No longer exists? There is a new restaurant now and the food is excellent 👌 I pop in June 15th and try the full breakfast 😋 restaurant open 8 a.m. till midday! Then it full menu with looks impressive 🥩🥓🥙🫕🥗🥘🥮🍽🍴😋😋 will definitely return plus when ask if I could order from bar and eat the yummy food 😋 also staff outstanding 👏👏👏 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🇺🇦🇬🇧

Really disappointing as the sign proclaims a buffet with over 60 dishes, unfortunately there was no buffet and food was ordered via a menu. The starter platter was cheap fried cr@p which consisted of mainly chips. The mains were no better, very bland with little taste, what taste there is is grease..... No worth it, go elsewhere.

Stayed next door so had to visit. The buffet was done via menu (I assume unless it’s busy enough to have it out), which is always better anyway imo. Definitely much more western style Chinese food, never had a starter platter with chips and onion ring! But the chips were great so no complaints. Food was pretty decent, not the best Chinese buffet food I’ve ever had, but still good. Wasn’t very heavily salted/seasoned but I’m probably used to very salty/MSG heavy Chinese food. Kung po pork and black bean beef was great. Loved the garlic mushrooms. Banana fritter was amazing. Great value imo.

First visit to Hampton buffet the food was gorgeous, we will definitely be back when we visit llandrindod.

The starter was dry and had what seemed like leftover chips battered and fried. The mains were marginally better but still was dry. After leaving i felt rather ill. Won't be going back there again. And definitely wouldn't recommend eating in. On the bright side the service was good and the staff were friendly.

We saw this restaurant online while visiting Wales and thought we would give it a try, when we got to the shop we were the only ones inside the shop, we was greeted by a young waiter that gave us two types of menus, the shop looked like a school canteen with not a great Vibe no music and a noisy pub next door where they share the space. We was given these two menus one being a Normal menu and the other being a ( Buffets) if you can call it that, I asked if I can have a normal menu as I didn’t eat much of the food that was offered on the buffet menu and was told no if one person ordered on the buffet menu we both had too, so we paid the 15.50 each for the buffet selection to then be told you chose what you want and they bring it out so wasn’t really a buffet where you can get up and choose what you want or a selection of different foods it was a small variety on offer that they get for you and bring out. We then decided to order some more due to the cost it had already cost us for the little we got to then be told if you don’t eat the food you have to pay £5 per dish you don’t eat I was in shock of the cheek from them to say I have to pay that if we don’t eat the food when they label it a buffet and all you can eat? Nothing saying what ever you don’t eat you must pay £5 per meal wasted, I asked to take a small amount of the food home as we didn’t want to waste the food or pay they silly over price £5 per meal not eaten. We had two lime and lemonade with our dinner one each which somehow cost us £10 just for the two drinks £15.50 each for the fake buffet meal so in total £41 for two people to eat at a shop that wasn’t even a buffet, staff were rude when asked for a pot to take the food home so it wasn’t wasted. Definitely will not be returning to this shop when we come back to Wales in the near future, and definitely would not recommend anyone paying for there fake buffet menu that you have to pay £5 per meal if you can’t eat it all.

I’m always wary of takeaways that have huge menus but the Hampton is AMAZING! It’s usually a all you can eat buffet apparently but on our visit that was closed because of Covid, it’s situated next door to a pub although we didn’t visit there. It’s spotlessly clean and the staff are lovely and friendly. I recommend calling with plenty of time to spare as they are BUSY! The salt and pepper crispy chicken wings and salt and pepper chips are a firm favourite, and the crispy shredded beef is spot on. We’ll be back!

Good food cooked to order as no buffet currently due to Covid. Kong Po king prawns very good as was h=the hot and sour soup. Friendly staff.

