The food was good, I had it as take out, the staff freshly cooked the fish upon my arrival (which made me happy, I prefer freshly cooked meals) but I wish I had it there, because of the ride home the fish still tasted good but not as fresh as it would have been if I ate it there

I have been to this establishment a couple of times now but funnily enough I have not yet tried the fish, but from what I have seen it looks fantastic. The chips are perfectly done, crispy on the outside and moist and fluffy on the inside. The burgers are great too. The portions are generous and the service is oustanding. I will be back for the fish soon.

Im a local to this place n this is where i get my f+c fix at the end of the week. The fish is less oil but sheer tender crisp. n chips are fat n chunky but are so tasty and crispy. Eating from hear is sooo tasty n great. Best fish n chips in greenford trust me. If u aint tried ur missing out. Take a chance!!! 5*

First time I visited this place. Haven't had fish and chips this good for ages. You could tell it was a popular place as it was packed. Went for a large size cod and chips and to be honest I couldn't finish it - it was enough for two people - so generous. The fish and chips were freshly fried - the chips were crispy and the fish was nice and thick. The batter was also nice and crispy. The service was excellent - very friendly. Highly recommended!

When I tell you this is the best F&C in West London, believe me! Not greasy or oily. You don't just get a mouth full of hard oily chips. The chips are cooked to perfection The fish is fresh and tasty. I cannot fault it Top that with really friendly, staff, generous portions of food, and the fact that they put it in a box so it doesn't stick to any paper....? A customer's delight!

The best in town , most of all very quick service.

Received absolutely horrible service tonight by the man at the counter. He shouted at me and as a result serviced my food in a disgraceful way for a paying customer. He didn’t add any salt or vinegar, didn’t put a lemon in my box and poured my sauce on my meal only in one place. So now my fish is drenched in sauce and theres barely any on my chips. Horrible meal and usual enjoy coming here when the ladies are serving so it’s very disappointing. May I add all of this came after me pointing out i was paying more for a kids meal than a small meal (which has all the same contents inside) so id rather the small meal without a drink.

Ordered food from here very disappointed and dissatisfied. I was really fancying a fresh portion of chips and boy did i get let down. It was disgusting. Old dirty oil burnt chips which look like they had been refried several times. I will never buy from here again. I called them up and was told i will get a call back from manager and that never happened. Very sad as i have been buying from here for many years. Never again!!!! I paid for food to go straight in the bin. 😔

Had a fabulous fish and chips take out here today. The best in Greenford, in fact the best for miles and miles around. Huge portions, cooked perfectedly. Boxed and wrapped well, so still piping hot when I got back to my destination. Owner very pleasant chap. Will definitely be back for more. Thank you.

So glad to have my favourite place back after a months break to Turkey for the owners. Tasty fish, well seasoned and chips chunky enough and fluffy inside. Some waiting time unfortunately especially after 7pm but worth the wait.

The cod fish and calamari rings were nice but the chips unfortunately not. They add salad which I found rather odd but nonetheless fresh and tasty.

Spotlessly clean, excellent and friendly service and the best fish and chips I have tasted in about 25 years since my Mum made them. The food is always fresh, fresh, fresh ... even the side salad! Truly excellent in every way!

I was just passing on a Sunday, And the battered fish and other, are perfectly crispy light golden and fresh. I don't think in all my years I have bought a fish and chip shop item this good in all my years. Well done to whoever is preparing this food, and dont stop preparing the batter to this standard!

The best Fish & Chips in town. The chips are perfectly golden and crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. What more could you want from a chip?! This place is chip shop heaven and they’re very clean. They make all their food fresh, so you’ll never get something that’s been sitting around for some time like in other places. Rest assured, this is a quality chippy!

Loved this for the crispy outer n fluffy inner chips. Fresh fish cakes cooked for us. I was so wanting more. Not a big chips person but had half the portion which is not me at all.

We had fish cakes freshly cooked during weekdays very tasty we asked for crispy chips and as we were they only people he did. We went back second time...but a busy night. Fish was dry in part chips ok not crisp as asked. Halal sausage was better first time. We will in future go during the week n avoid weekends.

Pleasant and helpful staff Rock was cooked to perfection and chips were slightly crispy just like we like it. Clean and tidy decor. Fish was boxed and put a carrier bag with the chips so easy to carry. Will be back again as very impressed

I purchased large chips and they were awfully over cooked. I've given them 2 stars because the portion was generous and the premises looked very clean. I see that this fish and chip shop has very good reviews and a wide selection of choices so perhaps chips aren't the best takeaway option here. Its always so disappointing when you visit a fish and chip shop and the chips arent cooked to perfection. 😏

Amazing service amazing food the food here is so organic , gone are the days of frozen chips , the chips are freshly sliced and fried while you wait , the burger is so big and juicy it will leave your taste buds gasping for more of it and the chicken burger was so nice my kids finished it all . Been a long time 9ne has had good fast food and this is amazing fast food with world class service . I'd recommend 10 outta 10 to anyone .

Waited 45 mins for a savaloy and chips. 3 people working in the shop but the main person basically doesn't let the other 2 do anything apart from wrap and take orders and hardly anything in the counters and the main person was very rude

Yes, another visit with the same auntie! Once again, wonderful fish and chips. I had huss 'rock salmon' and my aged auntie a large cod,which she polished off cheerfully. It is not just the food, however. The care with which the staff take care of every client is impressive.Toilets well-appointed and scrupulously clean.I wish all fish and chip shops were like this one...
