A authentic Greek treat. Food was superb and the staff wonderful. Will certainly return when in St Anne’s next. Would recommend a visit.

We always try to eat here when staying locally. The food and service is fabulous. Unfortunately they were very quiet and did not have everything on the menu. But our choices were superb. Dolmades and grilled halloumi, hubby had steak it was cooked to perfection and I had the moussaka, it was delicious. Too full for puds though.

Excellent food and excellent service. Will definitely be back again. Had a wide range of vegetarian and fish dishes and everything was brilliant.

Me and my wife went to eat here yesterday and we enjoyed it very much. We will return the food was very tasty and not to expensive. The only thing I can say we went at 5 that when it opened it was a bit cold inside. The service was very good. The lady that was on service was very nice .

Absolutely lovely service and the food was EXCEPTIONAL! Had the Kleftico and the Gyros and they were perfection! Staff were so friendly and welcoming and were so nice with our young baby too! We can’t wait to go back soon!

Lamb kleftiko is my absolute favourite meal in Greece, I was in two minds whether to order it incase I was disappointed but it was absolutely wonderful and really didn’t disappoint. Everyone in our party thoroughly enjoyed their meal, I would definitely recommend.

We went here one night in December. Food was spot on, very large portions of tasty food. Nothing poncy here, just delicious food. My Lamb Kleftiko was the biggest I've ever had, I think it was £24. The wife was equally impressed with her Moussaka. Wine was nice enough and reasonably priced. We would go here again if in the area.

We ate early so it was quiet with a relaxed Greek ambiance. Prompt friendly service led on to large plates of tasty food with a decent house red. No nasty shocks in the bil and we will be back to sample more of the menus!

Was looking for somewhere for a family meal and this looked ideal. Booked online for 2 (via an external site which we couldn’t change the number of people) but needed a table for 2 and a child. Arrived as they opened and there were fully accommodating for our additional little one. From the welcome to the continue service the experience was excellent. The staff’s interaction with our 15 month old was heart warming (with the chef even waving at us through the service hatch). The Sea bass was a great portion and the chef was kind enough to separate one fillet out without the dressing so our little one could have it (the dressing on the other half was delicious). We took away some baklava which was fantastic. A great experience and if we are this way again wouldn’t hesitate in going back.

Booked via email, but when we arrived, there was nothing to say we had. We had a confirmation email. They said they were fully booked but accommodated us. The same happened to the couple sitting next to us. Food was tasty, good portions and price. Would return if in the area. Some low background music would have been nice. Also , did not ask us if we wanted more drinks after the 1st ones .

Have been here a few times for the authentic Greek experience and it didn't disappoint this time. I had a garlic lamb special which was very tasty and filling my friend had the sea bass this looked amazing and will be my choice on the next visit.

Unremarkable food but nice place

After being unable to find a booking online we called up (there seems to be a glitch with online booking)! The food was incredible, the portion sizes were huge and so full of flavour. Our waiter was attentive and polite, the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. The best meal we have had in a long time, we will definitely be back and also recommending to others!

Good food and sizeable portions. Good value. Worth a visit

Visited as a party of 8 on a Friday evening at the end of July. Everything was fine but I felt it lacked atmosphere and that “je ne sais quoi” to rate it higher than 3 stars which I consider to be average. I had the swordfish which was a bit tough in places but was served with salad that had a good dressing (I can’t comment on the roast potatoes as I asked not to have them), the house red was good, the coffee was good (I had decaf Americano), but the Greek yogurt dessert was disappointing as I’d expected a really good, thick, creamy Greek yogurt which it was not. The ladies room has one loo, but with mirrors in a communal area which I don’t like as I prefer to straighten my appearance in private. The restaurant was too warm so we had to keep opening the door for a bit of air, but there was no half-measure (the door was shut and we were stifled, or it was open and blowing a gale) which a simple door wedge or opening a small window would have rectified. They take cash or card which is great. Service was pleasant, accurate, and efficient. I wouldn’t rush back and not because they did anything wrong per sé, just that it didn’t really wow me.

Late booking saw us at a table in the lower area with a view of the toilet entrance, but we asked to move and soon were seated comfortably. Only the one guy front of house and he was great, efficient but you did not feel rushed. I asked for a smaller portion (at full price) as I don't eat huge meals, but it was not possible. The food was great and I even asked to take my leftovers home..... unheard of. Good experience, good food, we shall go back

A great evening with a very attentive front of house team, along with the chefs - nothing was too much trouble.

