staff be extremely rude down to me ordering a child’s meal even tho I am still a child as I am 15? And I wasn’t hungry enough to order a regular sized meal. This man was giving me and my cousin dirty looks the whole time we was stood near the counter and as we decided to eat in we sat down while we waited for the food to cook as it made us feel uncomfortable , when our food was made the rude man whistled for us to come and get it which I thought wasn’t very professional and made us feel a little bit awkward. My cousin then went on to asking for some garlic mayonnaise on her chips which he clearly had a problem with as he rolled his eyes at us. We decided to ignore this and sit and have our food and while we were speaking the same man turned up the radio really loud. It was that loud we could almost not hear each other speaking and we knew that this was because of us because when other customers came in the radio was turned right down. I will not be visiting this kebab again as the staff in the best kebab have always been very friendly. I will continue going to the best kebab and will not be returning here again after this rude experience.

i ordered a mixed kebab. the doner meat was grey and cold , not cooked. the kofte and shish meat burnt to a cinder. the chips cold , limp and soggy. it took over an hour for it to be delivered. the worst kebab ive ever had by far. i had two mouthfuls and binned it. seriously do not eat here. i would,nt even give it 1 star, but had to as i would,nt of been able to post. minus 10 stars for sure

We ordered online for fried chicken and chips. It was delivered on time and it was delicious. The chicken size was very large and price was reasonable. They offer halal chicken which is very good. I recommend this place for fast food lovers.

Awful jus had doner meat and chips old Donner meat heated up in water soggy no taste, chips soggy chicken burger an chips all was awful high light can of coke avoid at all cost garlic bread wasn't too bad but had better in many places, this place has gone down hill

Spent £40 here today and I couldn’t be more dissatisfied!

This is the SECOND time Haruns Kebab & Burger House have let me down. On the first occasion after a Christmas party I went here and they took it to their advantage because I had a drink to over charge me. Tonight was the final straw, I ordered a home delivery of a CHICKEN KEBAB WITH LETTUCE, ONION AND MAYO AND A CHICKEN WRAP WITH LETTUCE AND MAYO. If you are ordering from here don't expect what you paid for out of your hard earned money because let me tell you that's what you won't get!!. I got delivered to my house a Shish Kebab (PLAIN, NO MAYO NO LETTUCE NOTHING) and A PLAIN Chicken wrap. I phone the Kebab house to tell them and not even an apology, in fact I got "well that what you ordered" my response to this was "so are you saying that a LOYAL customer of yours is lying about what I have ordered" the reply I got was "yes, it is obvious". The fact I got the wrong meal was one thing but the way you manage your shop is DISGUSTING to say at the least, the way you get spoken to is like your a piece of dog muck ok the floor, I honestly can not believe it. I WARN PEOPLE DO NOT GOT TO THIS SHOP, AND DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. There goes another LOYAL customer you have lost. Good luck in the future is all I can say.

Seems Haruns has gone downhill of late, order at least once a week and spend an average of 25 quid. Tonight tho will be the last, seems they’ve changed the lamb donner recipe and it tastes awful. Last week my chicken was brown and dry and again donner meat wasn’t nice. Will be ordering somewhere else from now on

Saturday 10th march after work called for a large lamb donner...£6.50 for the worst kebab I've ever had. Didn't taste like lam b(possibly mixed meat used instead) texture was awful, pitta was like cardboard. After 5 minutes I picked it up and the whole tray was full of grease! Could barely stand to eat anymore. Will stick to my regular one in Rhuddlan next time.

Asked for a tandor hot pizza and got a chicken nugget pizza instead. I phoned them to complain and all I got was abuse off them so won't be ordering from here again

Nice pizza most of the time (sometimes it's not cooked properly and the dough is all gooey and stretchy) Greasy as anything though, the proof is in the picture. A bit over priced though for the chance of hit and miss food

Pedimos una pizza y patatas, tuve que esperar 1 hora y 15 minutos para la comida para llegar y luego cuando llegue finalmente no las patatas fritas no estaban calientes apenas estaban tibias y estaban empapadas y horrible. Luego la pizza, no estaba preparado la masa en el medio todavía era pegajoso y extensible, así que tuve que poner el horno, cuando era cocinado sabía muy bien, pero toda esta experiencia me ha disuadido de Harun de kebab. Pasé de £11. 20 aquí, y para ser honestos, fue una completa pérdida de dinero y yo no se pedir desde aquí. Creo que intentaré 'La próxima vez mejor" desde la parte inferior de la ciudad en Prestatyn.