Love the food at the chinese here always cooked to perfection. I personally prefer special fried rice chips and bbq sauce it's on the menu like but the owner has no question and I get what I ordered also have a good laugh with the owner when I'm sitting and waiting for my food highly recommended for food guys

We turned up on a Saturday with no table reservation, I have limited mobility, the waitress assessed our needs and allocated a table close to buffet area - which was helpful and appreciated. Drinks were served to the table. Access to the buffet is good and you do not need to reach over one offer to get to one behind it. The buffet was refilled regularly. I did not use a wheelchair here, as I was able to cope with walking sticks. I seem to recall there was a double door entry so should have the width, there was a step from pavement into the restaurant, I am not aware if they have a ramp. Wheelchair would fit at there tables. If you need to use a wheelchair I would advise ring in advance to book a table near the buffet, as it got busy, so the gangways may busy. (They will advise of ramp and/or height of entry step) Was cash only no card on the night we were there, was a cash point across the road.

We used this restaurant while staying in the Hampton Hotel. We thought there was a very good selection of food and being a buffet restaurant we could try everything and go back for what ever we liked. Included both starters and a sweet. Staff very friendly, and a relaxed atmosphere.

Food was cold and overcooked, lot less choice than last time ( advised change of ownership since we last went ) The chocolate sauce with the profiteroles was runny and tasteless, before it was the highlight of our visit. The waitress told us the sauce was the same as before, it had not been changed, however the girl at the checkout advised it had been changed - I do not like being lied to !! Before it was a great place to meet for a 'girls night out' - never again !!

We made serval visits to this Chinese. Very broad range of items on their a la carte menu and a lovely lunch time set menu, all served with high quality food. Very friendly & helpful staff. Always have been a wonderful dining experience every time.

Hi I would just like to share my views as I took my family along to try their buffet, the waitress was very kind and helpful. The food was very nice my children also enjoyed it as well as my partner did too, we will definitely be returning in the near future.

Walked in today to be told the a la carte menu that they do at lunchtime has now finished + it is no longer all you can eat,instead they now offer a starter..a main eg a chicken curry,kung po etc + a side of rice,noodles or chips....Also the evening buffet has now been stopped and only runs on a saturday evening....We didnt stay to eat...place was nearly in darkness + empty !!Was told they can hardly afford to pay the electric bill so have to cut back..Cant see them running for much longer at this rate..They never advertise apart from a banner on the wall that passing trade can not see as its on a busy bit of road and out of the drivers/passangers eye line

We just went for a meal here. I phoned earlier today to book a table for 9. We were seated at a table for 8, which we had to squidge our 2 year old on the end, I had to get a chair and cutlery off another table. The food wasn't bad at all. The waitress asked us if everything was alright at the end of our meal and we said fine, just disappointed with the battered king prawns as they still had the shells on. No big deal. We explained about the seating and the waitress said, "I know, I did try and seat you on the larger table behind you, but the boss said no". There was a group of 8 came in after us and got put on the larger table. When we were paying at the end, it seemed like we were putting them out as our group were paying separately. The 'boss' wasn't very patient and we were trying to figure out why there were 3 unpaid drinks on our bill, (just in case someone missed them off). The waitress came over (thank god!) and pointed out to the boss, on the order she had added the 3 extra and that they weren't ours. There was no apology from the boss, just arguments. There wouldn't have been a problem but her attitude stunk and was making out we were not being truthful about the drinks. She then went on to say next time discuss with me the problems as if she was telling me off for talking to the waitress. I said the waitress asked, so I said. She jumped down my throat about a seat for the 2 year old saying about a high chair. I clearly explained I booked a tabled for 9 as he sits at the table, not 8 with a high chair. But apparently this was a problem! It was like I was being told off, and left our group quite baffled with her attitude towards everything. I'm local and used to be a regular... NOT any more!Thank you to Jade who served us and was fantastic. The boss big no no. Her motto is obviously "the customer is always wrong".Hope you all made sense of my review.The 2 stars are for the food and waitress.

It's not bad. Same stuff on every visit, puddings leave a little to be desired. Okay if you're hungry.

Visited this restaurant with a few friends today, food was nice and hot, didn’t have to wait for long when asked for more, waitress was very friendly.

