Food took over an hour to get to me once left the restaurant it was totally cold phoned restaurant phone was put down on me I spend with them every week never would I recommend them again

Ordered 3 burger meals. Went to pick them up. Burgers were as expected. The fries however .....they had put in old cooked fries. Now as a person who works in the food business, this was clearly because the owner was not on site and the Manager did not want to have to explain to the owner why he had so much wastage. the fries i was given should have been binned and freshly cooked ones supplied. As you can clearly see from the attached pipctures

Just ordered my Habenero’s burger tonight from uber eats and they forgot my sauce didn’t get my note. Also made the most tasteless horrible burger I’ve eaten. All for £32 NEVER ORDERING THERE AGAIN!

Its the third time I ordered food from them never get wgat I ordered always something is missing chicken or one burger always itss the worst local reztaurant waste of money and time

Im a regular customer since 2015, i try almost all london burgers shop and i can tell who this is the best london burger ever, and the customer service is amazing, fabrizio and the owner are always there to listen everythings u have to say, im about to leave the uk and this is the only restourant who i really gonna miss.

The shakes are out of this world, had the Ferrero Rocher and Biscoff. Can’t wait to go back and try them again!

I came across Habaneros via Instagram, putting a trip to their place at the back of my mind for quite a while now, so when I happened to be in the area (Tooting Bec) I was curious to see if the taste matched the visuals online. My verdict? I was not expecting it to be that good, it was a truly tasty burger. But the fries? Baffling amazing, I don't understand how fries can be that good! Overall give it a few years, I can definitely see Habaneros expanding their chain of restaurants 10/10, defo coming back, defo would recommend. Also tip for next time: bring a friend. That way you can play Street Fighter together on the little Classic Nintendo set up they have. 👍

Very good and tasty burgers for fair prices. I’d definitely recommend this place and it’s halal too. We paid 20£ for two meals plus additional charge for a drink that’s not included in the price for meals. We ordered el classico with extra cheese and the somkey burger with additional toppings (cheese & jalapeños).

Been here a handful of times and the food is always super yummy and the service good. Far more superior than other burger joints in the area.

This has off days when the food is barely average to other days when its reasonable good. I've had just the burgers and one day got one that was cold, dry and inedible. It clearly was not fresh so suspect that they just used an old one and sent it out. But another time time, the burger was freshly cooked and good.

Terrible experience at this restaurant. They rather focus on preparing deliveroos or just eat orders before the customer who is present in the store. I spent quite abit of money to wait 45 minutes. Not quite fair is it. Food was absolutely cold by the time it was at my table.

I’ve been a regular customer since they’ve opened and honestly the standards have always been consistent throughout. By far the best burger joint imo - chicken flavour is phenomenal and the staff (especially the manager) are all extremely nice.

Great burgers. Not greasy. So busy but handled brilliantly by the staff even when about 20 exchange students showed up! But the manager still took the time to go through ingredients for my son s super complicated exclusion diet. And he remained calm even when some customers were being unreasonable a-holes!

Got a quick burger chips and milkshake was overall a decent experience a bit overcrowded and restaurant is small but the food does compensate the Oreo milkshake was really nice 👍🏻

Excellent burgers, good customer service, good pace. Difficult to get a table but well worth it👍 went with two little kids who enjoyed the food. It would have been nicer if there was more choices for children. Prices are okay.

Sus hamburguesas son de carne muy bien patty, que es tanto jugosos y suculentos, el bollo y vestidor que forman parte de la hamburguesa también son muy buenos. Patatas fritas bastante decente, pero una pequeña cantidad. El inconveniente es que algunas de las hamburguesas falta imaginación. Y la falta de capacidad mucho significa que no es un lugar para disfrutar con un grupo de amigos.

