A great pub that serves good home cooked food and very reasonably priced beer/lager etc, compared to some pubs in the area. Always showing sporting events, football etc. Nice friendly staff and a good friendly crowd of regular customers. Lots of trades people.

No point going there during Covid unless you have a card from the pub with all your details on and you can only get them from the owner who is not there at weekends

Great place to watch football/Rugby/cricket

Nice food, was a bit rowdy, but there footie on in the other bar, enjoyed the experience.

Hired out conservatory for birthday party. You get a dj the hall own toilets, garden and private bar and parking great price and staff are lovely x

It may look a little rundown from outside, but it is a really decent pub. Staff and regulars are all really friendly, drinks are cheap and they put on a decent spread when the sport is on. Worth a visit.
