Just been for lunch for mother’s day lunch. Restaurant was really busy but we were served quickly and efficiently. We all had the Sunday lunch no complaints with it was plenty on the plate and just the right temperature to eat. Staff are amazing and so helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend

Very pleasant restaurant, not easily accessible if you have difficulty walking as up a steep flight of stairs. There may be a lift ( never asked). The food was excellent and they have a varied range of drinks on offer.

Fantastic restaurant right in the middle of Prudhoe. The food is always excellent, we are regular visitors as it’s so good. The staff are so friendly and it is good value for money. Highly recommend.

This is a nice restaurant and the food is good, if not fabulous. The room is pleasant and the staff are attentive and friendly. I would say that it is worth a visit. We went during their happy hour so the dishes were very reasonably priced. The only negative I can mention is the terrible music. A constant, and loud, background of electronic dance music thumping out oonce oonce oonce the whole time we were there. Not relaxing at all and not in any way linked to the atmosphere of an Italian based eatery. I would go back but if I heard that same music I'd head back down the stairs.

£70 for three course meal for 2 ppl and 2 drinks. Really quick service with freshly prepared and delicious food. Calamari was cooked well, not chewy. And the profiteroles were a real highlight! Lovely atmosphere with relaxing music in the background. Will be returning!

Visited just for a quiet midweek birthday meal for 2, and couldn’t have been more perfect. No fuss, extremely good food, extremely excellent service. Think places have forgotten how to do this kind of thing. This is honestly what an excellent honest high street meal is all about. Clean and tidy. Friendly and helpful. And no unnecessary fussy extras. Felt like I was actually paying for what I was getting and not the things I didn’t want like fancy decor although it is a clean, smart, comfortable and relaxing venue.

One of the best Italian meals I have eaten in a long time. All food was fresh, hot and incredibly tasty. All at a reasonable price. I would thoroughly recommend.

Found this beautiful restaurant on Google and so pleased we visited. Very knowledgeable about gluten free food, even offered to separately cook a dish in fresh oil to prevent cross contamination. Absolutely amazing so impressed the staff were amazing and the food was delicious. Will definitely be visiting again soon.

First time in the restaurant tonight and very impressed. Food was great (only gripe and it’s a minor gripe was the Napolitana was a tad too salty but it was still great), the goats cheese and bruschetta starter was incredible and the tiramisu was good. It’s been lovely to resume dining in here after the lifting of pandemic restrictions. Our three courses were marvellous—excellent food, beautifully presented. The staff are so kind and friendly at all times, too. We’re incredibly fortunate to have such a wonderful restaurant on our doorstep and shall be back very soon.

A delight to visit Gloria’s again. We now regard the staff as our friends and it was lovely to see them all again. The food was delicious in all respects and, though the restaurant was quite busy, there were no undue delays in serving us. A pleasure, as ever. We’ll be back soon!

A lovely welcome, nice venue with helpful staff and good food, how fortunate we are to enjoy this restauarant in Prudhoe.

We've had many takeaway meals from Gloria's during the pandemic but this was our first sit-down meal on the premises for some time. The usual high standards in food and service were maintained. The food was beautiful and not too expensive and the service on everyone's part was warm and friendly, as usual. We class ourselves as very fortunate to have a restaurant of this high quality in Prudhoe and shall visit again as soon as we can. Thoroughly recommended.

Met family here for an evening meal. Very attentive staff, friendly and knowledgeable on their menu. Food was beautiful but did feel like the drinks were a little pricey as this boosted our bill up quite substantially. Apart from that I would go back but maybe limit my wine by only a glass☺

We have eaten here on more than 4 occasions. Each time we have experienced friendly staff, super service , excellent delicious food and all reasonably priced for the quality of food we received. Our son's Italian partner really rates the food. That is some recommendation.

Highly recommend Gloria, whether you go for their 'Happy Hour' menu which is great value or their full al a carte, also competitively/reasonably priced. Pizzas and garlic breads are very nice but I wouldn't bother with the steaks as you don't get many trimmings such as onion rings etc

We have been to this restaurant many times as a large family group. The service is always excellent and the food quality is of a high standard. Only a handful of issues altogether over all the occasions we've been, considering how many of us visit (and we come here often), is an excellent satisfaction ratio. Any minor niggles are picked up and dealt with quickly and professionally, service is always with a smile and the restaurant is very family friendly. We've had many lovely occasions here and the food is always freshly cooked, hot and high quality. A good selection of vegetarian options is available too. Sunday lunches and happy hour meal deals are especially good value.

Two trips here in the space of a month, one for a quick catch up with friends and kids and the second was a last minute meal with my husband. Both times were fantastic. Friendly staff, food was lovely and reasonably priced. Would really recommend !
