This place has a very nice aesthetic and the interior design looks lovely and the choice of the colour black works really well. The mac n cheese is to die for it tastes so good unfortunately it was only a starter/side so the only regrettable thing was that I couldn’t get more. The Caesars Palace burger was stunning as well as tasty I didn’t think it would be that big but it was so large it filled me up straight away. This place is definitely a gem worth marking out on the map. Great food with fantastic customer service.

What an experience. My first time visiting HANBAO and it definitely will not be my last. The food was to die for, the burgers we had were out of this world. The staff were so professional and polite and even managed to squeeze us in on a busy day. If i could leave 6 stars I would.

Rudy the assistant manager was extremely aggressive and rude when we asked for a meal that was not eaten and taken back to the kitchen to be taken off the bill. He refused to do this and used intimidation to argue that we will be paying even though the food was not touched as all fault was with us. We all ordered meals and drinks that we were happy to pay for however this was not considered. His raised voice and aggressive tone made the entire situation very uncomfortable, let alone the fact we were 3 females he was shouting at. Horrible experience.

I frequently used this establishment and I used to be able to look past its imperfections such as it looks like the knives an forks have had an affair however now wings are off the menu I simply cannot it’s a travesty and I shall not be back until they are rightfully reinstated, and to rub salt in the wound wings are still on what dishes to recommend it’s like waving a red flag at a bull reading that gets me very angry

The burgers here are superb, there's little else on the menu but they do what they do well. Staff were very friendly and polite, the guy who served us was great. The atmosphere doesn't quite match the food and service though, cheap and slightly tatty decor with uncomfortable chairs and loud music, feels a little like a high end McDonald's. Worth a visit for the food alone though.

Food was great and service really quick. Treated my partner and we had 2 burgers, waffle fries, special mac n cheese side and 2 drinks. Total bill was £46 which is pretty good! Loved my odd future burger...was very tasty and juicy. Partner had the enter the dragon burger which had a nice kick to it.

If you like burgers you need to visit Hanbao in Worcester. From the moment you walk in the door to the moment you walk out the service is impeccable. Fabulous atmosphere and Fabulous food. The staff staff are very knowledgeable about all their products and take your order without writing it down. A revisit will definitely be on the cards.

Food was lovely. Wish I'd had loaded fries as they looked delicious. Depending on what you order, you may or may not bite off more than you can chew if you get loaded fries too though 😄

Went in for solo lunch, was served attentively and swiftly. Food was great and tried some of the cocktails too. I recommend Lemon Haze. The terrace was closed.

Used to be one of my favourite restaurants, haven't been for a while but it's seriously fallen off. The burgers used to be thick and juicy and you would struggle to finish it. Now the burgers are as thin as a regular Mcdonalds hamburger, so disappointing. The menu used to have so much variety and something you've not seen before but now it's pretty bland other than the odd future burger. The photos of the burgers on their website 100% do not resemble what you are served so don't order based on those as you'll be disappointed.

Been coming here for years, Hanbao is my favourite burger place. However last night we came on a busy Friday evening, the service was very good as usual but the food was no where near their usual standard. The burger patties were burnt, the fries portion we ordered was less than half the usual and pork belly bites were pretty much just bacon lardons! Such a shame.

We visited Hanbao earlier today. The food was excellent and reasonably priced for the sized of the portions. A special mention needs to be given to our server, Alex, for his excellent service throughout our time there today. He really elevated the experience for us.

This was a slightly apprehensive return visit as my first experience here was very average but it would seem the years have been good to Hanbao. I very much enjoyed my food I just opted for a simple cheese burger with extra bacon which was cooked to perfection and very tasty the chicken tenders were excellent and the dirty waffle fries were also really good. Ill come back soon for definite.

Insane and exciting choice of food! I've been meaning to come here for years! I follow all the social media posts and the FOMO got me as soon as I saw the festive menu! The whole concept is East meets West, an Asian twist on your everyday Burgers. We were warmly greeted and seated straight away. The menu has lots of choice. My son had the Odd Future burger, while I took on the Xmas Beast! Presentation is spot on and the food cooked perfectly. We didn't have to wait long before our order came out. The Odd Future was a hit, unusual, but enjoyable and the Shaolin fries were devoured. Now the Xmas Beast... was an absolute pleasure 😋 I had to eat it layer by layer and no idea why I ordered fries... couldn't find room for them!!! It isn't the cheapest option at all, but the food quality is well worth the money. Watch for hidden charges though, when you innocently say yes to some sauce for your fries... it's chargeable!!! Apparently a blob of bbq sauce is classed as a side 🙄 There is street parking and multistorey parking nearby.