Tenía un par de hamburguesas hace unos meses una vez cocidas y la otra vez estaba bien así que pedimos de nuevo en junio y aparentemente era Ramadán, así que no podía enfrentar se llena. Esperé 70 minutos para 2 hamburguesas! Son tan buenos en disculparse pero con ningún esfuerzo para intentar abordar los problemas del cliente y las quejas. Llegué a casa y la carne roja cruda fue sangrienta. Les dio una llamada y me dijeron lo siento de nuevo y me pidió que venga a recoger otra! Así disculpas pero sólo en apariencia, ya que era muy grosero en no clasificar el problema! Después de boicotear durante 5 meses decidí ir de nuevo hoy 04 / 12 / 2017. Después de revisar mi recibo me cobraron 6 libras, conseguí esta cuestión a volver a casa, a la orden que falta 10 tiras de pollo. Les dio una llamada como me fui antes a recoger el pedido y a mi shock el hombre dijo "tiras" olvidó su. No eran aún de pic en primer lugar así que admitió que su error, lo siento que parece que están todavía bien. Pedí hablar con el gerente, quien resultó ser grosero como mínimo y estancia respetuoso en aquí. Dijo todos los errores o las cosas vienen recogerá o lo que falta. No entiende de servicios de negocios o clientes y no centrada en el cliente. Nunca me volvería a ir tampoco me molestes vas a llevar mi dinero ya que este lugar es una absoluta vergüenza a la zona y se asegurará de que digo a todos mis amigos y socios de negocios. Por favor EVITAR A MENOS QUE QUIERAS ESTAR DECEPCIONADO! !

Decent place, the hamburger needs to be reviewed, very dry and bitty - wouldn’t order again. Other than that I enjoyed the rest of my meal.

Fast food very friendly, with great staff. Great fresh meat food with very good ingredients and well-groomed appetizers.

Ah! If you haven't tried Habaneros burgers, you must!!! So juicy and tasty, freshly prepared and great value for money! And their premium milkshakes are amazing! Especially the coconut-Nutella is to die for!!

Hamburguesas estaban muy secos y jugosos, no tenían o fresca. Los chips de queso estaban bien y la alas de pollo eran decentes. Que no volvería.

Mi vida antes de saber habaneros estaba vacío. Gran hamburguesas y pollo aún mejor. La enorme variedad de elección y 'Jarritos batido". Todo el mundo necesita un habaneros cerca de la casa. Menos Mc Donalds, más Habaneros!

For me it's one of the best burger places in London the only downside side is the size and it's not really family friendly. But the burgers are great the fries are average and the milk shakes are superb enough said

Your burgers are really good but your service....horrible experience. I ordered my burger on deliveroo, £15. I've been waiting for my burger 1,5 hour then I call you and when I ask what's going on a man answer that it's mine order so I need call deliveroo. Shame. Deliveroo is working for you I'm a customer so you are responsible for that and it's a part of your duties. I called deliveroo and what happend, my food get someone else, not your fault understand but if you decided to work with deliveroo you supposed to make sure they doing a good job. Didn't even get apologies. Suggestion to managers check who pick a phone around 21:50 3rd July and if was a manager....thats saaaad.

For a gourmet burger place, and the prices, I would expect the burgers to be of a better quality than what I had. They tasted processed, not of the standard you'd expect from the ever growing amount of burger places opening around London. It was made well however, and the milkshakes look really good. It's just a shame that the patties are not very nice. There is seating but very limited, and if you're expecting a relaxing sit down meal, then this isn't the place for you. It's more of a take away joint.

We went there to break our fast the tooting branch! the gentlemen who served us was great. He even gave us free bottle of water just so we can break our fast! (not your usual tap water)The wings are to die for literally - the Memphis bbq wings hit the spot. The burger was great too - but it was missing something - maybe more cheese other than that the food was amazing! I would highly recommend this ! plus the price is reasonable too- not too expensive.They need more seating places that's the only flaw.

Been going here from opening days. I can say I have been more then 50'times since opening. Great food, sometimes they mess your order up and forget things for takeaway. Other then that always been happy with the food. Always get a decent size 0z don't go to big. Wings are good here and the milkshakes are slightly overpriced.

