I'm a regular here at Nandos, the food is always fresh and the service is always fast. The queues are not long there either, so I know I will always get a table there.

Probably one of the nicest nandos I've visited

Came here with a friend. I had finished my dish before his arrived. He was waiting 25 minutes for his food. They forgot to put his order through apparently. This is unacceptable. The worst Nandos ever. Food was great but service was abysmal.

Brilliant place to go pre concert .. best thing though is the magician in the queue !! He was lovely and very entertaining and made our night can’t wait for our next visit

Super fast food and drink arrival after ordering on the app. Service was great, really friendly. Nice way to spend a evening before flying out in the morning.

Visited as a group of 4. The food came out for 2 people and the other 2 ended up having to wait another 15 minutes for food. Food was your everyday nandos quality as always but as a frequent visitor of Nandos I've never had the issue where only half of the table being served and the other half just left there without an explanation. I was expecting someone to collect the chicken stick to ask if everything was okay to bring it up, but it was just left the entire meal. I ended up having to ask a member of staff to follow up with our missing food.

Nando's is a chain that mainly offers chicken-based dishes and is very popular in the UK. Excellent combinations of chicken of your choice and various side dishes. Good desserts, fast service after ordering conveniently from the phone. Fair prices, recommended!

It always disappointing to pay good money and they can't come take your order,I spent over 100 on a family of four and I had to go to till to order my food, Disgusting whilst staff were stood about talking..not impressed is how U treat your customers

Lunch time rush hour with full capacity, online ordering didn’t work but managers acted accordingly and relocated staff to open more ordering tills. Despite it being at full capacity, food arrived fast and service was great. Highly recommend and well done to everyone working there!

Always pretty decent at Nando's rarely get it wrong

Service and food was great, the cave area is a bit cold in winter though. It was pretty dead when we went, but I think it was because it was the first Monday back to school

We waited less than 10 minutes for a table of 7. Our server Haymich (sorry if that's incorrect) made sure we would be comfortable with the size of the table and provided extra seating, he and all of the staff were so friendly. We ordered 7 meals plus extra sides and dips and everything came with no issues. The food was perfect, 10/10. At the end of our meal we were given a box set of sauces for being great customers ☺️ it was my partners birthday and it just made the experience fantastic. Thank you.

Our visit seemed to confuse front of house. Needed assistance with seating but wasn't really helpful. Food was ok. But I have had better chicken breasts. Was kinda of small. Chips were excellent. Garlic bread was tough.

Where we sat was the furthest point away from the entrance.... It was really Cold 🥶 I had a free 1/4 chicken with the loyalty points I had, it must have been starved or very young as it was so thin with no meat at all .. 😔 Had 1 of the new burger ranges, churrasco burger which was nice..

Overall I love this Nandos. Chefs on the grill know what they are doing. Chicken comes out with GOOD, crispy & charred. No white pale chicken in this place. Service is very quick considering how busy they are. But guys…. The queuing system!!!! I beg, how was your queuing system more efficient in Covid then it is now. I don’t mind the wait but if you tell me it’s 40 minutes I should be able to leave and come back not herded like cattle in your barriers. Go back to the old way please. It just made sense

Friendly and helpful staff food was delicious

First time in a Nandos and was ok. Food was nice not wow, you have to go up and order at the till, which I personally didn't like. All staff were friendly. Not enough cutlery which again you have to get yourself. Reasonably priced. Not my choice for eating out but it was not bad.

As the title says, this is the nicest GBK I’ve been to! Lovely location near the canal and the restaurant is very clean. The service was quick and friendly and the food delicious. Will definitely return when we are in the area.

Wrong food once and my garlic bread was burnt so bad I don't know why they brought it. What was the chef thinking. At least I was sat by drinks dispenser to fill up on drinks.

The food wasn’t great and neither was the service. My garlic bread was soggy and although we ordered drinks with our meals, I had to get up and go to the till to get glasses as they didn’t hand them out to us. Our food also came out almost 5 minutes after the rest of the group even though we ordered online and they didn’t. I will return but will probably order from the till rather than online

Bit of a wait for a table but we were a group of 6 and it was mega busy, Saturday evening and all. This was okay, we just had a drink whilst waiting. After ordering however I went to grab cutlery for our table but there wasn't any available, I had to wait for a while for clean ones to be bought out. Everything else from there on was fine, food was as excellent and consistent as you'd expect from a Nandos chain and plenty of sauces available, service from staff was good enough. I'd happily eat here again.

