Large interior of cafe . Spacious with plenty of seating. Clean and bright. Staff very friendly and helpful 👍👍.. Extensive menu . I had double eggs, 2 bacon and chips with delicious coffee. Loved my first meal . Would definitely recommend this cafe, you might be surprised. I will definitely go there again . 👍. Well done Hainault Cafe

I have a great appreciation for the employees at this establishment. They consistently perform their duties exceptionally, and the food and atmosphere are also remarkable. Additionally, the restroom facilities are impeccably clean.

Lovely friendly people in cafe. Clean and large seating area. I think maybe 1 piece of bacon in a roll could be improved on for £2.50. I have never been to a cafe and had 1 piece of bacon in a roll - 2 or 3 slices yes. I think overall the portions could be improved size wise. Thank you

First time in ages since I dined here and enjoyed my chosen meal for Luncheon, no end. Great spot to stop off and grab a bite to eat whilst on the go or passing by.

One of our favourite little cafes. Wonderful friendly staff. Very clean with a wide ranging fresh menu. Back on a Saturday. A little quieter but still very nice. Good food, wonderful service. Very clean customer toilets. Really can't be faulted

I found this little gem by mistake and was so happy I did, firstly the service was amazing then the food was so nice and to top it all it was absolutely spotless . The staff make you so welcome as if you are family . I honestly have never been to a cafe as good as this . See you all soon lovely people

First visit today 23rd November 21, the cafe was spotless and staff polite and helpful. Covid protection in place - good. Food excellent and prices good. Will definitely visit again.

Small cafe with lots of seating and a wide variety of items on the menu, first time around, I settled for a bacon sandwich, so can't comment on the rest of the menu, but my sandwich was delicious and reasonably priced. Definitely worth another visit. 👍

Clean inside and great food and staff

Always good food from here and good service. I think I accidently gave bad review on uber eats, which was meant for costa as they got order wrong. Slight mistake today ordering a crab salad and ending up with potato. But I rang the cafe and they very nicely offered to replace it. But I said I have the salad with it so i will just take crab from potato. At least they offered to correct it which is more than some places do!

Always good. Less crowded during the week.

I normally go to the cafe early in the mornings, I have used the cafe for about 6 years, I just normally have breakfast, in all the time using the cafe I have never had a bad meal. The cafe is always clean, the tables are always free of plates, cups etc. The men's toilet is always clean and tidy. The staff are Very friendly and helpful, always welcoming. James.

Rude and keep changing to suit the ride girl that works there will never go in there again gone right down hill since the owner spends less time in there.the hole in the plastic makes the plastic sheet do nothing. And the rude girl that works never stands behind it I will never go back In there to she learns some manners better still gets sacked

Always professional friendly great staff. Nikola was great. Food is always good here really missed during lockdown so very happy back and serving tasty food as usual. Nice atmosphere will be back again.😊

Staff are friendly, food tastes good. Can get very busy and is slightly over priced but then it is the only cafe that I am aware of in the area so no competition for them

Lovely family owned café. Very large choice on the menu & reasonably priced. Everyone of the staff are very friendly. Can be extremely busy between 12 & 2pm so you may not always get a table. Overall a nice place for coffee, breakfast, lunch etc. The only downside is they're not open on Sunday's.

We had breakfast this morning ...staff speaking in own language ,made mistake about the order and when I questioned the lady behind the counter (manager)she was very rude ,seem that she has no experience in dealing with customer concerns..

Food was good but quite pricey for a coffee

Just had a decent fried breakfast here. The only thing that lets it down are the sausages which are tasteless. It's so frustrating knowing right next door in the butchers they have the tastiest sausages! Also if they had a quality coffee machine including decaf I would definitely visit more often.

When food arrived the Jacket Patato had no butter in and yet it was burnt, the waiter took no notice of what was said.

This cafe has been revamped but unfortunately not for the better food quality isn’t the same and prices have shot up such a shame as the owner is a lovely guy but bigger isn’t always better take note ladies 😂😂

We ordered our coffees 1 black 1 white we waited -10 minutes for them then they brought us 2 white we took one back they tried to make out we didn't order a black one argued with us but replaced it. They had a dustpan and brush on top of the salad bins with the handle in the salad and everyone was really miserable in there won't be going there again

Nice restaurant with good choice of food on the menu. Coffee was very nice. The only negative side was they don’t take cards for orders less then £6.

Good cafe, good service, priced a little high in my opinion but it's the only cafe around this area has a outside area with a couple of tables slightly covered has TV playing with sub-titles on wall ok place to eat

Fresh cooked filling food at reasonable prices. Kids meals available with a drink. This place has had a recent refit, much improved finish and feel to the place.

Great place to eat large selection and when you are on the go.caah or card with a small charge.

Very large cafe. Prices were on the high side for the quality of the food. Does have disabled access with automatic doors.
