Delicious food, good customer service and Haluk was amazing. Thank you so much will be back again. Personally think it’s the best tasting one!

The Turkish food was so authentic and tasteful, all food was served very hot and no long waiting times. Our waitress, Leyla was amazing. So friendly and helpful, served us so kindly and made us laugh throughout our whole dinner. Great personality and service and made our dinner so much better. Would definitely recommend !

Great food and great service. Our waitress Meryem took great care of us and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. I would recommend coming here with larger groups as dishes can be shared. I had the king prawn which was AMAZING!

Don’t recommend at all. I have never left a review before but the service here absolutely baffled me. The server gave me and a friend an eye roll and walked off complaining when we said we didn’t want ice in our drink before we even got it. And at the end when I asked to take the service charge off we were told we can’t. SERVICE CHARGE IS NOT MANDATORY. And there is nothing on their website about this.

Let’s start off saying a fantastic restaurant with staff at all the stations doing a great job. The grill chef’s are some of the best in the business. Food to a high standard. Bar service excellent. To improve this could only be to make the entrance off the A406 ;Road into the restaurant better and brighter very easy to drive past’ overall I would be happy to pop back and try more of the fantastic food: maybe a pudding or too. We ordered the big mixed grills so we’re all full. Left no room for afters. Book a table as this restaurant can get busy in the evenings.

This is a great spot to have dinner in Park Royal. The first impression was very nice, as we didn’t need to wait for a table and server Rojda was kind enough to answer our questions about the food. The food itself was great, and came within good time. I especially liked the virgin mojito, made by Gori. It was very refreshing.

Food awful Paid £62 for an uncooked chicken shish!!! Customer service dreadful - offered chips for compensation that i could claim on next order.

No restaurant should be sending out takeaway in endless plastic containers by now. Not one paper carton or bag. Sorry, but I really think that’s appalling and demonstrates total disregard for all of us.

First time in here. Menus is full of varieties. The food is large portions. Service is prompt. Staff are good. Reasonable prices.

This is my second time at the restaurant. The food is absolutely amazing. It is of high quality. The price is reasonnable. The only minus is some of the service. Even though the waitresses and waiters are nice and polite, but they need to know when to remove things from the table and not to go across someone’s plate or face to get something off the table. We had a waitress that just cut over me to get something off the table. That may seem silly, but it is just not something you do.

What a bad experience. Not a good one at all. Difficult to get staffs attention just to order, whe we needed more drinks waiter came over heard 1 order & walked off. Had to call him back to take rest of orders Food was ok. Small portion for price tbh As for the manager, rude ,& unhelpful. A deposit was taken for booking but when we asked for bill deposit was not taken of the bill When we asked he said i cant see your deposit on my system, we proved deposit was paid by showing him online banking & 2 emails from his booking ap.one asking for deposit & 1 acknowledging deposit ,,! He went off came back & said he refreshed system & could now see deposit That it will.not be taken off our bill but resent back I have never been to a restaurant that does this Honestly will never go back & do not recommend this place yo anyone !

Food was perfect! Well seasoned service was Fantastic. Tulay looked after us and she didn't miss a beat. So happy with out experience will be comming back soon and requesting Tulay looking after us again.

As per recommendations from multiple friends, this place definitely sits close to the top of best Turkish food in London.

We came here for the Turkish breakfast and we were not disappointed! The portions were great and we enjoyed all of the food and thought it was great value for money :) We will return!