Looking for somewhere to eat after shopping on the way back to our hotel we came across several restaurants by the canal area. We hadn't heard of Gourmet Burger Kitchen so thought we'd try it. It was 4.30 pm midweek and not many people were in. We were seated very quickly and our drinks arrived soon after we ordered. We didn't have to wait long for our food. I had panko chicken burger which was very hot, thoroughly cooked and delicious. My husband had the classic burger and was given the option of how he wanted cooking. He said it was cooked perfectly. We shared some tasty fries too. All the staff were very friendly. Would highly recommend.

Granted, we came here on a very busy summer Saturday night with staff running their feet off. But the meal did not quite live up to the gourmet name, in that it didn’t stand out compared with other places. Our meals sat waiting for quite some time before being taken to our table.

Seated quickly, ordered on phone. Food took a little while to come. Very expensive considering you get no sides with the burger, these have to be paid for separately. That said, the burgers are very very good.

Arrived on a very busy Saturday night. Ordered food and drinks by phone at the table. While we waited I asked a very miserable female in a red shirt. 'Please may we have some tap water and glasses?' She scowled at me as if I was something unpleasant on her shoe and snapped 'yes'. No water ever came, so I tried again and asked a very helpful young lady in a black shirt, who smiled and brought us some no problem, the older lady needs to take her lead from the younger staff who were engaged, polite and very professional. The whole experience has been marked poor for this reason.

Very average food. Burger was small. Chips were not at all crisp. At over £22 overpriced for what it was. Poor service - put food on he table without a word, had to go and find salt and pepper by myself, they didn’t ask me if the food was okay and said nothing when I left.

Lovely environment decorative also view water fountain, very Mexico theme room of ceiling and title on post, but not match tile on floor and wall. I have an issue with order online as poor Internet without us using order to waiter, but they refuse to take what I want to order, which is disagree and discrimination to deaf customer. I am fully prefer to order on the menu and talk to waiters is more easy and using pay on card machines or cash pay only would cause it to issue with Internet payment, which would mix up order list.

Staff really lovely and helpful. Food is nice and being able to order through the app makes things much easier. Food is always tasty and fresh and brought out really quickly. Can get a little busy depending on when you go but service has always been great despite this.

Tasty chicken at good prices, service was exceptional especially given the high demand from a nearby busy convention at the time.

Delicious burgers & the Boston Lager on draughty was superb. Great service. No loud music playing so we could have a great chat before we headed to the Duran Duran concert. Would highly recommed.

Had to wait 15 minutes for a table as there were 5 of us which we didn’t mind . Good customer service. This was my first time at a Nando’s. The restaurant was clean. We didn’t have to wait long for our food even though it was busy. I had a chicken burger with peri salted chips and spicy rice, absolutely loved it. We all had empty plates. I tried a Nata for dessert which was lovely. Free refillable drinks as well. I will definitely be going to the one in my area ( Portsmouth) to see if that’s just as good. A lovely meal after visiting Bear Grylls adventure.

Lovely to find this place as the only restaurant you could hear yourself think around here! Everywhere else so so loud. Great food great service would definitely recommend

Over £50 for two burgers, two fries and two soft drinks. Burgers were okay, nothing amazing. Fries were reasonable. Told to order on our phone and a tip was enforced by the app. Decent enough food but hugely overpriced.

Although the burgers were tasty, we felt short changed. Why did we pay nearly £11 per burger and didn't get any chips or fries with it? The portion was disappointing. When ordering and paying for it at the counter I got asked if I wanted to round it up...giving a tip ! Don't think I'll be rushing back for a while.

