Green Inn - Ballater in Aberdeenshire

Used to be a great place to eat but it closed no longer after covid struck used to go there reagulary miss it a lot

Just to let you know I'm a chef but the food is very good 👍

Quite slow to receive food because the order wasn’t put in. Unfortunately it was not worth the wait. Butter chicken was bland and the sauce was completely liquid. One of the worst restaurant meals had in a long time. Worst meal by far in Ballater.

Ordered takeaway last Sunday for me and the wife and got food poisoning from the food. The chicken korma curry was like water and not creamy at all and the onion bajis were stale. The hygiene in that place must be very bad.

Lovely plump white crunchy battered fish.. And chips are great too.
