Waited 2hours for our meal with parts of meal missing ordered kebab 4 bit of chicken absolutely shocking more drivers needed.we always use this chippy but definitely want be anymore not the first time had to wait over an hour for food

Ordered a fish supper & single fish tonight and the fish was so over cooked you couldn't even bite into it was dry & half the fish missing just over cooked batter not nice at all we always order from here and its really good but last couple times its been disappointing dinner went in bin.. wont order again

Fish was ok, but overcooked, and chips not hot and didn't taste very nice.

I use to order from Giulio’s , delivery usually takes up to an hour , but tonight my food arrived in 15 mins 🙄 the food arrived cold , the fish look old and smell , the chips was cold and old .I call and when I start to complain they put down the phone 🙄 never been disappointed until tonight . I m not gonna order anymore from here !!!!

I had fish and chips. The thing that let it down was that the fish had clearly been in the heated cabinet a very long time so was very dried out and tough. Not pleasant at all

Avoid this place absolutely rotten food my pal and me was ill after eating food fae here I'd definitely rate it as worst in Falkirk area 100% I thought bowhouse was bad but this place is worse . I'd give no stars if possible

AVOID THE PLACE IF YOU WANT TO SAVE YOUR HEALTH!!!!Had ordered fish and chips 2 portions,when came home and opened I saw the fish was hard as a wood,when I did cut with the knife as it was impossible to even break apart ,I felt the smell, with closer investigation we discovered the fish was old ,out of date and that why they have overfried trying to cover the smell. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!!Thanks god our child have not tryed. to!!!AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

Best pizza about Falkirk but no tomatoe sauce on ma cheese pizza 🤣 all the rest have been perfect and this was still good but usually pizza means a tomato base Thanks

No question the food is delicious but.... fish supper, great, packed in a box with plentiful chips... steak pie supper, poor portion size, packed in a styrene container, barely a handful of chips. Would have been better getting a single pie and seperate chips. Not happy with that at all!

Great fish and chips. Oven baked pizza was absolutely delicious as thankfully the missus couldn't finish it so had to do my husband / greedy pig duty, aw man could have another right now talking about it. Staff were pleasant and good seeing all the busy work going on behind the scenes.

Ordered and paid online. Great, friendly service and my spanish omelette was delicious. My family had kebab and a sausage supper. We will order from here again.

This is my go to take away in Falkirk. They recently won an award as one of Scotlands best takeaways. They have amazing pizzas, authentic chippie food, loads of healthy options and all delivered at 10% discount if ordering direct from their website. My favourite meal is chicken in naan bread but I love that they have so many options and meal deals that we can order something different every time.

Never had any problems, food is always great and nice staff.

Phoned in order was freshly made. Tasty meal value for money. I ordered a special fish got 2 pieces really nice. Also freshly made pizza was lovely and a calzone. Cant fault anything from ordering collecting service and food itself was extremely good. Will be back again.

Guilio’s in Falkirk is celebrating after receiving two major food awards in 2021. I could hardly wait to try out their fish & chips. My friend went in at around 6.15pm Friday 17/12/21 & ordered a small fish supper & a single special fish, which we ate in her car 🚗.. but they got the order wrong & put chips in with my special fish. The bread crumbs were just about right, in that they weren't like ruff cast but were just a bit to thin that the fish broke up when I tried to lift it up, but it tasted ok. The batter on my friend's fish was nice & crisp BUT I had to leave a few of the chips, most were a bit too soft & as u can see there were a few bad ones. A far better fish supper can be had in Moscardies Manor St Falkirk & is very reasonably priced to sit in for one. Give them a try. I find their the best in the FALKIRK area.

Shambles!! Placed an order for collection & on arrival, my son still waited 15 minutes in the shop despite pre-ordering. Ordered 3 items - all were incorrect with requirements being completely ignored. Was given extra items in my order & was overcharged for the privilege - only noted when arrived home. Phoned the shop to advise & spent over 5 minutes on the phone. Food was cold by the time I finally started eating it. Delivery driver did come to the house to collect extra items & deliver refund for being overcharged. Not impressed with service & won't be ordering again.

