The only place in London to eat truly Italian is Gola. The dishes and the quality of the raw materials are of the highest quality. Warm atmosphere and professional service. The first courses, troccoli cacio e pepe, orecchiette with chop and cacio ricotta are remarkable. Well done, well done… I will definitely go back

Our food was delicious, fresh ingredients and tasted amazing - the Aubergine Gnocchi & Arancini Truffle would defo recommend!

I found this restaurant to be a very impressive. Almost seems like its family owned. Although I cannot verify but it is lovely. All the staff are absolutely joyful. They are happy to serve you, they will interact with you iPhone, the whole experience very, very close to having dinner with Family food is amazing as well. The portions being very generous and sadly. I was not able to finish my plate. Because I ordered a starter and a main and that defeated me. However, I wish I was able to finish both because both of them were delicious. I would recommend this restaurand it's going to be on my Rota now

Molto carino e simpatico il proprietario somigliante a Russel Crow. Vera cucina italiana non troppo turistica. arredamento buffo di stile indefinibile tra il kitsch e il trovarobe. Piatto consigliato "la genovese" ragù bianco di cipolle tipico della cucina napoletana.

My best Italian restaurant in London

I have the biggest regret of not discovering this place in all those years I had lived in Fulham. The food was exceptionally good and staff was very welcoming and friendly. I had overall a great experience and I’d highly recommend it - Cacio e pepe with white truffles is a must-try!

I came to London for a week and I can say after trying a variety of different places, Gola is my #1 on the trip, and is not even close. The food was beyond outstanding, and the customer service is excellent and made us feel like at home. Really nice hidden gem in the centre of Fulham. If you are in London, Gola is a must

Had a great dinner with my friends on Friday, top food, wine and service. Best Italian in the area and one of the best in London/UK.

Food was excellent. Service started excellent but felt we were rushed to order dessert then settle the bill. It was a birthday celebration which was noted at time of booking, but no reference or gesture to this was made during the evening. Our original choice of wine was unavailable. Our second choice of wine was served, but was not a Reserve or the same alcohol volume as described on the menu, which we pointed out to the staff. No adjustment was offered for this difference. Overall we really enjoyed our evening but these little niggles made it fall just short of perfect. Having said all this, we would happily return.

We have been to Gola a number of times for dinner and lunch. Each time, the food is excellent - even when we have visited with a larger group. Lasagna is a must, we have not tried a better one outside of Italy. Calamari is also great. Lovely selection of wines and the owner is always so welcoming.

The food was was great!! Dishes were very originals and tasted very good. The servers were also very friendly and T least one of them was Italian so you know you’re getting the good Italian stuff in this restaurant. The ambiance was perfect too. It’s a small and welcoming place with beautiful decoration and good space distribution. I would definitely recommend it!!!

Disappointing - this is so overpriced for what it is - half the prices and then you will get what you are paying for. I mean even the bruschetta was so poor with a side of cheap salad poured out of a bag with no dressing. How do you manage to get that wrong. This is a diner experience nothing more. I feel robbed.

Good food, great hosts, good vibe. The owners and staff make you feel very welcome and enhance the experience. Feels like your local and yet cosmopolitan. Having a drink at the cocktail bar before going to your table is a very nice start to the evening. Not too formal. Decor is busy with lots of variation but it all falls into place.

Gola restaurant has quickly become one of my Italian spots, thanks to its friendly and vibrant atmosphere and delicious food. Among my favourites are the Tuna Tartar, the Linguine alle Vongole, and the Veal Cotoletta alla Milanese. The freshness of the tuna in the tartar is delightful, while the linguine pasta and clams is perfectly balanced. The desserts selection is a real treat. When you are abroad and you eat Italian much way better than your average restaurant in italy, you know you have chosen very well. I recommend very much.

The food and drinks were delicious and definitely had a genuine Italian flavour. Delicious Bresaola with walnuts and gorgonzola and the pasta was perfectly cooked with delicious sauces. The wine was, I thought, a bit overpriced, although the one we bought was very good.

Incredible food. The tuna tartare was out of this world along with the Pio & Amedeo pizza. Best food in London honestly. Everyone should come here whether you live here or on Holiday!

I’ve been coming to Gola for over 9 years now and I always had a fantastic experience, wether it was a chilled lunch or a boozy dinner. Each and every birthday is celebrated here too - and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Food is fantastic, the service is attentive & the atmosphere is just everything you expect from a high-end Italian restaurant: PERFECT. I can’t put into words how much this place means to me. If I could give them 10 starts I would - and it still wouldn’t be enough!

Cozy place, delicious iintimate seating, and brilliant staff. I ate some of the best food I’ve had in a long time. Ravioli are absolutely delicious! I will 100% come back to this place when I am in town.
