Hannah Pizza in Liverpool

Went in to order food. Watched a staff member, take raw food out the freezer in to the fryer, then got a raw burger from the fridge, touch utensils, before getting a burger bap and then came to me to serve. Not once did I see the server wash their hands. Good place for food poisoning.

This take away what I have visited plenty of times,I have found the food is always fresh But unfortunately I am very disappointed about the price. I asked for a donner and chicken on naan bread and no salad with special sauce as a meal. When I arrived the guy had taken my food from the microwave, when I was asking about the price which was almost £12.00 he was talking about the cost of living, which I am well aware of. I have had the same food of late which cost £9.90 so don't actually understand why it would cost so much. I collected food and brought home which had all salad when I said no salad. When I called up he was very rude and shouted bring the food back I will give you refund and hung up the phone. I will never return to this shop.

Really enjoyed our large chicken kebab meal from here. 5 star hygiene rating, good quality and good prices = recommended.

they did not let me hav water instead of capri sun when i don’t like capri sun so i don’t like the way they didn’t let me have any water.

My first experience in ordering to be delivered and it was a great disappointment. Order placed at 6:18pm with expected delivery at 6:45pm. 1 hour and 15 minutes waiting for the order, which arrived completely COLD PIZZA. I don't recommend this place to anyone. This is the second time we eat here and really love the quality of the ingredients. Yummy pizzas, perfect flavour and lots of goodies.

So good! I ordered from Little Mo’s they hadn’t come in 2 hours so I tried Hannah’s and they came in 8 minutes and I accidentally payed a extra £23 and they returned when they could of kept it if they wanted but they didn’t :)

I ordered some food from Hannah pizza whilst staying in Liverpool. Not very up to date with ordering food off apps so rang after placing the order. The member of staff said he’d look after my order because I wanted my salad an sauce separate for my kebab, normally people don’t take any notice. I can honestly say that the food was out of this world and came promptly and was hot. Everything bang on, well done. Can’t wait to stay in Liverpool again.

I stopped ordering kebabs because I could never find anyone who just made a nice Kebab when I wanted one but then I found this place and HONESTLY can't fault them, food is amazing and always hot, food always comes alot sooner than they say!! Staff are so friendly, I've had a couple of different types of the foods of menu and it's always bang on!! Keep up the good work and thank you for the amazing good!! .. OH and I will recommend there special sauce it's delish!!

The best 'chip shop' pizza around! Super delicious high standard food, lots of pizza topping choices even for vegetarians and it's always super hot and delivered on time - all at a very, very reasonable price. I recommend the garlic mayonnaise as a dipping sauce 😋

Busy pizza and burger/ donner kebab shop. If they are overrun with orders to be delivered, any individual online orders being collected in person maybe forgotten about, until a customer reminds them. Which adds onto the selected time for collection.

The chicken was not cooked, I doubt it was even cooked on a grill! The texture was rubbery and slimy and the quality was very low grade. It just made me feel sick after a few mouthfuls! Called the restaurant to leave feedback as the food was not edible. I was met with a very aggressive response and told not to order from them again (not that I was going to after this disaster) This person is also deluded stating that his is 'the best chicken in Liverpool' Clearly not. I wouldn't feed it to the dog. You have lost a regular customer. Disgusted by the restaurant's food and response.

Shocking way to treat customers. I ordered a donner kebab and was given a burger...when my husband called them they hung the phone up twice after asking him the same question 6 times. When we went up to the shop I was told my order was cancelled and to leave the shop. Customer service at its worse

The worst customer service ever Done our order wrong so I complained an he told me that he hasn’t done it wrong as he done what I asked for and I had 3 witnesses to say I never They are proper cheeky don’t eat from there

Did not recieve food, either their fault or uber eats. Ordered twice and both times got cancelled after the estimated delivery time and confirmation they had picked up the order. Wouldn't bother ordering if you want food on time. Disapointed as the food is actually really good.

I ordered a delivery with a friend. When it arrived we were charged an extra £2.50 for delivery the food was disgusting and greasy also the order was wrong I ordered a kofta & chicken kebab and was given kofta meat on naan bread when I called the takeaway to address this the man who answered told me that the kofta meat was made out of chicken ? I explained that it was dripping with grease and defiantly not chicken he replied that it's not his problem and he didn't care I was shocked by his response and asked to speak to his manager he said he was the manager and what do I expect for £12. I could not believe what I was hearing he then slammed the phone down stay well clear of this place disgusting food and staff

Ordered from here so many times over the years never had a problem. I ordered food tonight and asked 4 salad on the side as it makes my burger really soggy, I phoned 9 mins after the order to ask again about salad on side to be told my order had already left, I asked how when if only just places it and it's only just been confirmed he told me I would have to pay an extra £1 for my salad to be on the side I said that would be fine. I got my food 25 mins later(shop is 5 mins away) my food had salad on and what looked like half eaten chips thrown under my burger the burger was rinsed with grease it fell apart when I picked it up so I called the shop and asked if I could please have a replacement burger to be screamed at and called names saying they don't want my custom anymore and I will be issued with a full refund, all this over a 2.20 burger. So I said you would rather give me a £17 refund than do me a fresh burger i got called more names and the phone put down on me. Absolutely ridiculous. I have now been black listed from hannah pizza over 2.20.

Absolutely discusting meals, staff was very rude, kebabs were dry I wouldn’t of even give my dog it, don’t waste your money go elsewhere

we went back after a few years as we were in the area, still top notch, folded donner is amazing as usual, chicken kebab, chips and onion rings, really really nice, nice establishment with friendly owner and staff, place has 5 stars for hygiene, totally recommend

Only popped in to grab a small donner kebab to take out £3.70 for a small donner which tasted alright to be fair. Just an average little kebab / pizza takeaway. Haven't tasted anything else there so can't really comment to be fair.

Food was cold, staff are obviously incompetent and cannot read written instructions. Never again will I order from here, I'd sooner go hungry

Cal always rely on Hannah's to pro it's a tasty takeaway when you can't be bothered cooking, we ordered the margarita pizza, cheese garlic bread, dipping chicken, wedges and jalapeno poppers all was cooked lovely & food was delivered in allocated time.

The full house kebab is the best around, quality of the meat is superb, and whilst there is a good large menu, I also like folded Donner, the way its done is lovely, friendly serving definitely recommend

Me and my partner often order from Hannah's late at night, the pizzas are delicious as are the dippers chicken, always have quick delivery!

Whenever I desire a takeaway this is my go to place, great price to food quality ratio, staff and delivery driver are very friendly and food is always well cooked and piping hot when delivered

Absolutely love the kebabs from here! I can never eat a whole one! The garlic bread with cheese is ace however I wish they would put more cheese or garlic in it as it tastes quite bland.