Ordered online and delivery was advised it would be an hour. I phoned after 1.5 hours to find out about my delivery. When I asked a further question about whether it was on its way the woman hung up on me. I had to call back and got the same person again, no apology for hanging up on me, very rude. Food arrived after 1hr 50 minutes. 2 Pizzas had to be reheated in order to eat them. Usually my go to chippy but unimpressed with this order, also not the first time delivery has been excessively late.

Great place, lots of choice from pizza, pasta, chip shop food. Went for couple of meals, got sausage and chips with pickles, it was tasty, not greasy and put a great amount salt and vinegar on as requested. We had great meals. Next time in Falkirk will definitely go back and try something else. Staff were very efficient, friendly and accommodating.

My son and I recently visited when we had a short stay in Falkirk. This is one of the best fish and chip shops that I have visited. The service was excellent, people behind the counter nice and arrangements to get my order ready were superb. Now the food; it was great - beautifully prepared to perfection, with really nice, golden and crispy batter. When in the area I will visit again and just as before, finish off with a tub of yummy ice cream. Yum.

Phoned an order from Giulios once and they feel they have the right to send me spam advertising txt messages on a regular basis. You actually have to pay a charge to stop the messages. Will not use them again.

Best chippy/ takeaway av ever been too, I love there pizza's and kebab meat absolutely brilliant and the stuff is always delicious and delivered on time and very hot, it's been closed the past couple weeks and I'm lost without them ,so please hurry up and reopen

Always get a quality fish and chips every time. The porition size also very generous. Never been late when delivering either.

They used to be ok but now they hardly put sauce on anything really stingy. I ordered 3 pizza suppers today with everything on them. 2 hours to be delivered with no salt, hardly any sauce and the chips were rotten like they've been reheated. I buy no more from them.

Loved this shop until tonight had one disgruntled delivery driver. Had a missed call from delivery driver unknown number . Called back he was very rude says he has left my food at front door and that he had been chapping my door 7 times. Was completely rude and lucky not to get knocked out . Joke!!!

What a horrible Takeaway service!! Waited over 1 hour and 30 minutes on my order for it to be cancelled by the restaurant! Not even a text message or any form of communication from them to let me know. Will never order from them again and HIGHLY SUGGEST EVERYONE TO AVOID THEM AS THIS SEEMS TO BE A COMMON PROBLEM.... COLD FOOD !!! Never again

This is the worse munchie box i have ever had. One chicken pakora two small garlic bread hard onion rings donner meat covered in hard white grease and cold chip shop chips. Cost 9.95, i am totally disgusted. Never again.

Definitely the best takeaway in Falkirk. Some of the best pizza I've ever had. Staff always friendly and helpful and food never took too long. Fully recommend it.

Partner said the kebab was lovely ... Carbonara tho was dry and stuck together .. make it at home next time ... Garlic mushrooms was expecting Italian in cream ..instead got mushrooms breaded from farmfoods I think tasted exactly the same anyway !!!

My first experience with curry dishes was with this takeaway and since that time I am a curry lover. I can remember the amazing sense I had meanwhile eating my meal. Would highly recommend it.

Been using Giulios for over 9 months now and never has a problem, always on time even early most times. Also the food is always hot unlike other takeaways. Great selection of food, only thing that I would like to change is their chilli sauce I think that could be better. Keep up the good work.

Terrible waits over an hour to get a hamburger supper chips not even warm and the hamburger must of been lying on hot plate for that time.e never again thats the second time

We had the most beautiful food tonight and for the last few weeks burger chips fish chips my mummy today wanted a little burger chips not that I can't make it I always make all for her but she wanted Giulio's so more than beautiful the big burger salad chips cheese and ect over the weeks beautiful shop clean and do everything just the best fish chip shop in falkirk and the lady on thone was just a delight so lovely

Under the current situation and being so busy... The food was delivered when expected, huge portions and still really warm.

