Had a great lunch here earlier today. The duck wrap was lovely and my husband said he really enjoyed his Welsh rarebit

Food and service are amazing. Also dog friendly.

I could have overlooked the tiny table at which my friend and I had to eat over priced food, the indifference of the serving staff and queuing for the one toilet but I cannot overlook the bad attitude of the manager. I asked for hot water as the cup of tea was a bit strong; it took a long time to arrive and to my amazement, the bill showed we had been charged for it! What penny pinching! I asked to speak to the manager who simply said "its our policy", no apology or explanation. She seemed to resent me asking why there was only one toilet and barked at me "anything else?" then actually said "you won't want to come back" and walked away. I was stunned by her rudeness but managed to say "you wont see me here again". I have never been told to not return to a cafe. She obviously does not care about retaining customers and she should do because of the competition in West Kirby. There have been other negative reviews about the manager's attitude, I wish potential customers would read them and go elsewhere.

Shame the owner can’t be as pleasant as her staff. Rude, unfriendly and miserable while the till goes chiching! She ruins the place.

Lovely café in the centre of West Kirby. Four of us met for brunch. We all left satisfied after tasty food. One negative was that I asked for a vegan dish but it was brought out with an egg on it. Theo's was quickly rectified, so probably just a blip.

We had our Christmas breakfast here with a group of 12. I was allowed to decorate the table beforehand. Very attentive and friendly staff. Warm and cozy place with festive Christmas decorations. Great drinks and food. A hidden gem! Will come back.

Hannah's is a well run, well organised cafe serving good quality simple food. Service is excellent and friendly! Well worth a visit!

On the afternoon of Wednesday 29th November 2023 - I needed sustenance yet was aware that time was tight due to needing to get a one-per-hour Bus. Could I order, get a seat and enjoy my meal in 25 minutes? The answer was yesh due to informing staff of my deadline. The wait for my Jacket Potato with Tuna & Cheese along with the beverage of Cappuccino wasn't long. I truly enjoyed it with 8 minutes to spare. Lovely staff, very popular and nice business.

Where do i start. Probably knew it wasn’t going to be the best experience when I was told I couldn’t sit next to my partner we had to sit opposite because we weren’t allowed to use the extra table! (That had nobody sat there) She was also extremely rude and made me feel awfully uncomfortable, there was plenty of empty tables and the girl sat someone there I believe this to have been petty! Ordered breakfast was nice good quality beans were cold!!! Freezing cold. I was quite suprised paying £11.95 for a breakfast to be handed a non branded mayonnaise. I’m not by any means turning my nose up at unbranded items but I believe it’s about the quality. We couldn’t finish our breakfasts so asked for them to be boxed up so could take away. I was then shocked that it was handed back to me scrunched up in tinfoil In not an animal. They serve cakes to take away I’m pretty sure they don’t shove them in tinfoil. May I add this was done by the girl mentioned earlier who was extremely rude to us. Overall horrible experience rude member off staff will never return nor recommend. Just one more thing I’m a woman in a Same sex relationship. I’m all for a motivational quote but I found them to be very sexist all about the man the woman. Not one was the man the man nor the woman the woman! It’s 2023 I think they need to be abit more gender neutral in what they are displaying

First visit to Hannah's and definitely Wont be last great brunch time food/ coffee and cake shop. The staff were friendly and efficient and the cafe had a fantastic vibrant atmosphere. £35 for food and drink for 3 people was a good price for what we recieved. Only gripe was the cake was far too sweet and sponge dry that said well worth a visit!

Hiya went today we had breakfast was just gorgeous the food very hot and tasty latte that was the best my hubby has had my hot chocolate was just the best and made with milk and NOT water yuk and I got some cakes for much later and thay were just gorgeous and fresh 😋 so thank you very much we will be back for tea one evening 😋 and on each table u get fresh flowers 💐

Food was tasty and the service was good. Lost one star because the plate was not big enough for the full English breakfast ...and it (the plate) was clap cold. I hate hot food being served on cold plates!

Pre booked a table for 5 for lunch. Lovely lady served us promptly. Lunch was excellent and served as on the menu. Cakes looked fab, but we were too full!!

Found the staff quite rude and lacking in customer service. This must come from the owner as any self respecting owner would ensure their staff are well trained in good customer service. Although the food is ok this doesn’t make up for indifference and surly service ! We won’t return and advise others to think twice !

We stayed in west Kirby for 6 days visiting family and Hannah’s happened to be just a couple doors down from us! We had breakfast the first morning and came back every morning after that. Hannah and the whole staff were extremely welcoming, and accommodating they not only had our orders memorized by the end of the week but they would also help us figure out how to get around that day and what route to take. Food took a while to come, eggs over cooked, strange vibe from the staff bar 1 member who was nice. Had kids with us who got very irritated after a while waiting for their food. Just a very off vibe with the staff there we felt uncomfortable.

Hatched a midweek plan to embtace the heatwave and escape land locked Birmingham for breakfast at the beach. We arrived early and wondered around West Kirby and came across Hannah"s which is a pretty little dog friendly place. The staff were helpful and welcoming, suggesting a better outside table for us, once it vacated. Walking through the cafe, we saw the amazing breakfast brioche up for service and my menu decision was made! The coffee is delicious, really smooth. Just a,fabulous start to an awesome day by the sea.

Decided to pip on for lunch with the gaffer! Baked potatoes for both of us, prawn, lemon mayo and avocado for the boss and chicken bacon and cheese for me. Both spuds were cooked perfectly, crisp on the outside and fluffy in the middle. Service was excellent, attentive and nothing a issue. The menu was great and the specials looked amazing! Coffee is superb and the whole lot for reasonably priced. Definitely be back and sampling more on the menu.

My first visit to Hannah's and it won't be my last. I stopped in for breakfast whilst waiting for my dog who was at the vet's having a small op. Surroundings were lovely, the young man who served me was very friendly and efficient, and the food (Full English Breakfast) was delicious. Wish I'd been able to stay longer - I'd chosen to sit at a table as I was eating, but their comfy chairs in the window looked very inviting and I would have liked to relax there with a coffee had I had the time. Next visit I will. I don't get to West Kirby very often but when I do in future, Hannah's will be where I choose to eat/drink.

We visited West Kirby as a party of 4. Hannah’s was very busy but they squeezed us in. The food was great and coffees nice and hot. Ruby who served us gave a great service despite being v busy. Would definitely recommend.

I don't normally write any sort of negative review as I am aware that people have different ideas of what is good and what is not so good but I feel that on this occasion I must put my thoughts online When I go into a cafe/restaurant I only ever expect two things Decent priced food and comfort while eating. The food , a full English breakfast, while certainly very palatable, was to my mind a little expensive but the really negative point surrounded a waitress who while i was eating constantly swept around my table despite me complaining about this fact to her. I appreciate that floor's need to be swept but not in the immediate vicinity of the table at which a person is eating. When I complained a second time, this time to a gentleman who came to collect my payment , a lady who I can presume to be either Hannah herself or the manageress, appeared on the scene attempting in a very offhand manner to make some sort of an apology. As I left the establishment I had to walk past the staff I was subject to what I rightly or wrongly took to be very hostile stares So decent food if maybe overpriced but for the rest of my experience a very very big no thank you

We’ve eaten at Hannah’s on many occasions and can’t fault it. The food is lovely and the staff are consistently friendly and welcoming. The cafe is also dog friendly which is an added bonus. We’d only been for lunch, but recently had the full English. I highly recommend it, it was delicious!
