Harbour and Company in Ards

We had a lovely mid-week meal here using the Chicken Tuesday deal - which was superb value. The food was delicious and the service excellent - the staff are very well trained and happy. It was a gorgeous sunny evening and the views across the harbour from the bright and airy restaurant are incredible. Can't wait to go back!

The chicken sesame had too much soy sauce and was just ruining the taste over all pretty great place to eat

My son came over from Scotland to take me out for dinner in Harbour. The meal was first class and great service. Lovely friendly helpful staff. I have lunch there quite often with friends and am never disappointed. I would certainly recommend it

This is the BEST Place For Food In Donaghadee By Far! I have always had amazing tasty food with great warm service. The views over looking the harbour is breath taking. When you are sitting at your table looking around, you would think you are in a very Sheek Spanish Restaurant with a lovely warm welcoming atmosphere. I would recommend to book at a table at weekends as very busy. The food & Wine menu is very good & I am a fussy clean eater so for me to give such a 5 Star rating is very Rare. Keep up the good work & never change a good thing 👌

Four of us had a different steak from rump to sirloin to fillet and rib eye. Each and every one were magnificent. This was after we each had beautiful starters. Really good meal and all round fabulous evening. Will be back sooner rather than later!!

Well worth the visit. Friendly staff. Good choice on the menu. Priced well and the Wednesday night half price beef burgers was impressive.

Update: went again recently and it still does not delissapoint. I will definitely be back again when I am visiting. Really nice spot. Stopped here with a party of four, and we had a lovely waiter and we got great food. They have a nice veggie burger option which was very good, and I had the harbour chicken which was delicious. I would definitely come back. We went around 1ish on a Saturday and it was nice and quiet, and we had a wonderful view over the bay.

Although rainy, the view was very pleasant. The customer service was excellent, we were asked several times if there was anything they could help us with and the food was delicious and it didn’t take long at all to arrive. Very nice place with a cozy atmosphere!😊

The food and staff were very good. The pints were also very tasty. Nice place to go for a dinner or a few drinks in the bar. Also some screens to watch sport.

Fabulous spot, contemporary downstairs bar which was lovely, upstairs restaurant had great decor, very good menu, friendly helpful staff & food was delicious 😋 It was our first visit here as we were staying in groomsport for the week. Will definitely return to this restaurant on our next visit to groomsport. Not over priced either.

We had a lovely night out in Donaghadee here for cocktails and some chips to share at the table. The staff are very attentive, the service is excellent and the cocktails were fabulous. The atmosphere was amazing, I'd highly recommend!

This is the spot to be. The family & myself decided to treat ourselves to a spot of afternoon lunch. The girl behind the bar was amazing, dark haired girl called Ciara. Absolutely fantastic. Made our trip from Larne very worthwhile. Have been recommended to this place several times and only got about to it last weekend. Will back. 10/10.

Only in for a few drinks, busy bar with great atmosphere..

Ordered sea bass which I thought came on mash potatoes but instead had 3 tiny baby potatoes. Doesn't cost much for a decent amount of veg. Wouldn't go back for dinner again very disappointed very expensive for what we got.

Found this little gem by chance. Great food and lovely staff. Wish this was my local.

A cool "summer" breeze chased us inside to a friendly welcome from Ben. Garlic and chili prawns w sourdough toast were superb: probably the best prawn dish I've ever eaten. 10/10 all round.

An amazing meal served by friendly efficient polite staff. Lively atmosphere with a very mixed happy clientele. Would highly recommend the mushroom stroganoff.....delicious! The salmon was also very tasty. The Malbec wine at £9 per glass was a bit of a shock though enjoyable.

Lovely lunch here in the beer garden with the sun shining down. We had a couple of small plates, Portavogie prawns and chilli beef - all delicious.

This was our first visit to Donaghadee and The Harbour was a lucky find after a long Sunday afternoon drive. Very friendly and helpful staff and a beautiful and different menu without any of the usual winebar-style suspects! Everything was beautifully presented and well proportioned - allowing room for one of their homemade desserts.

Just had my first lunch in Harbour and Co. 5 of us went for my mother in-law birthday. We got lovely seat at window which we had requested. All our meals was lovely. Chicken burgers was amazing. Service was excellent and staff so friendly. Wld definitely recommend.