Have been here twice, got a classic Habanero burger first time (juicy, well made) and a Samurai burger the second (spicy, slightly dry but not bad). Service is very quick and friendly, ideal place to drop by for lunch or have a quick meal with friends. Not a massive restaurant but still a nice place to sit.

What a place the best beef burgers ever. A small cosy place with extraordinary taste for burgers. This was recommended by my sister. OMG what a taste. Perfection written all over it. The staffs were great and gave me full customer service. Will recommend it to all burgers lover to visit this place. Cannot wait to go back there.

Really good burgers. They cook them fresh when you order so there's a bit of a wait, but well worth it. Gluten free buns and sweet potato fries are available, but there's little for vegitarians.

I have been here since it's opening, great food 10/10. I can say I have visited habaneros more then 30-40 times since it's opening, some orders they have missed out meals. It's a hassle to go back and fourth but they sometimes make up for the inconvenience. Very good and outstanding service other than that. Food is always good and never has been tasteless. It's a must visit, not big enough for a sit in unless in small groups.

Service was good but burger was disappointing. If you buy the smaller size it passes as a half decent burger and is moist and edible but any bigger and the burger is dry. The burger was over cooked and didn't melt but crumbled when you ate it

Ordered through Deliveroo this evening and had a fantastic burger & sweet potato fries, succulent and tasty burger with a great bun and a great side of chicken strips.My Fiancé had an amazing milkshake with her burger, very highly recommend this place.

Visiting these guys at Habaneros several times already, all the time receive consistent and great service. Food is always on top, burgers and shakes are the best I've tried so far around the West of London. Every corner of the place is clean and tidy, smily staff and quick service. Keep it up guys! We've had a couple of takeaways from Habaneros, and they could have been great, but weren't.1. It takes too long for them to make the orders - this is slow for fast food.2. The buns are great looking but tasteless.3. The meat in the burgers is bland, overcooked, grey and tasteless.4. The sale and dressings were uninteresting.5. Cheese was cheap plastic rubbish with no flavour.6. Chips were pretty good.And for this - it is expensive compared to other local places.Better off going up the road to the Leziz Charcoal Grill, or Big Bite.

...it had any atmosphere..a little music goes a long way. ...it had the food offered on the menu....the orders were delivered correctly.After ordering, paying & waiting 10min for the order we were informed that it's not available - slowly pulled beef wasn't available. Had to order something else, something that was available..Ordered a burger and received a wrap..Milkshakes were very watery (not thick enough) and very very sweet .Chips had no salt and no salt was available.No peri-Peru sauce...What we received was tasty. But the whole experience could have been so much better..Staff were very pleasant.

The staff are really friendly and the food is so tasty. My son says its the best garlic sauce he's had.

Without a doubt the best burgers in this part of london. Or as far as we've tried anyway. Nice to eat there or call and get a take away, also available on deliveroo. Milk shake isn't bad. But not worth having unless you're also getting a burger. Chicken burger also not worth it. Basically if you're craving a fantastic beef burger come here and enjoy it with a milk shake. If you're craving a chicken burger I recommend going else where. If you just want a milk shake, again go else where.

We were visiting from Texas USA and stopped in Habaneros for a quick lunch. We had both the classic burger and the blue cheese burger and both were fantastic! Very much an American style burger in London. Done very well and the service was excellent. Thank you for the hospitality!

We stopped on our way home late evening, big local crowd. Food was excellent and the service was wonderful. The salted Carmel milkshake is a must try and their hot sauces were delicious. We will absolutely be back!

I come here quite often. The burgers are always good, the service is quite fast even when busy and the milkshakes are almost always excellent. The prices on the menu are also very good compared to other burger places! The only downside is the seating if you want to sit in as theres often not enough space but you can never go wrong with a meal from Habaneros!

Great value burgers. Very Tasty chicken in Pitta bread. I really enjoyed my meal. Would love to see corn on the cob on the menu.