Went to this restaurant with friends from out of town, having been here before and it being good at the time. However, this time I don't know how it could be called a buffet - so many of the dishes were empty or just some sauce in the bottom and took up to half an hour to refill them. Hence the title, whether they were just understaffed in the kitchen or otherwise, I feel the title of 'buffet' really is misleading.

We have had a fantastic meal in this restaurant ! A huge selection of excellent food! Everything is cooked fresh! There is a great selection and its a buffet so its up to the individual what they choose!

I had a wonderful meal together with my family. The restaurant offered a nice environment and ambience. The food selection was outstanding and the service was fast, attentive and polite. I would highly recommend the restaurant. Next time I am planning to try the take away service as well.

We stopped at the Hampton overnight and used the Chinese restaurant next door for our evening meal. What can I say... Outstanding! Variety of choices in the buffet selection all cooked to perfection. Totally stuffed, thinking I wouldn't have room for dessert, but the selection tempted me in!!

Plenty of choice, food kept topped up and/or changed, lovely cake options, eat what you fancy and as much as you like, pleasant staff, will call in again.

We absolutely love this place we know what we like when we go there but could do with a bit more selection as I don’t believe there is as many as advertised

The food was okay but was probably one of the worst Chinese meals I’ve ever had, bearing in mind I don’t eat at many Chinese restaurants. HOWEVER the pricing is very poorley displayed, there is a huge banner advertising that the meal is £7 or there abouts, however upon payment I was disgusted to find out that I had been charged £14.95, I then looked at the banner once more as I left to find out that they had written very small the word “lunch” above the price in tip-ex BLOODY TIP-EX. When I tried to find the real price I was surprised to see that It was written in thin pencil on a small price of paper on the door. I AM APPALLED BY THE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE I HAD HERE!!!!

We were the first diners of the evening, but everything immediately swung into action! A good choice of drink and dishes to tempt us back to the buffet several times.

We went yesterday for the lunch menu, we thought it was a full menu but it's much smaller at this time. Obviously they don't have as many customers at this time so I could see why.

We visited on a Saturday evening. It was £8.50 for our 3 year old which is alot considering he only ate one small plate of food. Food wasn't too bad but a fair few trays were empty for a while.

Stopped in for lunchtime buffet. All cooked to order, all you can eat. Well worth a visit. Friendly staff, clean and tidy restaurant.

We were staying the area and needed a no frills or fuss meal on a Sunday evening. We chose Hampton and were not dissapointed. It is a very basic restaurant with pretty basic food. There was a fair selection of food but it was very ordinary in taste. The staff were polite and helpful. For two buffets a lemonade and 2 pints, the price came in at what we thought was a bit steep at £45. Good food... no. Good value... no. Will we go back... no.

The food was luke warm, not a huge selection and very dissapointing in taste and quality. We arrived at six o’clock, an hour after opening and the starters were still not ready. Cheap decor, watered down drinks but the staff were polite and friendly. I wouldn’t recommend, very overpriced, I left hungry after paying £17 for a plate of cold rice, acidic sweet and sour sauce and soggy prawn crackers.

Stopped here on our way home to try it out as we had passed it many times before. It was early evening and only a few tables were taken so plenty of room. There looked to be a decent choice available. We had one visit to the buffet and the food was warm not hot but tasted reasonably good. A few more people arrived and I'd say the restaurant was a third full. On our second trip up to the buffet there was very little left. At least three quarters of the dishes were empty.We were told that it was all being cooked and it would be out in 5mins. A few dishes made their way out slowly but after 35 mins of waiting and hearing from the waitress it will be out in 5mins for about the sixth time we decided to leave. For us it was not value for money due to the lack of food available. Disappointing service.

I arrived early on Saturday evening and had a really excellent buffet. Chicken & sweetcorn soup, followed by duck with mushrooms, chicken, prawns and crispy chips - and then the full monty! I didn't count but well over a dozen dishes. Finally a good selection of puddings - I had fresh fruit salad with profiteroles in a great chocolate sauce. Service was charming; it is rather a bare room for a romantic tete-a-tete (can't do accents!) but terrific value for a blow-out! Thank you.

