used to be the best food but not any more food rubbish donner kebab tasteless with hair on meat chips been fried 24 hours before reheated ,chicken kebab old chew will make you hate to eat chicken for the rest of your life not recommended at all

Missing food!! Terrible experience. Ordered £39 on TWO chicken Shish kebabs and ONLY ONE Kebab turned up within 15 minutes of ordering.. which makes you wonder if it was a old order or cancelled order as it was also incorrect amount of food and TWO portions of salad for each of the kebabs i ordered. I called to explain one of us was missing a dinner and was told “yeah they messed up the order but its a large kebab so there’s 10 bits of chicken… so your just missing a pitta..” i explained that now one of us was going without a dinner that we had paid for. Wasn’t offered a partial refund or replacement dinner just to sit and share scraps of chicken with stone cold chips clearly an old order. Uber suggest contacting them direct to stop us missing out on a dinner but no help. Waste of time and money and now having to order something else so very expensive experience. Won’t be using ever again and use to be a regular.

Oh, you've got to try this incredible kebab—it's seriously amazing! We went for the meat & chips meal, but I asked to switch the chips for rice. Let me tell you, the rice is a delight with a subtle hint of butter. Plus, the staff is super friendly and kind! Bonus points: they surprised us with free baklavas! 🌟👏

A very busy and popular kebab shop, doner kebab was a great no-nonsense old school effort. Shop is very smart and you can get table service if you like. I will certainly return

Food was very good and delivered promtly however I was hugely let down by portion size vs the cost. No chance I'd pay £19.50 for a lamb shish kebab, chips and salad.

Best Kebab ever! Me and my wife used to live close and now every time we can go to London it's a main stop.

The medium cooked burgers and all the trimmings and salads are just like home. The new decor is popular and attracts visitors from our educational sites.

Unfortunately the quality of the food went downhill within the last years. I really enjoyed the kebab here but now not so much. they give out loads of salad and fries but not much meat!

I have been getting from this place since I was a young teenager, my secondary school is just up the hill and this always was the spot to grab a bite to eat. It seems things have not changed and this places food, staff and prices are just as fantastic as they always used to be. Their decor is lovely and inviting and just all round nice place to be. If your looking for some proper kebab and burgers this is the place to go. Their chips are always spot on and the portions are massive, even their breakfasts are super delicious and reasonably priced. Honestly this place is famous in isleworth and its a must go to if your in the area!

Had chicken Doner kebab , qty is good 5, taste 2.5 . There's scope of lot of improvement.

First time in this little takeaway & ordered a burger & a donner. The hamburger looked good & the chips could've fed 3 people. Regular size Donner which was massive & the lamb & salad was overflowing. £10 for both. Cheap & the food is really good. Will recommend. Just one thing: they take cash only.

The holloumi kebab and bean burgers are the best. Don't forget to taste the grilled Turkish chilli. The staffs are very friendly and swift with orders 👍

The best local restaurant with authentic Turkish cuisine! They're using charcoals which gives even better taste to the food. They're very welcoming guys and the service is fast, nobody is giving you a rush, so you can seat and enjoy your food! My favourite dish is Lamb Kofte, I can only say it's the best I've tried so far and I've tried a lot!

Not a great place to get takeaway, portion was all small and end of eating chicken doner wrap with no sauces on both when clearly asked to put garlic sauce. Guys behind the counter doesn’t seems helpful either. Total waste of money never again.

This is my regular burger and kebab joint and in August my boyfriend and I decided to dine in at Golden Grill which I feel is the best kebab place in Isleworth.. We both went for kebabs. I went for a lamb doner kebab in pitta bread and he went for chicken shish kebab in pitta bread as well as fries which we were sharing; as well as a Dr pepper for both of us.. We both enjoyed our food and we'll definitely go back sooner or later.

Not so golden ☹️ Went in for takeout. Pointed to what I wanted on the menu and read the dish - kebab rice dish and lamb rice dish. Gave me a wrap with nothing inside, just meat and a pita bread. Need to invest in better customer service, listen to the customer and be more organised please. Called the restaurant and they said they were “sorry”-they also do delivery.