I saw this advertised on facebook so i went here for a takeaway. These people were so busy and i thought that i would have to wait ages but it wasn't that bad. In the end when i got home i realized that they had forgotten to give my drinks and that i was stupid enough not to check too. Anyway i guess the food was alright and it's not as hyped up as everyone makes it out to be. I would return though and hopefully this time remember to get my drinks from them.

I really enjoyed my burger meal at Habaneros. I would so go again. Had a nice brief chat with the owner too who said he would make my burger hotter next time. I like mine HOT!! Value for money too.

Had the samurai and belive the hype the burgers are amazing, my friends had a variing range of burgers and they were all happy, well recommend the milkshakes and the sweet potato fries.

I have now sampled these burgers at least three times - they are so, so good! They offer different burger styles and sizes the patties - which are fantastic value for money. The burgers are perfectly cooked!Sweet potatoe fries are definitely worth it, as is their milkshakes!!The restaurant is small, so it can get very busy, but the service is fast even though all the burgers are freshly made-to-order! Hopefully, the restaurant can expand because there is certainly the demand!!

Went here for a quick lunch, burger are made as per your order so they are freshly made, it take 15min to get ready your order but once it arrived you know it's fresh, we had BIG MEMPHIS BBQ with some sweet potato chips & they have some deal to upgrade for your PREMIUM SHAKES drink which was amazing overall good experience will be back soon thank you.

A relatively new place that has opened in WillesdenBoth myself and my girlfriend had an amazing meal at this place. The burgers come from average to HUGE. The price of cause goes up the larger the burger.They were cooked perfectly and the sweet potato fries are excellent

Had a great burger and chips, sweet potato chips were lovely and they had gluten free buns too which were the best we have tasted! The kinder bueno milk shake was amazing, we will be back for sure.

I'm not the biggest fan of red meat but these burgers we're absolutely delicious and well cooked. The menu has plenty to choose from, I tried the lime soda that was great. Will definitely go back again.

I work in the zone and my favorite place to eat my lunch is that one! You've to wait about 15 minutes but is the best burger in Willesden!! Great patty (and you can choose the size and how many!!) and also great buns and sides! Love it

When I discovered this place I use to go at least once every two weeks! I order either the El Classico or the Habanero with sweet potato fries, and it never fails to satisfy my hunger! A meal for only £7.29 (5oz) you can't go wrong and you get a nice big portion of fries! The inside of this place is really nice, small, but the layout makes the inside look big. Staff are very friendly, quick even when busy, I've never had to wait any longer than how long they say my order will take (12 mins - 15 mins max). I'm glad I live 5 mins away! :D My number one go to place for a burger if I ever crave for one!

I live in Willesden Green and have to walk past "Hananeros" twice a day on my way to work.I had already talked to my girlfriend about the recent new-opening place and today, after a busy working breakfast shift and due to there was nothing prepared for lunch, we decided to drop in and enjoy a well-deserved meal.The premises is small but cosy, there are 4-5 tables for two people each one and a bar with 4-5 more places to have a sit on the top of a stool.After having a look at the menu, my girlfriend chose "El classico (60oz)" and I went for the "Big Memphis BBQ (80oz)". I don't know hers but my burguer was really delicious. The bun crispy, the beef was just right, juicy, in harmony with the rest of the ingredients (the BBQ sauce was extremely tasty, omg :-P). The burguer is served with chips and a regular drink, of course.And how could we have finished our feast without asking for a dessert?My girlfriend looked at the menu, looked up and without a doubt I knew which one would be THE shake to share. "Ferrero Rocher"!! Marvelous. The chocolate shake just lasted the half of our way home. Haha.Before leaving the place, I went to throw the rest of our food away, as usual, and I got a pleasant surprise as, in the absence of toilet, by the bin there was a washbasin with a soap dispenser. Point in their favour.To sum up, I would really reccomend this place to have a casual meal. It's really worth it.

I go to london about twice a year and on my must eat list is this habanero. Simply the best grilled chicken and fish meals I've found in London! Great service and fresh food and a affordable price. It's a short walk from the Willesden Green tube station. Great place to take a date for a excellent meal. They also do takeaway if your in a rush to get home.
