Greggs in Liverpool

I visited this store as I had dropped my partner and her mum to the hospital I ordered several things and a must is sausage rolls they had none ready and I had to wait 5 mins until they were cooked the young man who served me was very polite informative and apologetic that I had to wait as I explained to him you can't rush good food and I would prefer it was cooked properly he agreed but again said sorry and even offered me a complimentary drink why I waited this service is rare nowadays and its a shame as this service made me feel valued as a customer I would definatly return for the brilliant customer focus the young man gave

Helped elderly man into shop on tues he had fallen outside our shop in ice and snow lovely team made him welcome and gave him free donought and sandwich and I thought that was lovely.

I was in this place with my family, my 1 year old baby, sleeping on my arm. the tables were busy with some gentlemen talking, so I excused myself and got a chair to sit on, as the baby was sleeping on my arm. An attendant removed the chair, so I stood, drinking my coffee, a moment of rest. no one got up, no one helped, the space is small, and there is no place for mothers with babies, as the gentlemen stay there talking for hours and hours. And nobody does anything at all! That's education, days after Christmas.

Terrible customer service asked for hot chocolate received lukewarm milk with a hint of chocolate. This was 13/10/21. Should of known it would be awful as I got a tut from the women when I ordered. Would rate zero but won’t let me.

Yet another incorrect delivery from this store (third one) Staff have appalling customer care skills and can't even be bothered pretending to care. Have called Head Office three times in relation to this store however things fail to improve. There is an area manager responsible for this store, I wonder what s/he actually does when monitoring how branches they are responsible for perform? Really incompetent staff - incapable of getting the simplest order right. When you phone to tell them their order is wrong (again) they offer no apology or explanation and merely suggest that you contact Just Eat even when quite clearly the mistake is theirs. How hard can their job be? Giving it one star because there is no zero star review, Rude staff who have zero customer care skills - order wrong, sauce all over it so inedible - no apology just dismissing their error

I usually order the Vegan sausage rolls or the cheese and onion pasties and they are both top notch. Apart from the beggars sitting out by the door asking for change it's a nice place to visit.

What can you say about a cheap bakery Nil in for a pasty or cake staff friendly Hot drinks It is what is a cheap bakery !

La tienda se encuentra justo en el medio de Old Swan, por lo que es un lugar ideal para el comercio. Aunque pequeño, tiene una bonita decoración, asientos y fotos fabulosas. Pedimos dos porciones de carne y dos tés para comer. Las porciones de carne eran muy decepcionantes, no mucho bistec y no sabroso. Bebimos nuestro té y vimos pasar el mundo. Estaba muy ocupado, pero el servicio es muy rápido y amable.

This is a Greg's that stands out amongst its peers. I've eaten pasties from many a fine eatery, sayers to the pound bakery, and none come close to these majestic pastry delights.

Good luck trying to get served as the staff are too busy chatting to each other. Twice in one week. Won't be going back.