I enjoyed the kebab. Service is quick and efficient and yes I would recommend them.

I went here for the first time, as it was recommended as a local place to go. There was both seating in and take out - decided to eat in as it was already getting dark outside. For a kebab place, I thought it was very good - and there was a variety of choices (mainly chicken and lamb). I ordered the Chicken Shish Kebab with pitta bread and fries - all at a most reasonable price :) Along with a can of Dr Pepper. The staff were welcoming and patient. I would go here again and try one of the other dishes.

The menu does not reflect the prices ordered as a collection and got charged well over the odds was told the internet site was not up to date and prices have changed, used this place for years and the Kebab cam covered in garlic sauce and I specifically asked for no garlic sauce.. The food was shocking burnt kebab meat .. it was the 2nd time over the years they have let me down.. Normally was a fantastic place

The best doner, clean place, good attitude, amazing staff. Sooo delicious food. I go there regularly, nothing that I live an hour by bus from the place. It's just the best kebab/doner in London!

Have been a regular since I moved into the area 3 months ago and haven't been disappointed.

I go to the Golden Grill accasionaly. When i do go i normally have the quarter pounder and chips with burger sauce. I must say the food is very tasty. It's a very clean restaurant. The staff and service are good as well. 🍔 🍽 🍔

They have a very good lamb shish, but their lamb kebab is not good because I had stomach problems afterwards...so just try and go for the tasty grilled stuff👍

Found it to be quite average. Staff were nice and the quality of the food was OK, but not brilliant. I wasn't too keen on the taste of the chips but they were more than edible. The prices were similar to other Golden Grill restaurants I've been too in the past so adequate.

Good sized plateful of food if you eat in. Affordable too. Quite a range of things on the menu: part kebab shop, part fish and chip shop. Quite a lot of seating. Cash only.

You can get an all day breakfast to kebabs just about anything to eat. It is tasty and filling always satisfied.

Been a customer here since a young age due to my family knowing the owners of Golden Grill. The food they make is great and reflects Turkish cuisine nicely. The staff are always happy to help and give you the best service possible. The food can take a while to be made due to it always being busy in there, but it's all reasonably priced and up to a good standard.

Lots of people come here for breakfasts. Been com in here since I was like 5. I always get adana kofta, chicken shish, sometimes doner kebab, wraps, chips and salad. Also ask for their chilli sauce and garlic sauce - it tastes great. Get this like once a month and it's good value to an extent.Chips are expensive here though - the one by the green school offers a box of chips for 1 pound

Worst food ever tasted asked for kofta kebab got a Donna with hair in it when complaining was told you get what you asked... Will never recommended this place

I had buger chicken donna in the buger and chips on friday 24 2 2017 and got seriously ill and i was taken the west middlesex hospital and i was on a drip for 9 hours and its not the first i heard of this i dont recommend anyone there because they reheat there food witch give me food poisoning

Delicious food, especially the kebabs and they also do fantastic breakfasts. This place has been here for years and quality has always been maintained. On top of this they have friendly staff and everything freshly prepared, always a pleasure to eat in or order to go. Highly recommended!

Golden Grill es un kebab house que hace deliciosos kebabs y hamburguesas. El personal es muy amable y voy a menudo y sólo tienen patatas fritas y kebab de carne que es delicioso y a mi hijo le encanta tener sus hamburguesas con su salsa de hamburguesa. Parece que hacen muy bien en sus negocios y se lo recomendaría a cualquiera nuevo en la zona y busca una buena hamburguesa o kebab.

Comparado con otros "tiendas" que ceño si la petición de la misma. Esto es lo que llamamos "Buena comida y servicio con una sonrisa""shukheredem!"!

En tres años, sigue siendo tan bueno como siempre, dirigido con eficiencia suprema por gente amistosa Turcas y un jefe hombre llamado Yashir muy elegante. No se preocupe si parece ocupado. Se le servirá rápidamente con increíblemente buena comida con una buena relación calidad-precio. La lasaña casera es un favorito, como nuestro todos los desayunos. Un buen café con leche con costo sólo £1.50 . Las camareras son muy buenos, en particular Alexandria y Cas.
