Go Sing Chinese Restaurant in Hillingdon

Waited over an hour for food. There was only two waitresses waiting The portion is not satisfactory when I asked for more sauce the waitress said I already had sauce in my food. Service was terrible will definitely won’t be going back again. Was not worth the money I feed my toddler, bigger portions the serving plates was the size of my hand and a starter was meant to feed 4 people had one item each sorry that’s not all you can eat.

Being very rude to my grandma rice was undercooked food was disgusting won’t be back here again big fat lady is not nice don’t come !!!!!! Think The Apple juice was sus

Not the fabulous culinary experience it once was. The service was awful, starters arrived at different times over the period of 20 minutes, food was dry and tasteless and nothing on the table could be described as delicious. Chicken and sweetcorn soup had about 10 niblets of corn and the tiniest amount of chicken, it wasn't hot and a skin had formed on the surface. Fast-forward just 8 months, and I don’t know what they’ve done, but the Go-Sing is back to its old glorious best again! Now, the food is delicious, the service couldn’t be faulted and I would recommend the Go-Sing to anyone and everyone! I’m going back very soon.

Extremely bad service , never felt welcomed by the staff. They make you feel that they doing a huge favour by serving you. Obviously will never return.

2nd time I've been , food and service were both excellent, worth every penny, go in a group so you can enjoy more dishes from the all you can eat menu

Had a reservation at 8:30pm yesterday. There were around 4 other groups of people who also had 8:30 reservations and we were all made to wait. Whole restaurant was packed so clearly no tables were actually reserved for us. Waited nearly 30 mins and then eventually we decided to go somewhere else as didnt seem like they were going to have a table available any time soon. Very poor management and service. No apologies given. They wouldnt even come to us to say anything, they were just avoiding the eye contact because they knew there was nothing available and they have over booked for about 4-5 tables. If we have reserved a table, that table should be available at that time. Clearly they had taken a lot of walk ins that day or overbooked and couldnt manage the time properly. Needs better management as this was just embarrassing.

Food was great don’t get me wrong… But the service was appalling . Not only did they question us for asking for more food when it’s a literal buffet but also gave us dirty looks. Even when we tried to call them to order something one of the waitresses literally saw us and ignored us. I remember coming here with my wife before Covid and this place was a blast and very entertaining, since then I don’t know what has happened but I’m very disappointed. The atmosphere was also very unwelcoming and it felt like they didn’t want me and my family here . Overall, I’m very disappointed and I don’t think I’ll be paying a visit again.

I absolutely love this place the foor is top quality all made fresh to order and even when their at their busiest times the service is always fabulous 👌

Me and my family have been going for a while now, however on this occasion the waitress was very rude, and I think a bit unhelpful, our whole experience was spoilt by this, didn't ever have much appetite after seeing how we were treated, complained to the owner and she she gave us 1 beer for free, wow never again we r a big family spending over 2 hundred pounds every time we go there, but I just think in this day and age there should be zero tolerance for any racism

Ordered Takeaway at 6pm told to pick up at 6:30pm got there’s and waited almost an hour for our food with 6 other takeout customers, offered nothing for the inconvenience when asked, and then to be told I’ve given you Prawn Crackers.as an apology for the inconvenience… come on your taking the mick, you give prawn crackers with every takeaway, nobody was offered a discount, or even a drink for the ridiculously long time we had to wait Yes the restaurant was extremely busy, but why oh why are you still taking orders for take away when you obviously can’t fulfill them on time an hours wait is not acceptable. We’ve been coming to your restaurant for the last 10 years and this is the worst customer service we have received, really disappointed.

My first visit and definitely won’t be my last very good couldn’t fault it in any way.

This is a great all you can eat Chinese restaurant. You order off the menu and the food is made fresh and brought to the table. Very reasonably priced.

The food is cooked to order which makes for a better and fresher tasting experience than a buffet where the food is left out. Additionally a great selection on the menu aswell as polite staff made for a wonderful meal.

Has been consistently good for over a decade now. Caters for the larger groups too with no issues.

Never knew this place existed. Been around for 50 years. For a one off price of about £25 ish you can eat as much as you want off a menu so buffet with a twist as freshly cooked. Drinks obviously extra aswell as afters. Will go again

Many of the restaurants we used to visit are closed now so when we found about Go Sing, we really hoped the reviews and good online recommendations were authentic. We(x2) had a lovely meal, great variety, delicious seasoning, decent portions tending to small but ok to try many of them, absolutely worth it. The staff is busy all the time and is very respectful and kind. A la carte, the dishes vary from appetizers and rices (£6-8) to mains (£8-12) plus drinks .. you actually end up paying the amount of a buffet for an adult (£24.5). Really fair and inviting to return. I totally recommend this place, which btw is on a street with enough parking spots (no charge in Pay and display area after 18:30H Mon to Sat) and full of grocery shops! we took advantage of this and managed to get fresh fruit and veggies... two birds, one stone!