Great food and the service from raushane was perfect unfortunately couldn’t remember the name of the other person but he made my visit here an absolute joy

Went for lunch with ny family which consisted of 3 children under 5.Upon arrival we were greeted and seated swiftly and a suitable high chair found for my 2 year old son.The setting is pleasent and the menu looks amazing with so many delicious choices to choose from. The children's menu is set and has a limited choice. No table service you have to order it at the till - very annoying as if your paying £11 for burger, I would expect not to play the memory game at the till. Now whilst waiting for the food I asked for some pencils so the children could colour in the colouring section on the children's menu. The waitress apologised and said they had run out as they had been busy with half term. Fair enough I thought. However I then notice that other children who arrive later get given pencils so unless the kitchen makes pencils as well as burgers then they clearly did have some. Food arrives. Children's menu is value for money as given the large portion size, there was me thinking I have just paid twice as much for the same thing. The burgers are waaaay to big for small children. Plus baring in mind it is for children, why on earth would you stick a sharpe cocktail stick in the middle of a burger for a child? The children's drinks come in large glass tumblers with none bendy paper straws. I mean yes a turtle will no longer chock on a plastic straw but it makes it very difficult to give to 2 year old. Every parents nightmare is open drinking vessels. A carton of juice would have been more ideal. Grown ups food arrived. Now there are skinny fries but these were more like anorexic fries. My fries were the truffle cheese fries. Delicious but arrived 9 minutes after my burger. As for my homemade onion rings I gave up on waiting for them and told the staff I no longer wanted them. I was informed that they didn't have any..... That's weird as my wife's burger had one, the table behind me ate a portion and another table next to us also enjoyed some...... Maybe my onion rings had run off with the colouring pencils. The waitress who I enquired with was rude and asked me if I wanted to substitute it... No I said as I had almost finished so they had to refund me my £4. Overal this is not a place to go if you have small children. It is expensive. For 2 adults and 2 children (baby didn't eat) with no starters and one drink each it was over £50. Sadly we will not be returning. Good food should always have good service and sadly this placed lacked good service.

Visited before attending concert at NIA, we'd booked but when we arrived there was queue, front of house lady then told us we'd be lucky to get seated at time as they were very busy...but isn't that why you book?Anyway got seated on time and quickly ordered. We were seated near door and due to queue the door kept being left open so was pretty chilly, luckily waiter came over and said he'd get it shut as he could feel cold as well.Food came promptly and was very tasty, burgers were great.We happened to check bill and noticed an error where we'd been overcharged, I queried this and although refunded by manager he pretty much said it was my fault...not great customer service.I'd probably return as food was great and hopefully service would be better next time

On our recent visit we had previously a booked a table for 2, despite that, someone who was clearly a supervisor or higher up told us that we had to wait as she had cancelled all booking today by email, we had no email and had to wait around 15 minutes. The group of 4 behind us in the queue who had not booked got seated before us. Surely the reason why you book is so that they reserve the table? She offered 15% off for the wait and confusion however we didn’t actually get all of that 15% off. Really disappointed with the service as we had stressed prior to the visit to get there on time, as we could book this one rather than the one at resorts world where they wouldn’t take bookings, would have been much easier for us to do that if we knew we would of had to wait. We also witnessed a group being sat down after the announcement to staff prior to their visit of no beef and fried chicken. They were not told, then as they came to order food they were told and they left due to this. Food was absolutely amazing, no faults with food and drink.

Gran hamburguesa de pollo 'Hey Pesto' con tocino, súper sabrosa. Tuvimos problemas con la configuración de la aplicación GBK en un iPhone, lo cual fue frustrante, pero nuestro servidor Vratko fue extremadamente servicial y amable y resolvió nuestro problema, yendo más allá. ¡Esto realmente significó mucho para nosotros y definitivamente volveremos!

Came here after a poor experience with a rival burger restaurant nearby. Early evening as this was a pre-concert dinner but, nonetheless, the restaurant was warm, cheerful and welcoming as were the staff. In an increasingly competitive market these gourmet burgers certainly hit the spot. Accompaniments were standard fare such as a variety of fries, coleslaw and salad, but all were tasty. Service was both friendly and efficient.

I used the app to order on my phone which was quick and easy and the burger itself I had a rocketman was lovley. However the rest of the food not so good! The chicken wings I had for a starter was bland and quality of the wings was below average. I also ordered onion rings and they came out burnt! really cripsy and overcooked. The skinny fries were nice. Service was good and burger itself was yummy. The white wine was also lovley. So avoid the chicken and stick to a burger and I think you will have a nice meal.
