First time in Northern Ireland bouncer’s didn’t let me in , first they ask me do you have table book I said no , but I wasn’t going to eat any way also they weren’t talking nice towards me I felt racist , never again, good luck guys .

Great place to spend a night out with the friends. The staff are top quality and honestly treat their customers with great respect. The food is great if you wish to eat and the drinks are just as great. Honestly recommend for a night out or even a day out for drinks.

Shared my 50th birthday party in hagans bar in the velvet lounge on 4th June 2022 with family and friends, staff were so welcoming, accomadating and friendly, music and food was excellent 😀 thankyou all so much ❤️

Fantastic atmosphere and staff , will call again

Was at the new beer garden Havana tonight with my husband who is a wheelchair user. Gerry sorted us out with wheelchair access into the garden. Disabled toilet facilities were made available and access back out again all sorted with no fuss! Anyone in a wheelchair will appreciate the apprehension going out and all the logistics involved. We had a great night out thanks to the great team and excellent facilities for people using wheelchairs. Unfortunately this is not always the case so well done to Hagans and thanks for a relaxing night out

This place is a good sports bar with plenty of TVs all over the place. At Night-Time it converts into a DJ-Club upstairs and downstairs there's approximately 4 separate bars here and it also extends into next door, which unfortunately is closed at the moment so 'no pictures' could be taken, however very busy on a Friday night and Saturday night would recommend. I'm only here in town for couple of days, but ideal for what I need. The service here is very friendly but unfortunately they do not accept any card payments however there is a cash point hear which you can gladly get cash out! I like the decor and the lighting here very homely and very comfortable. As it stands I've only been here for a few drinks I've not require to order any food so unable to comment.

I dont remember much of my night out but what i can remember is the fabulous staff. Super friendly and chatty! Which is always nice when your trying somewhere new.

6 of us Stood at the bar for 15/20 minutes, no1 came to take our drinks oder , just kept saying we'l b with use in a minute ,so we just left

I have went to Hagans a few times and every time we were told by bouncers that we can't get in unless we have booked a table. But then eventually we were normally let in. However last Saturday, me and 5 of my friends weren't let in because we hadn't booked a table. After I told them that I phoned twice looking a table( was told by 2 different bar staff that there is no need to book a table to get in) and I couldn't get one, we were told by the manager that we should phone on Monday to book a table (WHAT?!) and that table bookings should be made through Facebook ( but on their page it says that table bookings should be done my email or phone) This was ridiculous but what was worse was that while we were waiting for our taxi we witnessed the bouncers letting a few people in who also didn't have a table booked. I thought this was disgusting and very unprofessional. I will never be back to this place.

Friendly. Happy staff.. always clean & fully stocked. Plenty of choices in beers &,wines .. comfortable seating .you always leave with a smile or a giggle. That's because of the staff !!!

Services was rather slow with the barman, he certainly wasn't that busy.

Sat and waited for over 45 minutes for 2 pulled pork baps, when the food came out the pork was freezing and the chips was as hard as the road, complained and all that was taken of the price was £1.00. We'll done Hagan you've really out done yourselves this time. Won't be back near the place.
