kebabs good , chips not the best (frozen chips never the best ) delivery early so bonus.

Need to package the desert better that cream leaked over the other food items

Disappointing, chips were cold and undercooked. When you only have 2 items to eat undercooked chips make a difference to your meal.

Your burgers and kebabs are on point! But your frozen pizza bases are horrendous!! Do some fresh pizza dough!! Not those frozen bases! They are horrible!!

Absolutely disgusting food wouldn’t even give it 1 star ordered garlic bread was just thick cheese pizza no flavour found a huge hair in my chips.. beef burger absolutely rancid smelt like rotten meat. Called to complain the man didn’t sound bothered at all. DO NOT ORDER HERE

Had 2 large (or so they said) shish. Wouldn't say there was even a chicken breast worth of meat in the 2 together! Cost £18!! I wanted to throw them back at them but it was 9:45pm & I had been traveling all day. Complete joke

It was awful, the pineapple was sour and the cheese tasted awful, hardly any pepperoni on it. Never again will I order

Chicken strips, popcorn chicken and chips were all piping hot and delicious but the pizza was stone cold and like chewing rubber.

Ordered large donor kebab to share for two it was more like a small kebab and was cold, Chips where Luke warm and pitta bread was rock hard Delivery said earliest it would be was 8.30 pm but it was there by 8.15 and husband was out so his food got even colder and would like a full refund as most of it went in the bin

£17 for large shish, small donner, chips, and bottle of drink. The food was tasty enough and we enjoyed our dinner. The chilli sauce would be better if it was home made, the donner strips were too thin too.

I got wrong order and then when got my food. It was cold bottom of pizza was hard and stale like

2 words =Do* Shi*.....called in late Saturday 10pm ,soons walked in the 2 teletubbies behind the counter were scruffy and dirty. But NO I'd already drunk 10 pints and was confident what was going to get ,was going to be ok at least .....nope I was very wrong waste of money. I'd of come back but didn't fancy the walk from mountain park hotel to haruns rubbish kebab House. But I'd advise them tubbies get out to the gym instead of selling us leftovers after you pair have eaten

Good wasn’t the best , re heated chips kebab was just about warm , won’t be in a hurry to reorder from here anytime soon

Chicken kebab was terrible. More onions than anything else and only 4 small pieces of chicken. The chicken burger and chips were burnt.

The lamb in the mixed kebab was inedible and there was hardly any chicken, there was supposed to be salad on the burger but wasn’t any, won’t be using again

One star for a food hygiene rating of 1 I walked in to see staff in dirty clothing covered in old stains, while he was making my dish he sneezed in his hands and wiped it on his vest and touched the buns

Don't normally leave reviews, but thr food was that bad, I felt I had to. Pizza was just a mess of undercooked cheese. "King Kebab" for £16 was just embarrassingly awful. Sorry to say I won't be ordering from Haruns again

I’ve bought from here in the past, but not my local/usual one. But as I was running past with two hungry toddlers i thought I’d grab something. Unfortunately it was the worst meals, costs £24 for two toddler burger meals and two adult kebabs which surprised me never know it that expensive. Got home (only 8 mins away) and the kebabs where like cardboard, bread felt old, boys burger meals where the same. I will think twice next time.

The food on the whole was really poor. The chicken doner kebab did not taste like a traditional rotating chicken kebab and lacked and real flavour and texture. The garlic bread looked like a frozen pizza and had no real taste. Shame.

Food is okay if you're starving and nothing else is open or serving the food you want. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Food is always great. Popcorn chicken is amazing & they always deliver it up to my door (live in flats) which I appreciate as I have children! Thanks!!

Beautiful food as always. I told the restaurant that I had put the baby to bed so could I have a good estimate of the time the food would arrive as my dog is terrible for barking. The delivery driver called me before he knocked so the dog wouldn’t wake the baby which I thought was really nice. Thank you

One star for a food hygiene rating of 1 I walked in to see staff in dirty clothing covered in old stains and what appeared to be a shrivelled bit of kebab on the skewer at 6pm. Obviously not fresh food! I just walked out. I firmly believe that anyone with less than 3 on their hygiene ratings should be closed down. Disgusting.

I have ordered from here on many occasions, the pizza is always delicious with plenty of toppings. Sadly tonight when it arrived it was just Luke warm which made it not very nice. It came within the estimated time so no idea what happened. I probably only order twice a month maximum as pizza is a treat for me

By far the worst takeaway I’ve ever had. The pizza was burnt underneath and had a really nasty taste to it. The garlic bread also came disgusting and I haven’t got words for the donner kebab no sauce or anything on it when i asked for sauce and it was vile. £32 on an order and every single thing went in the bin. Drinks came warm because they was put in the same bag as the food will definitely not be ordering from here again.

Always use Haruns. Very disappointed with the food tonight. Chips were that cold and hard that the cheese hadn’t even melted. Doner kebab was cold and very small amount of salad. The chicken and chips was the same too. Hopefully this is a one off!

The quality of the food was very, very low and tasted quite disgusting.

We ordered a special kebab which came with about 6 pieces of meat maximum and the smallest amount of salad. Food was nice but it was enough to fill my two year old niece. We will not be ordering again

same meal as usual order , you have changed the chicken strips, they used to be like McDonalds crispy strips, this is twice now they are bland, and dry to the point you need a drink to help swallow them, we order off you quite often but i picked at the last meal and tonight's has gone in the bin, sorry to say very disappointed.

Chicken kebabs are tasty and the salad is always fresh. Quick on delivery. Portion sizes are good too. Defo recommend.

Ages until delivery was on its way, 3 phone calls from Harans asking for directions, 90 minutes later food arrived cold. If you’re going to charge for a delivery and service at least know your stuff.. very disappointing.

Lovely Kebab 2nd Best I ever had. I Live about 250 miles away in Ipswich but was out in the area for the Day and Trust me we have 120 Takeaways that deliver and I have tried most 🤣🤣 So when I say this one was the 2nd best I mean it…. Will go to again if I come to the area again which I most likely will later on in the year. Chilli sauce was like our Home made one back here at our Best Kebab….. Kebab Wasn’t Burnt and Juicy had flavour

I really don't understand why this has a high legend rating unless it can be described as legendarily awful. Base of pizzas seemed like some precooked bases and the topings were barely cooked.