As a regulare customer almost tried all of the products here, they are all fresh and tasty made with fresh ingredients. On time delivery service and great service. Highly recommended

Ordered food as I always do at least 3 times a week food came all was ok apart from my chicken burger the bun was soaked in vinegar and the burger a bit 2 well done as a result of this called gulios to be told it's not there fault so was really disappointed as I have been using this place for 2 year since I moved here and instead of just replacing the burger or even just a sorry about that but no it wasent there fault managers decision so I will not use again .

First time ordered a takeaway from here on the app.. ordered the "meal deal one"which is 11 quid..after the supposed 10% discount I was charged £11.16 lol..she did correct the price wen I went in although still no discount..in all honesty,the pakora was completely horrendous,like jelly in the middle and soggy with zero flavour on the outside,skin still hanging off it and not cooked properly..nothing like pakora as we know it.pizza was pretty poor aswell.. wont be back like.attached pic of pakora.jesus.

The food arrived late, however, the Calzone was a real treat, the fish and chips on the other hand were cold and the batter on the fish was soggy and really quite unpalatable, I will not be ordering that again!

I love this place. Pizza dough is fresh and they have a great range of food available from pastas to pizzas and even ice cream. Only thing is their website and app have been broken for a while now. It won't let you order to collect only delivery which means if you want to pick the food up you miss out on the 10% discount by using the app. Hopefully it's fixed soon.

2017:Brilliant fish and chip shop. The menu is pretty big and has all the chip shop classics. Highly recommended. The service is friendly and fast. Most times the food is cooked on order so it's fairly fresh and hot! 2019: Still amazing, best chippy I can think of

My pizza was awful. The pizza must have been carried on its side as 50 % of toppings had slid off and were stuck to the box. I have ordered many times from here and the food was great, This last order was awful, Do they have new uneducated staff ???

We decided tonight to have a chippy dinner and have never ordered from Giulio’s before but thought we’d give it a try! Especially with the 10% discount if you spend over £20.00! We ordered 2 kids sausage suppers, a pizza supper and a 12” munchie box. Firstly.. we were advised it would arrive at 6pm but arrived 15 mins early which was amazing!! On opening and dishing out the various dishes, we were amazed at how fantastic the food looked! I shared the munchie box with my sister and it was a DREAM! I rarely if ever at all speak so highly about restaurants/takeaways but this was absolutely fantastic! 10/10! The munchie box arrived with a curry sauce dip too - which was sooo good! Best curry sauce we’ve tried!! The chicken nuggets, garlic bread, pakora, donner meat and chips were all out of this world!! Can’t praise it all enough! I could honestly go on all day!! All in all, can’t recommend this place enough and 10000% would order again and WILL order again!

Order is never right always have to phone back the receptionist is a joke cant get it right when your on the phone over half an hour placing the order gives you the wrong price for delivery to recieve the order to get re heated chips

Food is great everytime and the staff are really efficient.

Customer service is shocking unless the boss lady is there.....make a mistake on your order and don't offer a discount or any form of apology for their let down.

We didn't know the area so this was a bit difficult to find a preferable takeaway. There were lots on the menu to choose from, my friend went for the pizza, I chose the Double Plain Burger. Both were rather good and collected quite quickly. Just want to come up with a tiny recommendation that I wish the sauce on the Burger was a little bit more, just love more sauce :

Get disappointed this place after my last order. I give a try again make my order, was waiting 2h for order phone in shop and was told order left shop and will be at any minute in my house and don't get my order another half an hour and delivery still not arrived after shop was closed. I will recommend to all avoid this place...

I have used this takeaway before and always found it excellent. I would recommend here to anyone looking for a good fish & chips takeaway. it has very delicious special fish. all the time foods are very fresh and hot.staffs are very friendly and helpful. highly recommended guys.
