very nice but chips were not upto your normal high standard and not very warm.

food was amazing, can’t fault it. estimated delivery time was a joke but got here in reasonable time and the delivery man was the sweetest.

Ordered meat, chips and salad, very little meat, mostly chips which was disappointing , and the salad was mainly onion and very little lettuce. The chicken kebab was lovely with loads of salad, cucumber, tomato lettuce onion.

The food arrived really hot, everything well packaged and tastes so good. The delivery driver was the nicest man ever, if I had cash on me I would have tipped him!

Used to be my go to place but it's terrible now. Won't ever order again

I thought I ordered for 7-30 , was advised order will be delivered 7 to 7-15 so called shop. My order turned up at 7-30 as the delivery driver sat in the car park up the road for 30 minutes food not great

To st I'm fuming would be an understatement. 30 minutes late stone cold freezing and delivered by a man who simply couldn't care less, not actually sure we can eat what paid more 30 pounds for, never again will i but from you. You bunch of cowboys should be shut down. Not what we ordered nor edible and extremely late. Do not use this company let them go under and make space for some a company that cares. Goodbye forever.

Forgot 2 portions of chips. Rang store they apologised and said they would send them out straight away. Arrived in 10 minutes. Great food everyone makes mistakes but they put it right quickly.

Our order wasn’t followed - I ended up with salad on my kebab when I requested no salad. Which went I had to pick it off before I could eat it. The food arrived cold.

Delivered cold an hour and 45 mins after ordering

Virtually inedible,food was cold,chips and chicken was uneatable,the courier attempted to ring me,why!!!!!! Did he get lost,will seriously consider not using Halfway again,will also put a review on trip advisor on quality of meal

Asked for a topping to be swapped on a pizza that the restaurant did, we then paid extra to have pineapple added ti the same pizza which wasn’t!

Wasn’t right half pounder was a quarter pounder , a free burger next time don’t really work does it when it’s a very simple order

Delivery took almost two hours, 20 minutes over the stated time. Food was nice, and plentiful.

Food was late, half the order was missing, the other half was Luke warm. The delivery guy said he would return with the missing items, that was the last I see of him!! The app gave me the option to select the items that were missing from the order but said it couldn’t be dealt with online I would need to contact the restaurant, however the phone was unanswered on numerous attempts of me calling. A big waste of £50! I’ve used this takeaway and just eat for yearsbut the last two experiences have

Took over 2 hours before we got our food. When I called the first time they said it would be there in a couple of minutes. 20 minutes passed and I repeatedly kept calling but couldn’t get through. My partner then tried to call and got through, they said the delivery driver couldn’t find the house so returned the food (I had no missed calls from driver asking for help or anything), he apologised and said he will get it out asap and give us a complimentary bottle of drink to apologise. Food was eventually delivered (without the drink we were offered) and the driver said he was sorry it is late it’s because one of the drivers had an accident. Getting told different stories now. My kids waited up for ages for their chips and ended up going to bed without them as it took 2 and a half hours to be delivered. Such bad service

Food tasted horrible and was wrong

Normally we don't have any issues with this restaurant but today they had a bad day. Ordered two burgers, one with cheese one without, both turned up with cheese (I don't eat cheese). Ordered a pot of garlic sauce and received burger sauce. Chips were cold and soggy too. Hopefully back to normal quality next time.

this is the second Time now the food has not been Up to standards infact the meat and chips were so Gross they was thrown away. some chips were Black and they was chewy, clearly not fresh cooked and the meat was cold, expensive take away yet can’t even cook food fresh. Sort it out fgs

Can’t follow a simple instruction 2 consecutive orders - asked for sauces to be sent in separate pots and both times instruction was ignored. Mediocre kebab at best, avoid this place like the plague

Food arrived with the pizza we ordered missing to start with . When we got the rest of the food out the chips were cold the salad looked like it was on its way out. The chicken kebab was burnt and in a box with a piece of pitta bread that looked like the kids had been playing with it! Lastly the donner meat was hard looked like it wasn’t fresh . I was really disappointed as this was the treat of the week £40 and it was shocking start to finish I won’t be ordering from there again .

Food ended up cold,as delivery was almost 1/2hr late ,its a shame as there pizzas are great

Ordered around 7pm, delivered gone 9pm. Phone shop twice and phone was put down on me on both occasions. Would have been better if Shop had messaged me to say there was a delay. Might be an idea for delivery drivers to have money off vouchers they can give out. Sadly, I will use a different shop next time I order.

Always alright food, only fault is they dont give all the salad in a kebab like most kebab shops. Its usually just lettuce, onion, tomato and cucumber. No red cabbage etc.