Booked for 6, got a great table upstairs overlooking the harbour. Staff were fab, attentive, chatty and welcoming. Food was delicious and all of our party said the same. I had the blackened salmon with dirty rice, fresh chillies and pak choi, it was fantastic and full of flavour. Beloved and I shared a key lime pie, it was so good, melt in the mouth. It was very busy both upstairs and down, so I guess booking is a must. We will be back for sure.

A few nights in Enniskillen trying the restaurants on offer has prompted me to review my local establishment - harbour and co. The food is excellent, particularly the fillet steaks which are sublime but really what makes it is the service. Attentive is the word, you won’t find a rookie left to their own devices trying to figure out how the whole service game works, you may find a rookie but they’ll be guided correctly so you’ll not be left wanting at any time. We have never found a chink in the armour, every member of staff has been excellent however Peter deserves a special mention, to sum him up in a word - gentleman. Gentleman doesn’t do him justice however, he is a true professional and I am truly glad to see him on each visit. Keep it up folks, we appreciate it!

Excellent family dinner - the food was great - the service was amazing and the bar downstairs has a great vibe. Drop in and say hi to Harry - he is always smiling and happy to see you. My husband and I are on vacation from Canada and we hosted a family dinner for 7 people. All enjoyed their meals - all arrived hot and fresh. The wine recommendation paired perfectly with our meal. It is right opposite to the sea and we had our food while overlooking the sea! The decorations and ambience is quite good and so is the food quality. We had battered cod and we enjoyed our food. There has been a slight change in the menu and so you might not get chicken goujon for kids there anymore!

myself & my wife called her for the 1st time yesterday about 7.30 pm for food , pint & glass of wine , from the start the two young barmen/waiter could not have been more friendly & helpful , everything about them was so welcoming , the pints of Guinness hit the spot & the food was great...defo be back....thanks lads :):):)

We are an early evening meal on two consecutive nights. The food is outstanding, the staff can’t do enough for you and views over the harbour are wonderful. A highlight of our holiday. Highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing food and service 😊

Despite arriving a bit late, we were greeted very nicely by Peter. Drinks were served quite quickly and the order for the meal taken. As the food is freshly prepared, we were expecting quite a wait but within 20 minutes or so, our meal was served. We were a group of 11 and everyone enjoyed whatever they had ordered. Great atmosphere, lovely view and,all round, a great evening.

A fantastic restaurant! Wood fired steaks, great sides, delicious wines, and superb staff! Dined here again recently following their LCN award for the food. Had a beautiful meal, the topside roast was to die for, and my wife had a wild garlic marinaded Cod. If yo can't get upstairs, try the 'small plates' as a tapas style idea downstairs. Some stunning flavours to be had.

Food you would expect in a triple Michelin star. We asked steaks where on offer and they brought out Ona. Wooden pallet coute de Beofe, rib eye and An amazing sirloin to choose. Took the aged sirloin… The steak was amazing Service, food and atmosphere just amazing. Could sit here all night such a lovely place and views of the harbour are amazing

Top quality restaurant. For was delicious and there was a good variety on offer. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Prices were reasonable and the views were fantastic. There's a good amount of space between tables and there was a good atmosphere when we visited. Would highly recommend.

Food was first class. More or less anything on the menu can be done gluten free. I got the peri peri chicken with truffle and parmesan fries. Bottles of gluten free peroni. Lovely smoking area out the back and views of the sea out the front. Really enjoyed being there. Dog friendly too. :)

Having recently moved to the area and being taken to celebrate my birthday with the family, I would happily recommend this restaurant. The food was excellent and our waitress was fantastic, very friendly and was so lovely with my grandchildren. This was our first meal here and definitely not be our last. In for a pint a chat .out of sun.calm and peaceful we didn't have food so I shouldn't comment on it apart from it looked good.

From booking to leaving after our meal, the staff made this a great evening. Food was incredible (the turbot and scallop special was cracking) and the service was super. Staff were chatty when needed, super helpful and informative. Lovely surroundings, beautiful views with a spectacular sunset over the harbour.