Food is amazing, not too pricey for what you get. We managed to get a table on a Saturday evening without a booking, only downside was how slow the service was, understandable on a busy night but still a bit of a pain. All the staff were really lovely as well.

Very nice burgers and sides in decent sized portions at reasonable prices. Visited on a Sunday lunch time so easy to book a table. Will try to get back here next time I'm in Worcester.

Went in with an open mind and came out pleasantly surprised by an Asian twist on Burgers! Opting for the Odd Future burger while my teenage kids played it safe with more traditional sounding burgers all done perfectly well. The Odd Future was a bit sweet for my personal taste but delivered on quality. A sort of savory sweet combination with lots of different texture as you bite through the toasted donut bun, crispy maple smoked bacon, really flavourful beef patty, hint of chilly and some other relish, ending with a gooey cinnamon sugar in the bottom hole. Wow that was something unexpected, but it worked for me. Definitely coming back to try another sensation.

The best experience. 10/10 for the food, drinks, service, atmosphere, staff. Everything was perfect. Would highly recommend. Staff went above & beyond for an allergy. We would have stayed here all night drinking the amazing cocktails. Me & my boyfriend had a great experience thank you.

Hell of a Halloween special! This place has been on my list for a long time and it even managed to exceed my expectations. Food and service were SUPERB. I opted for a filthy looking Halloween special (boneless thug n char siu honey) and it slapped hard! Delicious chunk of boneless rib and a tasty thick beef patty. I asked for the wasabi mayo to come separate for fear it might be spicy but that didn't happen. Fortunately it wasn't spicy and also complimented the other flavours really well. The less great parts were the slaw, which needed mayo or sauce because it was just dry flakes of cabbage, and the pickle slices could've been heftier in size. Those are both more of a personal preference though and certainly didn't stop me enjoying every single bite of what was one of the best burgers I've had for a while. I also had the Tiger Style fries but paid extra to use waffle fries. Really great flavour but not the biggest of portions. The fried shredded chicken was more batter than chicken too. I wish I'd ordered the tenders instead to get more meat. The burger was the most important thing and was the highlight for sure! Overall it all went down a treat though and the smiling staff were faultless. The venue itself is awesome aswell. Definitely somewhere I will likely visit again.

Really impressive burgers. It’s a shame they have Beavertown ales. A place this cool should have interesting craft ales not mass produced imitation ales. Otherwise awesome!

This is a 4.5 star - 5 star when you start doing deserts. Cocktails (negroni, spritz, house cocktail) on point, did not scrimp on the booze. Burgers and sides - quality meets quantity. The Asian twist brings a third dimension to the flavor profiles that is quite unique to this restaurant. Service - (served by Alex) attentive friendly service, food came quickly - Alex provided recommendations for where to continue the night. Very good. Good stuff!

Perfect! Visited with friends and loved it. Amazing burgers, I loved the odd future, it's weird but it works (doughnut bun)! The miso wings were great and the loaded fries never disappoint. Drinks were great and I love that they'll do the classics too. Thanks to Alex, our server, for a great evening! We feel that the management ought to add the option to tip on the card macnine!

A group of 4 of us dined here at the weekend and apart from the chairs which were a bit uncomfortable everything else was really good. Service was attentive and quick. No service charge added. The Juicy burger was very nice, as were the dirty fries. At £15 for the burger alone, it’s on the pricier side but in my opinion was absolutely worth it. I would return.