We have been several times and it is delicious. We go early when the food is hot and fresh. Plenty of choice. Service is good. Desserts are a weak point here. Apart from lychees there is nothing that suggests chinese.

Went with my husband as a special treat whilst staying in the area and it was very disappointing. The food was warm at best the staff unfriendly and we were both bad later. I asked locals if they had been and they said after the amount of people who have been ill and the notoriety of the place they won't go. Wish I had known before we went

We booked a group table and the food didn't disappoint. There were plenty of choice and plentiful with a fish bar as well. It also had a sweet counter and cater for vegetarians. Good value.

Average beyond belief. Don't like leaving bad reviews but for £14 pounds I was expecting a hell of a lot more. Improving on the faults would be a damn sit easier than making it as bad as it was. Would never return.

Nada tenía cualquier tipo de sabor, no era fresco y un montón de que hacía bastante frío. Uno de mi grupo pidió el pollo y sopa de maíz dulce sólo para encontrar un poco de brillopad. Nos dijeron que uno de los camareros y pidió disculpas, volvió 10 minutos más tarde y le dije que podría haber medio precio de su cena. Aunque me ofrecieron un descuento, es algo que es completamente inaceptable. La relación calidad-precio no es buena, y no recomendaría en absoluto.

Un restaurante buffet, que es bastante caro y la comida era promedio. Ninguna indicación cuando vas en el precio justo el cargo a mediodía.

Visitamos para comer y teníamos el buffet a la carta, los servidores fueron educados y atentos, la comida estaba recién hecha a la orden y cada plato era delicioso! La comida estaba caliente y se podía decir claramente había sido preparado en lugar de almacenarse y recalentados, pagamos 28 libras para una familia de 3, incluyendo bebidas, y honestamente puedo decir que esta es la mejor comida china que he tenido en mucho tiempo, sin duda volveremos la próxima vez que estemos en la zona y se lo recomendaría a cualquiera!

Way above the usual standard for these buffet type restaurants.A good range of food, good desserts and pleasant staff.There was duck however I would have preferred it shredded, with pancakes and Hoi Sin sauce as opposed to being already in a sauce, but that is just a personal preference.Next time I fancy Chinese food in that area I would definitely go back there.

I admit going with low expectations, but was immediately impressed by the bright, well-decorated space and the large range of dishes displayed. Food was hot and tasty and (also very important) plates were warm. Service was efficient rather than effusive, the waiting staff having quite a large number of people to deal with, but polite. The dessert choice was better than the typical Chinese, with various gateaux, cheesecake and chocolate choux - not homemade but very acceptable.My only, minor, grumble was the satay - the sauce was a bit thin and the chicken tasted like it had not been marinaded long enough. But that is a small thing against a very positive, overall experience.With its rather functional space and (at time of visit) somewhat regular table layout, The Hampton seems more a family or group night out venue than a place for an intimate soiree, but still fine if you are happy to dine with a lot going on around you!

This eatery cannot be called a restaurant at all. There is a large buffet of pre-cooked Chinese food which all tasted more or less the same. The dishes were open to the air so anyone could cough and breathe all over the food. The place is cavernous and cold with a bleak decor. The French windows at the back of the room, where we sat, had a view of weeds, broken flower pots and a broken fence.There is nothing nice to look at. The decor is really tired and dark. There is a missing bit of carpet in the middle of the room which has been roughly covered. The staff seemed totally uninterested in working there. We would not return.

Reasonably decent food, not particularly cheap when you eat in. You have to enjoy being watched as you eat though.

