Go Sing in Epsom and Ewell

Waited for hour and half for a takeaway!!!! Great feeling when it did turn up we sent them away with it. Every time we called got told 2 minutes, 2 minutes not the usual lady on the phone……..

I've been using this takeaway for 15 years. My regular order has gone up almost 50% in the past 2 years (and 15% in the past couple of weeks), and is no longer value for money. Plus I asked for prawn crackers that are normally free, and they asked me for another £3.30. The end of a beautiful partnership.

Ordered this evening and have waited 3 hours for delivery so far. Will not be using again, terrible, terrible service

Always top quality. We are repeat customers many times over. We think that the quantity and the overall quality is spot on! Good value for the price. Singapore Noodles and crispy chilli chicken are particularly good, as are the chicken balls and the ribs.

Fantastic top quality food which is cooked in full view of the shop they are just taking phone delivery orders right now and lovely staff. Can;t praise this place enough

I just had a delivery from Go Sing, my first time trying them and we had an excellent meal. Everything was cooked well and spot on flavour wise and huge portions, we did have the Capital ribs which i was wary of after the last review but they were tender and juicy. Its one of the few Chinese open since the lockdown so we are greatfull they are open and delivering. Thank you Go Sing

We love good Chinese food and sometimes go to Chinatown when we are in London, so we thought of having a delivery whilst we are in lockdown and heard our local place recommended online. I don't eat vinegar, so carefully ordered spare ribs peking style and not with barbecue sauce. The ribs were tough and so vinegary even my husband, who likes vinegar, couldn't eat them. No way were they as described. The aromatic duck was very, very dry, but ok, however, the spring onion and cucumber were dry as if they had not been freshly chopped. Passable, and edible, unlike the spare ribs. Two other main course dishes we ordered were bland and vegetables were mushy, generous portions, though. The breaded prawn starters were dried out and fairly tasteless. It was my husband's birthday, and we were hoping for a nice treat, instead, we now have a great deal of leftovers and our bill of £35 odd, for very disappointing food alongside the memories. I expect we'll have a laugh about it in time, no big thing, but I'm sad for the restaurant as they haven't lived up to their reviews, and sad for us, particularly on a special occasion. I hate leaving a less than positive review so I hope the restaurant can learn from this and make improvements. Mine is not the only poor review, I wish I had noticed the others before ordering.

Bland, disappointed overall as reviews were good. Had chicken wings that were awful very dry and no flavour, chow mien dry and no flavour. Wouldn’t recommend.

Go Sing have a varied menu and whenever you pop in the quality and standard is high. The food is piping hot and quickly prepared so you do not have to wait long. The staff are friendly and helpful.

For several years I have popped in for a takeaway and always am satisfied with the high standard of service, menu, prepared and cooked food. I arrive home and it is still very hot and delicious.

Been going here for many years same owners same quality we don’t go out for Chinese anymore the food is too good best Chinese around keep up the good work hopefully see you soon

My husband and I have ordered takeaway more than once and every time it has been delicious. We have also had it with visitors who have come to stay. They also found it delicious. The food always comes on time and the portions are good for sharing. The menu has a lot of choice. The beef in black bean, chicken in chilli sauce and Singapore noodles are favourites of ours. We contacted them once when there was a minor issue and they resolved it without a problem.

We have used this Chinese take away for over 15 years. It is truly excellent and good value for money.

The kitchen is open plan so you could presumably see your food cooking. Sadly this take away is not for us. We ordered over £33 pounds worth of food and did not find any of the dishes supplied to our liking. Every one of the dishes was significantly over cooked. This is a little strange considering we ordered 20 minutes before the take away opened and collected 30 minutes later. I will leave you to join the dots as to whether it was freshly cooked for us. Over 10% price increase from the menu on-line at Zomato wasn't a welcome surprise when we collected either. We were given free Prawn crackers but this did not cover the increase in price. The Crispy duck was the best of the dishes we purchased however it didn't have much competition. This is just our experience and taste. You might like it.

were at friends house decided on take away and this place was local so gave try The staff were polite and efficient and a tad of banter got a helpful response and made the ordering process relaxing Ordered a number of items and went home to try. it out Found the food delicious and tasty was glad to see that they use cardboard boxes as per Chinese version which is a nice touch. We had chicken and beef with black bean sauce was great low on MSG with generous portions and good vegetable/meat balance. Most tend to flood the food with onions and peppers here they got the balance just right Enough to have a second round the following day which was still tasty This was a pleasant experience and will use again

Local to me but first time of trying, Jin oi prawns were nice and the rice and sweet n sour sauce but the crispy duck I ordered was burnt was almost like it had been re cooked so only the 3 star review

Go sing is my local Chinese takeaway the food is always lovely, the kitchen is open so you can see all the food being cooked in front of you and its extremely popular, I have a distrust of other Chinese restaurants/takeaways due to past experiences but always have a nice meal from here and I am a regular customer.

like that they cook take away in front of you. cardboard packaging stops sweaty food. really good take away really dangerous so close to home!

Food is excellent, and staff friendly. Not our most local Chinese but worth the travelling to collect it.

Best tasting Chinese takeaway in the area, surprisingly at the lowest prices. Really quick too! 1st order only took less than 30 minutes to deliver!!! The portions labelled "large" don't disappoint. 5 out of 5 Hygiene Rating too!

Fresh ingredients, reasonably priced dishes, very good service - Go Sing is exactly what a Chinese takeaway should be and it's consistently good.

Best Chinese food. Freshly cooked in front of you . The king prawn chow mien is my favourite, but Peking duck and spring rolls very good as well as fried rice and other dishes.

If you're hungry and you want that fast tasty msg fix, you gotta Go Sing. It's tasty, fun and reasonable price

Así que tuvimos que cantar para llevar entregado en unos 15 minutos, entonces, una gran caja cumplía enseguida llegó en cajas de cartón también agradables, muy auténtico, tuve un curry de carne y fue lugar de como era el mein la comida. Los niños tenían patatas fritas y pollo empanadas y me encantó demasiado grande aprobado de toda la familia

There are many many chinese takeaways in and around Ewell and Chessington and this one, we have found is the best. The quality is consistant and does not vary between chefs, so what you get in the week, will be the same quality etc on the weekend. Would recommend - try it.

Been going for years and they have not disappointed us to date...... I find the set menu for one is the best option and they are happy to change things, without any fuss.... When ordering for a larger group orders are always filling and have left overs !!!

If we are in a chinese take out mood, this is the only place to use! Although I usually phone the order then collect, I am happy to wait a while and watch the chefs cooking in the 'open' kitchen! I firmly believe that if you are happy to let customers watch you cook their food, it has to be good. Never let us down yet!

The Food looked and tasted like it had been cooked a few times,Greasy and tasteless!!! Forever to be delivered and cold when it arrived ! Vile never again ! !