Food ok, just the regular Chinese food. Not a friendly atmosphere though. They rather tarnished the experience. Had to keep asking twice because they kept forgetting to bring things. They took 45 mins to take our 2nd order. Our waitress was cold and unwelcoming throughout (short hair middle aged with black specs). She only smiled and spoke to us nicely while asking for us to add a tip to the bill.

The food is generally very good. The setting is attractively decorated and is clean. The staff know the menu well, but are a bit lack lustre in their service.

The restaurant was extremely busy. The staff were very helpful and gave a good service. The food was amazing, and portion sizes were perfect if you were having the banquet. The restaurant was very clean and very well presented. I would definitely recommend this place and will definitely go back again when passing.

Good all you can eat table service. The only thing I didn't like. I want to try a little bit of each dish. Despite my asking many times, just serve me a quarter portion of a standard size dish, so I can try as many dishes and have more variety. The staff kept on bringing full portions to my table. They should be inspired by Indian Thali. Lots of little dishes up to 20 around a centre of rice/noodles....I would love that.

Order for a work party told 25 min , 45 min later still waiting .. anyway about the food , the sweet &sour is a pale yellow colour with no flavour whatsoever, the Malaysian noodles also lacked any flavour , out of all the meals these were all flavourless.. they all tasted the same , so £380 for the food that had no taste whatsoever not even a bit of garlic this was for 10 People so worked out at £30 ahead for takeaway , then there was the salt & pepper ribs these where cut into 1pm bits with mostly bone and no meat , overall I would never recommend this place for either tasty food , or value on the food portions , also we recieved more of something’s and less of other things we ordered and the less ones being the most expensive … this was a take away and not in the restaurant but I wouldn’t even eat there when there is certainly NO flavour to the food … would NOT recommend

All food was freshly done and very tasty. Service was very good and staff was very kind. First time coming to Go Sing and will come back for sure.

The food here is really good. We ordered the beef, the fried seafood noodles and the prawns. All of the dishes were made well and had a nice flavour to them. The service was quick and prompt with our orders as well, the waitress accidentally overcharged us but immediately sent out the refund after. The atmosphere was a bit muted since we got there at the tail end of the afternoon shift, but i could imagine it being buzzing had we gone earlier.

A true hidden gem. The food was spot on, service amazing, the waiter gladly explained whatever needed to be explained and was always with us at the right time. I just randomly walked in and was very pleasantly surprised. My next trip here will be planned most definitely! :)

Quite a Hong Kong style foods. It feels cooked by heart while the dishes quality comes over average. Unfortunately it doesn't provide dim sum after COVID disaster.

To ethnic people who know what good oriental food tastes like, food here is just average quality. *Very friendly and pleasant staff. *Service below average; big round table of about 14 guests, was not cleared of used starters’ plates, cups, cutlery and serving dishes before main menu items were served haphazardly. *No new plates, cutlery and cups for main menu. Everything was just so disorderly and rowdy, with waiters bringing food in a disorganised manner. *We had to keep shouting, “can I have a plate or cutlery or cup?” before they brought new ones. Probably because they had their hands really full that evening, being a Saturday. *Wont mind trying what a weekday experience would look like. *Would recommend.

Good experience. We went for the buffet and ate mainly seafood items the sizzling peppered steak was also very tasty. We booked a table for 8.30pm on Saturday and it wasn't very busy when we arrived.

Delicious food served by a long running family business. The staff are friendly, with delicious authentic food. I love seeing the patriarch visit keeping his hand in! Great value for money with a fantastic selection. Often it takes time to decide. Highly recommend

Always loved going there regularly but tonight was terrible. Waited ages for food to be ordered then it came out in dribs and drabs so first lot was cold before other bits arrived. The place was packed with people complaining about the wait and food. We went early to get away early because we live an hour away but it took over 2hrs 30mins from start to finish. Totally understaffed, they were dashing about and when we complained one told us they were doing their best. Sorry go sing but won't be coming back in a hurry.....shame but standards have seriously dropped.

I watched this place ROB an innocent elderly lady tonight. She came into go sing on her own so we offered her to sit with us which she took us up on the offer when it came to paying for the bill they charged her £84 as they wouldn’t allow her to eat off the buffet as she walked in alone! This is daylight robbery to our elderly community. Avoid at all costs!!!!