There was a buffet that had a very good selection of dishes. All dishes were hot. A good selection of puddings were also available. There was a good selection of beverages. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

We are staying in Llandrindod for the weekend . My husband is 50 today I have to say we had our evening meal here on Friday & tonight Saturday Buffet is £13.95 eat as much as you want that is correct food is lush Choice of food fresh warm I could only eat 2 plates IV tried a lot of different food over the weekend . Friendly staff Clean place I will be returning in march 2017 with work will look forward to calling there Thank you Caroline

This is a very good buffet @ £13.95. Plenty of choice and tasty. I particularly liked the King prawns and crispy chicken. The staff are very sweet and eager to please. The wine is very cheap but good so 10/10 for that! I've been twice now and will happily go again.

My wife and I arrived in town quite late in the day and food was paramount. First thing. We have not used an all you can eat buffet previously so our experience if you have will be somewhat different. Being seating promptly beside the entrance to the ladies toilets we ordered drinks. A bottle of Rioja which subsequently was unavailable after a ten minute wait we then selected another which did arrive pretty quickly. My beer came a few minutes after. One course down by then. The food is good and plenty of variety. Staff are quick to clear tables and friendly. In all we spent around £48 and despite the niggles we dropped a generous tip into their tip jar. Great for eating large volumes of good Chinese food. Best possibly for groups or families as opposed to a couples night.

Came here for a weeknight tea. The food is great and due to them cooking in small batches the food is always fresh and piping hot. Plenty of choice of dishes.

Staff very welcoming, very good choice of dishes, link to pub next door allows good choice of drinks, pleasant surroundings.

We enjoyed it so much the last time we visited in May, decided to go back. We were not disappointed. The food was really tasty and well cooked. The service was very good. We would recommend this restaurant. we will call again when travelling in that area of beautiful Wales

We chose to eat early and we certainly benefitted by the food having just been put out so fresh and piping hot. Really good variety of dishes, nicely presented and all very tasty. The only comment I would add here is that the desert buffet was poor. I recall seeing trifle, or some sponge thing, but nothing resembling Chinese cuisine

While having a well earned drink,in the Hampton pub,was pleasantly surprised there was a Chinese buffet attached to the pub,well worth a visit it was too the buffet was delicious.

Whilst visiting Llandrindod we came across the Hampton Hotel Chinese restaurant where they were serving an al arcate lunch menu for £7.50 pp. The food was plentiful and extremely tasty and hot, just like i like it! The portions were large, the menu was varied and the quality was superb - what more do you want from a restaurant - we'll definitely eat here again if we should visit this lovely town again.

Read the reviews and thought we would give this place a try while we were on holiday in Llandrindod Wells. It was ok. The food was pretty good, not great value for money. The service was rather lousy. The waiter got our drinks order wrong and when we asked politely to have the situation rectified, he complained to the supervisor that we made a mistake and it was our fault. The staff seemed to give us the feeling that we were a burden rather than a family of paying customers. The spring rolls were quite greasy but the kung pao pork was very tasty. The restaurant itself is fairly clean but is rather dreary and outdated looking.

After a disappointing meal here 18 months ago I was amazed to see how much the Chinese buffet had improved.. Heaps of choice... All fresh and hot ... Really enjoyable... If I was allowed to suggest an improvement then a selection of better desserts ... Tho I thoroughly enjoyed the fresh fruit salad the rest of the desserts looked a lot less appealing... I think a wider choice of fresh fruit.. Chopped mango .. Strawberries... Melon ... A choice of icecreams .. And homemade cheesecake... But on the whole an enjoyable experience at affordable prices!!! The food here is lovely and with the all you can eat buffet, my stomach didn't have enough room to try everything. Very friendly staff and lovely and clean. Would definitely recommend

Having paid lots of money for a disappointing meal at the Metropole Hotel we thought we would try this the following night.Typical Chine Buffet for about £13 each. Lots to choose from and despite there was only my and my wife and one other couple there was plenty of food which was freshly prepared. When we saw something that was offered but not available they cooked it for us there and then. Well worth the money!

This hotel offers both à la carte and buffet dinners. The latter is a good choice with good value for money and a large range of dishes.