Wow this Greek was amazing better that I have had in Crete last year! The Kieftico was the best I have had in a long while, the lamb was succulent and just fell off the bone, the vegetable gravy was also top-notch. Definitely coming back again because I liked the look of the chicken kebab that’s next on my list. Keep up the good work!

I really like this place. The food really is like a little piece of Greece in St Annes. I didn't give 5 stars as I've been in twice on separate occasions and feel you get a little ignored if they seat you towards the rear of the restaurant.

Restraunt designed to give the full Greek vibe, especially the outside seating area. Food was tasty and authentic, and service very good. Only gripe was the Mythos bottles and glasses were warm? I'm guessing the recent hot spell rendered the usually cold storage areas not-so-cold? Otherwise a treat for Greek food fans.

Well what can I say..one waiter to serve a lot of people.he was taking orders serving food..answering the phone..seating customers...had to ask for drinks..wine..sweet menu.this was affecting customer service.chef you're food is nice but should be served on hot plates..our food was luke warm....also you should not swear in earshot of customers about how busy for a Tuesday you are!!!..the restaurant needs at least one more staff on the floor..shame but we will not be coming back..

THis is such a lovely restaurant. The staff are friendly and the service excellent, This was our second visit and we were not disappointed, we will return.

If you love your Greek holidays and you happen to be in St Anne's then this place ticks all the boxes. Mythos or Fix beer/ Metaxa brandy / Authentic Greek dishes (and appetisers) / selection of Greek wines / even Greek music in the background, nice atmosphere. Visited here for evening dinner. The dining space is distinctly underwhelming, bordering on a bit grotty. No ambience, warmth or atmosphere. Limited menu and dishes served were nothing like authentic Greek food. For me, it had no redeeming features. Toilet facilities were filthy according to my dining partner. Very disappointed, especially as it’s not cheap dining, I expected quality but it was lacking in all areas.

Came for my partners birthday the food is fantastic we made our own meze the staff are very friendly would highly recommend this place to every one who wants a taste of Greece.

We travel to Greece whenever we can . The food is good here and value for money. But I found the atmosphere lacking. The waiter cannot speak Greek and does not want to try, the place was quiet when we were in, no chit chat or anything. Don’t feel that I want to return, I had souvlaki and my husband had mousakka.Both nice meals just felt a bit flat.

Really lovely food and exceptional service, attentive but not at all intrusive. Portions were generous so although we would have liked a third course, could not manage it. Very encouraging to see it quite busy on a Thursday which says a lot.

The food here really was first class. Having been to Greece on numerous occasions I have to say this beats what we had out there. Tasty, meat just falling apart, with excellent staff. If you are in St Anne's, then don't miss this one.

Had a chicken meal that we always choose, in our fairly local Greek restaurant back home called Eleon in Sutton Coldfield, Unfortunately this was no where near as good, the staff were really nice, despite forgetting about our booking just a couple of hours before, sorry but really disappointed with meal

Place was busy with bank holiday bookings. Service was quick and effective but not overwhelmingly friendly. One male waiter for entire restaurant with strong body odour. Food was comfortable but nothing special. Knowing Greek food I was not impressed with the quality of my dish.

Visited on a very busy saturday night with my friend.we were warmly welcomed and were amazed at the interior as from the outside looks like a small cafe inside charming and very authentic.we both ordered starters and mains and all i can say is FANTASTIC food with friendly un obtrusive service..very fresh calamari freshly hand battered and cooked to perfection.i chose the kleftiko as main and it just melted in your mouth and a very generous portion.my friend had the gyros and WOW what an amazing plate of tasty food portion size was way too big but once again perfection on a plate..we would 100% go again should we visit lytham st annes again.excellent value for money..left very full and totally satisfied ..thankyou for such an enjoyable evening

Thoroughly enjoyed our first visit here. The food was superb, really tasty and fresh. Staff are really nice and friendly too. My daughter loved her first experience of Greek food. She tried 9 new foods and was already asking to go back for her birthday when we left. Have already recommended to other people. Felt like we were on holiday. Overall; Lovely setting staff and food.