After a friend’s previous experience at Hanbao, he insisted that I should try out the restaurant to see how amazing the food is for myself. And I can honestly confirm that it was a delight to dine here. We visited on the 16th August 2023, and after a table booking online, we were greeted by a lovely waitress upon arrival. The menu had a wide range of choice for different burgers, which I was very impressed with, and a wide selection of cocktails and soft drinks to choose from. Once greeted with our meal, I don’t think I’ve ever tasted a burger like I did at Hanbao. It was marvellous! However, I cannot just compliment the food, but a greater thank you to the customer service. The service we experienced were by the far the best service I have seen in a while. The lovely waitress kept checking up on us to ask on the quality of the food, and whether we needed anything in particular to make the meal better. I cannot remember a time where I’ve ever received such great service. It was a pleasure to dine here, and I will definitely be coming back for the forthcoming future. I have been to Han Bao with friends a few times and also with work. After raving about it each time to my husband, I finally convinced him to go. The service was excellent, friendly and efficient. The tiger fries were also fantastic. However, the chicken on the burger was very over cooked, to the point of not being able to cut through it with a knife, let alone teeth. The beef burger was also very over cooked and dry. Hopefully this was just a bad day for burgers as every other time the food has been exceptional.

My friend and I decided to go here for dinner as the food looked delicious on the website. We didnt book a table but we still managed to get seated... cue the start of an unforgetable experience.. Our waitress was so friendly and took our drinks order. We decided to go with the Death Row cocktail and let me tell you something..... I thought it would be harsh because of all the rum that was in it... oh no no no, the flavour taste explosion that danced on my tongue was mind blowing... Then the food arrived... I ordered the burger that had the philly cheese steak on it... the fries with the crispy shredded chicken on and the miso wings... i wanted to cry and slap someones mamma cos of how good this food tasted. Never before have i eaten in a place and said im defo gona be back after taking just one bite... Han Bao.... Im coming back to kidnap your chef!!! (this last part is a joke and not a serious threat) :)

Myself and partner have been here a few times now! Definitely our favourite for a burger & cocktail. Not once have we had a bad experience & the food is always on point! Very impressive to keep that standard of food consistent. I have to say - it’s very rare I drink but when I come here I know for sure I’m having a Rhu tang clan, honestly the nicest cocktail I have ever had! Staff are always extremely helpful, smiling & happy to have a chat if you instigate one which is always nice.

Seen Hanbao so much on social media thought should give it a try when visiting Worcester for work. Very good burgers and sides (recommend miso onion fries) but not quite as innovative as all the adverts etc makes them appear. Plus, I know it’s not the vibe, but it wouldn’t hurt to have a few more veg sides or a more varied vegetarian offering. I really can’t see the point of the £10 booking fee. It’s must put some people off.

I enjoy eating at Hanbao, however have heard of the poor treatment of staff by multiple sources which does make me feel for them when I go. I was served by the lovely Jenny who made us feel very welcomed and was there to answer every question we had! The chicken tenders were a bit expensive for what they were so I probably won’t order these again! I had the tiger style burger my favourite and I’m sad it is not on the main menu all the time however it was very over cooked and was hard to eat even a knife couldn’t break up the sweet and sour chicken. I do love coming to Hanbao and I need to know where the cutlery is from, it is my favourite!

We were sat in the bar area because of no seating in the restaurant (although plenty of free tables but they were probably booked). Food arrived quickly and were big portions. However all I could taste was salt. Salt in the burger. Salt on the fries. Nothing else. The others said it was salty but could cope. We wouldn't go back.

We had a great evening when visiting Hanbao a few weeks' ago. The food was so good! I opted for the burger within a donut!! Ridiculous idea, but it really worked. The sweetness worked well with the bacon, baconnaise and chilli, and the pattie itself was full of flavour. Amazing sides too! Two of our group were running late due to issues on the trains, but the team were quite happy to wait to take our food order. We all enjoyed! Looking forward to going back, or trying the Birmingham restaurant.

Went to the Birmingham branch for my husband’s birthday and it well exceeded our expectations. Atmosphere was good and most importantly, the food was delicious. We both ordered the ODB and husband got the belly pork loaded fries - OMG these were incredible. My husband’s only mild criticism / recommendation is why can’t you add belly pork to your burger??! Either way, we would definitely return. Have already recommended to others.

The place to go for something out of the ordinary. Always innovating new specials! Quite pricey at around £10-£15 for a burger, without fries, so beware. However the children's menu options are fantastic value. Highly recommend TIGER STYLE FRIES.