They had a big sign in a field advertising the buffet some miles out of Llandrindod Wells, and the hotel is hard to miss in the center of the town. Dinner buffet is almost double the price of the lunch buffet, but there is more variety. The soup and shrimps were quite good, and really good value overall.

The board outside states 'all you can eat buffet' and quotes £7.50 so we went in for lunch. What it actually means is a set lunch at £7.50 and the buffet is in the evening. However, the lunch was superb value and perfectly cooked. The waitress was friendly and efficient and the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was the fresh pineapple in the fruit salad dessert tasted of absolutely nothing.

One of the best Chinese restaurants I have been to... The takeaway food cannot be faulted either. Plus, I don't get the greasy, dirty feeling that I sometimes get after eating Chinese takeaway. We're going again tonight!

My friend and I went to the restaurant for dinner, inside one of the chicken kebab satay sticks was a small thick piece of PLASTIC! This is very unsafe for small children or pretty much anybody. Dessert was shop bought and not kept cold.

Despite advertising outside - we crossed over and had a lovely meal elsewhere. The staff seemed indifferent to our request.

We called here 2 weeks ago we were here just before xmas and again we had a really nice meal the staff were still very friendly and service was excellent .

This is a really great place to eat it is a buffet menu so you can eat as much as you like for a set price my partner and I called in for lunch ,the staff are very friendly and the place is so clean very spacious and lovely decor .The service was great and the food was delicious and loads of it with plenty of choice we didn't have to wait long before our food arrived and the staff were very attentive too this is a place not to miss they are open 7 days a week lunch time and evenings ,I made a visit to the toilets and they were spotless too we will definitely call here again .we were offered a choice of puddings but we were both too full from the starter and mains .

Travelling through Llandrindod Wells recently spotted this restaurant and decided to give it a go. Fairly basic decor inside but a friendly welcome from the staff. Although the place could have done with a better buffet arrangement there was an appetising selection of dishes which were being constantly refreshed. Enjoyed the meal although some dishes needed a little more seasoning and in some cases were in need of a sauce (spare ribs). However, the choice was pretty wide and there was something there to suit everyones need.I thought the price on a Friday night was perhaps a little bit too expensive but overall I shall not hesitate in dropping in again when I am passing.Seems popular with the locals - always a good sign.

We've eaten here a few times and find it a great venue for family birthday meals. The fixed price means no nasty surprises. Great for kids - even ones who are "picky eaters" as they can make their own choice of what to eat!The staff are friendly & efficient.There's a good selection of dishes on the buffet with staff regularly coming out of the kitchen to "top up" the buffet with freshly cooked food.Don't expect this to be a "top notch" restaurant - it doesn't pretend to be. It is what it is... a Chinese BUFFET and a pretty good one too.

We go quite regularly and always find the food really tasty and enjoy it even have take away to which is always good staff really nice and friendly good with children always makes you feel welcome also have been with friends for surprise birthday celebration which they bring out a cake which you provide and they play happy birthday which is lovely

we like Chinese food & try a lot of restaurants. this one is clean the staff are very friendly the food although a buffet is freshly cooked little & often. The food was superb. I like to try a little of all the dishes. there was not one bad one they were all delicious.

Eat as much as you like for one price we visited in the evening during Victorian week in August. Not a large selection of dishes compared to establishments we have visited in other parts of Europe but don't be fooled. It is not just about the quantity it is about quality and flavour and the dishes available at this chinese were lovely and most fulfilling with a small selection that covered everything. My husband loved the fish selections available whilst I really enjoyed the chicken based dishes. Puddings was enjoyable and drinks were priced reasonable to enjoy. Staff were friendly and most attentive. Decor is simple and most appropriate with a calm environment where you could hear the twitter of diners enjoying their evening.

Visited for lunch recently with friends. We received a warm welcome and were seated immediately. We ordered our food, which arrived in good time, and it was very nice indeed. I noted that the rice in particular was cooked perfectly - not that the rest of our food could be faulted.We did ask for additional items, though we were served initially with enough food to fill our plates more than twice each. There is also a selection of deserts available. I thoroughly enjoyed the meal, as did my friends, and I shall definitely return soon!