Nice tasty food served quick once you've ordered it and plenty of menu selection. Bit too salty for me but I will ask them to go easy on the sodium next time!

Had a party of eight for a birthday, service was very slow, had to keep asking for more food as there wasn’t enough for eight ppl, went years ago and was lovely but disappointed this time.

If not the worst, one of the worst Chinese restaurants I've been. Kudos for the decoration on the walls but surely cannot make up for the poor quality and service.

Fairly busy. Food very slow coming out. Didn't get the starters all at the same time. Didn't get the mains all at the same time. Quite disappointing.

We went on a Sunday at 7.30pm booked table for 3. I had been recommended by a good friend. 30min before we sat down. Completely packed with people. Only 4 waiters on shift. Loads of tables with about 6 customers on each plus. We waited 30mins for our first drink then we got our starters about 2 hours wait. Friendly over worked staff. I can't knock the food, it was beautiful and the price very good. You can order as much as you like. I didn't like the waiters rushing about. It was so loud with people shouting at each other ( general talking customers) that i couldn't hear my friends talking to me and we ended up shouting at each other to hear. No background music, just aload of loud talking it was very annoying. I don't think going at the weekend is a good idea.

Food was great. All inclusive price - but not a buffet the cook to order but you can order as often as you want. Please note that the portion sizes are smaller than you might be used too, which is a good thing as you can try things that you might not have: or if you are stuck between ordering which one of your favourites due to the portion size you can order both !

One of the best places for Chinese food, some staff members are a bit rude whilst others are so friendly. I feel there are too many tables in front though as you literally cannot hear yourself think when it's busy, let alone hold conversation with who youre with. It cost just over £50 for two adults all you can eat with two drinks. Parking is a bit of a nightmare as its side streets or main roads. Enjoyable night had though, will come again.

I haven’t been here for a while and I shan’t be going again. The service was terrible the portions incredibly small. They bought two dishes out then the rice came ten minutes later the rest was cold by then. The coke was flat. Then they charged us £3 for a can. Definitely would not recommend.

Disappointed for this dinner experience: 1/ ordered a chicken pot but found all the content are not eatable part like chicken neck! 2/ tofu have a strange fridge taste which covers all the other flavour; 3/ pork belly is over cooked, dry, and fatty. Different from before and will not come again.

Normal chef is off on Monday so couldn't make the traditional dishes. Food was okay, however felt thirsty after.

Best Chinese buffet in the area all food cooked fresh to order

I’m not sure what’s gone wrong for Go Sing. This was by far our favourite Chinese restaurant locally, but that has soon changed. Waiting over 45 minutes to order, then another 50 minutes for food to turn. The portion sizes are extremely small. We were a group of four and had tiny portions to share between us - thankfully no one sneezed or we’d have all gone hungry. The prices have gone up, and the quality has down. Such a shame.

Rude staff, food was awful I asked for 2 dishes to be removed off bill and I never done that before. (Had kids not eating on buffet menu) The all you can eat was fatty and over salted. Possibly because I was drinking water. I have been before and ate like royalty but after this visit I doubt I'll be going back. A buffet would have been 100x better.

Prior to Covid best Chinese restaurant ever. Food and service amazing. Visited on father's Day 2022 for an evening meal severely dissatisfied. Service was appalling. Dishes came out with two starters arriving then a 35 minute wait for the rest after prompting the staff for our food. Mains we got rice which sat there so long it went cold and the rest still hadn't arrived 40 minutes later. We chose to get up pay and leave. WARNING...The highchair for the young child was extremely unsafe it was a booster seat placed on a normal chair not secured safely so it moved and we nearly lost him out of it. Staff were very off hand definitely will not be returning again following this awful experience

Have been going to this restaurant for years - has always been an exceptional experience both in terms of food and service - it’s all gone wrong I’m afraid. Tasteless microwaved dishes nothing authentic about any of it, the prices have gone up and everything else gone down - a real shame this gem has lost its sparkle - Go Sing - rather Go Home I’m afraid

DISAPPOINTED!! Been to Go Singh a couple of times last year and was REALLY impressed with the service and food. Now it’s gone downhill which is a shame, service was slow and the food was below par…it was dry and the mains were average. Seems like they are cutting corners on cost and now only offer one potion of duck!! Hopefully they will make the changes to what it use to be.

Went to Gosing restaurant on Tuesday at around six thirty in the evening. The service was terrible. The main course served before the soup. All the food was really not savoury. I would not visit the place again.