There were 5 of us for a lunchtime 'all you can eat' buffet. They do not actually have a buffet open, you order food and they bring it to you. You are definitely encouraged to just order one meal each and it not being a self service buffet, it felt awkward asking for more of something from the fairly limited menu. Not an a you can eat buffet at all then! On the plus side, food was quite nice, staff were pleasant, but I would not return.

Visited at lunch time last week. Had booked a table. We were shown to out table when we arrived and asked if we wanted drinks. Waited 10 mins before buffet food was brought out of the kitchen. Worth the wait. Variety of different dishes to choose from and were topped up regularly. Food was hot, eat as much as you like for £7.50. Resturant furnishings and decor very basic. Would recommend to eat there at lunch times or for a meal straight after work, but not for an evening out with family or friends or a celebration meal. Cheap and cheerful sums it up with a value for money selection of Chinese cuisine.

We went here today and it has changed. We sat down and basically because they aren't very busy they aren't doing a buffet. It now has a menu and you just order mains and share them. The appetisers come on plates for everyone to share and desserts are the same. They still are charging full price but you cannot have that amount of food. It is still good quality!!

It's the second time I have been to this restaurant and I will just say what I said before. For the money and choice of food you get this gets my vote each time.Llandrindod is a bit limited for choice but I like it.

We couldn't find too many alternatives for dinner in the town but this place seemed reasonably priced and relatively busy for an early mid-week evening. There was a good selection of different dishes on offer - and they were all regularly topped up/replaced which is always good to see in an open buffet. The salt and chilli prawns were particularly good. The service was quick and polite. It wasn't the best Chinese we've ever had but it was good food and good value.

I can only rate this place as average. Many empty dishes and some of the sauces appeared to have a thick skin on them.Could find enough things to eat but all very average, nothing to make you want to rush back.The last time we went my daughter was very sick that evening so we won't be back. Shame as we thought this would be great for Llandrindod.

Doubtful when we walked in as not a lot of choice but what there was kept you going back for more, the staff were charming and quickly rustled me up some hot and sour soup even though it wasn't on the menu that night.

After a long day driving we decided to eat here. Food was okay but not the best I had. Service was slow, half the buffet wasn't out much to a disappointment then came to paying. The price advertising outside on the banner was NOT clear 4.95 for LUNCH! and after been charged £14 per person for something we didn't eat £14 worth of food is terrible

The town seemed deserted on a Sunday evening when we were searching for a place to eat. There was very little choice but we did notice that this place was illuminated and actually had people in it! The price was reasonable for an eat all you like buffet and it was good to see that they cooked and set out only small quantities of food at any one time. There is nothing worse than knowing food has been sitting around for hours under the lights (except perhaps eating it). However, nothing was exceptional, it was all okay but with no highlights. Staff weren't the friendliest around but were efficient in what they did. would we return? Probably not.

Through a small shop front I found this large, eat as much as you like, Chinese buffet. Friendly staff, clean surroundings and obviously by the amount of people there, good food. Lots of choice which will get you returning to the food table for more.If I'm in the area again I will return.

We had another great meal here, great food, great staff, great selection and great atmosphere! See you again soon!

What you expect from an 'eat-all-you-like' Chinese Restaurant, slightly disappointing in the fact that everything we ate was OK, but there wasn't anything that stood out as special.

Good food but somewhat limited selection. Ambience matched a cold winter night in mid Wales. and rather expensive for a buffet

Not a massive place, good choice and food was tasty and fresh, staff very good! Could do with more of a desert selection that is only quibble if I have to give one!

As you may of read my previous review, it wasn't all that good. Well what can I say! This has improved rapidly! Great place to have a meal. Good selection of food, but not great, Hygiene Rating of 5, What more can you ask for! I think because It had just opened it wasn't up to best standards! We absolutely brilliant and as someone has already said, "Great for Llandod!"
